Outstanding service. I could not have been happier with how I was treated by Dean and the entire staff at Page Toyota. I wasn't able to get to the dealership until an hour before they closed for the night but Dean was patient and helpful. Dean and Brian stook with me and stayed late to ensure I left with a brand new vehicle that night!!! They truly went above and beyond for me and made me feel like my business was their number one priority. I was blown away at the personal service I received. I will never shop for another vehicle at any other location. I was a first time customer but Dean earned himself a lifer. Superior service.

Over all I'm happy with the body shop. Give George and his team cookies they earned it. If you give him a coke he'll tell you a joke. No but seriously they did a great job repairing my vehicle and assured me they could save it when another local dealer was ready to blow it off. My husband and I went to Page Toyota last Saturday, September 24, 2016. Our intention was to test drive both a 2016 Toyota Highlander, as well as a 2016 Toyota Rav4. Though my husband purchased a 2007 Toyota Corolla as his commuter vehicle to Auburn Hills, each day, we had only visited Serra Toyota (located in Farmington Hills, MI) on one occasion. Several friends and business associates had recommended Page Toyota to us, based on both the professional service and great financial deals that they had received when purchasing their vehicles. We were NOT disappointed! We were completely taken care of by Dean Jarrell, who was our Certified Sales Consultant. Dean was highly knowledgeable about the Toyota brand, respectfully listened to what was important to us when leasing/purchasing a Toyota, and NEVER attempted to lease or sell me a car that wasn't in my best interest. This was the most positive and encouraging dealership experience we have ever had! Dean walked us carefully through the leasing program, allowed us to test drive the 2016 Toyota Highlander for extended drives, and answered every question we had honestly! Needless to say, rather than visiting several other local dealerships in the SE Michigan area (Suburban Toyota and M-59 Toyota Dealership) we were able to trade in our 2005 Ford Freestyle and drive away in our new Toyota Highlander hours later! Amazing! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dean and Page Toyota! Kudos to a seamless, stressless car leasing experience! We will continue our patronage with both Dean and Page Toyota forever!

Liars!!! Liars!!!I got a call from Dominica and Later Spoke to Chris Yee from Page Toyota. I asked them about true car pricing and price match from other dealer. They mentioned we can offer a best deal and best car with amazing service options. Me and My Wife both got excited and went to Page Toyota to talk to Chris Yee.. The moment we entered to Page Toyota, irritation and frustration started, No one greeted or ever bothered to talk to us for 20mins then we looked down for Chris Yee, "He said to wait"... Is this the attitude and we waited for 10mins later he never bothered on us.. we infact went and asked him that do you have time for us.. Then he said "come on in buddy" never bothered to talk, every time we had to initiate the talk and he used to answer in one or two words.. He then later went for pricing and stayed their for 45mins... we then got frustrated and then asked him politely do we need to wait for some more time.. he and his manager were rude on us..I am really unaware of how many people got good reviews on them.. or we had a worst of worst experience with Chris and his Manager..Later they did not bother to offer us, instead they said we cannot price match our competitor as our offer is huge..Later I learnt they don't have the camry SE which we needed and their pricing was not effective.If that is the case, they should have politely said over phone, instead of calling to their office with wrong commitments, no courtesy and absolutely ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE..I decided never in my life should enter PAGE TOYOTA as they are not proffessionals.DONT FALL PREY TO THEIR WORDS OVER PHONE...

Collen Paige gave me a great quality experience. I leased the new 2016 Corolla. She thoroughly explained the options on the car. I got a chance to go over all of my options before the old lease was turned in. I explained the since I moved, I received an increase in the insurance. I bought a Toyota Rav 4 in October, 2015. I too must have sucker on my forehead. The vehicle was low miles for the year and model and was pretty clean. There was a whine coming from the transmission that I was told was a leaking exhaust and not to worry, it would make no difference in the vehicle performance. I had the SUV for three days and was out of town when I had the first problem, a flat tire on a rainy night from one of the tires with little wear and good tread. Belle tire discovered it was rotted out from the inside. Oh well, it happens. I sent the following e-mail to Mr. Page back in December with no response. "I purchased a 2007 Rav4 Limited from your dealerships used car department at the end of October. The vehicle had 74,000 miles and appeared to be in over all good condition. In the two months I have owned the vehicle I have twice been left on the side of the road broke down. I have had to replace the tires due to age, the tread was good but the inside of the tire was rotted. I of course made this discovery on a dark, rainy night coming back from a business trip to Grand Rapids. I purchased four new tires and asked for an alignment at the garage I had gone to. The vehicle could not be aligned because the rear adjustment rods did not have adjustment nuts. This was due to a past recall from what research says and was Toyota's way of fixing the adjustment from slipping. The rear coils were also shot so the camber could not be adjusted so I had to replace those as well. Yesterday my wife and I attempted to go out of town again. About 70 miles from home the engine began missing and multiple warning lights came on. Instead of a nice trip to finish Christmas shopping we nursed the SUV home and this morning took it once again to the local garage. The diagnostic states three of the ignition coils are bad. To save future labor I have opted to replace all of them. The front struts are also leaking so I had them replaced as well. The bottom line is I have had to spend $2,900 on a vehicle that I have had for two months. I am realistic and understand that maintenance is essential to performance. I also know there is an assumed risk in buying a used vehicle." I received no reply. Since that time I have had to put an additional $500.00 in maintenance to this wreck. The mechanic told me it was obvious that the vehicle had not been properly maintained to anybody who is in the car business. My advise is if you are looking for a good used car you better look somewhere else. Like others on this site I got the college kid who could not afford it story about why it was on the lot. I have no doubt the used car manager who made a bunch of promises and then disappeared was laughing in his sleeve while I pulled off the lot.

We went in to order a new Highlander after getting quotes from several dealerships. Page Toyota beat the competition for every car we looked at. Working with Dean was great as he was very informative without being pushy. He answered questions and was patient as we decided on a Highlander on the lot that was a step up from what we had planned to buy. The manager was willing to negotiate and met us at a price point we could accept. The experience was excellent and all of the staff we worked with including Brad Stoller in finance we friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend the dealership for buying a car.

I will make this sale, even if it RISKS the SAFETY of a customer unless you can vouch for the safety of a used vehicle, a dealership should not sell it!The perfect little car, only had 37,000 miles on it. This was why we came all that way to see it. We have a Subaru, but we're told it would need $2,000 repairs, and we went looking for a car that would take us a few years further without repairs. We paid high end of blue book for the car.The rack and pinion on the car was bad we drove the car with an hour commute on the expressway home with no knowledge of this problem. As well as I commute 1/2 each way on the expressway. Probably would not have discovered it until the steering went out on my highway commute, or possibly while my young daughter was driving. It's a miracle we did not have a wreck! Makes me think of fatalities, it could have been on your conscience.While doing this repair, my mechanic found The catalytic converter was hanging by the flange another big repair!The hose was pinched and leaking fluid. Needed new hose and clamps. Minor, but had it continued to leak, could have seized the engine!But all this was concealed by a good power wash to the engine prior to showing the car to a guy who was just trying to do right by his family and get a good car.Salesman Bill Orr told us this car was driven by a little old lady who was just upgrading. No pressure, he said but we sold this car already, the only reason its still on the lot is because the college kid didnt have any credit to buy it. It wont be here later on today.Also we were told we could not hire one of their mechanics to check the car out. Unfortunately, We were the family with sucker on our heads. Buyer beware. A costly lesson to the expense of $3000, in addition to the cost of the car. And the feeling of being duped.Makes you wonder where humanity has gone. Ill tell you this much, I will never go to Page Toyota for another car EVER.

Oddly enough, Page Toyota was a spur of the moment visit at 5:40PM on a weekday evening (they close at 6PM btw). I was held up late at another dealer prior to Page Toyota, so I was angry at all sales people by the time Chris and I got to talking. Chris really went the extra five miles to get me the car that I wanted at the financing that I needed. Other dealers gave me the whole "we'll try to find a different car that better match your finances" when I asked them to negotiate with me on the price of the car I wanted. Chris instead said "let me see what I can do" and worked really hard to get me into the car that I actually wanted instead of asking me to select a different car. I really appreciated that. This was my first car purchase, and Page Toyota and Chris made it a very pleasant experience. Thank you all!

Page Toyota is the only dealership, out of a number of dealerships I contacted (including Lansing, Ann Arbor & Battle Creek), that would give me an honest 'out-the-door' quote, with itemization. There is no other 5-figure purchase I can think of where the seller thinks subterfuge with customers is a good thing. Everyone I dealt with at Page from the salesperson, to sales managers to the financial staff was courteous, friendly and responsive to my questions. After 2 weeks of looking for the car I wanted closer to home, I contacted Page on a Wednesday, and traveled to Southfield to pick up my car the next day. In 1989, I had a similar experience, and bypassed the local dealership for Page Toyota. I highly recommend doing business with Page Toyota and sing its praises whenever I have the opportunity..

the worst experience i ever had in buying a car. i am not talking about other sales-persons in the dealership, i am talking about my and my husband's worst nightmare with a certain sales-person from the used-car-dept. we bought a used toyota highlander march 26, 2015 and my husband spent the following week going back and forth to the dealership for repairs without an iota of help from our sales-agent. She was mangled in an accident three years ago, so the great folks at Page Toyota encouraged me to lease, something I had never done before. A stunning, bright red Corolla came into my life; her name was "Chili Sauce." Now, three years later, I have leased a new red Corolla, so of course she is also "Chili Sauce." I drove all the way from Indianapolis to Detroit to buy a car from Dean Jarrell and it was the best decision I have made buying a car-and I have bough a lot of cars. I might also add that my dad is retired GM. I was looking for a new FJ Cruiser but there were none to be found here in Indy. Page had exactly the truck I wanted. I called and spoke with Dean who also owns one. He was knowledgeable and professional. He did exactly as he promised. I drove up, signed the papers and was back home by 7! Everyone at the dealership is exceptional but I particularly was impressed with the financing. Just as promised and delivered with integrity and consideration. This is my first Toyota. I leased the 2014 RAV4 and I love it. I always had a regular size vehicle and I was worried that the RAV4 would be hard to get in and out of parking spots, but it is really easy. The steering has great performance when in a tight area. It runs smooth and I cannot even tell the vehicle is running. The seats are very comfortable. The interior layout looks and feels luxurious. Plenty of room. One of the nicest vehicles I've ever been in. Dean Jarrell helped me select this vehicle for my new family and I. He is so nice, friendly and very patient. It is rare to find someone who truly puts the needs and interest of their customers first. I highly recommend him to my friends and family.

My daughter and I went to the "SERVICE EXCELLENCE Award" Page Toyota last night to get her new RAV4 first 5.000 mile tire rotation, before we left home I told her we should mark four tires current postion so after tire rotate we will know it, we looked the four of them found two front tires have LIGHT RED DOTS on the side and two real tires have two DARK RED DOTS. After 'Excellence Service' we found one side the tire retate (dark red dot on front) but other side do nothing light red dots still in front and dark red dot in back, I told the service rep. (Chris Cooper) the story he keep says they did if I want to change back do it.This is "Service Excellence Award" service story, I will contact Toyota to ask them that what is "Service Excellence Award" like this king of service???

I had been through a divorce and my credit and finances had collapsed. I came in to work with Dean convinced I'd be declined but figuring I had nothing to lose. I was a ball of nerves and Dean helped me feel much better and showed me that he believed in me and kept saying he wanted to put me in a car that day. I knew other places would have laughed and told me to leave but Page had several staff who assured me they were working to help me. They got me into a beautiful red Prius and not only do I have a gorgeous new car, I have a second chance to get my life back together and feel better about myself. Driving around in my Prius I realized that this is where my life begins to turn around and that it's getting better. Much thanks to all who worked with me and a big hug to Dean. His faith in me and what we were doing was above and beyond the normal salesman's job. I have bought several cars and the process was always nerve wracking. We were not intending to purchase a Rav4 that day. Page was the one dealer in our area we had not visited, so we felt we should make the effort. We wanted a late year Rav4 with various features - many features, in fact - and Page had three vehicles which filled the bill. Fred came out to greet us, and answered all of our questions in a friendly, open, manner. It seemed clear that as customers our needs mattered more than just Page wanting to sell a vehicle. When we saw the car we wanted, it was too expensive. Fred managed to drop the price and give us a generous trade-in allowance on our 2004 Rav4. Brad, the money guy, was informative and friendly and we felt he was honest with us.Frankly, we enjoyed dealing with Page much more than Suburban (where we bought our last Rav4) and which is, or tries to be, kinda slick, like your typical car salesman.We ended up driving our great Rav4 home and it is a wonderful car. In sum, we would unhesitatingly return to Page for another purchase.Thanks again, Fred!

The first impression I had of Chris was that he is a very nice person--pleasant, congenial and quick to listening and understanding. I explained that I was not satisfied with what my current lease dealer had offered and that was why I came to Page Toyota. I told Chris what I was looking for and he was thorough in understanding it clearly. When I was presented with the offer for a new lease it was exactly what I was looking for, when it would be ready and exactly what I was to do. When I took delivery, it went exactly as described. I was given a complete explanation of the various features and how to operate them and to come back at any time for any further help,if needed. I never felt stupid for asking a question because she responded to all of my concerns promptly and without judgement.I never once felt intimidated or pressured during this experience, and I ended up with a car that I love which suits my needs and lifestyle perfectly. While getting a new car is exciting, it can also be stressfull. Becky was on my side the entire time, and was always sympathetic and helpful when I hit obstacles. Chris Yee was awesome to work with, never did he become annoyed with the amount of questions I had for him. I was not the easiest to deal with when it came to what I wanted as for options. Chris did everything I asked of him and more. After taking new car home I found a scratch on the passenger side I called Chris he told me to bring car up to him and he would take care of it and he did. That's GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!. I worked specifically with Beck Paulus who was very knowledgeable of the toyota vehicles and their leasing options, as well as understanding to my financial situation. The entire time I was there I did not feel pressured to buy a car which is something that's hard to find at car dealerships these days. They were more than willing to find me the car I wanted for the priced I needed and they did just that. I talked with Kim on Monday and drove out in my new 2014.5 Toyota Camry on Thursday. I walked in, and I was immediately greeted by Dean. He had a smile on his face, and was extremely friendly. My lease was going to be ending soon, and I wanted to know what my options would be. He asked me if I wanted a new car today, and I said that I wasn't sure. He took me around, and showed me several vehicles. He got me an awesome interest rate, and a great price on my brand new Prius C. This is my second car from Page Toyota, and I know I will get more from here. I was looking for a Saturn Outlook online and found a listing from Page Toyota. I filled out the online form and not even 10-15 minutes later I received a call from them. I was curious about financing because I had my fair share of hospital bills and I was told they work with a lot of financial institutions. Anyway, to cut it short I was asked to provide some paperwork ( because I am self-employed ) then I was asked to come over and see the vehicle. I went there expecting to see the car but Bill told me I will be leaving with the car if I wanted to buy it. I didn't believe him. After a short to medium wait for processing he came to me and said : Congratulations! Low price, low interest and everyone treated me with respect and professionalism. Nobody wanted to sell me a different car or tell me, why get this when you can get the other one, nobody rushed me and even when I told them I came unprepared for the down payment I said I will put on it, they understood and I still left home with the car. Anyway, they did a great job for me. They contacted me very fast, they followed up at my own pace and did not harass me with phone calls, when I decided to go in I called like maybe 10 minutes in advance and everything was ready waiting for me, the financial team was great and as I mentioned above the car price was about 1000 dollars under most of the cars I've seen online for the same milage and some of them with a troublesome carfax. I bought the car not even a week ago and I am happy with the dealership experience. Also I was provided ( for a cost ) with full warranty for 50.000 miles/3 yrs. Can't beat that for a used car.

I worked with two techs trying to help me out with my FRS. I want thank them both and give them kudos for providing excellent service! I just installed leather seats from a BRZ and my FRS would not recognize that there was no passenger in the passenger seat. They connected the computer to tried and re-zero the sensor - but that setting is not available on my car. They took the time to explain what they did and tried some other things to fix the issue. They were unable to fix my issue, but nonetheless provided stellar service! On a side note, if you could it pass along - I did manage to get things working properly by installing the BRZ skin on the FRS foam (to which the Occupant Sensor is attached).Thanks for your help! You'll be my new Toyota dealer of choice!

I would like to tell you about your fine service write up person Natalie Baile and your mechanic Rob Carner. My daughter has an o3 4-runner that had a bad intermediate steering shaft. She lives in Ann Arbor and is a nurse. When the shaft was replaced the vechicle went into distress mode with traction control and braking and basically going into neutral. I called yesterday and Natalie was extremely helpful and let me talk to Rob so that I could drive the vechicle from Rochester Hills to Page. I passed by 2 toyota dealerships to come to Page to have the calibrated steering angle sensor scanned... I will tell my friends of the great service I received. Please complement Natalie and Rob for the great job they did for my daughters car. Also please make management and ownership aware of these fine employees.

We had runaround and very poor customer service at other dealers and were ready to give up. We were referred to Dean Jarrell/Page Toyota by a friend. Night and day. Within a day he processed us and gave us everything we wanted. To boot he told us he could beat any deal and he far exceeded our expectation. Our price was lower. Grade of the car was higher. Everything the other dealers said they couldn't do. Dean Jarrell did in one day. Seemless.Needless to say we are happy and he has and Page Toyota a customer for life!

This is a big catch. they think they are no 1 and will remain but is incorrect. Theier sales staff is very incourteous and arrogant. they give one price on internet & email. they say over phone they will honour their internet price. but when you go with print out of email they will not consider it and will gave you price $ 5000 more. My question is if you are not going to honour your own( from page Toyota) why you write that price in email2) on email they says they have many colors in stock on 24 th January 14. 25 January is Monday. when we saw this email to sales person he said he does not have more than 2 colors and they sold out all the colors in 3 hrs. because on 24 th noon 3 o'clock they have many colors. Sunday they were closed and 26 th they have only 2 cars left. There was a big queue on 24 th evening to buy Toyota camry at page Toyota! 3) Is this a professional behavior ?they quate in email price 20483 + tax . But when we went there sales person starts with 23750 plus tax and said this is a bargainpriceThey play a big cheating game over internet.This gives you very bad feeling and spoil your day. we were fool that we believed your emailother sales prson at other Toyota dealership bat me that he will buy a lunch if Page Toyota will honour their own intenet priceHe told me that they does with many people . Let me say first i hate buying cars, that being said I had a great experience at Page Toyota.I saw a Toyota Venza via the internet I was interested in and sent an inquiry to find out details about the Venza.I was promptly contacted and given a name of a sale person who would be in contact, which he was in contact very quickly and was pleasant on the phone and did exactly everything he said he would and in the time frame he set for himself.My salesperson was Sandy Topper and he assured the vehicle he had was very nice and it would be worth the 1.5 hour drive for me to look at.We showed up on 11/4/10 at 7:45 pm and the car was awesome, Sandy was Pleasant and knowledgeable and it was a done deal.He assisted in financing, and made the process painless.So for me it was an A+ deal, Great car, pleasant staff and easy transaction and they took the edge off my hating to buy cars and the B.S you have to put up with at times. The question why- My reasons for not recommending this dealer-Every feel leary going to buy a used car from the a dealer? Due to some favorable reviews, I thought I'd see what stock they had.I've been to 9 dealers that sell Toyotas and Hondas in Southeast Michigan. I checked online and saw two Toyotas for sale. By the time I got there, one was sold. The other was ok and when I asked Fred- the sales rep. about the 12,100 price on it. He said I could have it for 11K and some change. I test drove it and noticed it pulled to the left. I checked out the moon roof, it only opened a few inches. He said, "Not a problem we will fix them." I asked about other Camrys and he had no more, but had a 2003 Lexus Sedan for $10,000. I figured ok, I drive it and as he steered me toward it. I put the key in and the battery was dead. He jumped it and I agreed to test drive it. He went along and the driver's wjper arm was misaligned somehow. He said they'd fix it. I made some calls- checked on insurance, repair cost, etc. while I was waiting and he said if I put up good faith money $100.but he said other people up $200. I didn't and he said he would have the Camry's moon roof and steering fixed. I gave him a check. By next morning- they called and those items were fixed. I also told him I would send my mechanic out to look at the car before I decided to buy it. He agreed and my mechanic looked the car over but related the Camry's battery was leaking, belts and hoses were cracked and there was damage to chasis from an accident Fred said was very minor but affected the steering when he drove the car and it hadn't been fixed. Fred also quoted a $224 dollar document fee added to the price, in addition to the tax and license. He said perhaps the manager could adjust it when I bought the Camry . I just bought another car from a dealer 6 months ago and that was not part of the transaction, but I understand that is a business practice that occurs with dealers.As I work out of the area, I came back the next day after mechanical inspection and decided to go elsewhere. I told them, my mechanic who inspected it decided it wasn't a very good deal, so I just wanted my check back. To his credit, Fred gave me the check back. I left and Sean called me moments later inquiring why I didn't by the car. I told him the Carfax reported accident was minimized by his salesman and they would offer a warranty for additional money, but I told Sean I wouldn't buy a car that needed more work immediately especially when not advertised "AS IS." He immediately defamed my mechanic as him being just a kid not knowing anything about cars. Actually my mechanic owns two garages, is a certified mechanic and nearly 40 years old and has been working on car since he was a teen. Ever notice how outraged sales folks are when you call them out on their stuff? Instead they complain about my mechanic or me. All they had to be was up front and say we are selling these cars " as is"and make a full disclosure of anything that is wrong with the car. Just like with real estate. Then the consumer can decide. I suggested to Sean, he should show his staff the film, "FLYWHEEL." As for me, I didn't buy a car, but I got an education today. - Tim

I initially contacted the internet sales department, Crystal and Steve were very easy to work with and went out of their way to earn my business. Once in the dealership to pick up the vehicle, they had everything prepared upon my arrival. The sales manager and finance manager were very easy to work with when I arrived. As an internet shopper, I had contacted several dealerships looking for a specific Tacoma, several of them had what I wanted in several states, but Page Toyota was BY FAR the best to deal with. I would recommend them.

I was in the market for a Toyota. I went there to see a car and the pre-owned manager was very rude, errogant, and think he know it all. He tried to be very smart on me. Worst of all, he raised the car online one thousand just after we left. Don't know why, although the car has been in the market for 6 weeks and they reduced it one time to sell faster. Very dis-honest. I never been looked down upon as I felt when I was there. I've been treated like a queen previously when I bought my current Camry.

After calling around to 3 different dealerships, I finally called Page Toyota and talked to Colleen Paige. Colleen was straight forward and honest (unlike the other 3 dealers). Upon arriving Colleen showed me the exact Camry we talked about on the phone (not a bait and switch) and the price was exactly what she told me as well. After finishing the paperwork the dealership manager Mike Gardner stopped by to make sure everything was going ok and thanked me for my business. From beginning to end, everything was smooth and I am very satisfied, I will defiantly refer Page and Colleen to anyone I know looking for a vehicle.

I've dealt with Page Toyota for 4 or 5 leases now, and have ALWAYS found them to be honest, forthright and committed to my satisfaction, first with Linda Calloway (hope you're enjoying your retirement!), and now with Colleen Paige. The sales department has always worked to get me the deal I wanted, even going so far as bailing me out of a bad deal with another dealership a few years back (yes, with $). The service department always delivers faster than promised, and has steered me away from repairs I thought I needed and didn't. The only quality/warranty issue I've ever dealt with on a Toyota was a jammed CD player, which they simply pulled/replaced in five minutes. Working with Page Toyota has always been a pleasant experience, which is not something I'd say about any other dealer I've worked with!
