First of all, the salesman, Neil Stephani, is the only saving grace for this dealership! I leased a 2016 Malibu in mid march. I was down here caring for my mother who is ill and the car I was leasing needed to be turned in. They knew the car had to be registered in SC where I live and assured me that tax, tag, title, transfer, etc. was included in the deal. They didn't turn ant paperwork until 7/21. I then had to bring the car in for warranty and recall work on 7/27 (had to be towed in). When I picked up the car on 8/1 I inquired about the registration. They had it but no tag decal. I have now been advised (8/16) that there is a SC tax owed and I have to take care of that and if I get a ticket it's my problem. The service was also a nightmare. I needed a loaner car and they said they couldn't authorize until they confirmed it was warranty work though they knew about the recalls. It wasn't until 7/16 they determined it was warranty work (the car was 3 mos. old) and gave me a car to drive. The service guy Dave was rude and when my tag issue heated up I couldn't get a call back from the F & I guys, JD and Jeff, ot the Sales Mgr. Dominic. The only guy who responded to me and stayed on it was Neil. I had to call Chevy corporate just to get them to give me the bad news. They also have a store in Gainesville. I would steer clear of the dealership and Chevy in general. I only gave it one star because this mechanism wouldn't allow me to give none. This is the absolute worse experience I have ever had in buying/leasing a car. They really don't care about customers after they purchase a car and define the stereotype of car sales. They are rude, unresponsive and dishonest. I will make sure to speak to anyone who is thinking about going there to help them avoid this type of experience. I would say shame on them but they have no shame!

My husband and I can to Palm Chevrolet to look for a new vehicle, Neil was our salesman and knew exactly what we wanted! After selling us a 2016 Silverado, two days later we came back to Neil and I now own a 2016 chevy cruze which I love !!!! Neil worked so hard at getting me into that car. I hughly recommend Neil! I told everyone I know to go see Neil for a new car or truck! I can not thank him enough for getting me my car! THANK YOU NEIL!!!!

I returned to purchase a new vehicle after having already bought 2 vehicles from Palm before. The salesman, Mike Scott was already prepared to show me the best vehicles in my price range and had prepared for our meeting. Mike helped me get an excellent deal on a new vehicle and I am very happy with my purchase. It did not take long and I was out driving my new vehicle in a very short time. My husband went on the website and was directed to Chuck Elder, he then went in and drove the car he wanted to buy. The next day both of us went in and bought our very first new car from Chuck. I was thinking that this was going to be a long and drawn out process but to my surprise it was very enjoyable. Easy and stress free and everybody that we talked to was very helpful, kind and patient . This was by far the easiest and most productive car buying experience that I have had. Chuck Elder responded to my online query for a Chevrolet Impala. We texted back and forth for a week prior to my arriving at the dealership to test drive the vehicle I had chosen. The texting was helpful because I was able to take care of some requests/documents that finance needed prior to my arrival.Chuck was available at my appointment time as promised. I ended up purchasing a different vehicle than the one I originally chose because it was a better deal. (found by Chuck). Chuck was very trustworthy and transparent in the process and was honest with me. He was definitely not your typical "used car salesman".I would recommend Chuck and this dealership to anyone looking to buy new or used. I was extremely pleased with the sales service I received from Chris. I purchased a preowned chevy truck and he went above and beyond to show me all the features of the truck, ensure that I was able to get a warranty, accommodated myself and my overbearing dad through the whole process plus was very fair with my trade in(that I had also purchased from palm chevy in 2007). chris was very professional, not pushy, and did not try to get me in a vehicle that I couldn't afford. instead, he worked within my budget and was able to get me exactly what I wanted. and he kept in touch diligently to ensure that I didn't have any additional questions and was very efficient.

In all sincerity, this was THE most positive experience I've ever had buying a car (and I've purchased 8 new cars in ~20 years). Not only was the whole transaction completed in less than 4 hours on a Saturday morning, but I received a fair trade-in value and enjoyed the time MSgt. I took my Corvette in for new tires and when my car was returned the rims were severely gouged. Paul Geisen offered to refinish the rims instead of replacing them! When they were returned to me they still had scratches on them and Palm Chevrolet( General Manager Brandon Maynard) refused to fix the issue. I finally had to go through GM to get the rims replaced and it took over four months to get this resolved.This place is a disaster, there are some serious integrity and accountability issues going on at this dealership.

My husband and I went to Palm Chevrolet to just look around. Well, we came home with a very nice car and feeling very happy. The Sales Consultant "Willie Caison", was extremely helpful, polite, friendly, and easy to talk to. Willie did everything just right and helped us to reach the decision to buy the car. The Sales Manager came over and just asked us, "tell me, what can I do to make you happy". We made a suggestion and he shook hands, and said, "you have a deal." It was that easy! I wish someone had told me about palm Chevrolet a long time ago. They whole team was great and Willie our salesman was amazing, from the time we pulled in to the time that we left. Best experience that I have ever had buying a car, and the fastest it was only about 3 hours from start to finish. I have sat at dealerships all day before and still didn't buy a car. But what I liked best is that they didn't frown upon us because we don't have perfect credit. Everyone did everything they could to help us. We will be going back when we are looking for another vehicle.

I had a wonderful experience ,as this was my first time buying a new car let alone a loan. I have always had buy here pay here cars, and I felt it was time to move up . I called and asked for a salesman and they passed me onto Angel Beauchamp whom scheduled me to come and see what could be done with my limited sources. He was by far the greatest, friendliest and most knowledgeable salesman I have ever worked with . I have worked in sales for a while now as I am the BDC for a RV Dealer and handle all incoming leads ,events and so forth, and he would do great in RV sales!! He answered any and all questions I had and I had a lot. The gentleman that signed my paperwork out with me was very detailed and well organized and didn't try to pass anything by me, he was very straight forward and I found that to be awesome . After I did all my paperwork Angel, I and my 4 yr old daughter did a walk through with him. He kept everything fun and energetic as he explained all the really cool features from the trunk to the on-star and so on. He def. knows his 10 steps and all the features and benefits. When we were finished he waved me on my way . As I was leaving I received a text of me driving away in my new car !!! Totally loved the entire experience from start to finish !! Willie Caison was by far the best car sales man I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was honest, straight forward, and made sure that my husband and I felt comfortable through the whole deal. He got us into the truck we wanted (2012 GMC Sierra) and made sure we didn't have to trade in our other car in order to get another vehicle. Mr. Caison answered each and every question we had (even though we kept asking the same questions over and over). Mr. Caison is very knowledgable and I would definitely recommend him and Palm Chevrolet to anyone looking for a vehicle!! I must also mention that JD Piatek did a wonderful job getting a bank to approve us and getting us an awesome deal with payments way below what we were expecting. We had a great experience. Went for an oil change and a tire and have been thinking about a new car by Dec. Our service contact was Issac and he had set us up with our service concerns. In the interim, we found Willie our sales guy and he gave us a great deal on a great car, another Traverse, a great trade and we ended up with a lease for 3 years and our monthly is down to less than what we were paying on the 2011 Traverse, which we had a few months left to pay. A deal we couldn't walk away from.So far, we have nothing but good thoughts about our new Chevy dealer here in FL. We are now residents of FL from PA where we bought and were serviced by Lawrence Chevy in Mechanicsburg, PA

We viewed the vehicle and explained why we were not trading till Dr. released me to drive, for at least a week. Thomas called during the week to enquire about my health, a nice gesture on his part. When I was able to drive we went up to Ocala and I gave them my estimate of what I thought the price of the trade should be and why. The dealership came back quickly with the deal they could make and the price was agreed upon. I had been at the Dealership less than a half an hour, I was very impressed. The sales people didn't play games and keep me waiting trying to make me think they were figuring how to get me the best price, Did their job quickly and were personable about it. The time for the paper work was a bit long but there were about a thousand forms to fill out so it went as quickly as possible, government and lawyers aren't time conscience.

As in multiple reviews about this dealership, STAY FAR AWAY FROM IT! They are thieves at best. These are the people that give car dealerships a bad name. Unfortunately my car was towed there and I didn't have a choice but to have it fixed there, and they knew it and took full advantage of that. They charged more than double for the job, I called several other Chevrolet dealers to double check their pricing, I even showed them a copy of a work order from another GM dealer showing how much the job should cost, they ignored it and said "that's what we charge", even though the other GM dealers said it shouldn't be that much. After all this we got the car home and it STILL wasn't correct! Finally got it to our regular mechanic, he corrected what they didn't and told us how bad they were at Palm and he is always repairing their work for customers. Palm Chevrolet is the single worst dealership / service department I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They are the reason people call the dealerships, "Stealerships"! Please read other reviews and you'll see this is true.

Found the truck I wanted on line walked in and was greeted by Ed Del Rio one the the salesman. He took me straight to the truck. We took a test drive and he got me approved and out the door driving the truck in two hours. Everyone involved was very helpful and answered all the questions we asked.

This place is GREAT. I'm not 1 to write reviews or speak highly of auto dealers. However, I live 3 hours away from Ocala, & I have told everybody I know to make the trip if looking for a car. Business has brought me to the area, & buying my truck makes it worth being in town.My salesman was Chuck Elder. He actually listened to my concerns & wants, & took the ball. He did speak with management to ensure I was getting what I wanted & that all involved would be happy. He did not disappoint.When I took delivery of my new truck, Chuck had the day off from work No big deal, as Willie Caison stepped up to the plate for Chuck Willie helped make it a seamless transaction. The entire staff is great! Again, I would encourage anybody reading this to make Palm Chevy your 1st stop when car/truck shopping. It will be your only stop. As we all know, the process of buying a car can be very aggravating. Buying from these guys will squash that school of thought.

I took my Corvette in for new tires and the rims cam back severely gouged. The dealership refused to replace them and insisted on refinishing them. I asked to speak to the GM in the hopes of obtaining some kind of extended warranty on the refinished rims and was politely told to " take the top off of that car and enjoy your vehicle." After driving a bit I noticed a vibration and am still waiting for the dealership to make it right. This process started on January 22nd and has not yet been resolved. Very disappointed as I am a Corvette enthusiast and take immaculate care of my vehicle. I would stay away from this dealership.

ChuckE greeted me right away upon my arrival. I was straight forward and brief about what I wanted and where I stood financially and credit wise. He directed me no where else and helped communicate with getting everything worked into my budget plan. The great sense of humor was a plus and made the time go by so much quicker. This was my second experience at Palm Chevrolet. I was confident in my return to the dealership, as my first experience in 2013 was positive and gained me a Chevrolet Spark, which I enjoyed driving for 3 years. With my new and improved position, I wanted now to upgrade to a roomier car with the best gas mileage I could find. Willie Caison was immediately available upon my arrival and greeted me with a smile. He was what I consider to be an exemplary demonstration of professionalism, product knowledge, and customer friendly salesmanship. He was never pushy, and he most importantly listened to what I wanted. He guided me towards the best deal for my dollar, and respected my budget. REVISED REVIEW:I purchased the 2015 Cruze Stock #NC0003Neil was very nice BUT DIDN'T STAND UP FOR ME WHEN I CALLED AND SPOKE TO JDI was given the price of $19,845 ACTUALLY CHARGED: $20,005.72I was given a $2,000 Discount & $2,000 Rebate=$4,000 ACTUALLY GIVEN TOTAL OF $3,000.00Also charged for Service contracts and Maintenance plans that I wasn't told about in the amount of $3,185.00 My payments are higher than I expected.Was told that the balance after my trade and $2,500 would be $14,593.62 ACTUALLY CHARGED: $17,476.63I had my 4 month old Grandson with me and it took at least an hour to finally get into finance. After my Daughter picked up the baby I was able to look over the paper work.When I called after I looked at the paperwork: I was told by JD that "The Dealership isn't going to loose $1,000"And that if I removed the maintenance and Service contracts that I would be charge a higher interest rate. JD used a very threateningly tone, He was very rude and obnoxious. I will NOT recommend your Dealership for that reason. My overall experience was not the best I have ever had at a dealer, but by far not the worst either. Moise was our sales guy to start with and was pretty pushy with the monthly payment number. This is a typical sales tactic and I understand why they push it. My wife and I almost left after he pushed us on that monthly payment one too many times, even after us telling him multiple times that the price of the vehicle was too much for us. Thats when Willie stepped in. Where Moise was high pressure pushy sales person, Willie was very patient and listened to what we were saying and worked with us. I really appreciated his cool and attentive attitude. After what turned out to be almost 10 hours we did come to a very good deal and leased a vehicle from Palm. Moise is not a bad guy, i have had way worse people at dealerships, he was just too pushy for our laid back personalities. If you go to Palm ask for Willie, he will take care of you.

Next thing I know, I was happily signing a sales agreement. No pressure, no "tactics", just a fair, honest deal. One of the best car buying experiences in my life. Easy, fair and simple. To start with the people in the service area went out of their way to make sure they did everything they could to solve my problems with my 2015 Colorado. Then the rest of the staff joined in the effort to take care of me, the customer. Customer service is obviously their top concern. In the end, the sales department came through. We had not received Full Approval through our bank so we ventured into the dealership to just poke around and test drive a few vehicles. We poked around, test drove, and ended up buying (through our bank- as Palm is a Direct seller for them). We dealt with three different gentlemen (Thom, Chris, and the smell good finance guy with two little boys)- all of which were stellar in service and fielding all our demands and questions (which believe me there were plenty!) In the end, we got the vehicle we originally wanted with all but one desired option (Tinting the front windows---which you can have done elsewhere cheaper and then they all match). I purchased my Suburban from Angel and his manager Dominic. Angel did an excellent job showing me the features and benefits of the truck. His product knowledge was superior and he was thorough and very detailed in covering all aspects of the unit. After a year of being retired I decided to go back to work. Even though I wasn't going to start my job until March or April, my husband and I decided to start looking for the right vehicle for me. My husband and I went into Palm Chevrolet dealership to find out what time their car rental location closed. Neil Stefani Sales Consultant shared with us that the Enterprise location at their site had already closed for the day. I asked Neil if he knew if Enterprise still delivers their cars. He was kind enough to go online and call the Enterprise 1-800 number to inquire about my delivery question. Not only did Neil get the answer to our question, but he also wrote down the Enterprise telephone number so that I could call them 1st thing in the morning. We have a reservation and needed to change the time that we were planning on picking up our reserved car. I had a concern as to how my husband and I were going to coordinate all of this. Our sales rep " J Rod" did a fantastic job. We had been contemplating buying another truck for a few wks. He stayed in contact with us and kept checking to see if we had come across anything. We purchased a crew cab pickup at Palm Chevrolet over the weekend. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and treated us with respect. Many employees spoke with us and asked if we were doing okay. We were given water and were also offered coffee. Moise was our salesman, and he was eager to work with us and helped with connecting my phone to Bluetooth and handled the welcome call from OnStar with me. My husband left accidentally left a gift card in our trade-in vehicle and called Moise on his cell phone about it. Moise found the gift card and set up the promised service for us, which included taking off a cable from the trade-in vehicle that my husband had installed for his boat wench. JD was also nice to work with, and I appreciated the fact that he did not pressure us with the extended warranty option. He offered, explained what it covered, prices, and then let us decide. I will certainly consider Palm for future car purchases.

Glenn helped with me with my new SUV that needed some minor fixes. He did a great job calling me and getting my vehicle back to me as quickly as possible. I use the service department because they are wonderful HOWEVER, unfortunately, I have not been able to deal with the new car dealership EVEN when I had a certificate showing that I was a family member. I thought I may try it again on a 2015 Suburban, but they wanted to jack the price around several times. I got my SUV in Jacksonville then use their service department when needed.

The staff at Palm went to great lengths to get us the car we requested, and after much searching they found our Equinox. We have since taken an extended road trip (3200) miles and have to say that this Equinox is one of the most comfortable cars I've ever owned, the ride was great, and the economy was a wonderful improvement over our 2009 Traverse. He emailed me and also called me to give me information about cars I was interested in. When we arrived today we were greeted right away and I told them I was looking for Neil. My husband called in and spoke with Moise Juste and told him what type of truck he was looking for. He told my husband he had the perfect truck for us to look at. When we arrived at the dealership he had the truck up front for us to look at and he was right it was exactly what he was looking for plus it was fully loaded which was a great surprise. We were approved and they came back to us with a good payment but was still higher than we wanted to pay monthly. Moise went back to the finance person and came back with another offer but was still more than we wanted but not by much. He did everything in his power to make us happy and got our payments to where we wanted them. Moise and JD in the finance department stayed at the dealership long after the time they closed to make sure we were happy and left with the truck that night. I would recommend Palm Chevrolet to anyone and would definitely recommend Moise Juste. He is a great sales person with a great personality and puts his customers first to ensure they are happy with their purchase. We are very pleased with our purchase and the great service we received.

When I got there a few hours later, they were ready for me zeroed in right in on my wants -safety and price - then fine-tuned them for me. Completely stress free experience!!! My first time buying a car. All done in 3 hours! And great trade in offer!!! Very satisfied lifetime customer! I was so very shocked that as a first time car buyer I was able to choose a car that I didn't even know I would be so in love with and get a great trade in offer on my Crown Vic and be financed (Everything was explained so wonderfully!) All at such a good deal! One slight issue with low tire pressure in one tire... I was able to go in and was treated like I really matter they got my car straight back into the shop and I was able to relax and feel comfortable knowing I'm being totally taken care of! Very professional, informative and friendly staff!!! I will never go anywhere else for a car!!! I almost went to Jenkins and stopped in there just to check since they were "still checking into things" for two days straight and meanwhile I walked in and out of Palm! My 2008 Chevrolet Suburban wouldn't start and was receiving no power. I contacted Palm Chevrolet's Service Center and spoke with a Mr. Isaac Velazquez. I explained my situation to Mr. Velazquez and further advised that I had just traveled from the NorthEast and that my vehicle was inoperable in a gas stations parking lot. Mr. Velazquez assured me that his team of experts would find the cause of my vehicles problem and provide the appropriate repair. With my vehicle inoperable Mr. Velazquez further provided information for a reputable towing company who immediately responded and transported my vehicle to Palm Chevrolets Service Center. Upon arrival Mr. Velazquez meet me with the utmost of professionalism and immediately assigned a very competent Master Mechanic who had my vehicles problem diagnosed almost immediately and repaired within minutes. The experience Mr. Velazquez and his team of experts provided was extremely professional and was the finest in customer service.

The sales team is very informative, and Nic was incredibly patient with us and still willing to help although we were not making a purchase today. He allowed me to get feel for the Tahoe, and used the Surburban not as an upsell tool, but as a way for me to see what the finishes of a base model Tahoe would look like. He knows his product, and if he is unsure about how to answer your questions, he will take the time to look it up on the spot to make sure you get facts, not a guess. Their goal is building customer relationships in order to sell a car, and not pull the typical "used car salesman" hassle. They don't try to sell you the fanciest vehicle on the lot, or focus on what the car looks like on paper. They focus on what you like, what you want, and will do all they can to help you get there.

My husband and I went back to our favorite Chevrolet Dealer, Palm Chevrolet. Our Salesman was Moise Juste, who is very knowledgeable and customer oriented. We brought in our 2013 Cruz with 8,000 miles in perfect condition. He said he would show us a 2016 Malibu that we might be interested in. He asked us what we were looking for, we said lower payments, something we could afford. He took us out to show us a 2016 Malibu (Summit White) and explained the all the features and especially all the vast amount of safety features. Wow!!!. We then took the vehicle out for a test drive which was really great. Then back to the Dealership where after Moise went back and forth to the finance office, we finally agreed on a payment we could afford. He explained more about the vehicle and we signed the deal. Moise then took us out to the car, sync'd our smart phones for us, hooked us us with On Star and showed us how to work the radio, etc. I must say, we were treated so great that I hope Palm realizes how great he is and a real asset. Immediately upon our arrival at Palm Chevrolet, we were greeted warmly and sincerely by a knowledgable sales executive, Jonathan Carrow, who answered our questions and shared information about the vehicle we were looking at - but without the usual pressure tactics and "used car salesman" persona. Another sales executive, Greg Combs, willingly jumped in to help - even though we weren't his customers. The receptionist, Miss Vy, was warm, engaging and truly interested in our family and our purchase. Throughout the entire process, we were treated like family members. Sales Manager, Dominick Dennis, went out of his way to speak to us and check on the progress of our purchase. When I arrived the following day (which happened to be my birthday) to sign the papers and pick up my truck, I was greeted with birthday balloons on the truck and in the showroom which was an amazing, over the top touch by our sales executive, Jonathan! We then sat down with the Finance Manager, JD Piatek, who had all of our papers ready to sign and advised us through the process with regard to warranties and insurance. We had searched the internet to find a truck that we liked. Palm Chevy had an easy to use web site with plenty of information on each vehicle as well as plenty of pictures of each.We contacted them from the website and made an appointment. When we arrived they had put the truck that we were interested in to the side. We were met by Neil Stefani. I expected the normal car salesman and the normal tactics that I have come to expect when going to a dealership. I was pleasantly surprised. We didn't get any of that. Neil was very nice and answered or got us the answers to any questions we had. There were no hidden fees when we sat down with the finance manager JD, who also was surprisingly nice and easy to deal with. Not to mention a former Marine like myself. When all was said and done I didn't have the feeling that I needed to go home and wash the slime off of me as I have in the past with dealing with dealerships. The experience my wife and I had this service visit was a 180 degree turnaround from the last time. Our last experience was horrible (look at our last survey) but this one was OUTSTANDING. The reason was the service advisor who took care of us (Isaac Velazquez). When we pulled up he immediately came to help us. He even remembered my wife from a previous visit. He was courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. We had to leave the vehicle overnight and Isaac took care of all the arrangements to provide us with a loaner vehicle. What we especially liked was that he called us several times to keep up us up to speed as to what was wrong with our car, what was being done to fix it, and when we could come to pick it up. There was no pushy sales pitch, it was all very matter of fact, professional and courteous. JD was able to beat an excellent rate offered by my bank AND set me up with an extended warranty for a very small addition to my monthly payment. The overall experience FAR exceeded my expectations and I walked away extremely satisfied with my purchase. I originally went to Palm just to look at some options and fell in love with my car. I gave the salesman my parameters and he came back with a counter offer I couldn't do, I walked out. Over the last two weeks we kept going back and forth with payments until finally I told the Internet director he could keep the car, it wasn't worth straining myself or my budget. The day after that JD Piatek called me and asked about my budget, I told him the same thing, I'd told the last four people I'd talked to and with his help and hard work he brought it down to literally a few cents above my budget. I signed the papers that night and took my baby home and couldn't be happier. JD and Neil made this last trip to Palm absolutely wonderful; I would recommend Palm just because of those two employees.

Looking for a lightly used 3/4 ton truck so I went to Palm Chevrolet, because that is where my wife purchased her 2013 Malibu and she has been very satisfied with it. Got with Chris Drewry, while talking to him about what I was looking for he mentioned a nice 2008 Dodge Ram 2500, since I had a 1500 Ram I told him I would like to look at it, he had mentioned that it was a manual shift transmission but I told him I would like to look at it anyway since I had driven 18 wheelers for several years prior to retiring. The truck was immaculate it was a 2008 2500 Ram with only 22000 miles on a 6.7 diesel engine. We did some number tossing back and forth, and finally got J. D. We wanted a Kia Sedona and made e-mail contact with Rick. The day we could test drive was Rick's day off so he asked Zetta helped us with Test Drives which she did cheerfully and with great patience. When we couldn't work out a deal on the first Kia we tested, the manager (didn't catch his name) said he had another one for us to try. Since we had driven from Daytona Beach to Ocala; we reluctantly said ok. Zetta again patiently and cheerfully rode with us for the test drive. I went there to check out a new Chevy Cruze Diesel. As soon as I enter I was greeted and right away the sales guy hopped right to showing me the vehicle. I test drove it and fell in love. Low and behold I purchased it that day. I ran into a bit of a snag because I went there solo and really had no way to drive it back to my home or had a ride back to pick it up. I live out in the sticks of Dunnellon Fl. Wouldn't you know it though, the sales rep offered to deliver it several hours later and then I drove him back. Went in on Monday morning with a flat tire. Isaac Valazquez, service adviser, took care of us and diagnosed the problem. The tire could not be patched so we had to purchase a new tire. When they had the car up on the lift, the mechanic discovered that the other rear tire should also be replaced because it was unsafe to drive. After searching the area, Isaac found that this particular tire was not available but Palm would have it the next day. Isaac arranged for us to get a loaner because he felt it was unsafe for us to drive that car in the rain we were currently having. He called us the next day when the car was ready and we made arrangements to pick it up. Everyone we dealt with was very courteous, knowledgeable and provided great service.

In 2013 we had leased a new Chevrolet Cruze Eco. In less than 2 years of leasing this vehicle we had it into the service department numerous times for recalls and part failures. This last occasion was the last straw. We brought the car in for engine issues, to find out that the engine needed to be rebuilt at 23,000 miles. We spoke to Willie Caison and got the ball rolling towards getting us out of the lemon of a car we had. Willie involved Dominick, a sales manager, who also worked with us to get the problem resolved. At first glance, GM/Chevrolet did not want to take responsibility for the problematic car we had leased, but with the hard work from Palm Chevrolet's sales team, GM/Chevy finally saw fit to make things right. In the end, we were able to trade out of the Cruze and into a new 2015 Trax for a bit of a higher payment than we wanted, but it was the deal nonetheless. Willie and the entire sales team at Palm Chevrolet are to be commended for their persistent effort to customer satisfaction, and continued professionalism, even when things got a bit heated. Job Well Done!

Eddie Cruz is the salesman that helped me. He had spent months doing everything possible to get me into a car. He was available 24/7 to get everything straightened out. I work during the day, but he would even answer calls and texts late at night and early morning. He did everything possible to work with me. I had a concern with something within the car the trunk floor cover! This car did not have one. I told Mr. Cruz that I wanted one put in there and if they could not I wanted a reduced price! Mr. Garcia told me he would personally find it and will have it when I leave the lot. When it was about ready for me to leave the lot I asked Mr. Cruz about the floor cover and he said, I put Mr. Garcia on it to find you one! That was not right to do. Mr. Cruz guaranteed me it not Mr. Garcia. I do not feel as though Mr. Cruz took care of my every need and I feel as though he was just out to pass me around to anyone else could help me! I did not feel comfortable with Mr. Cruz and I believe that Mr. Cruz did my family wrong by passing the buck. Mr. Cruz also tried to blame Mr. Garcia for why the Impala did not have the trunk floor mat and it was not Mr. Garcia that I asked to get one for me!

Wife and I researched and found four cars on Palm's Web site. We drove over to take a look. We were met by Chris Drewry and he showed us the four cars and asked us some questions. It was narrowed down to two identical cars, different colors. My wife drove the one she liked. There was no high pressure sales pitch. The monthly payment was what my wife wanted and we filled out all of the paperwork. Robert, the finance manager was great, did not push all of the extras and we made the choice we felt we needed. Chris was able to transfer the insurance from my wife's old car on to the new one. The biggest surprise was the fact we were able to drive home with the car that night, all cleaned up and a full tank of gas. Chris spent about 40 minutes explaining all of the controls, etc with us. Today my husband and I bought our third vehicle from Palm Chevrolet in Ocala. We have always been treated with respect and kindness by everyone that we came face to face with. Our deepest thanks go to Mike Scott for making the purchase of our 2012 Inferno Orange Camaro a truly stress free experience. We knew that we would go back to Palm Chevrolet for any future purchase. It is always a pleasure to visit the dealership. We had the pleasure of meeting a few new people today. We were greeted by Dayron Garcia as we headed into the dealership. After a brief conversation with Dayron, we started to ask questions about the ZL1 that had caught my eye. Dayron introduced us to Dominick Dennis. Dominick had a vast amount of knowledge about the ZL1. The test drive sealed the deal. Thanks Dominick for making that the greatest test drive a person could ask for. Sealing the deal of course meant a trip into the finance office of Richard Howard. I visited Palm Chevy for service on my 2011 Chevy Silverado 3500. The dealer noticed a leak from the transmission & corrected it under warranty. In addition they performed the ignition recall on my 2011 Chevy Impala while I was there. My service writer, Glen McCorvy was polite & helpful & seemed to be genuinely concerned that I had a great service experience. One concern I had in the past was that the Service Mgr. Don Smith had left the dealership. I was very happy to see that his son, don Smith III had replaced him. The son, Don III, has been with Palm Chevy for 21 years according to the decal on his door. Don talked with me & asked me about my experience at the dealership. As far as I am concerned, this will be my dealer for the rest of my life. I moved to Ocala from New Jersey about a year ago, & I was very worried that I would not find a dealer as good as the one I had in NJ. Well, Palm Chevy is a great replacement!

was sold a 2014 impala demo with over 3,000 miles for $31,000.00, after calling credit union to refinance for lower interest found out car is only worth $26,000.00, a $5,000.00 difference, you expect to see diffences in prices but that was huge especially after looking on cars.com and seeing dealerships in the $24,000-$26,000 range for 2014 impala LT 2, and 2015 impala LTZ with a lot less miles for $31,000.00, they got a big laugh at my expense but it will be the last time. so my advice is check and do research or get screwed by PALM chevrolet of OCALA. take a drive and save thousands of dollars at other dealershipscustomer service and friendliness is always good when you are ripping someone off with a smile and handshake and xxxxxxxx

After going to another dealership, we came to Palm. Dayron met with us late evening, and we made an appointment to come back the next day. There was no pressure, which was a relief after going to the other place, which only wanted to get you to sit down and bully you to commit. That's not the way that Palm handled us. The following day we met with Dayron and test drove the truck. There was no particular direction that we had to go on our drive, which was vastly differant from Auto*?x. After the test drive we met JD. He offered for us to take the truck home for the rest of the weekend while we waited for the banks offers to come back Monday morning. They, JD, shopped the best rate for us. Then, it was time to go to his office. After many vehicle purchases, I know that when you get in there, that's when you get screwed. JD was very professional in telling us what we needed and did not need. I was really expecting to have to repeatedly say "NO" to all the upsales. Overall, I was very satisfied with my purchase; Dayron Garcia as my salesman, and JD Piatek as the finance manager. I would highly reccomeend Palm Chevrolet to all my friends. We were very pleased with our experience buying our gently used Silverado truck. Allen O'Shea helped us and he was very accommodating and made us feel very comfortable. We had already decided on what vehicle we wanted by looking at the website. So he didn't try to sell us something we didn't want and that was very good. Then while in the office he made sure we had something to drink and made us comfortable. We had an old truck to use as a trade and we could've sold it for more on our own but it evened out the cost of the we would've had to pay for extra tags and taxes and they threw in a bed liner for us. We are very happy with the truck we bought. J.D. helped us with the financing part and purchase of extended warranty package. He was also very helpful and friendly. We found the vehicle that we were interested in on the internet. It was a used vehicle and we were there for that particular vehicle only. "Baldi" made sure we checked the vehicle over and had us both take it for a test drive. He didn't try to hurry us and he worked with us to make sure we left with the vehicle that we wanted, and at a price that we were happy with.

Wow, we arrived to look at the F150 King Ranch and the place was busy but there was always somebody to spend time with us. They new the car very well even though it was not a chevy, which was impressive. The next week we arrived to purchase the car and this was amazing it could not go any smoother JD was true to his word on financing nobody had a problem with a personal check for 26,000 and the entire process was seamless. We are a four car family and I purchase a great deal of cars and I had never been expedited through a purchase so efficiently in my life. When I purchase my next corvette I just may drive to Ocala to do that. lastly I was very impressed that the general manager came over to wish me luck with my new truck since it was his old car I thought that was a sign of people who appreciate a customer.

I drove four hours to purchase a pre owned vehicle. Asked for pictures of any body damage such as scratches or dents on vehicle, was sent other pictures I asked for but was told there are no scratches or dents on vehicle it is in excellent condition. I took the salesmans word for it and put down a deposit and made the drive. Upon arrival I immediately inspected vehicle and found deep scratches on right rear of vehicle and also horrible paint damage from a buffer. Tried to make a deal but it didn't work. Also tried to deal on a new truck, which didn't workout in my favor especially for my travels and disappointment. I drove back to Naples and purchased a new duramax from Estero Bay Chevrolet $2,000 cheaper, my new duramax had the same sticker value as their new duramax. I wasn't pleased with the dishonesty of the sales department of this dealership!

I returned a few weeks after the purchase for a protective sealant, recommended by my salesperson because of "love bugs" in Florida that can eat away paint. I have been here for my last time. It's not only me. I listen to all of the service advisor talking to the other customers. Every repair, no matter what they bring it in for, is $1000 or better.I went in for front right brake pad squeak. They wanted $400 just for the front pads. Then they said I should replace the rear at the same time (even though I checked them and they had over 5cm left). They wanted $350 for those. Then they said do the rotors too. That was another $1000.They are a rip off!! Stay far away from them and warn all of your friends to do the same.I could not find the rakes pads at any other store or any website for over $150. They charged me $250 and then 2 .5hrs of labor, shop supplies etc etc.They are the worst rip off!!! Be warned to stay away!!!!

Chevrolet Service Consultant, Jim colton was very accommodating and explained everything, since it was my first visit to the service department. My sales person, Jim Briscoe was great selling the car and getting me into a vehicle I could afford. Love my Equinox, however the business office process was unacceptable. I was approved on the spot with a credit score of 819, drove the vehicle home, about 2 weeks later got a letter saying my financing was declined. Hello? The paper work was sent in incomplete, then I had to call the title clerk many times to find out where the new tags were. She said she would call when they come in, the temps had expired, she did not call, I called again and was told they had been there, then I get a letter from DMV that my car was not insured since the day I bought the vehicle, again the F&I dropped the ball, they never contacted my insurance co, even though my policy holder and contract number was on the sales agreement. Just to state again, the sales and service are going above and beyond but you have to have a good office team that provides the same service, maybe they should get paid commission then they would follow up correctly on their end. As a long time manager in my previous career, follow up and keep the rest of the team informed and business office call back when you say you are going to even if there is no news but just to let the client know you have not forgotten them. I went in for a oil change and to check my tires since I keep getting notes that my tires are low and it is past time for my oil change. I only had a little more than 2000 miles on my car, so I was surprised by the notices that my car needed a oil change the service rep. agreed that I didn't need a oil changed and asked if while I was there if I wanted him to check to make sure there were no outstanding recalls on my new car. When my check engine light came on, I called my local dealer and asked about the prudence of driving over 200 miles back home. I was advised to take it to a Chevy dealer ASAP to be checked. I arrived at the Palm dealership at approximately 5:00 PM last Friday, and was advised by a service writer it would probably be Saturday before it could be looked at. I asked a second service writer, and he said he would get a mechanic to look at it to see if the problem could be solved quickly. He took it in the shop, and the mechanic had the problem (computer) isolated and reset, getting me on my way in less than an hour. I was very pleased to be on my way home so quickly. Thanks, Palm.

They ran my credit 11 times. When we got home I had 11 notices from my Lifelock rep. I called and the finance guy said he had 3 approvals but was looking for the best deal. HOW DO I KNOW THAT? John Lyon was a great help with the problem I had with thethe vibration in the ride on my Malibu. The truth is if it couldn'tbe remedied I wasn't going to look to Chevy for my next car when the time comes. John recommended the tire test to be done and three of four tires were found to be out of tolerance.They were replaced under warranty and saved me several hundred dollars. I thought the warranty was up but John checked and I still had a couple of days. Thanks again John.

The person who took over was a complete disaster.....yet I never received a survey about him. He told me JC was not going to be back at work until Jan. 8; I couldn't wait that long. Not so, JC was back by Jan. 2, I could have waited. Work was done to my car by this person that I don't think was necessary. I could tell you more but no one ever sent a survey request about this guy...is there a reason for that? Do I trust the dealership? I trust JC but...will not go back unless I know JC is at work. My husband and I had been comparing cars for months on the internet, and suddenly an emergency made us have to buy one immediately. Since we already knew the car we wanted, we went right to Palm Chevrolet because we had bought his Cruze there 3 years earlier. We were treated fairly and we like dealing with the service department at this dealership, so we came here first.

Matt Tingley was very patient and helpful in finding a car in our budget. I would do business with him again. The superstar of the day was Richard in finance. We had been at the dealership for about four hours but he swiftly had us in and out by the time we made it to his department. We found this to be one of the best car shopping experiences we have ever had. I would hope that Matt and Richard both are recognized by their boss as valuable associates to the sales team and praised for a job well done.

Jim in service was GREAT. I am a repeat customer and came in with a blown transmission. Instead of having to deal with more problems (i.e. what to do next...) AND it was really busy; Jim handled getting my truck diagnosed and resolved my having to be at a meeting - which I made ON TIME. YOU GUYS ARE GREAT.

John Lyons was excellent, I couldn't ask for anyone better. He kept me informed as to the progress on our truck. It did take longer than we expected, but John put me in a nice Traverse to drive till our truck was ready. I would recommend Palm dealership to all of my friends. Merry Christmas.

I have only once in the many years that I have dealt with a car dealer/service department that they were at the top of the chart in excellence. It is obvious to me the Palm Chevy has their act put together to give top of the line service. From the service department, sales personnel and staff. I have never experience any problems with any aspect of how Palm treats there customers. The people in the service department are very knowledgeable and courteous. I am not sure they could get any better in there services as they seem to me that they are already there because they are at the top of the chart in my book. I do not every worry about going to Palm, thinking I might have to argue all questionabout an issue. Everyone is so courteous, helpful and pleasant to deal with. I know when I leave there I will have an answer and I will have a clear understanding what the cost and/or charges are. I would also, at this time, like to mention that the Salesman who we purchased our Chevy Equinox from two years ago was just the type of salesman we like to dealing with. No games were played with numbers, just a . Both my wife and I really prefer the method that Palm has their people using with their sales people - nice straight forward dealings and no added cost. front. Any of the people we have had dealings with at Palm have been a pleasure to deal with. May Palm Chevy keep the top quality service going.
