I purchased a new Sienna in 2015. My salesman was David Parnell. I called looking to find out more details about the Auto Access Seat that Toyota offers. I called the other Mobile Alabama dealership and they wasn't really interested in helping me, I guess they assumed I wasn't serious. Nonetheless Mr. Parnell did the research and went above and beyond in getting me the best deal possible. We have become family and will return to Palmers and Mr. Parnell when the need arises for another vehicle.

I live in Pensacola and I purchased a 2016 RAV4 from Palmer's in April '16 . This was my second vehicle purchase from Palmer's Toyota. My first purchase was a new 2003 Toyota Tundra and I was highly satisfied with the whole process then-very easy and very simple. This time, I initiated contact with Palmer's internet sales through a car buying service. That part of the sales process was made too difficult insofar as negotiating a fair price. However, eventually we negotiated a fair price that buyer and seller could agree on which I thought was fair, but the road there was way too far and winding. It could have been much easier and simpler. That said, the best part of my experience this time was with the sales lady that they referred me to in order to finalize the sale. Her name is Ann Phoutphong and man she is very good-not pushy at all. When we drove over to finalize the sale, she was so pleasant, incredibly patient and didn't rush my wife and me, even though she had another customer who was waiting for her at the time. Ann patiently took us through all the technology. This was good for us because my wife and I are nearing retirement and we're technologically challenged! This worked out well because I got the convenience package (safety technology that you want). She paired my phone to the SUV audio bluetooth, offered to set up etunes but I elected not to at that time. She let me know that if I later changed my mind about setting up the Etunes, she would take care of it and said just call her. Wow! She had real good product knowledge which is important to me when I buy any product. If we asked her a question about the vehicle that she didn't know, she whipped out her smartphone and found the answer right then. So I give her 5/5 stars for being so good. Ask for her if you go there-you will really like her. I hope this helps. Good luck!

Looked at Palmer's online site at their Tacoma inventory. Sent in an email and received an immediate response from Ryan in internet sales. We touched base the next morning and he had a truck he thought I would like. I went by the dealership and he had the car ready. I test drove with Ann in internet sales .She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I asked about adding a step bar . They had it in stock and said they could install it right away. We confirmed the financing signed the paperwork with Colton and I was out the dealership. Great sales team. Probably the smoothest car / truck transaction I've ever had in 40 years of driving. Not pushy just easy to talk with and real considerate of our time. Thanks Ryan, Ann and Colton in internet sales.

brought my new camry (3000 mi) in to check for a possible leak in back taillights. could see drops of water through edges. James Ard checked , brought me back to the shop for an explanation. said the water could not get into the taillights because of a seal barrier in place. He was very helpful and Tito also checked the front end for an unusual squishing sound. All was well. Thanks. This is our fifth toyota and we are always pleased.

Absolutely wonderful experience with salesman David Parnell. I have now bought three cars from Palmer's and cannot express how truthful honest and easy to work with David Parnell and his manager Mark Hammel were. I really had a great experience and absolutely love my 4Runner. I went to Palmer's after going to Eastern Shore Toyota and having a bad experience. I was referred to David by Justin Fadalla and David did not leave that night until we had a vehicle I wanted. Just because Palmer's does not have it on the lot, does not mean they can't get it for you. I learned my lesson by going somewhere else other than Palmer's. :). I highly refer David Parnell and Palmer's Toyota.

My husband and I were there on Feb 27 to really just see what kind of deal we could make on a new Camry. We really weren't thinking we would leave with a car. Tiffany Fredrick was so professional and personable. She made us a deal that we couldn't refuse. We left with a 2015 Camry SE and are very happy with it. I got a 2014 Corolla last Christmas. I love this car! Due to health reasons I haven't been able to keep it clean like I've wanted to so I called the dealership and made an appointment to have it detailed. It may have taken longer than expected but it was worth the wait. My car looked as great as the day I got it. What a great crew!

We wrecked our car on our first day in Alabama.After a recommendation from the collision center, I found Palmer's on the internet, made an appointment for the next day. We knew exactly what kind of car we wanted and what our budget was. The very helpful salesman found three cars that met our requirements. We drove off the same afternoon with a great Toyota Camry priced within our budget. It was a very nice experience after our accident. Thanks David.

The dealer treated me like an idiot and when I couldn't afford the monthly billing they brought a manager in to bully me into buying it anyways. Then he proceeded to treat by husband like he was dumb for not being able to see how the pricing breaks down. Said "it's a no brainier, you can afford this truck you just want a deal we can give you!" No I know what we can afford. They are all a bunch of jerks!!! Never going there again!

I bought my car through the Internet sales department at Palmer's. Ryan Cox and Jerry Guy were pleasant and respectful of my time. The bottom line is it didn't take long to get the best price without ever having to come into the dealership. I priced the vehicle with five dealerships, and Palmer's gave me the best price without any salesman gimmickery.

I have purchased 7 cars and this by far was my best car buying experience! I feel I was respected as a female purchaser and I didn't have to haggle the salesman for the best price. It all worked out and I left feeling like I had made an investment rather than a purchase!

I had called originally and scheduled an appointment to have my car checked and ended up calling the morning before to see if I could go ahead and bring it in last minute that day and it was no problem. They addressed my issues and went ahead and also took care of my upcoming oil change while it was there.

I bought sight unseen because I knew I could trust Palmers they've been around for years. The car is a 2014 not brand new but great low miles. I live out of town and they sent a Driver with the papers, what a plus saved me a long drive!! Only thing was I had my daughter pick up vehicle and my Salesman was off. The car was on "E" no floor mats and no one showed her how to work everything (maybe this is new car only)? However, financing was wonderful and "easy" thank you! I called Ryan Cox my Salesman and he is assisting with getting floor mats and a voucher for gas, thank you again....problem solved except maybe the personal service upon pick up.

It is always all about TRUST. I bought my first Toyota (Carolla) used in the 1980's. We bought our first new Toyota (Tacoma) in 1992. We drive them 'til the wheels fall off so we don't purchase often. We got right at 500,000 miles on our last Tacoma. My husband and I now own a 2006 Tacoma and 2007 Camry Hybrid. We trust James Ard at Palmer's Toyota in Mobile, Alabama as our service advisor. We trust Toyota vehicles as we've never had much trouble with any we've ever owned. Service advisors are a different story though. A company is only as good as the people who represent them and Palmer's Toyota has found a tremendous asset in this service advisor. Palmer's Toyota has earned our service business and they can thank James Ard and the person who hired him for that.

Outstanding dealership. Buying process was easy, honest, and the best deal! We bought a new 4runner at a good price. Anne was our salesperson and she was perfect with her service and friendly customer approach. My wife and I are very satisfied with the whole process and I would absolutely recommend Palmers Toyota for your new Toyota purchase. You can shop around for a Toyota anywhere else, but in the end you will be buying from Palmers Toyota. Just do the math. They have the competition beat.

After telling Mr. Guy my maximum budget, he let me test drive a very nice car...however, after about 15-20 minutes of waiting for him to come back with a quote, he quoted me OVER DOUBLE my maximum budget! My mother and I spent two hours at the dealership, only about 30 of which was spent in the presence of Mr. Guy. I understand being busy but really? He emailed me telling me they got the quote down to within $30 of my max budget (though still over), and he said I "just need to make a little more money per month". I feel insulted and disrespected. I will NEVER take my business to this dealership again.

I worked with David Parnell and J Guy. I purchased the vehicle because I was 4 hrs from home and my wife was already 2 hrs into the drive back and I had no way home. The salesman was insulting and prior to my arrival the truck was altered by replacing the expensive rims with cheap steal wheels. Would not have made the trip and deal had i known this dealership was this corrupt.

I went to the dealership to test drive a 2008 Tahoe that I found online and was greeted promptly by my salesman Matthew Aria when I arrived and within less than 2hrs I was driving away in my 2008 Tahoe due to the fact that Mr. Aria treated me with respect and made the negotiating very painless and stress free. I would recommend this dealership to my friends for sure.

Been wanting a Certified Preowned Toyota Camry and found Palmer's Toyota on cars.com and they had many for me to choose from. I dealt with their Internet Mgr, Ryan Cox and he provided me answers to all my questions about the Camry I found online and made my purchase of my 2012 Camry SE from him very easy and I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour. This is the most unprofessional service department that I have ever experienced at a Toyota dealership. They refuse to honor Toyota factory warranty. They need new management in their service department. Go to the other Toyota dealerships in the area for service to avoid the hassle and inappropriate business conduct. Toyota is a good product so take your business to another dealership.
