I recently purchased a used chevy silverado HD 2500. I received a recall so I found Parks a nearby dealership. Cynthia the service rep was extremely understanding of my time coordinating the recall repair and some other service items. I would highly recommend them. Thanks Parks!

We had an exlcent experience . Deal was mostly made over the phone. They asked what I wanted and found it for me. Dealing with the paper work was smooth and easy. The people there were great. Everyone was really nice and friendly. Will deal with them again. Highly recommanded.

Called on a Tuesday, talked to Neil told him what I wanted and he found it. Valled back on Friday told him we would be there on Saturday to get the car. When we arrived they had the car there washed and ready to go. Paper work was ready also. Highly impressed with the service we received. Did I mention that we came from Virginia to pick up my brand new Caramo. Will recommend to everyone.

Came by Parks Chevy on friday nite 11/6 wanted to see the new camaro in showroom and was met by Jeff Lops in the showroom where he showed us the features of the car and even fired the engine for me,well we spent a hour and half on dealing on this car ,and we are the new owners of the camaro . It was good but I left the dealership service - on my way home to concord tire light went out and scared me with PSI pressure blank out/ on the screen alert on the back left tire. Did know what to do went to another tire place and it was sensory went out and they fixed it for me.

When I had my car serviced, they gave me a loaner since I was on a time crunch. When I came back to return the car, they remembered me and had my keys waiting. I never had to give them my name, or wait at all. I was a person, not a number. Great experience and would definitely go back.

I came into the dealership to buy a truck under false representation from the chat line on the internet call center where I was misquoted a price for the truck I wanted. Fortunately, when I arrived at the dealership, Jason Hicks, Carl & Wayne were able to calm me down and they helped me with the choice of truck I was looking at on the internet. They did everything to win my trust and business. Matt and Eric in service stayed in contact with me for the extras I purchased and had installed after the sale. I would highly recommend these individuals to anyone purchasing a vehicle with Park Chevrolet. On the other hand, I would not recommend the internet chat line call center to anyone.

I went to this dealer, Parks Chevrolet of Charlotte, after email correspondence form them expressed an interest in negotiation on a new vehicle. I decided to visit this dealership and see the vehicle after I left a used car dealership in South Carolina who refused to negotiate on a 2012 vehicle. My experience at Parks Chevrolet was fine. I test drove the vehicle (2014 Chevrolet Equinox LT) and liked the ride. The salesman, Justin Antonio, was very professional and relayed my questions and offer details o his management. His manager, strangely, was hidden at his station until the very end of the negotiation where an agreement was reached. Normally I consider a car buying experience like having a Root Canal procedure at the dentist. This experience was fairly pleasant. And, the dealer participated in The American Way of negotiation for a high ticket item purchase.

I had issues with my Suburban while traveling through North Carolina. The staff at Parks Chevrolet could not have been better, squeezing me in and doing my repairs in one day so I could get back on the road. They were kind enough to loan me a car so my 3 kids did not have to sit there for hours. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I wish I lived closer for all of my truck needs!

I scheduled a test drive on line. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly by an associate who listened to my wishes and concerns an didn't try to oversell me. We found the vehicle I wanted at a sister location and the car was delivered and re-inspected to make sure it met with their standards. I fell in love with the car immediately upon seeing it and am glad I made the choice to come to Parks.

The Service Department at Park on Tryon has always provided me with courteous and professional service. From the Service Reps to the Repair Techs even through the Cashier. I have been a customer since 2003 when I purchased my Trailblazer. Even when I disagreed with a charge we were able to resolve it to my satisfaction. The staff if very down to earth and not stuffy. Excellent customer service and professionalism. I was a difficult buyer and everyone was very patient at assisting me with my wants and needs. When other dealerships said no or wanted me to obtain a co-signer, Parks said yes and even negotiated with the bank to get me a much lower interest rate than I assumed I could receive. The service team went above and beyond in servicing my vehichle at no extra charge. I highly recommend Parks!

My car was purchased on December 15, 2013. I made a call to the service department and spoke with AL, I explained to him that my On Star's diagnostic report suggested that I needed service and I was pressed for time because I was leaving the next day to go out of town. Al immediately told me that I could come in. I was there within 20 minutes and upon my arrival my concern was given critical care. I was taken care of within 30 minutes and I was quite impressed. My trip was blessed

Buying cars from parks Chevrolet will get you a good deal. I really like this place more than my other place when I get my first car. The sales person I've during my time in Parks Chevrolet, was really great and helpful. He helped me to get a great car with great deal. More good thing about this place is, they try to make their customers get better experience to with their cars even after you get your vehicle. I love to come back to this place when I decided to trade in my car, and I will recommend everyone who wants to get a good deal to check this place out.

We got home from a weeks vacation in Florida and found our 2007 Hummer's battery dead at the Charlotte airport. I got a new battery and got it started but had numerous errors showing. ABS error, brake error, battery error. I called Parks and talked to Chris. I carefully drove to the dealership and Chris promptly got us a rental car to get home to Asheville. He had to do extensive repairs (glad I had a service contract, which Chris verified the repairs with) and within 5 days it was fixed. I liked the service so much we came back and traded another vehicle we had with Terrell in the sales department. I can't say enough good things about Parks. It was a lot different experience than we've had in western NC. Rest assured, when it comes car time again, we WILL be back.

They did contact me several times for me to come in and see the car I had inquired about. I really did like the car and wanted to purchase it. The problem was I did not get to test drive the vehicle until they did a credit check. I am 69 years old and on Soc Sec and a small pension. My credit score (not their fault) has dropped down into the mid 500's and within 15 minutes they advised me that they could not help me get a car. I had to go elsewhere and buy a much older Camry (low miles) in order to have a car.

worst customer service ever. We were traveling from florida to va for vacation and car was having problems. When we called at first they were very welcoming on phone UNTIL they found out the car was under warranty. Then they were trying to push me off saying it would be a couple of days, that they were backed up and actually gave me a number to another dealer. WTF I called another dealer and was welcomed and repaired same day..thank you STEVE MOORE CHEVROLET
