Extremely unhappy. Went to buy a Navigator and decided to buy a slightly used on with 18K miles on it. Found out less than a week later that entire axle had to be replaced. That is not safe, I have three kids and tow regularly. How can a 18K mile car need a whole new axle and they didn't know about it when they do a 250 point inspection to "Certify" the car? During sales process we questioned why the car had been turned in and the sales guy said because the lady didn't like the color no in fact it was a fleet car with a obvious issue they didn't want to disclose. When I went in there to discuss about my option they tried to sell a whole new car to which would give them an entire new transaction on their books. There was no real discount for issue of what I went through. just more profit and more dealer fees. When manager talked to me he tried to make it seem like he was doing me a huge deal No not at all just another deal and no real consideration for the crappy car they sold us. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SALES STAFF!!!!!

Called to make a service appointment but kept getting a message to leave my name and number so they could call me back. I called 4 times because I don't like to leave a message. I finally left a message on the 5th try and nobody called back. A few days later I received an automated call reminding me that my 30,000 maintenance was due and if I wanted to speak to a service advisor to make an appointment I should press a certain key. I decided to give it a chance. James picked up the phone and I did make an appointment with him and also told him of my experience with trying to make an appointment a few days earlier. He said he would pass the information on to the service manager and was very apologetic. I was told service would take about 45 minutes but it took 1 1/2 hours.

Brian has been my Service Adviser since that first purchase and I have been extremely pleased with his service and caring. Geek Squad sent me into Parks Lincoln because my air conditioning went out while they were installing satellite radio. (I have an '06 Lincoln Navigator.) Geek Squad offered to pay for what appeared to be their fault ... unfortunately, to say the least, they decided not to in the end. Because Parks Lincoln puts their customers exceedingly above all else, they came to my rescue and offered to meet me halfway on the price. I cannot say enough about their customer service and the excellent work they perform- and quick! James was courteous, professional, and friendly. Tammie was very helpful, considering my first visit. Laurie was extremely professional, patient, and understanding-going above and beyond to guarantee customer satisfaction. I am so impressed with Parks Lincoln for their customer appreciation! I do not know of any other dealership that has this level of excellence and attention to detail. When something went horribly wrong from my side, they continued to work until it was made right. Having the coupon was great and made the cost rating great instead of good. I like the ability to call for an appointment and wait for my car. Buck is always friendly and helpful. The reason I rated this dealer's service department so high is: I have had my Ford Five Hundred serviced there for four years; always with great results. I have dealt almost exclusively with James Powell and Tammie. James always recognizes me and is very familiar with my car. Tammie makes the "paying process" enjoyable (or as enjoyable as possible). I noticed, when I scheduled this last appointment, Tammie is now doing the scheduling also.I was in management all during my career in banking and I would have been glad to have such polite, efficient and people-oriented employees as James and Tammie.Mr. Parks it was always my policy that, with added responsibility comes a salary increase. In these tough times that policy would be difficult to follow but I definitely think Tammie deserves a raise. I was met promptly be my service advisor, James, who took the time to talk at length with me about my concerns regarding my Aviator. He listened carefully to what I had to say and responded honestly to each question and concern. He gave me clear advice and did NOT push to sell any service on my vehicle. When all was said and done, he was very willing to let me leave with no service order, but I decided several minutes later to have one service performed. That work was done promptly, and a free car wash was given before I picked up my car.Tammie was very friendly and, because I was a new customer, she took the time to explain certain benefits that would accrue to me when I return in the future for additional service.Overall, I have never been so well received at a service department and will surely return when the need arises.Tom J.

I started visiting Longwood Lincoln/Mercury with a new Mustang (2005) that had constant problems and no help from original dealer. The Auto-Shop Teacher at my school suggested that I go to Longwood L/M - Thank goodness - They were (are) phenomenal!..with excellent service and personal care. I was determined to get a car from this dealership ONLY because I was treated with such respect and excellence from Brian Gurney. He always went the "extra step" when I had "Mustang" woes. I now have a Lincoln MKZ and love it! I was, however, behind on my service due to "long days" teaching and the desire to simply go home...Mercy! They had me in and out before I could grade all of my Vocabulary Tests....what a treat. Would I recommend this dealership - Suffice it to say that my Ex-Husband is now driving a Lincoln MKS from Longwood L/M..no more Lexus or Mercedes!

So infrequently does one encounter a pleasent experience when taking one's car in for service, but whenever I have taken my cars to Longwood Lincln Mercury, I have come to expect excellent service and outstanding customer relations and have been rewarded with both, from the service advisor to the service technician to the customer service rep/cashier. Just walking into the dealership, they made you feel like you were part of the family. Nikki was very hands on throughout the whole process. She walked me through the entire car and all of its accessories. I didnt have to do a thing. She programmed my phone, set up the turn to turn assistance, pretty much showed me the nuts and bolts of the car. She then got her boss involved, Joe Krajczewski, and he put together a price I couldnt turn down.

I would absolutely recommend the dealership, and in fact have done so to several friends. I have had the pleasure of working with the collision center, sales, and service, on several occasions. In fact, I began my relationship with LLM when I owned my last car, a Toyota, and began taking it there for regular service. When I wrecked the car LLM's collision center repaired it, and now that I have a new car, a Mazda, I continue to frequent LLM for service, detailing, and scratch repair. I couldn't be happier. Barry in Parts/Service is knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable. The sales team is patient, friendly, and, well, for lack of a better term, not stereotypical car salesmen. I have been very satisfied with LLM and will continue to visit for any needs I have arise in future.

They hve always treated me with respect; I feel confident in the diagnosis, and they present it to me in a courteous fashion. There are either donuts or popcorn, and coffee. Rental car agency is conveniently located. They are organized, and prepared for me when I arrive.

I have recently purchased my 3rd lincoln at Longwood and took it in today for its first service call. Mr. Bridgeman has always been met with courteous,efficient service and answers all my questions. Today I had oil change, filter and check all levels, tires and a general check as I am going on the road next week. Also in todays visit autobutler was done. I took my car in at 1:45 and it was returned at 3:15 PM. A month ago I called and said I was having problems with tire pressure and was told to bring it in immediately, which I did. It was returned to me 45 minutes later with the tire fixed, as it had a nail in it. Again, efficient, courteous service with no charge. I have encouraged other friends to go to Longwood and they have experienced the same high level of service I have and all have been pleased. I wanted to tell you that in my opinion Brian Gurney is the best and most attentive service person I have ever dealt with. I have had many mid-high level cars from GM, Honda, Toyota, Porsche, VW, Volvo (wifes current car), and now my Lincoln. I used to think that VW always provided the most attentive service. I went to the Lincoln because of the a/c seats over VW at the time and I couldnt have been more pleased. Brian represents what should be considered the poster boy for Lincoln Service across the company. I have always completed the surveys that I have received to benefit Brian, but I cannot appreciate how that complements him personally. I really wanted to find a way to say thank you to Lincoln and Brain for a wonderful experience with my car and your service department. Always receive VIP service from Longwood L-M. I would never think of taking my vehicle anywhere else for service/maintenance. Fast, friendly, efficient; they truly care about the customer experience. My SUV is the best performing car I have ever owned and I have owned it longer than any other vehicle. In 90,000 miles, only 1 small repair that was completed in less than 45 minutes. Highly recommend this dealership.

Nikki was an amazing sales person. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. The entire experience was wonderful and Nikki's attention to us was superb. I really wasn't really looking for a new car at this time. I received a phone call stating they had seen my old Mercury while having the oil changed and they stated that they could give me a good deal on the Mercury Milan with my trade. I was skeptical but after initially contacting Galen Burgard, I could not believe the deal. The sale was then turned over to Nikki Simmons to get me the car I wanted. Within one day she had located the exact model and accessories I wanted. Nikki then worked with me to even get a better deal on my tradein. When the new car was delivered, Nikki took the time to show my wife and myself all the new devics and how they worked. We really felt well informed and good as we drove off in our new Mercury Milan. I could'nt have worked with a better group of individuals as those at Longwood Lincoln and Mercury. This is my third car I purchased from them.

We were out for a drive on a mission to find a vehicle. We came upon Longwood Lincoln and decided to go in and check out the dealership. As soon as we got out of our car and started looking at cars Nikki Simmons came out and offered us assistance. she was so pleasant and professional. She asked us what we were interested in and we told her and she instantly started looking for us, she was great. She found us a used Ford Explorer Sport Trac. We sat down worked out a deal to our liking no hassles signed the papers and drove home in our new Ford. I will recommend this dealership to everyone that ask me. I bought my car at this dealership and received 9 years of excellent friendly service. I recommended this dealership to friends. No more. The reason: I took my car in to have my AC serviced on June 5, 2004. The year before they tried twice to fix the same problem. But I was told I was now leaking refrigerant by Buck and my '93 had to be converted to the newer standard and the total cost would be $1,500. It was not covered by the lifetime guarantee they tout so much. Skeptical, I took my car to another repair shop. They converted the car to the new refrigerant for $56 and said they found NO leak. They said if there were a leak they would fix for free and stand behind their work. Hmmm! Pay $56 or $1,500? Can you spell R-I-P-O-F-F!
