Had a lease through Parkway Chrysler for 3 years. A few things occurred to me arriving at a 1 star review. 1. October of 2020 we called to turn in lease where an individual from lease dept informed us we had until Nov 2021, lease was actually up in Feb 2021 which we were unaware of 2. Flash forward to a week ago. We stopped in and spoke to Russ from financing because we wanted to purchase the vehicle, who informed us we would need to take care of this with our bank. The next day our bank stated that the dealership could easily handle this transaction and even provided a phone number for the dealership to utilize. In calling Russ the next day , he informed us he could not help, and I quote “ why would we help you if we aren’t getting any money from this? No commission, the dealership makes nothing “ To which I replied, well Russ does it cost you anything? “My time” he says. We were a loyal customer who paid on time for 3 years. He then says “ if you aren’t happy about it . Then just take your business elsewhere” Don’t worry Russ , we did. And I recommend others do the same. UPDATE Another dealership was able to assist us with this purchase in under 45 minutes. That’s all this took was 45 minutes. 45 minutes to assist with a transaction , of which they didn’t owe us.

They got my Jeep Wrangler back to me in a day! When I first called they had an appointment within a few days which I thought was pretty great. I had it towed there on a weekend. They called me right when they opened on Monday to let me know they were going to start looking at it, then called a few hours later to let me know what was wrong with it, and then they called again around 7 PM to let me know they stayed late to get it back to me. Great experience after having my car at an independent shop for 3 weeks before I brought it here.

Evidently they don't want to sell cars. No brochures to look at , and the cars in the showroom are locked you can't sit in them. They expect you to just find out all information you want online and then go to them so they can make money.
