Had a 9 AM appointment, wasn't seen until after 10:30 AM. I understand the maintenance takes time, not an issue. Friendly service and great mechanics and Manager. My issue was with the tardiness of the initial intake. However, the service manager apologized personally and advised he would rectify the issue. I will definitely give the service dept another chance. Waiting room a little small and cramped. Purchased the new truck at this location a week prior. Sales staff was excellent. Gave me a deal I could not pass up. Thank you.

For just coming in for the 10,000 mile service I didn't need an appointment since it was just an oil change and tire rotation. I will say that the wait was a little longer than I would have liked, but then I do realize that this isn't a drive through oil change place. Overall everything was an transaction.

Overall, my experience there has been very good. I have purchased two cars there iin the last 4 years. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the value for service is excellent. I pay $40 every 5000 miles for oil change and tire rotation. It definitely extends life of the car and the tires. I travel 52,000 miles a year in my vehicle for business, and the reliability of that vehicle is very important. Parsons Ford provides a nice blend of high quality service and value that is hard to find in this day and age.

I brought my Taurus in for a maintenance check-up & to get the oil changed. Everything seemed to go smoothly & didn't have to wait very long. The people I talked to were very polite & helpful. The only thing that happened was the guy who worked on it forgot to put the sticker on my windshield for the next time, but that was just an oversight & it was corrected right away. Great job!

It was a weekend and the young man squeezed me in I hade been in prior complaining about the headlights on my 2014 edge it seams that my model is listed as having HID headlights and it doesn't it has halogen bulb which Phillips no longer makes nor do they or any other major manufactures make a replacement finally found a company Putco that made a compatible bulb when I tried to change it I dropped the twist off housing cover, it fell to the bottom and wedged up behind the radiator the mechanic could not find it so we assumed it had fallen out on the way over. Your mechanics switched out the bulbs on the way home I was looking at the road no sign of the thing. When I got home I crawled under the car with a flashlight and could finally see where it was at. I had to pop one of the plastic rivets loose to get a long screwdriver up in there to get it loose and finely within reach believe me I can easily see why the mechanic could not see it. As a result we had ordered the part to replace it but after I got it out I called back in and canceled the part so there should be a credit in my name for around $33.00 not a problem because I will be back in for service at the end of the month but we will need to replace the plastic rivet. I have been dealing with your service department on and off for quite a few years never a complaint and to be honest that is the reason I bought the car from you.

When I bought the MKZ, I also bought the additional coverage to take care of things like door dings. Within a few months of buying my car, someone banged a door. The dealership fixed it like new. The damage is completely gone. I'm very grateful.

All service was performed in a timely fashion and addressed several areas of need: 125.000 mile check-up and diagnostic performance and service to address some issues with the brakes. All information was shared at the onset of the service, calls were made to our home, and all areas of service were reviewed at pick-up. Mr. Dave Milburn, Service Manager, was extremely helpful and forthright. Kent Parsons Ford Service Department is an excellent, efficient and proficient part of the business. The service was great but the problem is with Ford Motor Co. By using a dry clutch in your automatic transmission instead of the German made version of a wet clutch has let me to believe I will not buy another Ford product, unless they fix this. Extending the warranty is not the fix. I have to drive this vehicle not knowing if this vehicle is going to get me were I am going or pulling out into traffic if I will make it. You never know when this going to not take off from a stop. NOT HAPPY

I purchased my MKZ, 2014, last September. I was having recall problems resolved and an oil change. I did receive a loaner for the time my car was being serviced. It required several (3) more hours than what I was told (2) and did not receive a call explaining this. So, I showed up at the dealership and had to wait another 2 hours. I requested the free car wash with Lincoln service. A terrible job was done, leaving nose prints from my dogs on the back inside windows. Understandably, the were in a hurry because of my wait, but 10 minutes more would have given much better results.I overheard a salesperson telling a perspective buyer how at Kent Parsons they will be pampered. I have yet to see this kind of treatment. I feel I get average and expected treatment, but certainly not pampered, unless a bottle of water or coffee fills this expectation.

I am overall happy with your service. My only hesitation is that I think due to size your ability to service as timely and quickly as larger dealers is less certain. I was able to know with others dealers I could get in and out very quickly I cannot count on this with Parsons. I still want to use your dealership to service my Fords.

I arrived at the dealership with some very specific wants in mind [F-150 truck, 4X4, non-metallic paint [but not white or black either], extended cab [but not crew cab], and loaded with a fair level of amenities. I quickly found that the only paint that Ford offers that would meet my wants is the Race Red color. At first the dealer tried to show me nice trucks in the metallic red - but that was a no-go for me, and at that point they worked very hard to find me the truck that met my wants.All of the staff at the dealership from the salesperson to the managers and including the closing/financial person were all very courteous and helpful.

The 2013 Mustang we had purchased required replacements for the front plastic cowl that is below the windshield and the sun had also damaged the area just above the mustang emblem in the trunk. Ford honored its warranty and did both. The service at Parsons was great allowing us to drop off the car and pick it up the same day. I was called as soon as it was ready so that planning a time to get it was easy. My only negative would be that the car was not cleaned on the outside so we had to wash it as soon as we got it.

I always receive excellent service at Parson's Ford. I feel like the staff works as a team to provide this service and that their goal is to have me leave their shop confident that my vehicle has been properly serviced or repaired. If I were not completely satisfied with Parson's Ford Service Dept. I could not rate them as I have above and would not purchase or have another vehicle serviced there. My most recent experience occurred July 11th. The alternator and battery went out on my 2003 Ford Explorer. I had it hauled to Parson's Ford on that Saturday and advised them I needed it back before the following Saturday for a planned vacation trip. They had the Explorer repaired, serviced and ready for pickup on Monday July 13th allowing me plenty of time to pack the Explorer for our trip.

I'm very happy with the Mustang convertible. Woody Scarborough gave me a good deal which I was happy with. One flaw was that the trunk does not lock. I got to take the auto in Tuesday morning and have the Service Dept. look at it, if they fix it to lock I'll be a happy person with the sale and the Service Dept. The auto is a beautiful machine to drive and look at. I already got many of compliments on the looks of the Mustang. I also told them where I got it. I'm very pleased that I bought it.

I bought a 2006 Mustang new in Maryland in 2006. This is not a daily driver so it tends to sit for periods of up to a month. There has been an ongoing problem with the battery going dead since new. Had it checked under warranty a couple times at a Maryland dealer and the problem has always been diagnosed as a faulty battery. After 3 batteries in 8 years I'm pleased that Parson's finally found the problem. It's something electronic that causes excessive drain on the battery. I appreciate Parson's going the extra mile on solving this problem and ordering the part for me. Hopefully I'll have trouble free cruising from now on.

The service was the same as it usually is. I am no longer amazed at the service department. I have come to expect almost immediate service by everyone in the department and that is what we get. I've been told that no one is perfect but this place is as perfect as they can get. This is one of the many reasons that we keep buying our vehicles here and why we use only this service department. They might not be perfect but it is as close as anyone can get. Can you tell I really depend on this place?

I just wish Ford would bring their diesel cars to the U.S. They are missing a big opportunity here. We had an amazing experience at Kent Parsons Ford. From the moment we walked into the dealership we felt welcomed and not pushed or overwhelmed. Brett Wright put us in a 2015 Ford Fusion upon our request and worked hard to get us everything we wanted. We had been dealing with a lease and needed to trade in our current vehicle, we knew it would be a difficult process but it was handled professionally and with ease by both Brett and his manager. After receiving a quote on the Fusion my husband and I left to discuss and returned 20 minutes before the dealership was expected to close. Both Brett and his manager were quick and efficient and had us in our brand new Fusion within an hour and a half and they were able to get our payments down without us even asking! We were floored and so thankful!! Thank you both so incredibly much for all of your help you were both so wonderful and my husband and I will look to Brett in the future when we decide another vehicle is needed!!

I knew I needed to purchase a new vehicle that was more practical than my Mustang GT convertible, but it was very difficult to part with. Recently called service department( May 27 am) to get an appointment to bring in my car for a state inspection.The person that answered the phone call, hung up or pushed the wrong button.I called again same person answered, I still did not talk to the service department.I was informed that I should leave my name and they would call me.I think this is a very unprofessional way to handle appointments. Either you have someone make an appointment when a customer calls, or you do not. If I am on the way to work I may miss the call.However, I got the car inspected and it was promptly done. I did not have to wait for an answer, can you do it or not. For most of the time I have had a good experience at Parsons. I was caught off guard as you were my go to people. Apparently you had your rookie team on duty.

When you schedule an appointment that time frame should be yours. Walk ins don't get priority over appointments . Had a 1030 appointment and didn't leave until 1230 for an oil change. 2010 F-150 Lariat Crew Cab. I made an appointment for an oil change prior to a trip i was taking. The gentleman ask for my name and i was obviously in the system as he said this is for the 2010 F-150. I said yes. He advised that the oil change was $39.95. When I picked up my truck the bill was $54 something, can't remember. I questioned this and he advised that it took more oil, plus oil prices went up. I mentioned this to the service manager when I brought it back for a problem in the differential. Not only did the manager speak with the individual he took care of the issue i was having at no cost. I purchased the truck in July 2014 and had only put 2,500 miles on it, apparently, the previous owner put the wrong fluid in the differential and it was causing a problem. On the day my '07 Lincoln MKZ was scheduled for a routine service, the weather was not cooperating. My appointment was scheduled for around 3:00 p.m. Having another appointment scheduled in the morning, I called Kent Parsons Ford to see if by chance they may have received a cancellation (due to the weather) so that I might possibly have my car serviced earlier. My journey home from my first appointment was taking me directly past Kent Parsons Ford. After I had stated my reason for the call, the serviceman immediately told me to stop by (as I was only about 15 minutes away) and they would be happy to work me in...HAPPY to work me in! I was thrilled that I would not have to drive home and return later in the day for my originally scheduled time! The service was performed immediately and i could not have felt more welcomed and important! I have never been disappointed with the service department at Kent Parsons Ford. The folks are professional, warm, and genuinely caring. I have and will continue to recommend Kent Parsons Ford to my friends and family and I thank everyone in the service department for their loyal service!

To whom it may concern: Earlier today I wrote a bad review, and may have been a bit harsh. Richard the credit manager called me to discuss my bad experience. The 2014 Ford Taurus was the third car purchased from Parsons this year, and Richard assisted in all three purchases. The first two purchases were very smooth, and Richard was amazing, bent over backwards for us. The last purchase with was the Taurus, and I felt that I was mislead, and after multiple discussions with Richard on the price, I felt irritated. However with talking with Richard tonight, we both would have to admit there were misunderstandings on both sides. I'm touched that he would take the time to call me to see why I was unhappy, as a customer, you don't get that very often, once you buy something, and leave its all done. However with Richard it was different, he took the time to call me, listen and explain. He apologized, which was very nice to hear. I do value Richard as a person, and he is very customer service oriented, him calling me tonight proved that, I believe since we both were not on the same page at the moment I bought my car, it lead to me being anxious and unhappy. After talking with Richard, I see his side, and he sees mine. At the end of day, we are in understanding of what happened, and I felt it only necessary to send this 2nd survey, I had no other issues with Parson, and will continue to bring our vehicles for oil changes and service, I believe I wrote the review because I angry, and with Richard talking to me tonight and caring that I was unhappy, and treating me like a person, I feel more at ease. Thank you Richard! And I do love my car!

I have a 2014 Focus SE. I had a slow leak in my front right tire. I called Howie and told him when i could get in and he made time in the schedule for me. Turned out to be a hole in the sidewall which the technician found. Luck was with me in that you had a matching tire so I only had to buy one. I trust Howie implicitly with my vehicle and know he will always tell me the truth and do what is best for me.

2009 Mercury Mariner. After we established that the part in question was the new transmission dipstick the service department settled down to determine the cause of transmission oil dripping on my garage floor. It was a bit disappointing to hear that the cause was the transmission was probably overfilled when the part was replaced several months ago. I was given to understand that over filling the transmission is not a good thing. Moving parts can whip the oil into a foam causing various parts to run without getting the liquid oil necessary to maintain pressure resulting in slipping of clutches and also some lack of lubrication in other areas. I only hope I do not suffer an early transmission failure from this mistake.

I took my 200 Ford Escape in for a recall. They called me and told me had a dead battery. Had to be a new one. Now my air blowers don't work. It was a recall for electrical. Nothing was wrong with I when I brought it there. You figure it out. I don't know if they finiadrd the work or not. They didn't seem to care any way. No I wouldn't recommend your dealership to any one.

My Escape needed repair that was still under warranty. Parts were ordered and an appointment was made in a timely manner. A courtesy car was given to me to drive while my car was kept over night. The only thing I was not happy with is that I ask if they could check to see if I had any updates for Sync and was told that I didn't. But I knew that I did have an update since I'm enrolled in Syncmyride which show that I was do for an update. The only reason I think they lied to me is because the don't know how to check and didn't want to let me know. So after picking my car up from them I called the Keystone Ford of Chambersburg PA and spoke to the IT specialist they have there who said I did have an update and he could download it for me. So I drove 45 minutes to have another dealership do something that Kent Parson should have done but passed the buck.

We made an appointment for the 12 month service and dropped our 2013 F150 pickup off early in the morning. We got a phone call in the afternoon that the service was completed and we could pick up our truck anytime. I like the printout we get from the service department because it indicates everything that was done and the current status of the vehicle. It makes me feel good to know exactly what the service department checked and that no problems were found. We get great service from Kent Parsons Ford and we can depend on them to keep our Fords running. We depend on the dealership for all our vehicle needs. Number one as far as we are concerned.

I hit a deer and totaled my car. I received an insurance check for a replacement, so I had a very specific and very tight budget in mind when I went to purchase my new car. I first went to Kent Parsons Ford, then shopped around. After shopping at every (reputable) car dealer between Martinsburg and Winchester, I returned to Kent Parsons Ford because they were the only dealer willing to try and work within my budget and not upsell me a car I did not want. Plus, NO other dealer came close in terms of friendly staff, helpfulness, or quality of stock. I got a great car for a great price, thanks to Brett, Ryan, and Sam!

Professionalism of everyone. Mr. Milburn listened to my thoughts about my vehicle, asked relevant questions, and never made me feel as though I did not know what I was talking about! I sincerely appreciate the time and effort they put into repairing the issue. I appreciate the Lincoln MKX loaner vehicle...Mr. Milburn was gracious to call me when the loaner had been returned so I could drop off my personal Lincoln....he made it all about me...My MKZ was cleaned and polished to a sparkling shine!! Kudos to the 2 gentlemen that produced the showroom shine!The issue with my vehicle has been resolved....YEA!!!!!!,.....with special thanks to Mr. Milburn and the technician who completed all the work....Not one little screech remains from my brakes....THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Counter staff was friendly and efficient. I had a car problem which they could not verify and called me back to the service area to see if I could help. I witnessed the service technician really trying to resolve the issue. Oddly, I have not has the problem since. Also, because it was a rainy day, the gave me a car wash car to use at my convenience. Really thoughtful!
