My overall experience from their sales and finance department was great. They surpassed my expectations by far. Miles Washington (sales person) was very quick, responsive, polite, and more importantly very patient! Chris (finance person) was very professional and quick. Not even once did I think that I was under any pressure or obligation through the whole process. Hopefully I'll have the same great experience at the service department.

The entire team was helpful from the time that I walked through the door. I was greeted, asked if needed help, offered a beverage etc. The Salesman (Sam) was eager to help and worked with me on my purchase.... Excellent communication by keeping in touch with me throughout the process. The Managers were also willing to assist and did. Came out to take a look at an issue and had and addressed it immediately. The Finance Manager (Chris) was fast but efficient and got me in out, in under and hour. Overall GREAT Customer Service!

The whole experience was hands down the best customer service you could ask for. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door which is a plus for me as I don’t like having to walk around to find someone to help me. Rick was my sales consultant and he was fabulous he took in my wants and met them 100%. Rick kept me informed through out the process and made it an easy transition for my trade. The staff from the front to the back provided great customer care. I am so happy with my new purchase and look forward to future purchases with my new dealership family. Thanks Rick and Fam!!

BRANDON IS THE BEST! His service was impeccable, I came just to look and see if I could get a good price for my trade in and he came through! I drove off the lot in a suited up brand new Toyota Camry. I would recommend his services to anyone, he is the best! Thank you Brandon!
