I live in Indiana but had recently bought a BMW 320i xDrive from Patrick BMW MINI located at 700 E Golf Rd in Schaumburg, Illinois 60173 (1-847- 843-4000, www.patrickcars.com). I would very much like to share my experience with anyone who is considering buying a BMW vehicle in the near future. It took a lot of time and efforts to buy a car from a location of such a long distance. Before I decided to take the 3.5-hour trip to Schaumburg, it was not possible for me to take a detailed look at the vehicle itself and all the negotiations on purchase price had to be done through emails and phone calls. Fortunately everything turned out to be quite easy for me, because the sales representatives Mr. Vincent Valente and Ms. Daphne Danhof at Patrick were so patient at answering all the questions I raised. We quickly reached a reasonable intended purchase price that I could not find at other dealers. Then on the day I arrived at the Patrick site, I was treated like I am a VIP even though what I was considering buying was an entry-level, relatively inexpensive car. Mr. Valente and several other Patrick associates including the General Sales Manager were so nice to take me through the final test drive and the purchase processes. All of these were done smoothly when they had to take care of many other car buyers and visitors that day. Furthermore, Patricks customer service continued immediately after the sale, including providing instruction for online vehicle registration. Buying a new car is a big decision for me, and I highly appreciate my pleasant purchase experience with Patrick BMW.

I found a used BMW I was interested in through an on-line search. I showed up at the dealership on Saturday about an hour before they were going to close. I was assigned Angelo Tramuta as the sales person. He was such a friendly personable guy. He immediately put me at ease as he found our common ground of coaching baseball. We test drove the car and talked. I loved the car, the company and the conversation. We quickly negotiated a trade in value and purchase price. Angelo coordinated all the people and paperwork to get me on the road with my new ride. Everything went smooth and I was quickly on my way to join my family having dinner nearby. The car was previously owned by one owner who purchased it from this dealer who performed all the maintenance on it. The car is in perfect shape and I couldn't be happier with it. I have also always had very good experience with the service department for any maintenance and/or repair issues.That being said, when they give you lease numbers, be sure to confirm all values that factor into the lease calculation. I did not find them to be forthright with accurate/transparent information, and felt that they purposefully obscured the lease calculation details to make it very hard to follow and determine if you are getting the right price. Remember, lease calculations should ultimately be straightforward and add up. Be sure to cross-check any values they give you with an online resource such as www.edmunds.com or forums.edmunds.com where most lease information is publicy available, and confirm what your lease payment should be with an online calculator such as www.leaseguide.com/calc. This will ensure that you are given accurate information and get a good deal.With all that said, I did not purchase my most recent vehicle here and have chosen to look elsewhere.

We recently purchased a used BMW from Patrick BMW and it was one of the better car shopping experiences I had in a while. We actually just came for a test drive and were planning to go test drive other brands, but liked the car at Patrick and decided to get it. We dealt with Agnes K. and she was very knowledgeable on BMWs. The best part was when it came time to talk numbers. She was not pushy and did not do the usual (for most other dealers) "bring the manager" to explain how there is no room for negotiation and they are practically losing money on the car. Instead she went and came back a minute or two later with a number we could agree on. Also she called back a couple of days after sale to check on how we like the car and if we have any questions. I would definitely recommend Agnes at Patrick BMW when shopping for a new or used BMW.

My sales advisor (Agnes) listened to all my needs and we selected the right vehicle with the right options that best suited my needs. Agnes was very knowledgable and was very responsive to all my questions - she would reply even on Sunday!! She also is a BMW enthusiast and showed me a 4 series ZHP while I was there - not many sales people would be able to appreciate the significance. The car was delivered within 2 weeks of order date and Agnes kept me apprised all along the way. The service department installed MPPK the day my car was delivered and it went without a hitch. When I came to pick up the car I was in and out in less than 45minutes. They really valued my time and provided me with everything I asked for. This is my 3rd BMW but first from Patrick and I can honesty say that their customer service reputation holds true. I can't imagine going anywhere else and would highly recommend them if you're in the market for a BMW.

This is my 4th time buying a car, and by far the most pleasing experience.I've done my homework and researched the marked, knowing what are the features i wanted, what is my trade worth, and what I'm expected to pay for my new car.But i wanted to shop around, and i did.Took me all day on one Saturday in late June, i visited 4 BMW dealers with one intention - finding the best deal.I was at Westmont, Bill Jacobs, Elmhurst and Patrick BMW.My experience with Patrick was by far the best of all 4.The other 3 dealers were like "So you want new 2016 X6?, ok here is MSRP, go figure" then after an hour or so they were discounting a few thousand or so. With Bill Jacobs, we never actually got to the point of discussing new car pricing, i simply walked away after wasting 3 hours there just to find out that they are offering 20,000 for my trade, where at Patrick they took my trade in for $26,000.When i got to Patrick BMW I was appointed to Alan Murad.I told him right away that i was shopping around and that i already was at 3 dealerships and that i was looking for best deal.They sent somebody to start appraising my trade while Alan sit down with me and we started to configure my new car.Appraisal came in at 25,000 right away and after an hour of hassle free negotiations it was at 26,000.Same goes for MSRP, Alan Immediately offered better discount then the other 3 dealerships, making it an ever better deal after some time of negotiations.He was NOT pushing me to buy at any way, he was just making everything possible for the deal to go through. I hate being pushed by sales people. Alan was very knowledgeable, professional, "open" type of sales person. He created very friendly environment and he got me the best deal, hassle free.Communication was excellent as well, i sent Alan a ton of emails and even text messages, changed my configuration twice by adding features, all emails were answered, all phone calls returned and so on.My new car arrived in early August (for 2016 model year production does not start till August) Alan called me right away, 1 day later i picked up my car.Cannot be happier with my purchase, as well as with the purchase process. I strongly recommend Alan Murad, as well as Patrick BMW.I wish Alan the best of luck and many successful sales.

I reached out to Patrick BMW via Cars.com. They were very responsive initially, which was a good thing. Unfortunately, they quoted me a price that was $1,000 dollars more than what was listed on Cars.com. This was especially startling since I used the Cars.com form email that lists the price that's on Cars.com. Ultimately, they agreed to come down to the Cars.com price, although they "would be losing money" if they sold the car at that price. A few details about the car: - The pictures they posted were taken in November (saw this from the infotainment display), which was 9 months from the time I contacted them . So I figured they would be motivated to move the car. - The fair market value for buying this car certified from a certified dealer was 36.5 - 38k. They stated that they would be losing money if they sold it at 38k... so a dealer is paying dealer prices for a car??? That didn't seem right at all. Either way, please don't expect me to subsidize a poor purchasing decision by your staff. - The response time increased greatly as the deal moved along, and I would deal with a different person almost every time I was contacted. - Called the dealership... and the main salesperson that I was emailing with would not speak with me on the phone. The secretary asked for my name (standard)... put me on a five minute hold... then came back and said Justine was unavailable, after telling me that she was already there. - Had a salesperson tell me "We've never lost a deal due to price. Tell us what you're willing to pay." Riiiiiiiiiight... never lost a deal due to price, lol. Who do you expect to believe that? Anyways, I told them what I was willing to pay, which was a reasonable offer, 36k... and they never responded. No email, no phone call returned, nothing. If I was the manager at the dealership, I would instruct my sales team to try to get someone into a different car if a deal can't be made for the one that they want. Doesn't that make sense? So, let the record show... Patrick BMW lost a deal on price. I will never contact them again for anything actually, given this sour sales experience.

He repeatedly failed to follow through with what he said he would do, and on several occasions told us he had done things that he had not, in fact, done. This made the process unnecessarily inconvenient and stressful. We had to get the General Manager involved, and he handled the matter appropriately, assigning us to a different sales representative.

went in with my girlfriend looking to get a bmw that we found on our car app. we walked and waited to find assistance and when we were helped the salesman had no idea where the car was and pointed us left and right to walk around over and over and he'd go back inside and then come out .when we finally had found it he was already asking for the cash without us even checking out the car .there was an already eaten Apple left in there while we test drove it and he paid it no attention to it . we go inside to see if we could work out financing the vehicle but his expression to that said he did not want to deal with it so he left and kept talking with some other guy in an office. he comes back and says it's not possible and that he has other vehicles for us to look at .wayyy more pricier ones.ha I'm no fool I know he was just trying to help himself. smh at some of these ppl.

I have been a customer since I purchased my car in 1999. This visit I needed quite a lot of repair work done on my BMW 323i. A very special "Thank you" to my service technician, Adam Crews. He explained to me very clearly, all the repair work that was needed. He was very attentive, kind, and courteous to me. I needed to leave my car over night, so he accommodated me with a loaner car until my car was finished. When I picked up my car, it was totally detailed and looked beautiful (for a 1999)! He told me that he personally did a little paint touch up on some of the chips he saw on the front of the car, because he wanted me to be happy! And I was! The car looked almost brand new! I went to Patrick because I was driving past the dealership once and went in for a test drive and I really liked the saleswoman and would definitely recommend her. I am very particular with numbers, so I asked more questions over the buying process than I would believe a normal customer makes and she was great at replying and being on top of things. After agreeing on everything and placing the order for the car, it was finally time to pick up the car. I was thrilled and didn't even mind the extra wait time because I could understand that they are busy. However, after talking to a few friendly folks at sales, it was time to finalize the terms and sign. This however, for a reason that I don't understand, was not done with the Sales person but rather with a "Finance Manager". In my previous experiences buying vehicles I did not have to interact with so many people to finalize a deal, but I was ok with it. After stepping into the "Finance Manager"' office, I almost backed out on purchasing the vehicle. The guy was rude after I pointed out a discrepancy, he went as far as blaming me for not catching it on an earlier document that I signed and overlooked the issue. He was telling me "you already singed it in this other document, and we are all here". So, was he going to force me into paying more because I didn't catch it before?? I understand that people make mistakes, but blaming me and almost telling me that I already signed another document was absurd. The rest of the staff was great, and they later sent me to a Finance Manager that was actually nice and they did address the issue. But I have to say, if you see an older person there with the first name "Dan" on the door (I don't remember the first name)... think twice, there are plenty of other friendly BMW dealers in the area. Would have been a great experience otherwise.

Dealer ( Patrick BMW Schaumburg IL ) sold me a 2013 Nissan GTR with a full factory Warranty on 11-18-2014 shipped it to NY on 11-22-2014 where I took delivery on it. Paint work all over the car & loud noise coming from the rear end of the car. They told me to bring it in for repairs which I did & 4 1/2 weeks later Star Nissan in queens NY told me there is no warranty on the car because back in 2013 it was put in some kind of race mode & that voided the warranty. I spoke to the selling dealer ( Tim Gadmoski ) he advised me that he needed to talk to his manager Alex Razvi & he would get back to me. A week later I received a call back from him after about a dozen or so calls to him saying they will not take the car back & I'm on my own with fixing the tranny in the car which cost $16,000

Christine introducing me to Angelo Tramuta, saying he was her first choice, if she had to choose a sales person. From the get go Angelo was all about ME and what I wanted, and wanted to pay. Long story short Angelo got us a great deal on a 14 BMW 320ix. I definitely will return to Patrick BMW when its time to get a new Beemer.

the worst treatment we have ever experienced at any car dealership, this was supposed to be a day where the two sons were planning on getting a car for their dad but never had expected how the father would have been treated .... it started friendly with the guy coming and greeting us, but when it came down to numbers (where the father had no idea that his sons were gonna get him a car) where my dad was sort of negotiating the price but the manager had come out and told him rudely, and trying to ridicule him in front of his staff .... quoting the sales manager "if you cant afford a luxury car, please go next door (honda) im sure you can afford something there" i mean i came to know when when my father was walking out of the dealership that such things were said to him, and how he was ridiculed in front of every one ..... very poor standards of customer service, and they only serve people who they think can afford their vehicles

I found a 2014 BMW that had just about 10k miles on it on cars.com and approached Patrick BMW to talk about it. Christine led me to Angelo who showed me the car and talked about all the features. I enjoyed the car buying experience at Patrick and Angelo was very nice and easy to work with. This is a no-pressure dealership. They walked me through the extra warranty and applied no pressure to buy it. I was in for 2 test drives and both went very well. I will recommend this place to a friend. Angelo also volunteered that I come in the following week so he will show me all the features in more detail. My only suggestion is that they somehow quicken the process. It still took us quite some time after we agreed on the deal. It may have been because of running credit checks etc.

Starting with the misleading information about the lease and interest rates, to the horrible customer service, our entire experience at Patrick BMW was ridiculously bad. We should have know better - here is why:Being new to Illinois, we asked about interest rates and taxes, and were misled into a lease, which actually costs more than it would have to finance the car through the bank. When we tried to discuss other options, we were flatly told, You cant."The car - which had 7000 miles on it (used" by any other name) - was sold as new because it had never been titled.This new car showed a good deal of use, starting with a mangled wheel, and a cracked/broken rear light, which we had to discover for ourselves, as opposed to the dealership doing the necessary due diligence.When we brought the car in to have the windows tinted and to get the damage fixed, we were told they would call us when the car was ready. This was not to be. Rather, we had to call to find out when the car would be ready, and then we were never given confirmation that the car was actually ready.Upon deciding to pick up the car the next day (still not know if the car was ready or not), the Customer Service personnel told us that we had not received a call because they were, really busy.When we picked up the car, it was not washed or vacuumed as we had been told it would be. In fact, it was dirtier. And the people who had been working in our car left one of their tools in the backseat.To say that this was a bad experience would be downplaying it. The only saving grace of this experience is the fact that I can use ANY dealership in the U.S. for the maintenance of the car, which is one benefit I intend to use in order to avoid the insult that Patrick BMW calls Customer Service."

Called to schedule a test drive for a used car. They confirm that the car was in stock and schedule an appointment for a test drive. Imagine my surprise after taking a half day off work and driving a hour and a half to get there to find out the car was not there. I beleive the car probably wasnt even there they just try to get you in the door. They offered to have me test drive a different car...no thanks! I took my business elsewhere and went down the street. Such a disappointment.

I've been taking my 528XI to Patrick BMW for 4 years now. I tried 4 other BMW dealers before trying Patrick BMW. From first visit to now Patrick BMW provide consistent courtesy and professionalism. Their service team always greet when you pull in. Adam and Matt, two guys I dealt with always explains in details on service they will perform. Always take time to answer my questions and provide additional insight. It was time to trade in my 528XI, so I met Keith who took time to help me find the right car for me. Keith really knew what I wanted and never pressured me to take something else that was readily available. Few months later, Keith found the perfect 2014 X5 with all options I've been looking for. Considering demand of the new X5, I'm sure this wasn't easy since I did not want to order without seeing/driving the car I intent to buy. Keith was able to obtain a great deal and I am absolutely happy with my new X5. Keith's patience, professionalism and taking time to really understand what I wanted really stood out. After meeting Tim, Sales Manager, I can see how Patrick BMW focus on customer comfort and satisfaction over pushing numbers. Entire process to complete paperwork was smooth and without any pressure. I had a awful experience with Patrick BMW service, what was supposed to be the BMW "experience" ended as a huge disappointment. The front loaner coordinator as the assistant were unacceptable with their answers over the phone, one was unbearable to understand due to her accent and attitude. You would think since you own a luxurious car the treatment would be up to some standards. I was rushed off he phone, the answers to my questions were unacceptable, unprofessional and seem she had no knowledge of what I was asking. I wouldn't schedule any further appointments due to the lack of intelligence and professionalism in these people. They bring down the morale of he dealership, hiring more efficient people.

I had to deal with the most incompetent, awful, lack of communication skills, type pf employees. I called service to schedule a appointment of what should have been a great,easy flowing conversation it turned to the worst. I couldn't understand the woman who picked up my call unforgettably her accent was really thick I couldn't make up of what she was saying, her communicating skill weren't to her best knowledge for what it seem she couldn't make up her mind about pricing. I was in the market for a certified car and had some particular needs on model, color and options. The one I saw and hoped to get was snapped up before I could get it. Vince and his manager were able to work with me to get a comparable one in the ball park of what I was looking at. The transaction was seamless and there has been consistent follow up since. In a commoditized market service makes a difference. The fact that there is red glove service where they leave a loaner in your driveway and pick up your car makes it even easier. This is our third purchase in a year via the Patrick dealership across several brands.

Took a Saturday off to see Vicki Szlendak about a 2008 Carrera 4S listed and pictured on cars.com. When I got there, Angelo Tramuta showed me a 2008 Carrera S. They might know their BMW, but they really don't know 1) other premium cars and 2) computers. I won't say they are being decptive, but it is funny how "convenient" the pictures show 4S and the other pictures matched exaclty what I saw at the dealership.

Mine was definitely price first and car quality. But youd better consider other things after purchasing the car. He has many good options on BMWs which means you could get good price from various parts. And due to his professionals and industriousness, all cars he had was very nice compared to other cars from different shops. And he was a different dealer from who Ive ever met who gave me the faith on my BMW. I can confidently say that Vincent is the right guy to customers.

I have had both positive and negative experience dealing with Patrick BMW. Like any dealer, when I purchased my car there, they were all over me and I honestly feel like I got a good deal. I brought it in a couple of times for repairs and they were done to my satisfaction. I have been asking for over two months now about a satellite radio offer made by BMW of North America and each time in email, told, "we will have someone get back to you." After hearing that from four different customer service agents, an no follow up response to date, I realize this is the run around and they have no intention of addressing my questions or concerns. My recommendation for you: If you are buying a car and plan to move out of town, Patrick BMW is just fine. If you are going to rely on any interaction with the dealership post-purchase, more than likely you are not going to be happy. I won't purchase from them again at this point. Too many other better choices in the Chicagoland area for this kind of customer service.

My flat tire light went on and indicated I needed to get to a dealership right away. So on New Year's eve afternoon around 2:00pm, I drove to the nearest dealership. To my amazement they were still open. Considering they were closing early for the holiday, I was thrilled to be able to get a new tire. They did the work quickly and competently. When I received my car, my windows were spotless and the carpets had been vacuumed, both of which I did not expect. The service writer explained they would have washed my car however it was snowing and too cold. He told me to come back when the weather becomes better and they will gladly wash it for me. I rate this excellent. Love my mini and love the service experience.

Although that other BMW dealership on Barrington Rd usually matches Patrick's price and offers me a better credit card deal, I choose to take my business to Patrick BMW. The big reason for this is the good working relationship I have with Terry Shoemaker. Terry exemplifies the professional standards I expect from all those associated with Patrick BMW and he takes an active, personal interest in his customers. Throughout the 3 1/2 months it took to get delivery, Terry was very patient and took time to address any and all concerns I had in a timely manner. At delivery he took the necessary time to acquaint me with the features of the 2014 X5 and invited me for a return visit for a "refresher" course which I will probably need. Simply put, Terry Shoemaker is a fine mbassador for Patrick BMW.

Kam is a very polite service oriented individual sales person. He explained the process and features of the car really well. He was very informative while test driving the cars of my choice X3 25i vs X3 35i. I had a couple of questions after the sale and he was very much willing to explain to me the various features of the car once more. All in all I am extremely pleased with Kam's service. In addition, I had a question concerning the functionality of my car (plenty of electronics and features), Kam was not there at that time, and Angelo (I cannot remember the last name of that individual) was willing to answer all my questions very patiently and thoroughly. Another great person in your staff. Furthermore, yesterday, while I brought my car for a wash, I purchase a set of all weather floor mats. After the car wash, the Matthew was the service person, seeing me holding the floor mats, he offered to install the floor mats for me. I really was impressed with the before as well as the after service sale. Finally, during my initial search for the car, I had quite a bit of email communications with Alexandra Parish. Alexandra was very helpful, patient, and followed up quite thoroughly and timely with all our communications. All in all, the whole process was an outstanding experience. A great job indeed in part of all of your staff.

Vince is a great salesman to work with. He was attentive to every aspect and truly made us feel at home. We also feel good about the deal we got as fair to everyone. The only thing I could fault the dealership on would be the Finance area. We had a cash deal and just needed to sign a few forms and write Patrick a check. Unfortunately we sat for over 90 minutes before we were seen by Finance. It took less time than that to close the deal with Vince. I might also add that being out-of-state we were told we would see our title transfer paperwork in a week. It has been 11 days and still no package of papers from Finance. Despite all this, I still am very pleased with the Patrick experience. Thanks Vince!

I brought my 2010 X5 in for service on my brakes and to get the software update for the NAV system. Kristin was great in getting me the service I needed in a timely manner. The problem with the NAV system I thought would be corrected with the software update but unfortunately the problem still persists. I brought the problem to BMWNA when I first purchased the vehicle in Nov '09. The problem is that the NAV system can't find my house or the thousands of other houses in Kane and DuPage counties that use letters in the house address ie. 4N112 Country View Ln. I am amazed that a problem as simple as this has not been corrected in the 4 years I have owned this car. I am also amazed that BMW is well aware of the problem as the various service advisors I have dealt with since owning this car knew exactly what I was talking about. I have owned BMW's since '97 and was a big fan of the company but the competition between premium automobiles is too great. Therefore my next car I buy in the next 6 months will have to be another premium automobile. While this problem appears to be minor it leaves a bad taste in my mouth that it hasn't been corrected. All the other cars I am considering have fantastic electronics and makes BMW's look antiquated.

The sales process at Patrick Mini/BMW and working with Ric Tryce was the best experience my husband and I have ever had in purchasing a car. After test driving the Countryman, I talked with Ric on the phone regarding our trade-in and what our limit was on spending for the Countryman. We agreed on a price for both and when my husband and I went in to finalize it on paper, we both thought no way could this be as easy as it was and sure enough everything Ric and I discussed over the phone was the same when we went in to purchase the Countryman. Ric took the time to explain everything from building the Countryman to when the car was delivered and he has followed up with phone calls to make sure everything is going smoothly with the vehicle.I am loving my Countryman and would definitely encourage anyone interested in a Mini to buy one.So far Patrick Mini has been a great dealership and I will definitely recommend Ric Tryce and Patrick Mini/BMW..

I have leased cars through both entities, and the attention to detail in all aspects of service is outstanding, not to mention the cars themselves, of course. The training programs in customer service must be really good, because every single one of the dozens of people who have helped me over the past fifteen years have been courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and as good as their word. So why aren't they perfect? Well, the only thing left that they could do for me is be free, and obviously they can't do that! But then again, they never try to upsell me, and their prices are fair. Who could ask for more than that?

Normally, when I think of dealing with a pushy car salesman, I start feeling that maybe I would prefer a root canal. The car buying experience with Angelo was not like that at all. First of all, he made me feel comfortable and really listened to me. He new that price was very important to me and helped me find the right vehicle with the options I was looking for. The assistance I received from Matt Page after our BMW experienced an unfortunate accident was beyond what was expected from the service department. He help coordinate the repairs with Ementi Coary from the Patrick's Collision Center, who kept me inform on the repairs weekly and walked thru the repairs list. After picking up the car we had some minor issues to be corrected with the paint and related concerns. Brian Hallberg the Collision Center Manager made him self available when I picked up the car the second time and wanted to make sure that all issues were corrected and if I had any other concerns or issues at any time to contact him directly. Everyone when beyond what was expected and it is and was appreciated.

I have taken my vehicle to Patrick twice now and, both times, Patrick has performed exceptionally. Andrew Malone and the service team are very professional and easy to work with. I live about 40 miles north of Schaumburg and pass near a BMW dealer in Lake Bluff on my way to Patrick. This is how much better Patrick is compared to other BMW servicers in the north and northwest suburbs. Patrick also went to bat for me on certain issues that might have been considered a close call under the manufacturers warranty. In fact, another dealer attempted to bill me $8,000 for allegedly "uncovered" repairs which were misdiagnosed. Patrick identified the actual problems and successfully recovered from the BMW warranty. They are the best.

As a rookie Mini owner, I was frustrated trying to read the oil dip stick. I thought it was just me, but the technician went out of his way to assure me it was the design and then took the time to show me a unique way to properly measure oil level. And that I could expect to use a quart of oil every 1,000 miles or so. Two big thank yous.

When I brought car in for service I was immediately greeted and asked what the purpose of my visit was and I explained it to the individual. He immediately asked who my service adviser was and I told him Mr. McCall. He then proceeded to take me into his cubicle where Mr. McCall greeted me had me sign the necessary paper work for he work I was having done. Then he took me over to a young lady who gave me a loaner car while the work was being completed on my car. The car was done on time and when promised. The work so far seems to have been done properly and the way it should have been done. My car was washed and cleaned before it was returned to me after the work was done as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Patrick BMW to anyone who has a BMW.

My Aunt and I went here last weekend to look for a new car for her. Because I love cars, she asked me to help guide her through the sales process. So I came down from Wisconsin to help her out. She wasn't sure of the right questions to ask and felt intimidated going alone. The sales associate was personable, helpful, not intimidating at all. We were very impressed with the service we received. Everything was explained to us in a way that both my Aunt and I were able to understand and all my questions were answered. The Sales Manager even came in and helped find the right car for my Aunts budget and she got everything she was looking for. She will be coming back to take the delivery of the car in the next week. I highly recommend coming here for both new cars and great service in general. I am confident when my Aunt comes back for service work on her new car she will be treated right. It puts my mind at ease that I wont have to worry about her getting swindled.

After finding a vehicle on-line, I contacted the sales department through their website. I received an e-mail back with an offer of a $50.00 debit card if I came in for a test drive, I was also contacted by their internet manager, George Sarkisian. He was great on the phone, so I took a day off work to drive 45 minutes to their showroom. Once in George's office, he suddenly became the "stereo-typical car salesman". He proceeded to tell my that my trade-in was a basically worthless, he dropped the "F" bomb more than once during my visit, and was distracted by personal phone calls on his cell.He offered me half of what other dealers were offering for my car, he was trying to stick me with almost 6% interest (I have over 700 credit score), and when I asked him if it would be a 5 year loan or a 6 year loan he responded by asking, "Does it matter?".Needless to say I chose not to do business with them, and a month later I still have not received by $50.00 debit card I was promised for taking a test drive.Very disappointing.

Although I loved my 328i hardtop convertible, I needed a bigger car since becoming a grandma. I went to Patrick on a whim with my son since he lives near the dealer. Lucky for me, Sharon Lee was there as we entered! She's an amzing salesperson, and I mean that in all the good ways! Patient, knows her product to a fault, and knows her inventory. Within minutes I was in an X5 for a test drive and loved it. I returned that Saturday with my husband, who also test drove a vehicle. Although it took me hours to decide, (poor, patient, Sharon!), I ordered an amzing X5 with the M sport activity package! It only took 3 weeks to getmy car and I love it! I can't say enough about Sharon! If your looking for a smart and patient salesperson, she's your person! I brought my car in for the polysteel protection this past week and the repair department is just as efficient. Rose helped me that day and couldn't have been nicer. I'm so glad I walked into Patrick BMW that day!

I have brought my 2002 BMW 745i for professional assessment of the problem which sounded as a clicking noise, not knocking. After a whole week of diagnostics at Patrick Dealer Group, service manager Matt Page informed me that the engine will have to be replaced for either short block for $17,000 or the long block for $25,000. This was orchestrated and confirmed by group manager Brett. Then I was guided to contact BMW North America to cover the cost of engine replacement as Patrick Group intended to defraud the warranty of BMW North America and myself. When BMW North America declined the claim, I have suspected foul play as the car had only 57,000 miles, so I declined the services as well and removed the car from Patrick Group. Later I made an appointment with Fields BMW, and shortly after I arrived there for problem analysis. Upon arrival to Fields BMW, the alternator seized and there was no longer a clicking noise. Fields BMW Service Group ran all diagnostics and found NOTHING pertaining to any cylinder or engine problems, as they have submitted this in writing. The list of problems included the alternator, AC leakage, transmission sleeve leakage, and power steering leak, all totaling to $5,600 in complete repairs. To verify all this I have reached out to Hi Tech Auto Group, Inc., that confirmed entirely the list of issues from Fields BMW and again confirming no existing problems with engine as portrayed in fraud attempt by Patrick Dealer Group. I have completed the repairs and the car is running flawlessly.Since I have suspected that Patrick Dealer Group has sabotaged my car previously to induce repairs, I have declined their offer to submit my car for any technical re-inspection to Patrick Group Service facility; however, I will be more than happy to submit the vehicle to any other dealership or inspection facility appointed by The Attorney General to verify that the car is fully operational without the need of an engine replacement. Two separate service facilities confirmed the fraud that Patrick Dealer Group attempted for $25,000, on top of earlier suspected sabotage of ignition coils, CD changer, rear brake booster lines, and electric window totaling to over $6,800.

After coming to agreement and making arraingments to picked up by one of the salesman I was informed a couple hours later that the vehicle was being sold as we speak. The salesman let it out that the new person was willing to pay more money which they later denied. A call from a supervisor later followed with an empty apology and fake sympathy. He also said that this happens from time to time which im not sure how they could stay in business with such pratices. This is not my first rodeo with purchasing a vehicle but the worst by a landslide. I wouldnt expect this type of tactics and behavoir from a authorized dealership that carries the BMW name so beware of this dealer.

I love driving BMW and have done so since the mid 90. They are comfortable and handle beautifully. For us, a short business trip is 800 miles; long trips can be several thousand miles. My experience with 3 different BMW dealers brought me to Patrick BMW for the long term. In the past several years I purchased four 7-Series cars from them: 3 for myself or my company and one for a friend. Why would I continue to purchase time after time from this dealer? Simply put: Service and Customer Care. Buying a car is a time consuming and expensive experience that is fraught with concern and often uyer remorse But, the Patrick sales team reduces the pressure of this complicated process and tries to make it an exciting and pleasant experience. They will make the best deal under the prevailing circumstances, i.e., trade, customer budget, special offers, factory incentives, finance rates, etc., and explain the details in an understandable manner. Is it always a ood deal Well, you know they have to make a profit, but I felt that the best deal was made for both parties. Patrick service and customer care are exceptional and I can speak from years of experience. Today 7-Series BMW is a complex piece of equipment, to describe it as a omputer on wheelsis almost an understatement. These thoroughbred cars require trained technical personnel and up to date tools for proper maintenance and repair. When problems arise they can be technical challenges and the Patrick team is prepared to meet them. When our 2006 750Li encountered intermittent transmission problems it required repeated visits and extensive analysis to identify the cause. Once the Patrick team recognized the problem, they had to justify replacing a very expensive transmission to BMW corporate engineering. They did not rest until they obtained the authorization and completed the work. Why was this special? It was an intermittent problem that others would say we could live with. Not Patrick; they took the time to analyze the problem, did the work and fixed it. When our 2011 750Li demonstrated extreme electrical problems that Patrick and I never saw before, Patrick went to bat for us again. They worked with BMW corporate to resolve the problem to my satisfaction, which was no small feat. Patrick GM understood the situation we faced and without hesitation made the effort to engage the factory and BMW management. Together, they resolved the situation quickly. My company purchased our new 740Li because of Patrick commitment to service and customer care. If I believed we would not have their ongoing support, our expensive purchase would have been made elsewhere. We have had sufficient experience with them to know: (1) they will do their best to make a good deal for both of us; (2) they stand behind the quality of the products they sell; (3) they will provide exceptional service as needed, big or small problems are treated with equal concern and serious attention; (4) they have an excellent relationship with, and the respect of BMW corporate to resolve major issues in an expedient manner. Our BMW 7-Series cars have been used for city driving, as well as for extended cross country trips. We need our cars to consistently perform in the most reliable manner with the minimum downtime. I believe that Patrick is our best partner to meet these objectives. They have proven themselves to us through performance and continuous care. In our book, that justifies our loyalty as a long term customer.

Yes, Brad went above and beyond to work with the Mini rep to get some extra work done on my vehicle as a courtesy. That level of service is absolutely appreciated on so many levels. Also appreciated however, is discovering the level of review that your techs gave to my little Mini to ensure good performance. Issues that were missed by other dealers, even after I expressed concern, were able to be resolved. I really think the service lead to greatly improving the quality of my ride and I believe, the life of my car. Also appreciated is the friendly, respectful, courteous manner with which the gentlemen driving the cars out to the city and back treated me. From Blake filling out paperwork for a loaner, to Zack and Brad giving me updates and keeping me in the loop, everyone on the Patrick Mini team provided the best of service. Going into this visit, I had already decided - given a series of difficult experiences at a different dealer - that I was willing to drive all the way to Schaumburg for service. I invested $21,000 in my car and I wanted to go back to the dealer that respected that investment. Come to find out there is even a service that will pick up my car in the city! :) I have always told friends to go to Patrick Mini. I brought my X5 in for its regularly scheduled maintenance and even though I called before I arrived and was assured that it could be done in sufficient time, the service associate treated me like he had to "fit me in" before closing. I mentioned that I thought the vehicle had recalls but the service associate dismissed them without much explanation. He never clarified the nature of the repairs or told me when I should come back to have them fixed. If there was a Communication rating this experience would have rated poorly.

I have been leasing cars from Patrick over the past 15 years. Always a very positive experience. Recently my "due for service" light came on which was followed by a phone call from the dealership advising they received a message from my X5 indicating it was due for service (very cool feature). I happen to live near the General Manager, Tim Gadomski, who personally contacted me and had my car picked up from my house and dropped off a loaner. My X-5 was returned within 24 hours and was sparkling clean with all the needed service maintainance complete...at no cost to me. My thanks again to Tim Gadomski for treating me like family.

Took my BMW 335I to get the steering wheel lined up with the wheels... weird that it didn't come properly lined up from the factory. Long story short, after two hours of waiting, they repaired and resolved the issue. I was very happy with their service, however was not pleased about waiting for half an hour before someone assisted me.

We called and asked a few questions since we're out of state. The salesperson didn't call back. This should've been the end, but we called again and reached a different salesperson. We stressed the importance of the car's condition--exact words being "tell us about any scratches and dents and we'll decide whether they're important." The salesperson said the car was in excellent shape, no scratches or dents, nothing to worry about. We drove six hours to the dealership with check in hand, only to find significant scratches & a dent on the bumper, a dent in the door, paint damage on the side mirror, broken gas cap, a white substance splattered on one of the speakers that wouldn't come clean, and the clutch "clicking" when depressed. None of this appeared in any of the photos or description. While incredibly condescending, the general manager said they would fix some of the problems, but we'd have to drive back again the next week to pick it up. We no longer trust them to meet the quality standards they promise. Everyone we dealt with at this dealership seemed to be careless; from the sales staff to the porters who put minimum effort into cleaning the car. Waste of an entire day, over $100 in gas, and $60 in tolls. Could have been prevented if someone had actually looked at the car before trying to sell it.

I had a horrendous service experience at this dealership and their Hyundai dealership down the street. I eve email both GM's & their customer service department afterwards to give them the details of what happened. That was 2 weeks ago, I wasn't expecting an apology but a response would have been appreciated. I was lied to, their ad was online had false information and I wasted 2 hours of my day just to get a test drive. And this was with an appointment.

I have to say i was thinking this dealership would be a good one, but after i went there and tried to buy a car i noticed the same thing happened with the previous reviewer. Not just that i was getting false information about the car i also got false information about the CPO or certification as they call it. And the weirdest thing was after i was there for 3 hours just about to sign the papers for the car, some sales guy came to i guess help sweeten the deal like me and my wife were getting a great deal, only to find out after simple questions on my side about their certification, to get yelled at from this guy that was supposedly there to help out. To yell and wave hands and get in a customer face while i am sitting there is something that i wouldn't expect not even on the street, especially not in a BMW dealership. Stay clear from them is my advice.

Patrick BMW was one of my worst experiences when purchasing a car. They price cars much higher than they are actually worth. If you are purchasing from them MAKE SURE you ask for every single detail on the car. Mine had stuff missing and went through a CPO inspection that left out a lot of important points. The managers are quite difficult to reason with once the ink is dried. I definitely recommend taking your money and time elsewhere.

Searched the web for a2010 1 series I could afford- everything at our local dealer was a convertible. I found a a 2011 I35 with SMG transmission, which was exactly what I wanted, since I had SMG in my previous 325. I talked to my local salesman and he could not find the car on your site. The next day I called and talked to Ken. The car was still there. Four days later we drove 165 miles to see our granddaughters; they live about 15 minutes from Patrick. We met Ken hand he gave us keys to a 128 Steptromic and the 135 SMG. No comparison at all. We thanked him and got in the X3 and when to see the kids. For the next 36 hours I tried to convince myself that the 128 would be OK. I could NOT do it. On Monday morning I went to the bank, the I cled Ken and made an ffer. It took 3 calls to make the deal. I picked it up the next Saturday after flying to O'Hare, then drove it 195 miles home. No pressure and no hassle: easiest car I ever bought. Will return for the next BMW.

Go see Gary Davis. I buy real estate that costs 10 times as much as a car on a weekly basis without hesitation. However, I found buying a car to be a nervous experience. I leased a new 2011 BMW 328 from Patrick last Monday. I have never had a BMW before and my sales rep Kam was great. He helped me pick out a car in blue and it even had navigation. Talk about rude customer service from the Service Rep we were assigned to. Not only did he refuse to answer my pertinent questions about the work done to my car in a polite and professional manner, but he was just downright mean and snappy. Quite shocked really. Absolutely no patience and tact. Patrick BMW, time to re-train the service staff on what real customer service is. The guy in the first office from the service entrance is more friendly, from past experience. Take notes from him.I've given this dealership several passes in past incidents...i.e. when the Sales Rep had already filled in the Sales Rep customer satisfaction rating sheet for us (for when you pick up your new car) and pressured us to sign it, yeah really...but this was the final straw.So much for being loyal customers! Don't waste your time at Patrick BMW.

In 2000 I purchased a M Roadster from Patrick BMW. I lived in the area of the dealership so any maintenance work was very convenient. Each time I took my vehicle in for service, I was greeted by name and always with a smile. I transferred out of state about 2 years later and have located in several major cities since then. I must say that in all of the dealerships that I have been to with this vehicle, NO other dealership treated me with the respect that I received from Patrick BMW. Here I am 10 years later still owning the same vehicle and loving it as much as the day I picked it up new. I found myself in a situation in which I needed help from the original dealership to clear up some paperwork issues with the security system on my vehilce. I called Patrick BMW thinking it is 10 years ago, there is no way they are going to help me. WRONG. I spoke with Time the General Manager as well as with Chris the Sales Manager and they were as friendly and supportive as the day I bought the car. I can't tell you how much it means to have a dealership that not only treats you right as a buyer, but continues to treat you right years later. I will travel back to Patrick to buy my next BMW regardless of where I live at the time. The drive back will just be an added bonus.

My overall sales experience was pretty good initially, I cannot knock that matter. I bought a demo 3 series vehicle, like new conditions. Life is great when you are still warrantied under BMW service. The car was great.After the warranty ends, Patrick BMW did not make the adjustment very smooth. One day I placed a call in to get a quote to check the service light. I may not be the most experienced owner, but looking through my manual, it states I needed a coolant change based on the icon on my service display. A phone call to Patrick BMW was done to validate the service icon and it was confirmed the coolant flush was needed, I was quoted for $160. Not bad considering going outside of the dealership was very close, $150.I brought the vehicle in and now was told a different story. They used my key to read the actual problem log. It appears that I am due a new air cabin filter. Initially I was told it would cost me about $90 dollars, sure why not, a new cabin filter costs $35 on-line. Well an hour and a half later I am hit up with a $270 bill. I was told (lied to) that the filter cost over $100! This is insane, I don't have a problem spending this but upfront (well I do the damn replacement should have been no more than 30 minutes) warning would have been nice. I can't believe they would pull something like this to a valued customer. I was also told that they have tools to clean the filter or around where the filter is installed. Bull...Recently, my sales guy did not express interest in dealing with me because I am not purchasing a $80,000 car. I was actually seriously considering another 3 due to the fun drive. I was told that as a loyal customer, I get to "buy from them" :) Wrong, :(I was not looking forward to spending my hard earned money to thieves at this dealership. I ended up selling the 3 so that I would not have to deal with future cons. Fool me once, no you won't fool me twice!Proceed with caution! Visit other BMW service dealerships in the area if you end up purchasing the vehicle.

We visited Patrick BMW on the coldest windiest day of the week. Chilled to the bone, we were in no mood to buy a car that day. When a gust of wind brought Terry Shoemacher to our side. We told him what we were looking for and the price range. He immediately showed us several cars and explained each and allowd us to test drive them. We went inside and warmed by his friendliness and good coffee we continued our discussion. Terry was able to find a car that met our expectations. When we picked up the car he patiently explained to us how to operate all the accessories. We are very pleased with the attention shown to us and definately will recommend Patrick BMW and Terry Shoemacher.

This was a great experience. My wife and I started by wanting to test drive the new 328i xdrive. We walked in about half an hour before closing and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Kam was our sales person who took us for the test drive.He was very knowledgeable and best of all he just let us drive the car and come to our own conclusion. After the test drive, I was expecting a big sales pitch but to my surprise, he was very understanding. He worked the numbers and when I said I would have to think about it and shop around, he did not press. We exchange contact info and called it a night. The following week after I did my research I emailed Kam with the numbers that I was comfortable with. Again, to my surprise, he made it work. It really felt like he was working for me and trying to get me the best deal.Kam was great and I highly recommend. I would of never bought the car if it wasn't for him. He did everything possible to make the deal happen.Patrick BMW has a great staff. Everyone is extra friendly and accommodating. The facility is top of the line and there service has always been great.If your looking for a BMW, this is the place. Ask for Kam Kapustka and you won't be disappointed.

Gary Davis listened carefully to us and then matched a vehicle precisely to our needs. He then took us on a test drive during which he was able to demonstrate, with my daughter driving, all the features which differentiated his vehicle from others we were considering. He took the time to answer all our questions completely. Even though we were looking at a pre-owned vehicle we felt that we received the same treatment we would have received if we had been considering a new vehicle. This was my first experience buying a used car since I was a teenager and it turned out to be very pleasant. Gary also followed up with us after the sale, got answers to several additional questions, and provided replacement copies for a couple of documents we misplaced. Altogether a pleasant experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this dealership and sales representative.

I bought a new BMW from Patrick BMW from out of state and had the car shipped to Florida. The salepersons Luca Lacovella and Sal Sapienza assured me everything was fine with the vehicle. It turns out the car arrived with damaged paint from a bird dropping that ate through the finish on the hood of the car, which needs now to be repainted. In addition, the aluminum running boards finish was also damaged and also need to be replaced. The salesperson were non-responsive after calling and sending emails with pictures. The General manager of the dealership was send a certified letter two weeks ago and is still non-responsive. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!

After being to a few Mercedes and BMW dealerships in the area with average service, I was impressed with the service at BMW Patrick. You are treated as a knowledgeable customer (you are buying a BMW afterall). The salesperson 'walks' with you throughout the purchase until the vehicle is financed. I was extremely impressed with the 'negotigation' process because the initial price quoted by the salesperson was very fair. I did my research on various online cites before proceeding to purchase my Beemer. I was so satisfied with the quote, that I purchased the vehicle on the same day. The radio had to be repaired/replaced. The service center makes sure you're 110% satistied with their workmanship. I had to return the vehicle for the same issues and was compensated for my time. That was impressive and unexpected. And I'm not talking about getting a hat or wheel locks, the compensation was above and beyond what I expected. The Dealership Manager and Assistant Manager made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase (again, it is a Beemer). Overall, truly a wonderful experience. I already recommended a friend who's buying his first BMW, The Ultimate Driving Machine!

I started servicing my car at this dealership immediately after purchase of the car in 01/08. I purchased the car in WI, but live in IL. Timo has been exceptional and a very active listener. He treats me as if I were a member of his family. It is worth mentioning, that Timo is my second service rep at this dealer. The first one was not the most memorable experience.Timo was the one who referred me to Gary Davis. Gary Davis is a fun guy. Makes every effort to make the experience relaxed and enjoyable. Dealt with Rick, who at the time was the internet sales manager. Test drive went fine, negotied what I felt was a decent price. It wasn't until after I had given them my deposit that the deal went south. I had ordered a car that had my specific options and it had to be built. When you do this, you get an ID number that lets you track the build process in Germany. Once I signed in, I noticed the interior color was wrong. Rick never once responded to my numerous emails or phone calls to try to get the interior color of the car corrected. I had to call the General Manager and even BMW North America to get a response. Never did get the color I wanted though Patrick did take an extra $1,000 off the car if I was willing to still take it which I did. Rick was a typical salesman, great during the transaction but zero help once it is completed. When I took delivery of the car, they had someone else do the delivery in an attempt to get better customer service scores from BMW Corporate, but they were not successful. BMW makes a great car, but I will never again patronize Patrick BMW.

We were shopping for a used 2010 BMW and liked couple of cars.We narrowed down to two dealerships one of the being the Patrick BMW dealership on 700 East Golf Road, Schaumburg, IL 60173On Saturday June 12, 2010 we went to the first dealership and almost finalized the deal. I called the Patrick BMW dealership and talked to the sales person Luca Lacovella to see if he could beat the price since they had cars with similar features and mileage, This sales person, Luca Lacovella immediately said that he could beat the price by almost $2000. So we left the deal there and drove for an hour to reach Patrick BMW.The sales person Luca Lacovella showed some cars on the screen and we selected the one we liked to test drive. On his computer screen it showed that the car had around 7900 miles but while we were test driving I noticed that the car had 11000+ miles.Thats almost 40% higher miles when compared to what was shown on the screen! Outright lies! If you are not careful you will be tricked for sure!When asked the price he said that he would stick to the price that he quoted on the phone and maybe lower a little for the extra miles on the car.When we sat down to finish the deal, guess what, he increased the price by more than $2600 and said that he cannot go any lower. When I asked another senior sales person about the miles, he replied that the systems might not have been updated. Yeah right! These people think that they can just fool customers.when I asked him, Luca Lacovella , why would he lie so outrageously and wasted our time if he could not go lower, he got extremely rude and THREATEND to call the Police.His exact words, 'I will call the police if you are going to talk to me like that. This is my house, you are in my house!"Is this is the way to treat a customer who wants to give you business of $40,000? And that too in today's economy? This is the most humiliating experience I have ever had in my life.I never used any foul language when I confronted about his lies and that was his response. I talked to his boss but the response was cold and eyewash (namesake) sorry. They dont care about customers, no matter who you are and dont value your money or business. I would never do business with Patrick BMW again and I strongly advise you not to. The only things you can expect from this dealership are THREATS, LIES, DISRESPECT, HUMILATION, RUDE MANNERS, YELLING and INSULTS.When we have such great customer service even for an item that is less than $5, is this the kind of service you expect when you are willing to spend thousands of your hard-earned dollars?Dont waste your time, you are better off taking your money and business elsewhere. It is a shame that these guys are dealers for luxury cars and yet dont have an ounce of courtesy or common sense toward potential customers. I regret to having chose to do business with Patrick BMW.I have complained to BBB and also to BW North America about the conduct and the threats so that no else go through the humiliation and insult.You need not take my word, please look at the reviews from other people as well.

Our first experience to Patrick BMW was not a pleasing one at all. The first time we visited, we stopped by on a whim. Whether it was the way we were dressed or our age, we weren't even taken seriously. We were eventually passed over to a Salesman named Constance and was not warm whatsoever. He was arrogant for the most part and seemed turned off on the fact that he had to help us. When there was a car I wanted to see (BMW 335xi) he just took us to the lot, and JUST OFFERED me to look inside the car. He didn't even ask if I wanted to take it for a test drive. What got me the most is that while I'm looking and asking him questions, he was smoking a cigarette. Absolutely unprofessional.The second time was a tad bit more pleasing. A salesman named Ken helped us and the only "knock" I have on Ken was that he let my fiance and I take the X3 we were looking at out for a test drive on our own. Yeah, I appreciate the fact he wants to give us space and let us try it out in our own discretion but I felt like if he wanted to make a good impression, he would have came along for the test drive and explain the features and benefits of the car. BUT while we were shopping with other dealerships, Ken was very helpful and telling me if cars from other dealerships (Jacobs, Laurel, Perillo) were decent enough cars to look at. Eventually, my fiance and I found the X3 we've been looking for at Bill Jacobs BMW who won a 5 rating in every category. Overall, if it was not for Ken I would have given Patrick BMW a -1 in every category because of the first time we visited. I think in a business in selling cars, the service we got from Constance was inexcusable and I hope none of you who reads this review goes through that. Patrick BMW, if you guys are considered a "premier" dealership, please let me know when you start acting like one

I went in to the dealership looking to lease a new car. I was reluctant to lease at first as I typically buy to own my car. My sales person spent a lot of time explaining the benefits of leasing vs. buying to the point that I felt very comfortable. He also worked hard to find the exact car fit to my specifications. At no point did I feel pressured or "annoyed". The entire experience for me was wonderful. My sales person was pleasant and informative, the sales manager was accomodating and the man who worked in finance was speedy. I was hesitant to visit Patrick BMW when I had decided to look for a Certified used BMW M3 because of the feedback on this site. I started at a couple other dealers and wound up stoping by Patrick BMW. I couldn't have had a better experience. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and when I picked out a silver 2007 M3 coupe, the salesman was very well informed about the car. The Sales Manager came in to introduce himself and thank me for my business. I really felt that they valued having me as a customer. Better feeling than what I had at the other BMW dealers! But these people made me overwhelmed by their rude, lying, mocking, ignoring attitude and terrible work skills. especially, Mark, Unfourtunately, almost everytime I go to the service department, he was in charge of my car. and everytime, he ruined my day. and the manager, Dean, he is the same. the guys working in the service department are all well-trained thieves.We also have a Lexus, I highly recommand Lexus. Their service is very customer-centered and the quality of their vehicles is wonderful. Some of my friends have a Lexus, they are very satisfied with their cars. I came in for an oil change. Discovered that I also needed a break job. Which was fine. They gave me a great loaner, called me when the work was complete and I picked up the car that same day. However, on my way home my car started making HORRIBLE metal screeching sounds. I called the BMW and got a RUDE response from the receptionist saying there is nothing she can do and if I wanted to, I can just leave my car where it is and have it towed the next day. Mind you, it was -12 degrees outside and what was I supposed to do, WALK HOME???? So I continued driving, hoping my wheels don't fall off. The following morning, I called the service again, asking if I can bring my car in to have it looked at. I got a rude receptionist ONCE MORE, saying there are no openings for an appointment. I stated that my car was just serviced a day earlier and something was done wrong, so wouldn't my case be an exception. She had nothing to offer me for help. Unfortunately I had jury duty that day that I couldn't miss so I was unable to come and spend the entire day waiting to be seen. So I drove - once more, in a broken car - hoping nothing bad would happen. At lunch time, I called the service again and had a receptionist tell me that she cant help me, that the service manager is not available, that there are no cars to loan me while mine is looked at and added that "what did I expect her to do, run around the dealership looking for someone?" - as were her exact words!!!! FINALLY, after screaming and stating that if something bad was in fact to happen to me while driving an impaired vehicle, who was I to sue, she got a manager to call me. I was able to come see him at 3pm and found out that the backing plate was damaged and connected wrong and therefore was scratching the rotor. It took 10 minutes to fix it - but 2 days for me to get the job done - not to mention the worry I went thru. I drive a BMW, which is supposed to be the "ultimate driving machine" - and yet, apparently there are monkeys performing basic service jobs on these "ultimate driving machines". I will NEVER take my car to Patrick for service again! THE ONLY good person through this whole mess was Kristin, the service coordinator. She was the only one who managed to get a manager to call me back and was very apologetic for my bad experience.

Terrible Service:The service manager, Tom, had my car 2 or 3 times. We have a Star Marked SAAB. We complained about that the engine light coming on constantly shortly after buying it and shaking while driving. He and his service staff could not figure it out. They thought the problem was our rim/tire. They charged us for a new tire and rim. We got it back and the light came on again within hours, and the shaking continued miserably. I called to complain and he said to bring it back - AGAIN! I told him that I would bring it to Motorwerks and let him know if they could figure it out. The same day the car was dropped off at Motorwerks they immediately identified that the problem with the car was that the throttle assembly needed to be replaced. In addition they found problems with the electrical and starter. The engine light no longer illuminates and the shaking is gone. THANKS MOTORWERKS!!! Furthermore, Mondo and the service crew at Motorwerks get straight 5's. Mondo is the friendliest and accomodating service manager I have ever dealt with. I also have a Mercedes, which I service at the MB dealership that I got it at. The service there is excellent as well. However I'd still give Mondo top honors.After my experience with Tom and Patrick BMW, I have to give them a huge thumbs down for their very shabby handling of my car. My wife was pulling her hair out!!! I would not recommend them. For this reason, "I" would never purchase a car from them.

I had a terrible sales experience and reported it to the BBB and posted on my3cents and badbusinessbureau.com. They never once returned my calls or written requests. Now they have served me with a request for a Temporary Restraining Order claiming that I am defaming them. You decide whether or not you want to buy from this dealer.

Bought my 1999 540iT pre-owned, good sales experience. Service staff very friendly and informative. Never a bad experience, even when solving problems has been challenging. Work nearby, so easy to drop off and have them take me to/from work. Usually done same day w/o appt. Wd recommend.

Bought my z4 here. Very arrogant staff. Should have walked out, as even the receptionist was too busy flirting with a mechanic, then got annoyed when I asked her to call a salesperson over. Sale went somewhat ok, but I have bought dozens of cars over the years and am smart enought about the process. Took them forever to give me a finance rate and price, just kept coming back with payment number over and over. Damn, should have walked out. 2 months later came back as the top was making noice, they told me it was a 3 week wait for a loaner, I thought the guy was kidding. Turns out they have only a few cars available and if it's a break down situtaion, then will get you one or into a rental. Second time I came in for another noice, they offered to drive me to work and pick me up later. The later was me waiting outside of work for 30 min, as the guy was picking up 3 other dumb customers. Take my advise and buy and service elsewhere. Field's is the other one close to my house and while they are no picnic, at least better than these guys

Joel Beekil is a dream-come-true when it comes to the car salesman. Best no-haggle price, follow-up, and customer service. I bought my second BMW from him, and both times no other dealership could beat the price and/or service. That said, not every Patrick salesman is like that, so I think each individual dealership experience is heavily weighted on tbe main person that a customer is dealing with.

Andy is a great svc writer, he knows my bimmer (1992 735i,175k mi)<br>Patient with demanding customers. Rick is the only person that I allow to work on my car, he is a beast. Fast, accurate, honest.<br>Can you believe it? HONEST!<br><br>I live one mile from MotorWerks and I drive 10 miles to Patrick. Motorwerks sucks. It is a production shop dependent on high volume turnover due to the extreme overhead of facility.<br><br>Never had a good experience from Motorwerks.

This dealership is one of the worst in the area. The service is terrible, the service dept. employees won't even look at you unless you get in there face and demand service, and even then, they'll do there job half as good as they should. My dealership refused to alter my options on the car, such as have my lights flash when the car is unlocked/locked. They explained to me this could only be done on vehicles with an OEM alarm. I explained to them how it was done and a numerous amount of cars that belong to people I know, and they DO NOT have an alarm. On top of that, they look at me like they are buying a car from me, and I have to treat them with top-nouch respect, which I may add, I do from the beginning, until they become snotty acting like they don't need my business. Defenitly would NOT recommend Patrick BMW until it gets a new line of staff.
