We were looking for a used car that was not too old, too many miles, and affordable and reliable for the winter weather. Maceo couldn't have been more approachable or nicer to deal with. After listening to what our shopping parameters were he chose a vehicle to show us and that was the car we bought. Max at finance was also very nice and easy to deal with. No one enjoys talking about finance rates, loans, approvals, or monthly payments but Max explained thoroughly what our options were and we signed all of the paperwork accordingly. We would highly recommend Patriot Subaru to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. The experience was very positive and without a doubt will visit them again in the future should we be in the market for another car.

I was looking for a car that had all the bells and whistles, but I was tired of all the haggling. Patriot Subaru of North Attleboro had the no hassle pricing. The lowest price is what was advertised on the car you were looking for. I worked with Maceo Johnson for the sale, and Max Meritil for the financing. My 11 year old Legacy needed parts and Patriot Subaru NA was on my way home. Great experience. It was time for a timing belt, so I tried them again. A wonderful experience with Service. 2 for 2. The 2016 WRX was coming out and had terrific reviews, so I looked into it with Max, Will, and James. The price couldn't be beat, the experience couldn't be better, with everyone I met being professional and friendly. I've lost track of how many cars I've bought over the years, but what I won't forget is how pleasant the experience was. Every expectation was exceeded. This was truly exceptional. A big 3 for 3. Then there's my new WRX. Wow. Talk about looking for excuses to take a drive...

I had maybe the single greatest experience in car buying at this dealership. That's saying a lot seeing as how I've had quite a few cars in my time. I worked with a gentleman named Mace'-o who never made me feel pressured and bent over backwards as I tried to haggle both pricing and my own trade in value. They even worked with me to get my car delivered by a pretty tight deadline. They definitely value their customers. All in all it was great experience and I will be referring people to them in the future!

My wife and I stopped into Patriot Subaru last Saturday, looking to get information on their vehicles and test drive the Forrester as well as the Outback. We met with John Wolowicz and he was excellent. John was highly knowledgable, approachable, articulate, and willing to take part in a discussion of our goals. He was responsive and not pushy in the least. The test drives were helpful; John modified the routes to reflect the type of driving I expect to do. Their analysis of our trade-in was fair and by the end of the day we were sitting with finance (Max was incredibly kind and knowledgable) in order to close the sale. This was my first dealership experience and I can't imagine it being more enjoyable or effective. I highly recommend Patriot Subaru and their staff.

There is something very good going on at Patriot Subaru. It starts with the people, who genuinely seem to enjoy and take pride in working there. Additionally, their no commission, everything up front approach was refreshing and made me feel comfortable taking my time and asking questions. Maceo was incredibly helpful and his excitement was contagious. James and Max were also very helpful regarding my lease. If you're buying a Subaru, there is no reason to go anywhere else.

I had an absolutely excellent experience dealing with Maceo Johnson during my purchase of an STi and trading in my WRX. The entire purchasing process was low pressure. The dealership itself is new and is beautiful with lots of amenities and great incentives. My salesperson, Maceo was extremely knowledge and was able to find the exact car with all the options and color I wanted in little time. He walked me through all of the features of the car before I left the dealership with my new baby. I've recommended the dealership to all my friends and family looking to purchase a new car.

The greatest car buying experience I have ever had (3rd Subaru purchase). After being disappointed with other dealers in the area who didn't listen or tried to up-sell, I found Patriot Subaru who just happened to have the Subaru WRX I was looking for. From the onset they exceeded all my expectations. When I called them on the phone to inquire about the vehicle they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When I arrived in person Mace-o' was extremely personable and knowledgeable. By far the best car sales associate I have ever come across. He took the time to talk to me about the car, what my needs were, and just to learn more about me. I never expected to walk in and walk out with the car but it happened. The negotiations were zero pressure, I really mean 0 pressure. The offered me a more than reasonable price for my trade in. All in all the sale was a done deal in a matter of 5 minutes due to the clear up front knowledge Mace-o' had and the clear break down of the sale price. I've experienced other dealers that leave out the tax, fees, title etc. The price I got was the price I paid and it was more than fair. Mace-o' was extremely patient and did not rush the process, I was so comfortable through out the process that it made it extremely easy to purchase my car from him. I would recommend Patriot Subaru to everyone and ask for Mace-o', however I'm sure all the other sales staff are just as personable and knowledgeable as he was. This is a dealership that is clearly focused on exceeding expectations and establishing a great reputation.

I did my home work on available options and price before buying the car, and I was surprised that their sticker price was $1200 lower than my estimate. I just moved into my new house, and didn't have a chance to report my address change to my insurance company and RMV. That caused them a lot of headache in getting my license plate, but they straighten it out for me. Mace"O communicated with me throughout the process. "Delivery" process by Mace'O was excellent and I received thorough instruction on the vehicle before driving off their lot.

Found Patriot Subaru on the internet after a number of other Subaru dealers could not seem to be bothered with us. We were quickly greeted by a salesman who was busy with another customer. He made us comfortable and found Mace'-o Johnson who was just finishing up with someone else. We knew pretty much what we were looking for and Mace'-o LISTENS. His level of knowledge about Subaru's is unbelieveable. We never felt rushed -zero pressure - and he made (and continues to make) himself available via phone, text and email for any questions we may have. On the day the car was delivered Mace'-o actually picked me up at home (Southern Rhode Island) and spent much time going over the various features, helping with the many configurations including connecting my phone and navigation setup. Other staff were friendly and did all they could to make you comfortable. Jerry (Finance) made the paperwork end of things easy as possible. We love our new Impreza and and are happy to have found both Patriot AND Mace'-o!

They gave me a convenient appointment, walked me through the ordering process, showed me what my new car would look like, and gave me a great price. When the car came in, they did title, registration, insurance, inspection sticker, and delivered the car right to my doorstep. Their service manager was wonderful to meet. I bought a used Cadillac from this dealership. My buying experience couldn't of been any better. This dealer ship is truly a stress free environment. I Bought the car in bad timing but Anthony Made it happen. very clean and organized which shows a lot. My sales person (Allison) was very helpful. My first and only time i felt comfortable being in a dealer ship. They wont try to shove a car into your life, like most dealerships do. They gave me a good price on my trade in and on the Cadillac. The service department is ok. Forgot to give me an inspection sticker and a few other things. After going back and forth for a little they solved my issue. Over all my experience was great, If they have a car you like/love don't think twice about coming to Patriot Subaru. Once again thank you to those who made my experience great.

I took my 2005 Outback into Patriot Subaru and, once again, have nothing but good things to say about them. The dealership is clean and modern. The waiting area is comfortable and spacious with TV, several available computers and lots of cushy chairs. Those things made the visit more pleasant but the reason I chose to write this review was the service. My customer service rep, Mary, greeted me when I entered and acted as my liaison for the rest of my visit. Once the problem has been identified, she explained my repair options (one of which saved me time AND money), kept me informed about the progress, and applied a generous coupon/discount (that I hadn't even known was available, never mind asked for!) to the final bill. The service was done quickly and after my first two visits, I am confident that the work done will prove to be, once again, first-rate. I will return with our two Outbacks and recommend to friends.

Looking for a Subaru in the middle of the worst winter ever was not easy. Most dealers didn't have an Outback in stock to even test drive. Maceo, our salesman, was as nice and helpful as could be. Once they got a car for us to test drive, he patiently went through every detail the car was equipped with. He obviously likes his work and is extremely helpful. We had a wonderful experience with Patriot Subaru. We first spoke with Sharon Jorde by phone and she was informative, friendly and professional. Our sales person was Maceo Johnson and he is Wonderful! We felt comfortable, informed and Maceo went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with our first Subaru purchase. We arrived for our appointment Tuesday and were greeted as soon as walked in. Sharon introduced us to Maceo, we were offered coffee and the entire crew and atmosphere was friendly, casual yet professional. There was no pressure or hassle of any kind. We are very happy we bought our first Subaru from Patriot and would not hesitate to return!

I had been inquiring about purchasing new cars online after using the Truecar app. I had a unique situation that involved negative equity and after being connected with Sharon online, who was very informative, helpful, and kind, had me visit the dealer and sit with Chad, who went above and beyond to give me great information about the 2015 Forester. Chad then put me in touch with James who set up the deal quickly, without any nonsense or ridiculous figures. I can certainly tell you that working with them was the most pleasurable experience I've had at a car dealership to date. I could not possibly write a review that would do Patriot of North Attleboro justice, but I will try, and it will probably be a little lengthy, so please bear with me. This dealership has been incredible in every aspect since my first visit this past November. I was looking to buy a new car to replace my 2003 Camry, who was on borrowed time with 220,000 miles and a new 130-mile-a-day commute. I had been car shopping for about a month, and was not enjoying the experience. Every dealership I went to was either full of stereotypical salesman trying to con me into a purchase, or worse yet, wouldn't give me the time of day because, at 23, they didn't consider me a serious potential buyer and met me with Used, right?. Patriot was completely different. I decided to check them out at the recommendation of my brother-in-law, who had just leased a Forester from Patriot a month prior. From the second I walked in the door, the atmosphere was like no other dealership I had visited. Every single employee was attentive, friendly, respectful, and professional. The facilities are beautiful. I test drove (and completely fell in love with) the 2015 Legacy. In the week or so after my test drive, I received a single phone call to make sure all questions were answered, but otherwise was not badgered or hounded at all. Shortly after, I made the decision to buy and returned to Patriot to work out a deal. I had crunched numbers at several other dealerships, and Patriot was by far the most competitive in terms of pricing (Not to mention their lifetime power-train warranty beats any other make or dealerships). If you are not a fan of, or would rather skip the negotiation process of buying a car, Patriot is no-hassle and you will not overpay. That is not in my nature though, and I am sure I was a huge headache while trying to finalize price. At no point was I treated with any less respect, though in retrospect they probably would have been justified in letting my business go. Instead, they earned it. The finance department was also great. I had secured a good rate through a bank, but decided to go through Subaru instead (it was easier and the rates were even better). I was walked through every dollar and understood exactly what I was paying for, no surprises at any point. I never felt rushed or dismissed. Patriot took care of all registration paperwork, and when there was an issue at the DMV (not related to the dealership, DMV fault), Patriot provided me with a loaner car for the extra day I would have to wait for my Legacy to be ready. I picked up my new car two days before Thanksgiving. Even though they had already closed the sale, the salesperson I worked with sat in the car with me and walked me through all the bells and whistles, hooked up my phone to the Bluetooth, and even customized sound system settings based on what I said did or did not sound good. Overall, there are so many reasons why I love this dealership. I cannot imagine a single person who would regret making an important purchase like a car from such a great establishment. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Patriot Subaru of North Attleboro and sincerely thank them for everything they do. We will be back here for all of our service and buying needs!

I looked around online for quite some time in search for a Subaru dealer in my area and finally decided to look into Patriot Subaru of North Attleboro. I walked in and initially was impressed with their facility. I was approached by Allison and informed her that I was interested in a 2015 WRX. After doing some research we found a car which I liked and so I easily traded my vehicle in towards the new purchase. A slight hiccup in delivery time caused the dealer to have to switch vehicles to get my my car to me faster. They worked hard to ensure that I was content with the switch and didn't try to force me into any situation I wasn't comfortable in. A day later I was driving off the lot in my brand new WRX and couldn't be happier.

I went to Patriot Subaru reluctantly, because I already knew I did not want a Subaru, but my husband insisted that I go and test drive a Subaru Forester before purchasing something else. My husband is absolutely obsessed with cars and for a hobby he likes to read about every make and model, watch video reviews and then go test drive cars. He was trying to sell me on a Subaru forever, because he said they were one of the best cars out there. So I went in with the hubby to get the test drive out of the way so that I could move on to the next car dealership. We went in and were helped by Elizabeth Husted(aka Betty) and she was the perfect sales person for us! No pressure sales is what we like, and she was extremely knowledgeable on Subaru and other car models. We had great discussions on all the cars that I was looking at. Betty was extremely personable and was able to laugh at all my husbands "quirky jokes". So I drove the Subaru and it was a nice car, which explains why I know so many people who drive them, however it did not have all the bells and whistles in the car that I desired within my price range. So when we got back to the dealership Elizabeth told us about a recent trade in that had not even been listed yet, it was the CRV!!! That was the car I wanted all along and it was fully loaded. Don McEwen, the General Manager ended up giving us a great deal on the car as well as a true and fair price for my trade in. The trade in value was one of the most important factors in us buying this car. They also gave us their Lifetime Power-train Warranty for the car! We got the best deal compared to any of the other dealerships we had visited that day. We knew we could not pass up this deal. Another great thing was that Jennifer Alden in Finance ended up getting us a much better financing deal then we already had! The process from Sales to financing was a breeze and so seamless. Exactly how the car buying experience should be! I will recommend everyone I know to this Dealership even if they are not looking for a Subaru. Thank you Patriot Subaru for taking a high stress ordeal and making it so pleasurable and easy!

My experience at Patriot Subaru was definitely a very pleasant one. My husband and I were greeted by James McEwen right as soon as we got to the dealership and he did a very thorough job showing us the Crosstrecks and explaining the differences in each model. He also took us on test drive and explained all the mechanics of the car as well which I really appreciated. Once I purchased the car I was told the car was being cleaned and was being given a full tank of gas which again I really appreciated. Overall, everyone my husband and I met were very friendly and made our experience of purchasing a Subaru very pleasant. I would recommend this dealership.

Searched the Web. Entered what we were interested in. Replies from several Subaru dealers. Some discouraging. Christine of Patriot sent us details about exactly the car we sought. Visited the dealership. James met us at the door, took our info, and brought the car around. (Meanwhile, he arranged for our trade-in to be evaluated.) He explained all, and we both had fine test drives. Price offered fairly good to begin with. (Better than those cited by other dealers who didn't even have the car we were interested in in stock.) We negotiated a bit lower price. We wish it were lower, but we did get the car we wanted. Service people got the car ready as we were passing papers. And we drove away with a new car ca. 3 hours after we arrived. Much better than all-but-one (also excellent) of many previous car buying experiences.

My car buying experience at Patriot was a pleasant one. I had done some research on the car I wanted and was able to take it out for a lengthy test ride. I knew the car I already wanted so that facilitated the process. Worked with James, he was very patient and thorough, did not push anything on me. Didn't try selling me into a lease, up selling me or immediately crunching numbers asking for down payment etc. Very nice dealer and looks to be a clean service department. Getting the paperwork completed and the down payment process couldn't have been easier. No hidden charges, everything was spelled out and they worked with me to even deliver the car to my work. Would recommend to a friend.

I am the kind of person who does not enjoy car shopping, but I had a great experience at Patriot Subaru. I had already researched the car (2015 legacy 2.5i) and the price range I wanted to pay. Salesman James Kelly really listened to what I was looking for, and showed me exactly that. There was no high-pressure attempt to up-sell me on a more expensive model. I ended up purchasing just what I wanted and didn't feel pushed or manipulated (which would have driven me right out the door and to another dealership!) James is great to work with, and I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone. I will definitely come back in the future. Very pleased.

I had been driving the same car since 2001, and since I have a 10-year-old who is playing winter sports, I realized that the time had come for a more reliable, newer mode of transportation for him and his friends (as well as me and hubby). I visited a handful of dealerships on a Sunday, and happened upon Patriot Subaru (my parents own a Forrester, and rave about it constantly, so I thought I'd see what they have to offer). I was met at the door by Sean Griffin, who instantly made me feel comfy and cozy. A very friendly and knowledgeable guy. He answered my questions, steered me (pardon the pun) in the direction of a car that might meet my needs - and the car of my dreams was shown to me. The process of arranging the trade-in and the purchase could not have been better or more smooth. Eddie in finance was terrific - he was extremely accommodating, friendly, and supportive. I was never pressured. I felt - still do - like I made the decision to buy; they didn't force me into making a choice (and, as we know, some dealerships do that). Once it was time to pick up my new 2014 Crosstrek, Sean walked me through the controls (quite the impressive package, that car) and made me feel comfortable in my new front seat. In addition, as I had my son with me, Sean was respectful and friendly to my often-wacky little boy. That helped a lot. Overall, I found the entire process to be an extremely positive and memorable one. No regrets, no complaints. I am so glad I found Patriot Subaru ... it's a terrific, new, clean, streamlined dealership. I have a new automotive haven! I'll be back for servicing and probably just to visit! Great response by Sharon to my internet inquiry. She found my perfect car. At the dealership, Jim was super friendly and answered all my many questions. His dedication to customer service was great and, in his words, he "will do whatever it takes" to make a happy customer, even following up on my purchase and delivery on his day off. George was friendly and efficient with all the paperwork. Noticed all staff there was upbeat which made it a pleasant experience. I had a great experience with Patriot Subaru...I love my new car and the staff made it very easy to purchase, and pick up my new car. They were laid back, but professional. They were very responsive to all emails and phone calls. They took care of everything so I did not have to worry about the process of putting my new car on the road (this is my first new car, so I wasn't exactly sure, but didn't need to worry!) Allison Lejeune and Eddie worked with us to finance and purchase the car. We had done our research before going in and they helped us to get a fair price and good financing. My husband and I had done our research before visiting any Subaru dealer, so we pretty much knew what we wanted. That being said, when we walked into Patriot Subaru, we were immediately welcomed. Been with BMW for 7+ years and Patriot Subaru can give them a run for their money (and I was always very impressed with BMW and their service and happy overall). Stopped in to see if they had any pre certified Outbacks and there was only one. Test drove it with Allison, loved it, quickly made a deal in which Jon was very easygoing and as flexible as he could be on pricing and with my BMW trade-in, and walked out a Subaru owner in a very short amount of time. I dread the car buying process (especially with two kids in tow) and this was easy and every person we dealt with was a pleasure to work with. Also had to deal with Financing and they were super nice and process was quick. He was actually having printer issues and offered to drive to my house with papers. Think that was Luis, great guy. Next day oil light went on so I stopped quick, they drove me right in for an oil change on the spot and 20 minutes later I was on my way. Weeks later the car wouldn't start and Joe from service immediately got in his car and drove to our house to help. Was nothing but a key programming issue. Car runs fantastic. Seriously great service overall! And I am extremely happen with the quality, mileage, and size. I look forward to years of great service with Patriot Subaru.

Great experience buying a new vehicle. This was a big purchase for me and my husband who are expecting our first child in November. For us, purchasing a new/used vehicle started as a stressful, sometimes confusing, process that Patriot Subaru turned into an exciting experience. We left being 100% conifdent with the vehicle we picked, the options we picked, and the price and financing. Sharon Jorde got me to walk into the dealership with her upfront pricing and information. I was initially looking at a 2014 Outback from another dealership and called Patriot to verify the price I had settled on with the other dealership. Sharon took the time to listen to me and answer all of my questions, providing clear and detialed answers along with upfront pricing without having to haggle. Only after she answered all my questions, did she ask if I was interested in looking at any other models or years. When I was ready to end the conversation she put no pressure on me to come into the dealership and did not insist on taking down my contact information. Having someone at a car dealership actually listen to what I wanted and answer every question I had in detail was so surprising to me that I had to go and check out the dealership in person. At the dealership we were welcomed by several staff members and managers. We worked with James McEwan to test drive and price out vehicles. James was great to work with and answered every question we had; there was never a time when we hesistated to ask something or he didn't answer our question to a level we could understand. We loved the teamwork in the office and how it made us feel comfortable to switch to another associate if we did have a question or concern. For us, James McEwan was a perfect fit as a salesperson: He was extremely patient and never pressured us to upgrade or downgrade on the Outback we were interested in. He helped us price out the difference between a 2015 and 2014 and compare/contrast the features we would be gaining between an Outback and Forester. There was never a question we had that wasn't answered. We needed to wait a few days before making a decision and James had no problem letting us leave the dealership and return a few days later. When we were ready to make a decision and buy a 2015 Outback, James remembered us, our concerns and the options we were looking at. He picked up with us right where we left off, made sure every question we had was answered, and we started the process to purchase the vehicle. We financed through the dealership and experienced the same honest, upfront answers to all our questions on pricing and financing. There were no surprise costs or terms that were different from what we discussed with James. The teamwork and integrity of Patriot Subaru made it easy to work with the dealership and took the stress out of buying a new car to make it an exciting experience. We have no hesistation recommending Patriot Subaru and will be returning for all our maintenance needs.

I was not looking forward to going to another dealer after trying to test drive a car in Norwood. They did not listen to what I wanted or could afford and kept pushing the "top of the line" model. After I saw Patriots being built (2 months later) I was so happy! I had my heart set on a 2014 Forester and when Sharon told me there were none left within 2 states I was crushed. She tried to find something I might like, in my price range. I went in, test drove a 2015 Forester with Jim, and after several attempts to make finances work, I got a brand new 2015 Forester! When I came back to sign papers, and there was a problem, George was able to fix it with the owner's approval. Jim has already answered a few questions I had on tech operations in the car. I really felt valued as a customer, even though I did not have a lot of money to spend. Would I recommend Patriots Subaru to anyone? Absolutely! In fact, within 3 hours of getting home from buying the car, I gave their name to someone.

After going to multiple Subaru dealerships and being treated as if I was lucky they could even take the time to see me, I walked into Patriot Subaru and knew I had found a one in a kind dealership. I was greeted immediately upon arriving by my sales rep, and experienced a car buying process unlike any other I have experienced. I can't even do it justification, but let's just say even my son who is seven is talking about when he can go back to Patriot Subaru and buy a car. They have something for everyone in the family - even dogs are welcome. If you are looking for a place that you will be comfortable in, is brand new, and has knowledgeable but more improtantly friendly staff - go no furtrher. We are so happy to be a part of the Patriot Subaru family - don't waste your time going anywhere else!
