This was a very pleasant experience with Glenn Howes and floor manager Alina. Negotiations were very fair for both parties and we walked away feeling the deal was a win win. I came in to get a recall on airbag fixed and seen a salesman named David who gave me an incentive to check out a new vehicle. I did and found one and the rest went quickly getting approval, and set up with payments. I know wher I will be telling my. Friends and family to come for their vehicles. They didn't pressure me at all.

My husband and I have now bought three vehicles from Brad Deeb and the Patterson family! That's right...three!!! I absolutely love to work with Brad because from the time you pull up till the time you drive off he's got a smile on his face and its infectious! There's never a dull moment when buying a car WITH Brad not from him. He listens to what you want and need and then acts like the car is for him or his family. Won't sell you anything that's not right for you and that's why we keep coming back to him. My daughter loves him too! So for those of you with kids you don't have to worry about bringing them because he makes it a great time for them too! We bought our first car and then came back 8 months later and he made her day by remembering her name and now she asks when we will go back to get another car from Mr. Brad!!! Best place to purchase a car hands down!!

We stopped in to look at the Pilots. We've had a Tahoe for a few years now and we're looking for something different. Our salesman, Ryan, was very knowledgeable of the car and listened to what we were looking for in a new Pilot. We haven't bought one yet, but when we do, we'll buy from Ryan and Patteson's.

We were traveling through Wichita Falls when our 2004 Honda Pilot broke down. We had it towed in and Brian in the Service Department was great with trying to help us figure out what was wrong, and advising us our best route. When we got to the point of a more costly repair then we were prepared to deal with, Michelle in the sales department was a blast to work with~ she was friendly, funny and honest with us throughout the process. Brent in the finance department made sure we knew everything going on while financing our new car. This was honestly the fastest, easiest car buying experience we've ever had. We are a little sad that we don't live closer so that we can promise all our future business to Patterson~ Thank you so much to everyone for all your hard work, compassion, and help during this!!
