As a young female leasing my first car, I DREADED this process, especially coming to dealerships. This is probably the first one that didn't try to harass or scam me. I had been emailing Eric prior to visiting about leasing the new Chevy Trailblazer. He religiously tried to get me a good deal over the phone for a few days until we finally struck up something great. When I got there, the place was so comfortable: great coffee, no one breathing down my neck, and not freezing cold like other dealerships. Next came the paperwork, and boy was I dreading that too. Walter went over the papers one by one, explained them to me, and allowed me to read them. The process was so much easier than I could've hoped. Not once was I overwhelmed. My car was sparkling all around before I took it home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone shopping for a Chevy.

The dealership was very understanding trying to fit my truck in before my vacation. They were extremely pleasant during the entire process and took care of my issue in a professional manner. Even though there are closer dealerships to my home, I am comfortable making the extra drive to Paul Miller Chevrolet.

From the first moment we entered the showroom we felt at home. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Our salesman, Tom, and Walter, who handled the financial matters, made sure that everything went smoothly. I love my new 2022 Trailblazer. It is so easy to drive and has everything imaginable on it. Looking forward to my first road trip!

The staff here are friendly and helpful, and fair in their dealings. I worked with Jim Perkowski on the purchase of my 2022 Chevy Trailblazer RS and Jim made the buying process easy. He was very responsive over both email and phone, and didn't rush me during test driving or the decision-making process. I would definitely recommend Paul Miller Chevrolet and Jim when purchasing a new vehicle.

2021 C8 went in for 500 mile service. Service department was outstanding. This is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with, I drove 1 hr from Queens NYC so that I could experience their great customer service and professionalism. I was not disappointed.
