My husband and I recently visited your dealership to see what kind of deals your dealership was offe ring on leases.We were greeted by one of your employees who was the Floor Manager who's name was Richard. He made us feel very welcome,and we explained what we were looking for and how much we could afford each month for a lease.Richard was very understanding and made us feel like a million bucks.Richard took his time and efforts to explain what was available to us.Richard was very attentive to show and explain the best deal we could get.Richard was very understanding about what our needs were and what we could afford each month.Richard was wonderful and helped us with our lease.

My family has been dealing with the Miller Dealership since they were selling Buicks.We have purchased or leased Buicks,Nissan Maximas and Muranos.There are not enough positive comments we can make to express how delighted we are to have our relationship with Paul Miller,his sons and his very wonderful team of professionals.Our experience with the Millers and their team has been exceptional from the very first time, in the 60's,to the most recent lease we did this past December. I was in a desperate search for a vehicle and I had been to over 7 dealerships within the year last year. When I came to Nissan Miller I was not taken advantage of because I am a female and was not too knowledgeable when it came to purchasing a vehicle. This was my first car and I needed it to live up to the expectations I had in my head. Allen Johnson didn't give me the run around and he did everything he could to give me the best experience out of all the other salesmen at the other dealerships I went to. Now its been a year since I purchased my vehicle and every time I go to get my car serviced he makes sure I am taken care of. I appreciate that and I do sincerely thank him for all his hard work.

I just had a terrific car buying experience in the beautiful showroom at Miller Nissan in Fairfield Ct. and felt somebody should know. I avoid car dealers from years of dissapointment, but Allen Johnson was so warm and genuine I felt like I was a guest in his home. Not only was he knowledgeable, but truly caring. He answered all my concerns with enthusiasm. I would highly recommend Allen to anyone who wants to feel like they have a friend in the business.

My brothers and dad were on the hunt for a used Nissan Altima with low mileage and in great shape for me. My brother, who resides in CT found this dealership online. Our experience was nothing but excellent. Allen Johnson answered all of our questions and was very understanding and patient with my indecisiveness. There were some delays with insurance details, but Mr. Johnson and the crew were very understanding and helpful throughout the entire process. Our drive from Jersey was very worth it. I love my 2010 Nissan Altima and would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family!

I normally hate buying cars. I have a track record of multiple horrible, distasteful experiences. But not at this dealership. I worked with Richard who was kind, fair and seemed willing to spend the afternoon with me. In the end, I got a new Maxima and I know the price was excellent. No ugly haggling, no having to threaten to leave the lot, no "wait here and let me run these numbers by my boss." Just up-front talk and a professional, business-like approach. I will definitely be using this business again.

I recently purchased a 2013 Nissan Sentra from Mr. Allen Johnson, who was truly a professional from the beginning of the sale, to the delivery of my vehicle. I was initially hesitant to purchase this vehicle, because my previous encounters with SLICK,,FAST talking car salesman. Allen was able to put all my concerns and fears to rest., Allen is not one of the PUSHY salesmen that I have also encountered in the past. My experience with the SERVICE department has always been a pleasure. They really stand behind their cars, and there is great service after the sale. I will be returning to Nissan Miller for my next car....

Found the car I was looking for online and called to set up an appointment. Took the car for a test drive and really looked it over seemed like a good buy. Came back in that week to make an offer and agreed on a pretty fair price for the car. The salesman was friendly and helpful and they were able to accomodate my requests. I would probably have gone for an extended warranty had it been offered because almost immediatly the TPMS light came on.... IS THERE A WAY TO DISABLE THIS RIDICULOUS SYSTEM???????? Took the car in to have it looked at and the service was free under the 2 month warranty they offered which was great, however the light is back on and there is no way I am going to pay any money to have it disabled temporarily again. Not the dealer's fault, just a stupid system the government thought we needed instead of buying a tire pressure gague....... Buying process was simple and all phone calls between the dealer and I were simple and helpful. Seem like a good group of folks.

Went there to look at a 08 pathfinder. It just came in so it was on a lift so i couldnt test drive it and i could barely see in it. Negotiated a bit. Left with an offer from them. Called the next day. The salesman was off so i didnt want him to loose the sale so i called back the next day and it was sold right out from under me. Even though at 9 am on the day i found out it was sold the online price went up 2 times and at this very moment it still says it is for sale on there site. Very poor customer service from the sales manager. Salesman was ok. Wouldnt go back there even if they were gonna sell me a gt-r for $1!!!!!!

What started out as a good experience with the internet sales person turned into a nightmare. There "certified" multi point inspection failed to realize that the key to the locking wheel nuts was missing. Got the car back to NY and needed to get a State inspection. Guess what? No lock key and the wheels can't come off. Miller agreed to pay for new locks at my local dealership but the day I had it done and had the sales manager call Miller for a credit card, everyone there denied knowing anything about it, so I ended up paying for it myself and am still waiting to be reimbursed.
