We went into Paul Sherry Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM just to look and ended up working with Nick Ortiz. After a short period of time, we walked out of the dealership with the truck we wanted on order. Nick was very professional and explained everything to us. We had an opportunity to return to the dealership for additional items for the truck (extended warranty and Ziebart services) and again Nick went out of his way to be extremely helpful. It was time for us to sell our 2010 class B Motorhome & get a van or SUV. Two local dealers would not even consider a motorhome as a trade-in. I only got a series of typical cliches and excuses. We decided to look for a Chrysler Town & Country. When I found that Paul Sherry was a Chrysler and an RV dealer, a visit was in order. We live about 60 miles away. I was met by Steve Seiss and told him that I wanted a T&C and wanted to trade in the motorhome. From then on, everything was smooth and refreshing... Steve and Lee Jury put together a deal that was better than I expected and I drove home in a brand new T&C that afternoon. I can state that this was my best vehicle purchase encounter due to the friendliness and courtesy of the Sherry Team. I recommend this dealer for a pressure-free and comfortable buying experience.

I had been on line and found my DodgeJourney, went to the dealership to look at it, Zac met me with a smile and a hand shake,offered for me to set in it and explained all the feature it has. Then went inside to talk finances, he wasn't pushy just informative,told me ever that was happening. He help me move everything from my old car to my new one. This was my first visit to Paul Sherry. I knew what I wanted and the deal I wanted to make. It took almost no effort to reach that point. As my wife and I drove to the dealership I was convinced that I would not buy a truck......I just wanted to eliminate vehicles from my "list". I called ahead and talked to Zac Smith. We arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Zac and I proceeded to tell him why I was there and what I was looking for. While we test drove a vehicle he had my car appraised and had an offer for us when we returned. We discussed a couple of items/issues and reached an agreement but I wanted to take a little time to think it over so the Mrs and I went to eat some lunch. While we were at lunch soem other people came in to look at the same truck we were considering......Zac and Mel didn't have to but told the people they were next in line if I didn't buy it...I bought it!

My wife and I are in our Forties and we could finally buy a new car for the first time in our lives. We knew what we wanted and went to Paul Sherry to look at a 2014 Dodge Journey. When we got there Steve Seiss came out to greet us and did not even hesitate to let us take it for a drive. We picked it up the next day, and on the way home had problems with the traction control, called Steve and he said to bring it on Monday, I took it in and they gave me loaner, they replaced the defective part and washed the car for us. We would highly recommend Paul Sherry and Steve to anyone. P.S. We love the Journey

In purchasing our new motorhome we were given a warm welcome and an experienced sales person who knew the information on the motor homes we were looking for. We were allowed to walk thru and look at any of the units with ease and freedom without feeling pressure to drive or purchase. We found the one we liked and were able to test drive it as much and where we wanted, on our own. We were able to walk away and discuss the unit with no high pressure sale push. I bought my Chrysler 300 from Steve Seiss at Paul Sherry. It had miles so low I thought it was a mistake in the ad. It wasn't a mistake. My husband and I drove the car and loved it!! Steve went above and beyond to make sure we got the car and made sure the few scratches were taken care of before we picked it up. The whole experience was great, I will go to Steve at Paul Sherry again.

Nick Ruiz made our truck buying experience better than any I've ever encountered. We live in Cincinnati and tried dealing with multiple dealers in the area and it was miserable. We found a truck online, made the trip up to Piqua and it was well worth it! The whole team at Paul Sherry were always polite and you never felt that high pressure sales environment that you typically get with dealers. Again, I can't say enough good things about Nick Ruiz. He listened to our needs and didn't try to "up sell" us into something we didn't want. In fact, he found exactly what we wanted and made trading in our vehicles easy. Mike in finance was also great. He was very nice and had all of the paperwork in order so it was quick and easy once we came to in to finalize everything. The next time we're in the market for a new or used car, we won't even bother to look in the Cincinnati area. We'll just make the trip north to Paul Sherry. Thanks again Nick & crew!

When I bought are Ford truck and brought it home the same day we signed papers I thought everything was great. Then i noticed there were some repair issues that needed addressed. I went to them and they said they would look at it and then called and told me that it would cost XXXX amount of dollars to fix even though the issues were present when i bought the vehicle they claimed to know nothing about them. They have not done anything for me nor are they going to. P.S. They said it had a limited power train warranty, extremely limited apparently!

I stopped in to get service done on my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. After service I went into the showroom and asked Len Clark if they had any of the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee's on the lot. He told me they had 5 so I went out to look. I found a Black on Black 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo that I wnated info on. I went back in and Len put me with Lee Jury and we started the loan process. He said that i would save about 40 to 60 dollars on my payment. I called my wife and told her what was going on. After I got home Lee called and said my payment would go down 43 dollars per month. I tolfd him to get everything ready and we would be back about 5:30 PM. Whwn we got back to the dealership the car was rteady and waiting on us. We went into sign the paperwork and while going over it we could get a warranty that had unlimited months and miles on it for 8 cents more on the monthly paymenty. We signed and went home in the New 2014 Jeep Grand Cheroker Laredo. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased at Paul Sherry and I have been treated very good everytime.

I started the process by emailing Sherry Auto. Website is exceptional. The response was almost immediate. The sales person answered my questions and set up a time to meet. Sales person happened to be sick, but I was met promptly when I arrived. The staff members are friendly and moved through the process smoothly and quickly. The negotiations were reasonable and unstressful. The Unlimited was clean and ready to go when I picked it up. I purchase vehicles regularly. (5 since 2007)I have purchased vehicles from other local car dealers. This purchase was the most postive experience I have had in quite some time. Everyone one was polite, and very customer friendly. The salesman was easy to communicate with, and that makes it easy for the customer to make a final decision. Everthing about our new Jeep was explained to us in full detail.

Two guys at Paul Sherry were awesome in helping me with the travel trailer I was looking to buy. Very helpful all the way around. Bill was very honest and open about everything. What bill didn't know 100%, Scott was VERY VERY helpful speaking with me about "how things work". I spent well over six hours with Bill and Scott and never felt like I was being pushed out the door. I would recomend Paul Sherry to anyone looking to buy and RV or travel Trailer. If the car section is anything like the RV section. I would drive out of my way to purchase anything from Paul Sherry. I recently bought a 2003 Grand Prix from Paul Sherry. Nick completely lied to me about the car. He said that they spent 500 dollars on fixing the car and everything he said they fixed is not working properly. He also said he would get me a record of the maintenance that they did and he never mailed it to me. I emailed him several times and he never responded. They did give me a great deal on the car but I feel that they knew the problems going into it. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM PAUL SHERRY. Nick acts like he cares about you, but the second you buy a car he forgets about you.
