We purchased a Toyota back in 2011 and when it came time to replace our car, we didn't even consider going anywhere else! Buying with Pedersen has been a wonderful shopping experience. They have a great selection and when we found what we we're looking for they got us the best deal! It was very low hassle and finance worked really hard for us to get in the payment range we wanted! Shopping for a car is always fun with Pedersen!

Don't waste your time with buying from Pedersen Volvo! Call Bob Koprowski at Rickenbaugh Volvo in Denver. Pedersen Volvo (Emmett) tried to play games and wasted my time. My deal with Rickenbaugh was straight forward with no hassle on the price. I bought a 2017 Volvo XC90 at $350 over invoice! Rickenbaugh does not charge a dealer and handling fee! ... unlike Pedersen Volvo . Bob has 32 years experience selling Volvo and his experience was clearly superior to that of the rookie sales team at Pedersen Volvo.

Jason Jones is a delight to work with; I told him what I wanted in a vehicle and how much I could pay; he was able to get me into one of nicest xc70's on the lot at a lower payment; really incredible. The service department is also fantastic to work with; helpful accommodating and nice!

I have been looking for a vehicle for over 9 months and finally decided I wanted a 4-Runner, after driving a Volvo XC-60.Ryan was spectacular making sure that I found the vehicle I wanted and loved...and worked until I found just what I wanted. Jason from finance went above and beyond to ensure a win-win for both the dealership and me the customer.Next time I need a vehicle I will certainly seek out Ryan and Jason!! I am a fan for life.

I ordered the new XC90 and LOVE it! Emmett Vick showed me the model they had on site and ordered exactly what I wanted, including extra accessories. Once my car arrived, Emmett spent a couple hours with me teaching me the ins and outs, including all the new bells and whistles. I can't speak for 'getting a deal' since I custom ordered my car, but I do think the value of my car is worth every penny I paid. I received great customer service by Emmett, as well as the manager, and could not be happier with my XC90. It's a dream car for this carpooling mother and my husband enjoys driving it too. I'd recommend Pederson Volvo, Emmett Vick and the XC90. I'd buy another car there in a heartbeat, but probably won't need to for some time to come. ;)

Emmett, Ryan and Jason were all very professional and took a personal interest in my situation and my requests for a new XC90. Their commitment to their customers shows through in all of their actions and communications. Emmett's knowledge of the vehicle, process and financing options was far greater than what I experienced at many other dealerships. His delivery of the car was concise, well organized and informative. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for more than just a new Volvo, they are relationship people and have earned my next car purchase.

In the past 5 years I've driven nothing but Volvo's. This is the third vehicle I've purchased during that span of time from Pedersen Volvo and the first new one. I have to admit that I "drive em till they drop", but will definitely (and honestly) state that should I purchase another vehicle I see no reason whatsoever to go to another dealership.In all three "purchase experiences" I've dealt with Mr. Jason Jones. Approachable and knowledgeable, he extends the time to guide you, inform you, and does so in a manner that is comfortable and respected with no semblance of pressure. His "supporting cast" of other front office persons are introduced to you; their interaction is equally enjoyable and professional - it seems like they "enjoy their work, enjoy being where they're at, and enjoy that you (customer) are there with them".I've always serviced my vehicles at Pedersen Volvo as well. And the work and support that I've experienced through the Service Department has been exceptional. What I've found is that Jason introduced a great "car buying experience", Pedersen Volvo's Service Department (two specific names to mention are Chris and Jeff) continued that experience.To summarize: I simply have to say Thank You and that I have (and will continue to) enjoy this relationship.

After spending weeks trying to find the model/color/options, I finally found the car I wanted at Pedersen Volvo in Ft Collins, CO. Since I live in Nevada, limited dealerships and model availability locally was troublesome. I conducted the entire acquisition via emails, texts and phone calls with the Emmett Vick, salesman and Jason Jones, finance manager at the dealership. They went beyond my expectations helping me with credit and finance issues with the lender. Having not seen the car, pictures were provided as well. Prior to transporting the car back to Nevada, it was serviced, cleaned and detailed. I was very impressed with the professionalism, honesty and integrity of everyone I dealt with at the dealership. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in a Volvo. The experience was fantastic!

This is the 6th XC90 Volvo we have either purchased or leased from Pedersen Volvo. As a returning customer, our salesmen over the years have been good but Ryan Scholte is outstanding. With all of the new features of the 2015 XC90, Ryan Scholte has been so patient in explaining and setting up all of the new features for me. Ryan's ability to describe all the functions and features of this all new 2015 XC90 in a way I can understand and feel confident, is very important to me.BUT, it is the service department that brings me back to Volvo more than the XC90! Through the ownership of all my other 5 Volvo's, the service department has always been there when I needed them. their gracious care of the customer and their car is commendable.I LOVE THE 2015 XC90 WITH ALL THOSE NEW BELLS AND WHISTLES!

Dealership is exceptional, but if you are looking for high tech features such as Internet connection and great apps to interface with your new car you might be disappointed at first. My Volvo app Was difficult to set up and runs slow as it is on a 3G network. I finally got it working and it does work, just slowly. I understand Volvo is going to eventually upgrade to a 4g network and that should help considerably. We bought a V60 and an XC60 the same day . At first The app made me regret my decision, but the other outstanding Volvo features lead me to believe I still chose the right car over Audi, Mercedes, or BMW- all of which I have owned in the past. This is my 5th Volvo from Pedersen, but probably won't be my last, especially if Volvo really does upgrade their service to 4g and tweak the app.Pedersen is a great dealership and our sales person Emmett Vick knows cars and was very friendly and easy to work with. He's the best of the best.

After much shopping around, my husband and I have decided to purchase a Volvo XC70. RYAN BURR, Sales Manager, at Pederson was absolutely the most informative, gracious and understanding sales person I have ever encountered. I felt confident and sure this would be the dealership where we would purchase our next new car. HOWEVER, we were "assigned" to JASON STEELE as our "salesman" and all of those good feelings have flown right out the door. We were "talked into" ordering a car with most of the options we wanted, we were talked out of a specific interior combo that was of interest due to the carpeting that came standard in the combo. OK, that was my cal, but while waiting for the car to arrive, Volvo changed the combo and NO ONE called us to let us know we could have what we really wanted. There was plenty of time from when Volvo made the changes for our ordered car to be changed as well. Instead the car arrived and we did not like it at all. RYAN BURR was very good about us not taking delivery of this car and discussed other options, including Overseas Delivery. At no time did JASON STEELE call us or communicate with us the pending changes that Volvo was making or how the original car could have been changed to fit our needs/wants. So at this time we have decided to take overseas delivery so we can order exactly what we want in out new Volvo (this was communicated at the time we reviewed the original car to both RYAN BURR and JASON STEELE), we have not heard once from JASON STEELE (it has been over 6 mo) and have had to find the info for ordering our new car from another dealership. I am reluctant to give this dealership any sales business but the remaining Volvo dealerships are several hours from where I live so a decision has to be made. I would gladly give my commission dollars to RYAN BURR as he has provided us with all the information, answered all of our questions and even arranged our test drive. He spent many, many hours with us as we started the shopping process to our final decision to purchase a Volvo. . IMO, JASON STEEL has not earned any commission for my business and I would like to find a way that he does not profit from my business with this dealership, if I indeed choose to place my order with them.

I highly recommend Pedersen Volvo on Mason St. They listened to me and showed concern for my situation. They were incredibly busy on the day I arrived. However, I did not feel neglected or rushed. They worked with me, got to know my concerns, and allowed me to explain what I needed. Even though it was closing time, they stayed with me until I was ready to make my decision. Throughout the entire visit, they provided me all the information I needed and gave me honest feedback. Finally, service after the sale has been great!

I recently visited Pederson Toyota for regular maintenance on my RAV 4. I was very pleased with the service and interaction with the employees at the service center. While I was waiting I visited the sales area talk to someone about my lease which was expiring in 3 months. I was introduced to a woman named Vikki Bagwell. I had never dealt with a woman car salesperson before but welcomed the opportunity. Vikki seemed too good to be true so I asked her how long she had been at Pedersen. She said 15 and a half years. I was shocked. Most people I had dealt with in the past weren't even there when I would go back for a 6 month maintenance appointment (this was in Massachusetts). For someone to have made this a career meant two things to me. She obviously loved her job and she knew the business. We discussed my options and my main goal was to lower my monthly payment. I decided I did not want to lease again. I told Vikki about my previous car which was a 2008 Volvo S80 which was brand new at the time I leased it. I loved it and I never really got over trading it in. Vikki found me a 2008 Volvo S80 with only 58,000 miles on it. Other than the color it was the exact came car I had previously leased. I was able to use it for the afternoon to see if I liked it. I was driving on air. Needless to say I bought it. During the entire process Vikki was always helpful, considerate, friendly and when quitting time came she stayed as long as it took to get all of the paperwork finished. She also followed up with a phone call a week later and an email another week later. I can only hope she will be there the next time I need to buy a car and I will certainly refer everyone I know directly to her. As a footnote, I had a slight emergency today when my charging units (I have two) were not working. My income depends on my cell phone. I went straight to the service department and asked them if they could help me. They replaced a fuse and sent me on my way - no charge. Does it get any better than that?

I had been looking for a specific Pre-owned Jeep Wrangler for over 2 years when I finally found one online at Pedersen Volvo. I had made contact and within 30 minutes I received a call from Jason Steele. At the time the vehicle had been placed on hold for another customer, however Jason told me that if the deal fell through that he would call me. Two days later Jason emailed me and told me that it was indeed available. I was ecstatic! I went to test drive and talked with Jason about the Jeep. A couple of days went by and Jason emailed again to see if I was still interested. I told him that yes that I was but there was a problem. I made an offer on it based on the Cars.com price because of the condition of the vehicle. Jason and Ryan Burr worked it out and now I am the proud owner of A 2000 Jeep Wrangler Sport! I cannot say enough about the whole experience. Jason Steele is a very hospitable salesman who will do everything in his power to satisfy his customer's needs! Thank you Jason Steele for everything you did to make this happen!

Yesterday I stopped at Pedersen's Mason Street location to look at hail damaged cars. Ryan Schlote showed me everything that matched my criteria and we narrowed it down to one Toyota Prius. He was patient and knowledgeable, answered my many questions and he and Jason Jones, the sales manager, came up with a fair price. I said my husband and I would come back early this morning when it wasn't quite so hot. Although that was Ryan's scheduled day off, he agreed to come in. When we arrived, he had the car sitting right out front and we purchased it within the hour. There was no pressure, just an agreeable working together, and we are very satisfied. He is a young man, very personable and knows his cars. The entire experience could not have been better and we would happily recommend Pedersen Volvo to friends.

I used Vikkie to help me find a car, we realized pretty quickly that my needs and purchase power didn't match my expectations. I was a little bummed after looking with Vikkie and strategizing but went home empty-handed. The next morning, Vikkie called me to let me know she'd found something that she thought was a perfect match. Sure enough, her hard work paid off and I was driving away in my new car that same day. I couldn't be happier with the time that she spend helping me, always there to answer questions for me (even after the fact). I arrived at Pedersen with the aim of purchasing one of the least expensive used cars on the lot for a commuter car. We'd been a one-car household for over two years, and I was less than thrilled to face this expense, but a job change forced our hand. I was thrilled by the treatment we received. You would have thought we were purchasing the newest, most expensive car on the lot for the time and attention Ryan paid to us. They all took the time to make sure the purchase was going to go well for us, it was such a smooth and convenient process that I plan to return when we have the chance to upgrade our vehicles. Highly recommended dealership!

From the moment we stepped on the lot until the 2011 Volvo S-60 was purchased I felt like I was dealing with friends. I was on a mission to weed out cars and dealerships for my wife to consider as soon as tax season was over. We were on a mission and had been to 4 dealerships earlier that day and had driven 7 cars. We were greeted by finance manager Jason Jones and he took it from there. They were busy on a Saturday afternoon when we arrived and Jason was manning the dealership while the sales staff attended to other customers. We did not intend on buying a car but the test drive won us over. When my wife explained to Jason that she was an accountant and very busy and did not have time for the dealership dance. Jason wrote his best deal on his card and sent us out the door Saturday night. We were impressed by the car. We were impressed by the people at the dealership. Do yourself a favor when it comes time to test drive cars and try a Volvo and definitely swing by Pedersen Volvo. The entire staff is professional, respectful and friendly. Best car buying experience I have ever had.

I had been looking around for a used Toyota Sienna van when a friend told me to check out the Pedersen Volvo website. I decided to give them a try and I saw a nice looking '04 Sienna on their site for a great price. Even at that low price, I was worried I could not get financed with a very small down payment since we had gone through a bankruptcy last year. I went there the next morning to look at it and I met their sales guy, Jason Jones. I explained I needed a good van, I did not have much money for a down payment and I needed low payments. Then I told him we had a bankruptcy.Jason Jones said he would do what he could to help me but he wanted me to drive it to make sure I liked it. It drove great - just what I wanted While I was test driving, Jason was working hard trying to get me financed AND get me an even better price than I saw on the website. I really liked having him help me because he seemed to really be interested getting me a great deal on the van and not just pushing me through and coming back with higher and higher prices like the other dealers I had gone to. Jason's work really paid off for me. It took him a few calls but he finally got me GREAT financing AND a low down payment AND a lower price than I ever thought I could get. Thanks Jason!!!!
