My recent experience with the Team of your dealership was beyond my expectations. First let me speak briefly about the quick response I received from Mr. Gary the internet manager. Gary contacted me back concerning the vehicle that I requested information on within 5-10 minutes and his professionalism and social attitude was great. Mr. Josh Earp was my salesperson and he made me feel comfortable as soon as I drove on to the dealership lot. Earp was extremely knowledgeable and professionally friendly through the test drive and the lunch he brought me. Mr.Mack, Mr. Danny and Mr. Nathan who rounded out the management team were all business professionals with awesome friendly personalities. Professionally speaking, my overall experience with your Team was so positive it would have been a pleasant experience even if I had not purchased my vehicle from your dealership. Awesome customer service experience 👍

Honestly great people to work with! Wasn’t too happy with my options, but as I was told it’s only my fault for my credit being like it is. I ultimately did buy from them, and this is my second time doing so. This go round was much simpler. First time around was a nightmare and we were happy at first with that choice until it became nothing but a money pit. Truly was a good vehicle even with all the issues we kept having. But this mama needed an upgrade. New to me and thankful for my decision! Thanks Nelson and Josh for making it happen. If this one lasts another 6 years maybe I can come back and buy NEW!

I found the truck I was looking for and contacted the dealer. They followed up without being too overbearing. Traded in my older Ram for a sporty black on black bighorn! Thanks, Robert Danny and Josh for the customer service and quick transaction. Tom

The worst truck repair experience ever. Had to have turbo replaced on Ram 2500. First it took them 3 weeks to complete the job. Second, the service tech decided that lifting the engine with a jack placed under oil pan would be quicker than lifting by the lift bracket located on top of engine. This resulted in a crushed oil pan. It took 4 days for them to tell me what had happened (I was calling each day to check on progress). Finally when job was finished the bill was $220.00 more than quoted, got that corrected and paid invoice. After I got home I looked at invoice in detail and they had charged $217.00 in incorrect parts. Went back to dealership and they agreed with overcharge and stated a check would written later that day. No phone call yet to pick up check. My family has purchased 3 vehicles from here, however not anymore.

The staff are polite and friendly. Easy to schedule appointments for service. If they know you are waiting while your vehicle is being serviced they try to expedite it quickly if not they offer courtesy van to take you anywhere while you wait. I have received excellent service every time!
