I recently bought a cls63 amg from Diane at Performance imports and she was absolutely amazing, to say the least! I couldn't be more satisfied with the whole car buying experience at Performance Imports. From the minute i spoke to Diane on the phone, set up a test drive, and finalized the paperwork it was a seamless process. The whole time i was treated with the utmost respect as i was one of her own family. Buying from a family owned dealership like this is always the bets way to go when you can find such quality cars, and extremely nice people. I would HIGHLY Recommend Diane, Performance Imports, and everyone at the facility to assist in your car buying process!!! Nothing but GREAT things to say the whole way!!! Went as far as driving an hour for the vehicle as they have the quality and service everyone deserves when buying a car.

Purchased a pre-owned BMW from Diane, Very impressed by the whole staff and buying experience. She helped me obtain financing and took my old car in on trade. I will buy again !

Diane went above and beyond in customer service. She gathered all the information I needed, and was ready to drive the vehicle to a dealer for inspection. Also, Performance was willing to make sure the vehicle was completely up to specifications.

We had been looking for an older Volvo with less than 100,000 miles for our daughter when we came across one at Performance Imports. What a wonderful experience from the test drive to driving it off the lot! We had the pleasure of meeting everyone in this family owned business. Michael took us for the test drive. We appreciated his casual approach. There was none of that sales pitch, pressure to buy mentality. Diane, who was on vacation, took the time to get in touch with me and follow up with our questions and Joan took the time to show us behind the scenes. The next time we go to buy a car, we will definitely take the trip (it is 1 3/4 hours away from our home) to Performance Imports.

I have purchased two cars from Performance Imports and it was a great experience from start to finish both times. I also use them to service another vehicle that I didn't buy from them. They have earned my trust, to me its like having friends in the car business. Straight forward no nonsense, highly recommended!

Overall excellent sales and service experience with recent purchase of a BMW Z3. I am a very particular buyer who currently owns three vehicles. I have had considerable experience working with Auto Dealers in the last 7 years, having purchased and/or sold 5 different vehicles. Based on those experiences, including two Porsche and one Mercedes dealership, everything about my recent purchase from Performance Imports exceeded my expectations. The phone response from Performance to my original request was both timely and informative. It also was a very honest assessment of the vehicle I eventually purchased. In fact the entire process, including not only my purchase but a trade which was valued at considerably more than the vehicle I purchased was conducted over the phone. There were a number of things that could have gone 'wrong', but due to the professionalism of Diane nothing did. I drove my 'new' car off the lot a couple of hours after I saw it for the first time. It might have been sooner, based on completing paperwork but a service item that I requested was performed on the spot...during lunchtime. Excellent service did not stop at that point. Over a month after I purchased the BMW I contacted Performance regarding an minor but time consuming item that I had agreed to fix at my own expense based on the price I had paid. I was invited to bring the car back and the item was repaired,...at no cost to me. While honesty and excellent service are important (and sometimes hard to find) the quality of the vehicle is equally important. All I can say about that is that I had someone ask me if my (15 year old ) BMW was new! The bottom line; I give Performance Imports my highest recommendation. In fact within 2 years I will be in the market for a specific BMW and I'm going to ask Diane to find it for me.

Thanks so much for the awesome experience in buying my 1995 SL500 Roadster at Performance Imports. It was a pleasure from seeing the car, driving the car, and purchasing the car. The most important factor for me was that the car can be serviced by knowledgeable, competent people who have prior knowledge to the workings of this car. Performance Imports is the place to buy your dream car!!!
