I had a great car buying experience with Performance Motorcars. My situation was a unique one because I was purchasing the car to be transported to Illinois. I was lucky enough to work with Caleb who was great with his communication. I told Caleb I needed the car shipped to Illinois and needed prices quotes and basically needed everything done through phone, text and email. Not an easy way to buy a car but Caleb made it as easy as possible. He even gave me his cell number so we could keep in contact, as of course issues arose, not with Performance but with their shipping company who basically ditched my car and didn't transport at the last moment. But Caleb found another driver for me who was willing to drive my car from New York to Chicago because I already had plans for my car that Monday and I needed the car ASAP. Caleb never gave up trying to make sure I was satisfied and his promises went through. I have to say too that Andrea was also a big help with the paperwork and also answering questions for me when the local currency exchange had no idea what they were doing with New York paperwork in trying to get me my plates and registration. I even had to contact Caleb after I received my car to get some info when getting the plates and he was still so helpful. Someone else could have ignored me and forced me to call the dealership since our transaction was technically done, but Caleb still answered his texts and helped me get the info I needed to complete my car process with me getting my plates. I hope the managers of Caleb and Andrea read my review and commend both of them for their excellent customer service and definitely GOING BEYOND their job description. Thank you to Caleb and Andrea and the gentleman who delivered my car, I'm sorry I forgot your name, for making a state to state car purchase as smooth as possible. I truly felt you all cared for me as a person, not just as a wallet.

My father and I came to high performance motorcars to purchase my first car. Being that this was my first time I didn’t know what to expect but I was blown away by how easy it was buying a car from here. There was such an amazing selection of cars I had no problem finding the perfect one for me. Jacob and Caleb made the process easy every step of the way. The car was ready when they said it would be and I’ve had no problems with it at all I know this car will last me a long time. I highly recommend anyone to come check this place out

Excellent experience here!! Staff are so friendly and greet you immediately, they work with you and don’t rush you or make you feel like a burden in the least. Caleb is wonderful, definitely the highlight of our experience in buying a car. He was so enthusiastic and personable (and funny), and made it his priority to make us feel valued. The whole process was a breeze, and certainly stress-free. Definitely recommend!!! Thanks so much

I have just purchased my second car from Performance Motorcars of Wappinger Falls, NY. Salesman Jacob and his staff did a marvelous job of finding me a good, clean, low-mileage used car, and went out of their way to make me comfortable with the car buying experience. All of my questions were answered promptly and professionally, and they assisted me in dealing with transferring my plates and my insurance, without ever needing to take the often time-consuming step of visiting the DMV myself. We're a mobile society, and none of us has the time to spend hours, much less days, transitioning from one car to another. I give Performance five stars for their help in easing this transformation.

Me and my boyfriend came in to look at what they could offer us. I was little hesitant, but man was I wrong, this place is great. Very easy to sit down and talk with them. Caleb is extremely helpful and the owner is very down to earth. We bought our vehicle in February and absolutely love it. Great price and the mileage was great.

i went to the dealership looking for a specific mazda... they didnt have it in stock but the staff told me they would find it for me. i never expected they would actually locate the perfect car but they did it within a week and it was right in my price range. ive had it for about a year now and always get my service at performance too because they give free oil changes. definitely recommend giving this place a shot.
