Loved the way i was handled from start to finish. I had already set my price on their website and when i got their orice we agreed upon was the price i paid. My sales consultant name was Paul a young man of 22yrs of age but he was sharpp an honest didnt try to pressure me to buy he just explained the details and features of the car and answered every question i had. He truly made this car buying experience the best of my life.......hats off to Paul and if you visit perruzzi Mitsubishi please ask for him.....Dom Jones

Peruzzi is like a family. They have a high respect with their client. I called Mick and asked him if I can still get discount on internet price of mitsubishi outlander I like. He gave the price i want and when i came into their office most of my paperworks were ready.

Today was a good day. I had no ideal that I would purchase a car, although I knew I would be purchasing a new vehicle during 2016. Today, while visiting Perruzzi Mitsubishi, I had the pleasure of being introduced to Mr. Aaron Wilkerson, a sales representative for the dealership. During our encounter, Mr. Wilkerson showed my husband and I several vehicles and was well knowledgeable with the cars. Before the day concluded, I was driving away with a 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander. I received on of the best deals I have every had; the trade-in value given to me for my 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander was terrific!! Aaron, although new to the trade, showed us un-surpassed professionalism, he was always informative and could answer ever question to our satisfaction. It was an extreme pleasure working with Mr. Wilkerson and the Perruzzi Family.

After reading all the reviews on this dealership, which are mostly positive, I choose to go there to check out a car I was seriously interested in buying. My wife and I got there on a Saturday afternoon and look around the lot to find the car I was interested in. After being on the lot for more than 20 min without anyone asking if we needed help or information I decided to go inside. There I see 4 salesman standing around having a nice chat (not with customers) and I ask if i could be helped and I finally got someone to get the keys and show me the car. We take the car for a test drive and I really liked it. The salesman was very nice and not too pushy which i appreciated but i told him i would not be buying today but asked for his card and told him I would be in contact very shortly. So that very next Monday I wrote and email (I couldn't talk on the phone since I was at work)to the salesman stating i was a serious buyer in the car, I had a pre-approved loan already and I was hoping to negotiate with him on the price. So i wait a couple days and I get no response. I write him another email no response. So I choose to email the dealership directly explain my situation and ask if someone could negotiate with me over phone or email. Finally someone contacts me right away but they called during the day and i could not answer since i was working(which i stated in my email) and they also sent me an email asking when i could come in for a test drive and would i be interested in hearing deals on 2016 models. So now I am super frustrated! Did they even read my initial email? So I sent a response back stating that i already drove the car and wanted to talk to someone about negotiate a price, two days later i get the same cut and paste email asking when i can come in for a test drive! The best part is this whole time this is going on they lower the price of the car a couple of hundred of dollars online. So clearly they are trying to sell it as i am trying to buy it! I want no parts of dealing with this dealership ever again.

I entered a "Make A Deal" through Peruzzi Mitsubishi's website. The information included in this submission was my trade-in information and pictures. I obtained the price of the new vehicle in which I was interested directly from Peruzzi's website. Also, the trade-in value of my vehicle came from Peruzzi's website. I received an "accepted offer" via email from Peruzzi employee, Daniel Dudley who is the Used Car Manager at the dealership. Before I traveled one hour to the dealership, I spoke with John Little who is the General Manager and explained that I had received the accepted offer online. John said fine and asked when I could come in to confirm the deal. I told him Friday evening; however, when I got to the dealership, I got handed off to an unseasoned salesperson. Mr. Dudley, who approved the transaction, was not in the dealership. I showed John Little the email I received on the pricing and he had to call Dan Dudley. Even though Mr. Dudley approved the deal, John was unwilling to accept it. He came back with an insulting offer of $4,000 less for my trade than what was originally agreed upon. If anyone out there is looking to buy a vehicle I would stay away from Peruzzi Mitsubishi.

Found a car online that I was interested in. Called Peruzzi to set up a test drive 3 days in advance and they said the car was available. Called back the morning of the test drive and they once again confirmed the car was available. Drove 1 hour to the dealership to see the car. Got there and the salesman walks out and tells us the car was sold 3 days ago. Are you kidding me? Extremely frustrating.

One June 28th, 2015 I got my new 2015 Outlander Sport from Peruzzi. This was not my first time getting a vehicle from this dealership and quite frankly I can not imagine going elsewhere. My salesman Tim (I apologize that I do not have his last name) was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was very patient showing me all the features and answering my questions. The finance manager Dan Conner was great and did a great job getting me the best deal. This dealership ranks the highest in book with professionalism, friendliness and I highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you Peruzzi!!!

I'm the new owner of a 2014 Evo X today thanks to the guys at Peruzzi Mitsubishi. If you are in the market for an Evo, you need to go to Peruzzi Mitsubishi in Fairless Hills PA and ask for Nicholas Waddle. Hes a very knowledgeable car guy, and honest. Overall everything about my experience with this dealer was great. Easy, nice, honest, no silly sales tactics. All they did was provide me with a bridge to a fantastic car. Bought a 2007 Nissan Titan from Bret at Peruzzi Mitsubishi. I love this truck it's a crew cab and the room is amazing I have plenty of space for the whole family. The 5.6 v8 has a ton of power too. Bret and Dan made the process quick and painless and I would buy from them again

The salesman Young Tran!! He was very helpful in helping me find a car on very short notice. He showed me several cars and explained the functions on each car, we even took a test drive, and he never tried to force me to get a car. (that was the most important part to me). He also tried his best to get me the lowest monthly payment plan possible,and that was what i was worried about the most. I've told every one at work to go see him if they need a new car. I've even passed around his card. I love my new car!!!

I enjoyed the warm welcome from staffs, especially our sales guy; Brain Quaile. I mean from the moment we walked out our car he was there to greet us outside with a welcoming smile. Then through the whole processes of purchasing my first car, he made sure I received the best option available from every angle possible. My family and I really appreciated all of his efforts, patience's and hard work to make sure I did not leave empty handed in the end. Despite it being a very long process indeed when all was said and done I was extremely happy to walk out with my very first car; which was a 2014 , Mitsubishi Lancer. Robert T. should be patted on the back.(several times) I stopped by the dealership just driving by. Rob didn't give off the sleazy sales person vibe. He just talked to me like a human being. Also, he didn't make me feel like being a female meant I knew nothing about cars. He made recommendations without being pushy, and invited me to come see him when I was ready to make the final decision. Upon arriving at the dealership Rob with helping someone (I didn't make an appointment) but Young was there and ready to assist. George went over and beyond to make sure I was getting the best bang for my buck. Even John pitched in to make sure I was happy. All the guys were down-to-earth, Professional, and knowledgeable. I am happy that I turned to Mitsubishi for my car-buying needs. Honestly, I never thought I'd be a Mitsubishi Customer. Looked at every small SUV with 4WD out there. This car performs EXCELLENT. Best bang for the dollar..With heated seats that start to warm in 30 seconds..Awesome Rockford Fosgate Audio..Nav and Bi Xenon headlights for safety. Drove 30 miles to get the best car at a dealer that treats you like your in a high line store. These guys could not be nicer. And trading a 4 y/o Mercedes on a Mitsubishi was not a sad experience at all. I love this car. I look foward to doing much more business with Peruzzi!
