1st salesman didn't want anything to do with me. I went back because I knew what I wanted and a friend refered me to a particular salesman and he was great, Mike. Had a problem with a speaker right from the go, and this was a brand new Outlander. It had 1 recall after I had it for 4 months and I mentioned the speaker. It was confirmed that I needed a new one. A month went by when I scheduled my first oil change and I mentioned the speaker...'Oh, yeah we've had it here for a month'. Nobody called to update me. This was totally unprofessional and I made it known while I scheduled the oil change AND the speaker replacement. As I check my car in, service guy looks at me and said, so you won't be waiting. ......what???? 'It says you're dropping the vehicle off'. No, I'm not, I never said that, where am I suppose to go! I asked him if they even communicate around here....no answer. I ask if he has a ballpark time of service, nope. This is unbelievable....and I was actually going to go across the street to Pete Moore Chevrolet and trade the Outlander for a truck......not at that Dealership, they've shown their colors now!

If you need a vehicle, go see Stacy Rileyat Pete Moore you won't be disappointed. Stacy really paid attention to my requests. The entire transaction went smoothly. I wish all salespeople operated at the same level of professional courtesy. Oh and I love my car!!!!

Drove 2 cars for 1 hour to get airbag safety recall issue repaired. Made appt at 10:00 am, promised to be ready at noon. Called at 12:30 to check status. Was told tech taking it for test drive after oil change & would call me back. No call back so drove to dealership at 1:30 & was told they hadn't started on the recall issue & it would be another 2 hours. Asked for manager who apologized & said it should have been done but he didn't know why not. I asked for & got the oil change free & told it would be ready by 3 :00 pm. They obviously are overbooking. Very disappointed at such poor customer service.

My wife and I stopped by Pete Moore VW/Mitsubishi for a quick vehicle maintenance matter, enroute to a "car city" competitor, to finalize the purchase of a new vehicle which I thought was offered at an iron-clad, can't be beat price.While in the service department, I made a casual inquiry regarding a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport, to Service Manager Richard Lord. Although up to his neck in "alligators" as usual, the ever helpful Mr. Lord pretty much dropped what he was doing to "grease the skids," and put me in touch with salesman Kyle Prell.Mr. Prell spent several hours with us, patiently and thoroughly explaining, comparing, and contrasting, three vehicles, in both the static, and test drive environment. During this process, it became patently obvious that Mr. Prell is a pleasant, genuinely nice individual, who is thoroughly intent on ensuring that his customer is treated right, receives the product that he came for, and at a price that he can afford. No pressure, no "up-sell" tactics, but instead, a sincere desire to help us find the BEST vehicle, that suited OUR unique needs.After we selected a vehicle, and with laser focus, Mr. Prell worked with the New Car Sales Manager, to ensure that our needs and desires were reflected in the final deal.In the end, Mr. Prell was able not only to meet, but to beat, the "car city" deal that I had previously thought was unbeatable.During the entire transaction, Mr. Prell showed himself to be extremely informative, and a consummate professional, possessing a wealth of product knowledge. Exceedingly customer oriented, and a gentleman in the truest sense of the word, Mr. Prell can be relied upon to go above and beyond to ensure the car experience is seamless, stress free, and as pleasant as possible. Without a doubt a distinct pleasure to work with.I would be remiss if I failed to mention Service Manager Richard Lord's kind assistance, in working behind the scenes, setting the stage with the sales team, and facilitating the process. After having owned more than 25 vehicles over the years, Richard Lord stands head and shoulders over any other Service Manager that I've dealt with. The absolute epitome of customer service.

I have been buying cars for over 40 years, and by far, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I did my research and had decided the Mitsubishi Outlander Sport was the best vehicle for my needs and budget. I visited Pete Moore Mitsubishi and I was lucky enough to be greeted by my sales person Mark Torelli. I knew right away I had the perfect person to help me. He listened to my needs and helped me picked out the perfect vehicle.. He answered all of my questions and gave more insight to the vehicle than I had learned in my research. I met the sales manager Jeff Korel during the process and he couldn't have been more helpful. Then it was time for the financing process. This couldn't have been easier. Thanks to Kim Gilbert in the finance office, she was able to get me better terms than my credit union and made the entire process painless,thank you Kim.Thanks to Mark, Jeff, and Kim I will tell everyone I know not to purchase a new or used vehicle without visiting Pete Moore.

My husband and I bought a new vehicle on Saturday and our experience was wonderful. From the time we arrived 8th dealership our salesman Shane Miller had our best interest in mind. Not one time did he try to sell us something we did not want or could not afford. We arrived at the dealership at 9a.m.and drove off in a brand new vehicle at 1130a.m., this included all the paperwork being completed (Kimberly Gilbert ), the vehicle being detaled, introducing us to the service department (Brian Maguire ), and filling our new vehicle up with gas. Everyone we met and spoke with was helpful and professional. If you're looking for a new vehicle, I would recommend you stop by Pete Moore. We will definitely be going back.

Shane was a great salesman. He wasn't pushy, and understood what needed to happen to make the deal go through. I was interested in a very specific car, and had such a good experience we decided to buy my wife a car there as well. By far the best car buying experience I've ever had.

I started out by contacting this location since I am from a different state. They worked with me over the phone and had everything done and knew exactly what I needed and wanted in my new car. They understood that I was driving a long way away to pick up my new car and trade my old one in. The experience from used car sales for my trade to my salesman Rick. Also I had the best experience when I signed my papers for my new car. I have never had an experience like this before when buying a car. Great job well done awesome atmosphere to buy a car.
