After several calls to inquire about financing a vehicle from Pete's auto ,smiles we just gave up. The staff always said they call back but never did. Too busy for us I guess. Inventory was great as I loved the 2006 dodge magnum and was excited to see if we qualified, but no one had time for us . we sought a dealer out of town who made our dream come true , affordable down payment sand affordable monthly payments. The best thing was they called back when the said they would. Shame on you and your staff Pete's Auto. William and Lin Customer service is lacking indeed!!!!!

When I first called Rich, I was ready to purchase. I've had some family tragedies recently and Rich was patient with me when I told him I had to deal with my family issues first. When my family issues were resolved, I called Rich and he told me he would give the guys a heads up that I was coming. I showed up and Ben was ready with a truck that fit the criteria I wanted. There was a minor issue with the battery and seat belt, but we worked it out. The battery issue was resolved and the seat belt resulted in discount that satisfied me. I'm quite satisfied with customer service and repairs. This is first time I've felt comfortable with the vehicle purchase process.

Ok, here's my review. After months of looking through various websites and publications in search of the specific vehicle that I wanted, I was pleasantly surprised it was right under my nose the whole time - in my home town of Great Falls, Montana. I had been looking at this dealership off and on for over 4 months thinking they did not have what I was looking for, but after exhaustive research, I truly found the best deal with Pete's Auto. For us, the internet was invaluable in our search and I can share with you readers, they keep their internet inventory up to date for I would be interested in one vehicle one week and then look again and it would be gone. When I finally decided I was going to buy something come hell or high water, I decided on Pete's Auto because of their vast selection of pick -ups. Probably the best in the state of Montana. I was skeptical of the salesman when I first met him, but I have to tell you - he was very professional and polite. I was pleasantly surprised again, when he would point out things that I was unaware of which influenced me to trust this dealership. The whole buying experience was fairly quick and hassle free. The finance officer was prompt and knew what he was doing. And the bottom line is - I got what I wanted at a fair price with no hassles. I would very much recommend anyone considering Pete's Auto to give them a chance. I have purchased at least a dozen vehicles in my lifetime and this transaction was very straight forward.

I drove down here from Shelby Montana to look at a car. I met Todd Enget to look at some of the cars that are in the lot. He talked to the finance personnel and got me a great military discount. Moreover, the monthly payments were lower than what was originally quoted. Todd also helped clean the vehicle before selling it and even went as far as to put a full tank of gas in it so that I could make it home. I can down from Helena, to find a good car for my sister. I stopped by Pete's first. I was given a friendly greeting from Jason (McAllister). I told Jason what I was looking for. He found me a car within budget that was better then I could of expected. The Buick was all that I could hope for. But the BEST part was how well Jason listened to what I was asking for. We needed to be sure our camper would fit on the "new" truck. Salesman brought the truck to our home and slid it under the camper to be sure it would fit before we made the deal! We also felt that the sales staff were very knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell. We had a great time!

This car lot has their vehicle way over priced. The sad part is...they know it and don't care. I have been in the lot a few times to ask about certain cars and I always get the same answer when I ask about why the price is so high..."It's Montana, all the cars cost more here". That's not true. KBB has a price guide. One look at the guide and it's easy to see that Pete's is overpriced. One of the salesmen I spoke to would not even go in and try to get the price lower. He stated that the owner was "Too Deep" into the vehicle and could not go any lower. It was $3,000 over Blue Book Value!!! I would not recommend this car lot to anyone looking for a used car.
