Anytime I’ve called, I’ve been able to get in right away. I live out of the area and their ability to work with me has been so easy! I love having “home town” service, for that I’m very thankful! I feel the service has been tremendous and will continue to trade with Pettijohn. Highly recommend!! I’d like to add, Jeremy was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC in helping every step of the way from purchase to now!! He couldn’t have been, and continues to be, more helpful to me! And everyone in the service dept has been top notch!!

I was honestly blown away with my experience I had at Pettijohn Auto Center. From the first interaction I was treated with kindness and respect. My salesman, Chad, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured by him throughout the entire process. I had been to several dealers before Pettijohn and I can honestly say they beat every other dealer, not only in price, but also in quality customer experience. I definitely recommend Pettijohn Auto!

I had been searching for a pickup truck online with certain features and mileage. After expanding my search farther and farther away from home, I came across a listing for a used truck at Pettijohn. I initiated contact by texting their website from my phone. Chad was prompt in his response, answering all my questions. We decided to make the almost 2 hour drive to look at the vehicle in person. After test driving and making a reasonable offer, the dealership accepted our offer in a timely manner, without that dreaded back and forth. They agreed to our additional deal making requests, and we left there in a timely manner with our "new" used truck. There were no surprises, hidden fees, or costs when we signed the purchase agreement. We were very happy with salesman Chad, no pressure whatsoever. We would highly recommend shopping for a vehicle at this dealership.

Chad and Larry were both very helpful in the buying process. We live in a different state, and Chad was able to answer any questions we had and take more pictures of the vehicle for us. Larry made signing all the paperwork quick and painless. I was in and out of his office in under 15 mins! All the pricing was upfront and no extra fees tacked at the end of the process. The best car buying experience I have ever had!

No one wants to deal with car issues on a road trip, but after slamming into the infamous Sonic parking lot pole, Pettijohn was there to save the day. From Tony's immediate, on the spot, honest diagnosis, to Dave's courtesy transport, to Kevin's sincerity and understanding, we couldn't have been more pleased. We were able to enjoy our vacation, return, and travel safely home. Thanks to everyone at Pettijohn who helped to make what could have been a complete disaster a very memorable experience.
