I called to try to purchase a used Lincoln but apparently the owner was using it as a rental. He must have taken it on vacation since it was traded with 25k on it and had new tires and an oil change done according to the car fax but is listed as 27k online. According to the salesman I spoke to he had it for the weekend, must have been a good weekend.

I went to Phil Fitts to purchase a 2014 Lincoln MKZ that I seen advertised on Kelly Blue Book. They had the car listed for $26,409, which is above the Fair Purchase Price of $22,883. When I purchased the car then never went over any of the paperwork with me and they ended up charging me $33,604.32 for the MKZ. Also I traded in a 2011 Ford Taurus and 2012 Mazda 2. The Taurus was paid off and I owed $4,992 on the Mazda. Both cars were in good condition, both under 40,000 miles, but when I checked the paperwork Phil Fitts had only given me $3,000 for trade-in. When I went to purchase the MKZ I expected to pay the price they had listed on their website. So basically Phil Fitts Ford overcharged me $5000 and stole one of my trade-in cars.Our Dealer was Albee Mangino and when I questioned him about the paperwork, he said they could charge whatever they wanted and didn't have to go by the price they had listed.

We found Phil Fitts on the Internet and drove from CLE. The vehicle was exactly as represented on the Internet, and Darius was extremely knowledgeable and interested in meeting our needs. I am a busy, working, single mom. I have been to other dealerships where sales people are pushy and waste my time. I found the 2014 Ford Expedition XL online. The online price was fair and they also gave me an estimated trade in price for my 2008 Yukon. Becki set up an appointment for me to come in and test drive the Ford. Darius Carter, the salesman, was friendly and helpful. He was not pushy. He was able to get a little better price on the vehicle I purchased and the vehicle I was trading in. I called my salesman, Rod Franzi, and ask him for a 2015 Expedition. I wanted it loaded and green in color (a tough find). Within 2 hours I got an email from Mike Hietsch that included the window sticker for a 2015 "green" Expedition. I spoke with Rod shortly thereafter and he advised me of the price. I told him I would get back to him. The next morning I called and accepted the offer. The next day I took delivery. Rod picked me up at my house around 11:30 am and I was home with my new vehicle within 45 minutes. Could not be easier. This is my third Expedition from Phil Fitts. I have bought a Lincoln, a 2002 Thunderbird and numerous other vehicles from Fitts. They have also handled my service needs on these purchases. The staff here are like friends to me.

2013 Ford F-150 with a battery indicator light on and blowing fuses to alternator. The service team was incredible. I knew it was a tough problem and took much longer than a normal repair. The team fixed me up with a rental until they could trace down the shorted wires. During that time, there was very open communications with me on their progress. They were friendly, experienced, and made me appreciate why I drive an hour from home to buy and have my vehicle serviced their. Phil Fitts Ford get my next new truck. After enduring a lengthy (2 weeks) and fruitless attempt at buying the mustang of my dreams at my local dealer, I decided to try Phill Fitts. I emailed them that morning, and was pleasantly surprised to get a timely and informative response from "Big D", who answered all my questions and bent over backwards to meet my needs. 4 hours later, I was being handed the keys to my new car with unbelievably low interest financing and a break on the price (not offered elsewhere). The whole experience was the best car buying I've ever had. And I've bought a LOT of cars in my life. This was my first time in since purchasing my car. I just hit the 5,000 mark so I was due for an oil change, tire rotation and I had a recall. It took a little longer than they told me and the service manager didn't charge me for my tire rotation since it took so long. He was very nice and apologized and I appreciated this from him especially since it was right before Christmas. The new waiting room/showroom looks great.

I researched and found the vehicle I wanted. I was impressed that the sales staff stayed after hours to show me the vehicle, because I was coming from out of State. Then came the negotiations...well, I am not going complain, it was negotiation. But I will complain about the delivery of my vehicle. It was raining, so I didn't expect the vehicle to be spotless. But they have an indoor garage, which appears to be for delivery of vehicles. I thought the vehicle would be detailed and ready to go. Not! I would have liked if someone took a moment to show me how things work on my vehicle instead of just handing me the keys and saying thanks for you thousands of dollars. Also, I have been buying cars for over 20 years. I have never in my life heard of a vehicle being delivered without a full tank of gas. I thought that went without saying, boy was I wrong. My vehicle was delivered with less than a 1/4 tank of gas and I had to complain and threaten to cancel my deal only to receive half a tank of gas. I live 70 miles away, you would think a full tank wouldn't be much to ask for. I was even more disappointed when the Manager explained that new vehicles are delivered with a full tank, and per owned vehicles are delivered with 1/2 a tank. That doesn't even make sense. All vehicles sold to someone are new to them, so why would there be a difference. Also, if that is the policy then why was my vehicle under a 1/4 of a tank? The reason they gave me was I got such a good deal on the vehicle, if they filled the tank they would lose money...I am disappointed!

I would recommend both your Body Shop and your Service Department. I however will never attempt to purchase a vehicle from your Lot. On two occasions I was displeased with your Sales Team and both times purchased a new vehicle from somewhere else the same week. The first time I purchased a new Acadia instead of the explorer we looked at and the second was a Ford F-150 FX-4. I received a better number on my trade elsewhere and a better deal on both new vehicles with out any hassle. The Sales Staff at both Fairway Ford and Stadium GM were far more professional and cut right to the chase without question. I always try to keep business in New Castle but don't have time to haggle and do all of the back and forth when I want a vehicle. To be blunt it was like they were trying to hit a "home run" on both vehicles and the trade in. I know it costs money to keep the lights on but it was a huge put off the way both deals were approached. I hope for the sake of keeping Business in New Castle this has drastically been changed. I don't like the fact I had to go to Ohio to purchase both of my last two vehicles.

This is the 2nd time in past month I have had my 2013 ford edge in for panoramic roof top. Both times it was not closing. Both times it was serviced with cleaning n greasing. Hoping it works this time. Service people r friendly n helpful. Had to wait about 5 hours for inspection n roof repair. Made for a long day.

I purchased a 2012 Escape from Phil Fits. I worked with Darius Carter and had a very good experience. I have been looking for a while and interacted with several dealers. Phil Fitts answered my internet inquiry right away and followed up with answers to all my questions.I still have inquiries out at serveral dealers that were never answered. Others did not have the vehicle advertised when I arrived, and they still have them advertised as bait on thier web sites. Phil Fitts is a small delearship that values custmers. I would recommend Darius and Phil Fits Ford anytime.

i called today to report a broken caliper on my 2008 f250, i told the service dept that it was the caliper, not a line as i could see fluid shooting out from the caliper. he asked how soon i could bring it in, i told him i could be right there due to needing my truck to go to work tomorrow, and asked how long repairs would take. i was told it could be fixed today, so off to new castle i go with almost no brakes. after an hour he tells me that yes it was a bad caliper and my warranty will cover it, but the broken caliper had destroyed the rotor and pads and i needed to pay $300 to replace a rotor pads and brake fluid? i told them to just fix the bad caliper, and was told...well you will have to come back tomorrow cause we dont have the parts here. so home i went with no brakes.

I took my car to the body shop to get repaired on a Monday morning at 9AM. I saw on the invoice (when I got the car back) that they did not even start on the car until 2 PM that day. I was told that it would be done by Thursday the same week by Melanie Keller. On Tuesday, she called and said that it had more damage and that they needed to order more parts. She also wanted me to call the Insurance company so that the body shop could get payment right away for the additional damage so that they could order the parts. I was then told that the parts would come in either Thursday or Friday and that the car should be done by Tuesday the following week. Melanie called me on Monday and said the car would not be done until Wednesday and that I could pick up the loaner car on Tuesday afternoon once it comes back. She never called me on Tuesday or Wednesday. I called at 3:30 on Wednesday twice and she never answered . I left a message after the second time I called. I waited until 4:30 because I knew the shop closed at 5:00 to call again. I asked to speak to the head or the assistant manager of the dealership in regards to the body shop service. I was transferred to a Michael H. who was not either. He told me that he would get to the bottom of this and call me back. He never did. Melanie finally called me back on that Wednesday,right before closing. She was very rude and she blatantly lied to me. She stated that 'the car would not be done until Thursday and that she already contacted my insurance company and they are okay with that.' I then asked to speak to some one above her because this was not acceptable. She then said that she was the the head manager of this department and this is how it is. I had to call back because she would not allow me to speak to anyone else about this. I was never told in any shape or form that the car would not be done by the following Thursday when I originally dropped it off. I then called to speak to the head manager or assistant manager. Again, I got Michael H. on the phone. His excuse was that they have too many cars to start processing the repairs with the insurance companies in regards to deer accidents and that is why there is the delay. Thursday comes and again no one calls me. I called and was told that the car would be done by closing. Supposedly, they had just painted it that morning. The repair was only the bumper and a small part of the trunk where I was hit from behind by another vehicle. When I went to pick up the car, the bumper looked much lighter than the rest of the car. Melanie then said that is the way they are supposed to look. The outside rear view mirror had paint on it. The trunk hood had spots on the side that where it was not painted. This was very poor service all around. This car was supposed to be in the dealership for only three days for a small repair. It took 2 weeks to repair this car, not to mention the lies and unacceptable excuses I was told. Also, it was a shame that no one could call back. It is also a shame that I could not speak to anyone in authority regarding this poor service and treatment. In my opinion, apparently this dealership does not care about their services or who runs their body shop.

I was extremely pleased with Darius' thoroughness throughout the process from selection to purchase. Darius explained all features, as well as what to expect from the entire Phil Fitts service and support team. He remained with me into the evening after all others had left and the dealership doors and lights closed to review every feature to make sure that I was confident in my ability to take ownership of my new vehicle.I believe Darius did an excellent job representing the quality of a Fitts team member.

My salesman was Darius Carter , he worked hard , to get me a good deal and a fair price on my trade . I wanted a payment lower than what I was currently paying , and he made it possible . Everyone one was very friendly and able to get me a good interest rate . In the past I have had some problems with other Ford Dealers in the valley , and it is nice to have someone treat me fairly . Ryan was very professional, & honest. I have called after purchase at least two times and he was very polite and answered all my questions.This was Bonnie & my dream car. We love it and will be bringing it back to svc dept for maintenance. I do believe I will be a life time customer of Phil Fitts Ford. this is my second ford I currently own. One thing i would like to bring up is we took car in for a wash and the Svc guy at the desk was some what rude to my wife. We couldn't find the correct door for car wash bay, there is know sign on door and he told her i already told your husband back door. the back door is a body shop.

Being the tech-savvy guy he is Eric showed me all of the features that were available in the 2013 Focus my IPhone was hooked up to SYNC in less than a minute. Bought my first-used car and third-new car from Eric Altman, who provided above and beyond professionlism in helping me find the car I wanted, 2012 Ford Escape. He took the time to find what I was looking for. I bought my second-new car from Rod Franzi who was extremely helpful and knowledgable making the arrangements for my wife's new 2011 Explorer. Both men had all the answers I was looking for in purchasing a new vehicle. I'm always greated by friendly personnel wanting to help me. Kenny and John in the Service Department go out of their way to get what's needed with my vehicles. They are always curtious and frieldly making the arrangements including last minute vehicle repairs or recommending affordable solutions.

My fiance and I went in looking for a new Ford. We fell in love with a new 2012 Focus hatchback. We had a trade-in, and Phil Fitts really worked with us on getting a great deal with that, as well as, a wonderful final price for our new car. I would definitely recommend Darius Carter to a friend or family! I recently was shopping for an Expedition and he was extremely helpful! As we were test driving the vehicle, I expressed to him my concern about it not fitting in the garage. He said "Do you live close? Why don't we check it out". We took the vehicle to the house and he made sure that it in deed would fit! He also was very understanding of what it was that I wanted from the car and did his best to make sure I was getting what I wanted. His friendliness and his non pressure approach to sales was comforting from someone who hates to go the the car dealership! I definitely would purchase another vehicle from him!
