We got stranded in Colorado Springs while on vacation due to a cable that had wiggled loose from it's connection. As soon as I called the Phil Long service department, Dario the service advisor, had me bring it in right away. The technician, Jeremy, started looking at it around 7:30 am, even though they were very busy with other jobs. Not only did Jeremy fix the problem, but Dario kept my wife and I updated on what was going on. Because of them our vacation was saved and we were able to safely return back to Ohio.

The customer service was great! Dario was very helpful and was able to address all my issues. A lot of the quotes I was given were priced pretty high. Everything was close to $200 except the air filter which was $50. I mean it is typical of a dealership though. I went in because my A/C wasn’t working. I personally tried to recharge it and it wasn’t working. The Freon was so low that I should have just pumped the whole can into it. I had them conduct an A/C flush and recharge for $190. My A/C works phenomenal now but I am kicking myself for not dumping in the A/C recharge myself and saving $190. I am gratefully ungrateful! This is at no fault of theirs and they were very helpful

I had just arrived for a family vacation when my 2016 Sorento rear latch decided to not work. They were able not to only see my car the same day but also they scheduled to complete service first thing the next morning and got me in and out in no time for us to enjoy Colorado Springs. I came in for scheduled maintenance after e-mail reminder and personal recorded phone call reminder from the dealer I had originally purchased my Amanti from. In and out within an hour and a half. Car OK, no "add-on charges except for suggested windshield wipers, which I approved of. All-in-all, a good experience.

Wonderful and fast service! I was very relaxed to leave my car in the dealers hands while it was being serviced. I needed to have my vehicle looked at for a possible engine fire, they saw me the same day and were great. Turned out to be a nest that caught fire by my manor-fold. The checked everything and charged me only $72 for piece of mind. Will definitely use them for any future needs

The man that helped us was very nice and for the first time ever someone didn't come out with a list of expensive things that needed to be done. In the past we had quite a few experiences where we were told something was wrong and we didn't fix it but had it checked by our mechanic who said it wasn't true. I took my 2011 Kia Sportage into Phil Long Kia for service because I read the positive reviews online. I was not disappointed. Ty took care of my issues from the very beginning and called me several times to give me a status on my vehicle. After the electrical work was finished, Ty brought Brian, the mechanic that worked on my vehicle, down to the office to explain what he had done. Brian also gave me some pointers on how I could avoid this problem in the future.

I will only take my kia here for any service and when I'm ready to trade my kia for a newer model I will go here. The service department pays attention to every last detail, gives you a full report, does not treat you like your stupid the explain in great detail and makes sure you know what's important and what can wait. They DO NOT fix anything without telling u what's wrong how much it costs and gets permission. The facility is beautiful warm and inviting. The waiting area is so comfortable and has great snacks for kids. The time flew by. Everyone is very sweet and courteous and above all helpful. The customer service is outstanding. Last but not least their prices are wonderful. You always believe that repairs even oil changes at a dealership would break the bank but not here. Very reasonable. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who wants quality work, great customer service, and reasonable prices.

I visited Signature Kia to obtain information and ended up buying a new Sedona. With the exception of the money it was an easy process. I took a test drive and found the car I was looking for. DuWoyn was an excellent salesman who answered all my questions and provided information that i needed but didn't ask for. He was with me thru the whole process. He is even helping me get a towing hitch installed on the car so that I can tow my small trailer..

I brought my 2013 Optima in for an oil change and I ended up buying a 2015 Optima. As I was waiting for my oil change, I took a look at the new models. I was greeted by Jody. She was very nice and not pushy. When it was all said and done, I drove away with a new 2015 Optima, and saved money on my new monthly payment. Jody even drove to my house after that sale was complete to pick up my old keys and paperwork, saving me a long drive. This was my second purchase at Signature KIA and I have never had a problem with either the service center or the sales department.

I've had my heart set on a blue forte koup since I got my 2011 forte ex. When it was close to my lease being up Karl manage to find the 2014 forte koup in blue even though they usual don't carry that color. He's a busy man and has to disappear every once in awhile but he is sure worth the wait. The signing process is not fun it's time consuming. But that's just how it is anywhere. The end results are totally worth it. Karl is very professional. He even gives you his cell number and answers promptly. My family has been so impressed with kia and Karl that this is our third time leasing a car through him and signature kia and not the last! My sister even named her car after him. (( little weird right ?)) Thanks Karl !

Was lied to several times time by Karl the salesperson. I allowed Signature Kia to charge my credit card $500 to transport the car I wanted 60 miles. When the car arrived I asked Karl to work with me a bit on the sticker price as other dealerships had quoted me up to $1700 off. He said "the price is what it is" and he could do nothing for me. I said " well I'll need to explore my options with the other dealers". He said " you realize you are going to loose your $500" and turned and walked away. After attempting to drive away, he chased me down and told me he got his butt chewed, but to come back inside. Thinking that meant he was able to negotiate I went back inside where Karl told me to have a seat in the lobby and he would be with me shortly. After 15 more minutes he came up to me and said " you need to take your business to one of the other dealerships". What an absolute lack of class on his part to make me wait knowing full well they were not going to work with me. My advise on Signature Kia of Colorado Springs.......AVOID at all costs!!!!!!

It is with great sadness that I write this review. I changed a Toyota and a Mazda for this dealer and let me tell you it is the worst mistake ever. My husband was very hesitant because we had never had anything else other than the above mentioned car brands and boy was he right. The overall experience was disastrous and the dishonesty within the sales team of this dealer was horrible. If you want disappointment, anger, stress, lies and overall horrible service go to this dealer. Otherwise please avoid it and save yourself a headache.

My husband and I went to the Kia dealership in Colorado Spring ( Signature of Colorado Springs). We were promptly greeted by Mandi Cook, she was very nice and knew a great deal about all the cars that we asked about and more. She was fast and made our wait as comfortable as possible. I would most certainly recommend this dealership and Mandi Cook to all my friends and family. I would also purchase another car in the future from there and ask for her to be our sales rep.

My experience with KIA (Signature of Colorado Springs) has been excellent. Karl Pfamatter is a delight, professional and experience consultant who made this experince worth while. The used truck that I purchase from him was so what I was looking for and he was very honest in providing me detail of this vehicle. I recently purchase a 2011 KIA Sorento and we have been very please with this purchase, and the reason was the atmosphere that Karl has created and the finance manager , Idris Saeed was just as helpful, polite and knowlegable. I'm about to deploy and feel that my wife is in very good hand while I'm gone. The service of our KIA Sorento has been just as wonderful and the sale of purchasing it. My wife always talks about the service department and she is very please with it. I would suggest to anyone to go to Phil Longs KIA and see Karl and his co-worker-you will not be disappointed.

We bought a brand new 2011 kia sorrento in 2010. We generally been satisfied with our Kia, but the service you will recieve in the service department is terrible. Everytime we have went into the dealership, they have tried to sell us tires or something else at a outragious price. They always say that the tred is low, this is after only having 35,000 mile on our car at this time currently, they have attempted to sell us tires at least 4 times prior to this time. We have taken it to discount tire after being told that we needed new tires from kia, they advised us that the tred was fine for now. I then had to take our car in for a check engine light that came on. They advised that the part would take a few days to come in and it would be a good idea to leave our car there, as to not cause any more damage to the car. This was not a problem for us, as we had another car available to drive in the meantime. 3 days into them having the car, we get a phone call stating that the part was there and we could drop our car off to have the repairs made. We called back and told them that they had our car, they said ok, we will look into that and call you back. We never recieved a call back from them, NOT to comforting that they didn't even know they had our car to work on! We then got a call 2 days later that the car was done, but it wouldn't start because the battery was totally dead. They advised that they had tried to charge the battery and it wouldn't hold a charge at all. He advised that we would not be able to drive the car home. They wanted to then charge us $160 to install a battery. We said no, we would get the battery ourselves and install it. So we got the battery and headed to the dealership. We get there and the service associate says, " I would love to drive your car down for you, but it will not even turn on" We go up to the car and start it with no problem. The only problem now is that the check engine light is still on after then having it for 5 days and suppoably fixing the problem! I go back down to the service center to tell then that we will be taking our car elsewhere to be serviced, as they had our car for 5 days and it still has the same problem that we dropped it off for. They advised that the check enging light was probably still on due to the battery. Shouldn't you have known it was still on when you were supposed to be fixing it? Maybe notified us and ran a second diagnostic to make sure that was the reason? No, they did none of that just gave it back to us saying to was fixed, not even a apology for wasting our time. Needless to say, they are not getting our buisness anymore and we are taking our car for a second opnion elsewhere!

He made the buying process informative and fun. He was involved with providing information and advice throughout the buying process.I appreciate the time he took to be sure I understood everythng and to introduce me to the other members of the car dealership ( management, service, parts, etc.) who I will be working with in the future. He is still assisting me with finding some car accessories that I am looking for. I strongly recommend Idris Saeed and Signature Kia of Colorado Springs. I will buy from them again !!!!

I just bought my first brand new car here and the process went smoothly. Pretty typical buying experience. I'm very happy with my new Kia Soul! There wasn't a lot of pressure, which I think is great! I came prepared with my own research, etc. so I feel I did get a pretty good deal. I would recommend Signature Kia in a heartbeat, everyone was very nice and professional.

Karl Pfamatter was wonderful. I will recommend him and Signature Kia to anyone looking to buy a Kia. I had a good idea of what I wanted and Karl was very knowledgeable on the features and helped me pick the Soul that would be best for me. I did not feel pressure to go with any particular upgrades and there was no haggling which was great. This is my very first new car. I love it. I have been driving older, used cars for almost 30 years. My experience working with Karl was nothing like stories I've heard in the past about buying cars at dealerships. The customer service was top notch. He responded to my emails quickly which was nice since I had a zillion questions about the cars. When it was time to buy, it wasn't a long process. I was out of the dealership in time to pick my kids up from school and Karl took my puppy for a long walk while I signed everything which was really helpful. I just want to add that their willingness to let me bring the pup was so helpful! All the other staff at Signature Kia were excellent as well and they even had treats for Runkle, my puppy. My husband was so impressed with Karl and the process that he has decided that he will be buying himself a Kia sometime in the next year or two. Just a note, I looked at cars with Karl on a Saturday evening and I did the purchase the following Friday around noon on my day off from work. There was no problem with a wait either day.

Stopped by to test drive a 2012 Soul and ending up taking a base auto home in Alien. Sales staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Got what I wanted on my trade in and ended up getting a better deal on the car than I thought despite credit woes. Would recommend Signature KIA to anyone. Only gripe is the process took so long. Not much negotiation or haggling with my trade but was there for several hours. Could have been due to Saturday purchase and they might have been short handed. Have not been in the service or parts department. Car was delivered but was not washed. Have been promised a rain check. Did get a full tank of gas. All-in-all I would recommend Signature to anyone.
