The entire experience was very positive from beginning to end. Our salesman was Terry, he was superb and did a great job listening and responding to our questions. Terry got an assist from Joe in dealing with the pricing. Joe was fair and helped get us into the car that we wanted. Even the finance manager Gina, was outstanding and was a pleasure to deal with. No pressure, just there to be helpful. All in all it was a quick and stress free experience, which was not what we expected at a car dealership. We actually are looking forward to doing business with the people of Phil Smith again one day.

I have been an Acura customer for over 20 years and have never, until this week, done business with Phil Smith Acura. I live 60 miles north of their showroom. Bottom line, they are far and away - the best. From first contact by email and phone, to an actual face-to face, they went beyond being courteous by treating me, as if I was in their family. For the first time, I must admit, working with a salesperson and buying a car, was pleasurable. Thank you, Andrew Hinds, my Sales Representative, a man of his word. Special thanks to Phillip Franchina, the General Sales Manager, who goes out of his way to make sure everything is right – gives you his private cell phone number and instructs you to call him at any time. This was my second Acura RDX purchase and one of the best dealership experiences I've had in years. It is a family atmosphere. Nick Watson, my salesperson was very professional, knowlegeable, and friendly. He made this process go so smoothly from beginning to end. Thanks so much Nick.
