The service department has been great. I've had to bring my Hyundai in for some work under warranty. They've been great about doing things timely. Employees are courteous and explained everything they needed to do. And the shuttle has been great for me to get back to work.

I recently bought a Hyundai from this dealership and every step of the process was fantastic. I visited MULTIPLE Hyundai dealerships in the Chicagoland area and left each one irritated and frustrated. I got to Phillips and it was like I walked into a dream! Nobody was pushy. Nobody tried to get me to buy something that was not exactly what I wanted (just because it was on the lot). They helped me find the EXACT vehicle I was looking for, gave me an incredibly fair price, and made the whole process completely painless. I bought a 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe HEV from Philips Hyundai. I worked with Alex Abu there. Alex is a nice and friendly guy. While talking to him, it didn't feel like I was talking to a sales person; he talks to you like a friend. He explained the whole car buying process with a ease and also explained car features at the time of delivery. I would definitely recommend Philips Hyundai for vehicle purchase.
