I just bought a 2019(but looks brand new!) Acura ILX and I absolutely love it. I called the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and Sarah was able to get me into something that I wanted (plus more!) at a price that worked for me. She even stayed late to show me the car and contacted me on her day off! Chris was also great! He helped me work out an affordable price, explained everything very clearly, and gave me a lot of great pointers going forward! Called to schedule my annual state inspection and talked to the service area where I was asked when I would like to come in. I scheduled a week in advance so I was pretty lucky to get the day and time I requested. I arrived at Acura at 7 a.m. Wednesday and was greeted by the service area team who are always friendly and helpful. I waited for my car and it was completed in a reasonable amount of time and I was on my way by 9 a.m. I can't say enough good thing about not only the customer service but the service department as well.

I live about 30 minutes away and I bought my 2012 Acura TL here and would not take it to any other dealership for service. They have the best service department I have ever been to, with the best customer service. The customer service from team member Bryant and then the manager Mike Spangler, could not ask for any more it was top of the line BEST!! I always have had my service done here until they were to far, but I realized that they are worth the distance and I will never take it anywhere else. This visit I had my clutch changed, oil change. Thank you so much!!

Excellent clutch job. Outstanding work and team service experience overall- usually is. One very minor problem with an additional request: The car's tailpipe decorative cap was to be rebolted by you with a correct bolt (a replacement bolt I had put in by Midas protruded by a half inch beyond the cap), however, in looking at what you just did, it, in my opinion, which I freely admit I could be mistaken, appears now not to be fully inserted over the end of the pipe leaving a quarter inch gap. Please make a note of that on my file so we can later discuss and perhaps address the redo when I come in next for the front brakes service needed in the not so far future - no problem with all that. It's always a pleasure doing business with you. I remain a highly satisfied customer.

I have always brought my car to the dealership for service and they do a good job each time. This time was particularly good because it took longer than expected to complete the service. So, even though i had a loaner car I could not have come back to the dealership to return the loaner due to time constraints. Not only did they deliver my car to my office but took care of extra things. The representative, Ryan Tepper is the best one I have dealt with so far and I would not want to deal with anyone. He offered the best customer service. He is professional, considerate and provides exceptional service. He's a keeper!!!!!

No one likes to be without her car. I dropped my car off for what I expected to be a routine fix. I picked up my loaner and went on my way. I received a phone call, as promised, later that afternoon. Service would continue testing my car to determine the cause of the problem. A day later, the service department recommended a service that could alleviate the problem. In performing the recommended service, the department discovered the cause to my problem. They had to wait for a part that could take days to arrive. I received daily phone calls and updates regarding the parts and service. When I picked up my car, I did not have to pay for the recommended service; although it was needed, it was not the cause of my initial problem. Overall, the service department was responsive to my needs.

I called to state what I understood was the problem with my car. The advisor listened carefully and offered an evaluation before proceeding to any work. I received a call from the advisor informing me of the alternatives to repair my car and the estimated costs for each alternative. As far as your car. Competence, timeliness, expertise and courtesy! Oops, I forgot communication - the best. I actually enjoy bringing my car into Mike's gang. With my experience with Acuras - over 20 years - I find that aside from regular maintenance, it is rare to have a problem. Sometimes I just stop in to say "Hi". They are the best. They provide loaner cars even when I don't request them - thinking about the impact on my day. One problem was that whoever washed the car - used a dirty rag and smeared all my windows. First, the Acura cars need little maintenance, but when maintenance is required during the year, or you get a flat tire and you need immediate help, the Acura service department is there and it is the best. I have been bringing in my 2004 TSX since I bought it and couldn't ask for better service. Whenever I have an issue, I am able to bring in my car the next day and am usually set up with a loaner. After they get the car in to look at it, Tom calls and explains any problem very well, lets me know what is necessary, and anything else the tech recommends. Taking your car to the dealer may be a little more expensive, but for me it is worth the peace of mind that I know repairs were done properly using quality parts. I have never felt pressured to have any work done I felt was unnecessary and would recommend this service to anyone.

My check engine light lit up this past Friday night. I had to get a new drivers license in Ardmore so I planned to take the car in Saturday morning. I called early to get an appointment but was told no appointment needed just come in before 4:00pm. I arrived at 11:00am, was immediately greeted by an employee and asked for my keys. The door to the service department was opened for me and I was warmly greeted by a very friendly service agent who directed me to the next open service writer. Within 3 minutes my car was written up and I was on my way out the door. I went across the street to get my new drivers license. It was a little crowed at the license processing center but I was out of there in 30 minutes. Walked back to Piazza Acura had a half a cup of coffee and my car was ready. The service agent applied a coupon for the B1 service and I was on my way. Could not have gone smoother or more pleasant. Great job Piazza Acura!

I had my tires replaced at the dealership. I was given a quote (and that too similar or lower than other tire places). The representative kept me informed of the progress and was particularly vigilant about providing the best products. When the tires for my car were not in stock, he managed to get them from another dealer and not install two previously used tires. This was of great relief that the service person took care of that I was not given a substandard product. It only enhanced my trust in the service department at this dealership. My battery failed while I was out. I called AAA for a jump and once the car was started again I didn't want to turn it off. I called Piazza and they told me they would schedule me right then and put in the new battery as soon as I got there. I got there, they put my battery in, washed and vacuumed my car within an hour. I have now purchased two Acura TLs and recently a 2016 RDX AWD ADV from Piazza of Ardmore. I have also had the TLs serviced there since 2005 (however, they are highly reliable so they don't see them often). The sales team has always been first rate. Most recently I worked with Deneen Strickler who was outstanding. Frankly, we were only there to look at colors for the RDX, but Deneen ended up selling my wife on the RDX so we walked out trading our Highlander for the RDX. Deneen knew the product well, sat with my wife and programed her iPhone to the RDX and went through every screen view on the car explaining its function. No one has ever taken that much time with us especially after we signed the paperwork. She did team up with my wife, so I took some abuse but it was worth it. Thank Deneen! You get at A+ for customer satisfaction. On a side note, the Business Manager (Scott) who I have dealt with before is extremely fair and very honest. He knew what I wanted and did not spend an hour trying to sell me services that I did not want.I highly recommend Piazza of Ardmore!

We keep our cars for a very long time, so we had not been in a dealership for over 12 years. But we did our research and knew what we were looking for. We called Ardmore Acura and spoke with Adam. We wanted to test drive a manual transmission ILX or TSX. He got one on the lot and let us take a very long test drive. When we made up our mind, he got us an ILX in the color we wanted within a few days. We used the Consumer Reports Price guarantee service, but Adam gave us a price even lower than that. We got a great car at a great price in one week start to finish. Adam and the entire staff at Ardmore Acura were very easy to deal with and responsive to all of our questions. Maybe next time we will not wait a dozen years to get a new car!

The staff and representatives at Piazza are the best. I had scheduled an appointment for a state inspection in March with the knowledge of having a medical appointment one hour later. Bad timing on my part, but the Piazza team did their best, completed the inspection and got us out in time to make our hospital appointment on time. I felt like I was in Disney. I have used this dealership for at least 7 years - for maintenance, to lease and, most recently, buy a used car. The maintenance service has always been quick, efficient, and dead-on in predicting when maintenance would be needed. I never felt they were trying to "get one over on me", ever. My most recent experience was when I just bought my TSX at the end of my lease. I have a difficult schedule, and they were flexible with times to meet me, handled all of the paperwork via email (all I had to do was walk in and sign the papers....literally "sign and drive") and offered many different options as to financing, buying new, buying used, etc. I never felt pressured to go in any particular direction. The BEST thing was when I went to sign the paperwork, they had crunched the numbers a bit more before I got there, and presented me with a monthly payment price I really never thought I could get. I know what you're thinking....they always start higher and come down, but I always research thoroughly before I buy a car....they offered me an extremely fair price on the car and the interest rate was far lower than I had anticipated.I'm very, very happy I chose to stick with Acura, and particularly this dealership. They have a very loyal customer in me - I would recommend them to anyone I know.

I would like to take this opportunity to recognize Mr. Matthew Wendelken and Mr. Scott Topping. Mr. Wendelken was great to deal with and he certainly helped make my decision a very easy one. I had a wonderful experience dealing with him at Piazza Acura of Ardmore! Mr. Wendelken never pressured me into getting the 2013 Acura TL and he worked with me to make an affordable deal. His type of approach is easy going, no pressure and a relaxing experience. I might add that Mr. Wendelken is the BEST Salesman that I have ever dealt with! In addition, Mr. Scott Topping was great to work with, as he also offered me several options to add to the car and I chose the maintenance plan. He even discounted the 36 month maintenance plan and the cost was added into my monthly payments and this was also very affordable. This was a very good decision on my part, because when I get my car serviced, I don't have to pay for any maintenance costs. Mr. Topping will do whatever he can to help make the financing aspect more affordable and he is also wonderful to work with! Piazza Acura of Ardmore is always looking out for the customer and they do their best to retain their customers and new customers such as myself. For me, money is a little tight these days and having the costs put into my monthly payments was a very wise move on my part, paying up front for maintenance is good to do, because chances are that there will be no additional cost for any additional maintenance, because getting an Acura is a superior car and a very wise choice! All in all, my visit with Acura was very enjoyable and relaxing and I have Mr. Wendelken to thank for that! Mr. Wendelken and Mr. Topping are fine gentlemen and are true assets to Piazza Acura of Ardmore! I have never been to a dealership quite like this, as most dealership experiences that I have had were not as memorable as this! Other dealerships have pitbulls as salespeople and they pressure you into anything that they can sell or lease to you, just to make a sale! On this note, I would definitely recommend Piazza Acura of Ardmore, just because of their sales people and the professional way that they conduct business with their customers, not to mention that their dealership is very elegant and immaculate and the staff is so very friendly and accomodating! Piazza Acura of Ardmore gets two thumbs up and ten stars from me; number one dealership that I have ever dealt with! One final thought, Mr. Wendelken went out of his way and took the time out of his busy schedule to assist me in returning my previous car to another dealership, becasue my lease was due to expire. The salesmen at that other dealership were just like cold fish to me and Mr. Wendelken. They told me to make an appointment to return the car and to come back at another time. I told them that I cannot drive two cars home and I needed to return the car to their dealership. Finally, a salesman came out to assist me, he was helpful, but was also a very cold fish. You will never find this kind of unprofessional treatement at Piazza Acura of Ardmore and this is one of the many reasons why they have won me over as a customer! Like most people, I was dreading the thought of the purchase of a new vehicle. Dishonest car salesman, high pressure pitches, wasting an entire day at the dealership...That is not the case at Piazza Acura of Ardmore. From the second I requested an online quote to driving off the lot, I could not have been more pleased with the quality of customer service and attention that I received from Jamie and Scott. Whenever I had a question, Jamie was quick to respond almost immediately, via phone or email, even on his day off or after 9pm. He worked with me in getting the price I wanted on my new vehicle, and a fair price on my trade in, and made the entire process basically effortless on my part. When I came in to pick up my vehicle, he had all of the paperwork ready, and sent me to Scott to sign and be on my way. Scott was very professional and helpful, and actually ended up getting me a better interest rate than I initially anticipated. Talk about going above and beyond to help their customers. At no point during the entire process (dealing with Jamie or Scott) did I feel pressured or that I was being taken advantage of. Chris Gray exceeded all my expectations during my Acura TSX shopping experience. Chris exhibited no pressure, none of the usual sales cat and mouse games found at some other dealers and provided me with a competitive price and generous trade in value for my 2004 Acura TL Trade-in. Prices and values were provided in writing so Chris never had to get permission or approval to progress with the deal. Chris gave me two hours of his time, had me test drive two vehicles and even located a TSX from a storage lot so I could compare colors and make a choice. Chris made the automobile buying experience pleasurable and exhibited outstanding knowledge of the product. This is the fifth Acura I have purchased from Ardmore Acura. Each time I have been treated honestly and couteously. I've also been given the most competetive price without a lot of the usual car dealership nonsense. i like the fact that there are several sales associates and mamngers who have been with Ardmore Acura for many years, which is unusual. I received an amazing deal. The manager and salesman who handled the deal were excellent. The reception staff was rude an user unfriendly at times. Adding to it, my initial salesman left right before my deal was finished which made things a lot more complicated. However, Jamie and Pete did everything that they could to rectify it. They were great.

A close friend of mine was completely frustrated after shopping around for a square deal on a Acura RDX for his mother. I volunterred (after a few friday night beers) to go to meet him at a dealer not far from my home the next day. His stories of amateur sales theatrics at a bunch of other dealers were painful to listen to, and I expected more of the same from Piazza Acura in Ardmore. The three of us met at the dealer the next day. The first pleasant surprise was the RDX itself. I loved the car/suv! I would not have guessed how sweet that ride is.I had no idea. I have to think that anyone who wants that type of car would want an RDX over anything else in that class if they checked it out. I wanted one:)Anyhow thats not why I writing this. I planned on working over the salesman til he cried and torturing him for the deal of the century. I was kind of looking forward to it. Surprise number two, it did'nt work out that way! Jonathan is a fairly young guy, and he conducted himself like a true gentleman as I took shot after shot. Kept his cool. He never tried to BS us, and my buddy's mom commented "what a nice young man" so I took my foot off the gas and waited for the price games to begin! So he goes to see the manager...I was ready to be insulted(I had done my homework)And the deal was....not bad? The price of the car, AND the price of her trade AND the payment were a not bad at all. She apparently had a better deal after spending hours suffering at other acura dealers, but not by much. So I took the liberty of making a low low offer. Jonathan took it to the manager.The manager comes out calm cool and collected. Right then I knew the deal was getting done. The manager calmly said he could not accept my offer, leaned back in his chair and and waited for my response. I've been a litigator for almost 30 years. I was being professionally handled and I respected the style. All I could do was smile and ask for a few minutes to discuss and Jon and Joe left us. My friends mom wanted the car, and wanted to buy it here. When Jon came back in a few minutes she kinda took over and probably paid a few dollars more than she had to...but she was happy. I'll bet these guys sell a lot of cars. Bravo Ardmore Acura!

I can't say that i have ever had a better experience buying a vehicle. All of the staff i had contact with went out of there way to make buying my used Acura a pleasure, including driving the car to deliver it to my Fiancee with a bow on it for her birthday. The service department was just as great. I would recommend this dealership to everyone i know.

My wife and I were really not in the market for a new Acura, but the prices of late model used vehicles were surprisingly close to the 2011 stickers, We decided to give Piazza Acura of Ardmore, PA a try, and were pleasantly surprised by how painless the sales transaction was. Our last new vehicle purchase was in March 2003, and there were a number of thing we didn't like: e.g., when the final price was being negotiated, the back and forth huddles with the sales manager and salesperson, also the pressure to take expensive add-ons.The folks at Piazza/Ardmore were easy-going and informative. We felt we got our vehicle at an attractive price and are looking forward to happy motoring in the new TSX. If you live in the Philadelphia suburbs, give these folks a try!

Best service experience I've ever had!I didn't have time to wait, so your staff set me up with a loaner car, which no other dealer has ever offered to do for me. Jason kept me posted the entire time my car was in for repair - I never had to wonder what was going on with my car. He was courteous and professional and I never felt rushed or like I was pestering him.I would recommend Piazza Acura to anyone!

Amy and Mary are very nice to deal with. It is nice to go in for service and have a woman to deal with, most places it is only men. However the men are also very nice and everyone is very knowledgeable. They are just a great bunch to deal with. They always let me know what is most important to repair or service first. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. First, I had been doing some online shopping, looking for the best price. I don't have a lot of time to go dealer to dealer, so I sent in an inquiry about the car I was interested in. I had a fairly quick initial response, but follow up was horribly slow. After not hearing back from the salesperson I was talking to, I decided to just go in. At first things were ok, the salesman apologized for the wait, got my friend and I water, etc. Anyway,I really liked the car and decided to test drive it. When they pulled it up, I noticed a dent. I brought it to the attention of the salesperson, and he said it must have just happened, but not to worry - their service guys can fix it. Mind you, this is a Certified Pre-Owned car, which by definition is supposed to be in excellent condition. It was a 2010 with less than 12,000 miles on it. I decided that if I liked the way it drove and they were willing to fix the dent, I would still be interested. After going back and forth with the guy on price, we finally came to an agreement as long as the dent was taken care of. When I went in to pick the car up and sign the papers, I went to look at the condition of the car. The work on the dent was HORRIBLE. It looked like they just took a hammer to it. It was completely obvious, but I think they figured I was a woman and that if they told me it was good work that I'd just believe them. The fact that both the salesman and then the manager told me with a straight face that they thought it was good work, told me all that I needed to know. They were liars and I have no desire to do business with them. I walked out and felt pretty darn good about it. UPDATE: The salesman contacted me shortly after I walked away from the deal with news that they would properly fix the dent. They did indeed fix the dent, and I decided to go ahead with the deal. I'm still disappointed that it took me walking away for them to do the right thing, however, ultimately I am happy with the work that was done and the deal that I received.

Good visit all together. I highly recommend going through the net before your visit. I am just not one to go back and forth with numbers and this is a way to get to the point.I got there with the price pretty much done and the salesman just gave me the presentation on the car. Got him to include two accesories also so I feel like I did pretty good. No nonsense to the point.....the way it should be.

I am an Officer in the military stationed overseas and I tried to negotiate a deal online to have a car in the drive way when I get home to spend more time with friends and family before I deploy again. After numerous attempts to contact a sales rep I finally reached someone. They continually avoided my calls and would not answer simple questions about warranty, accessories, options etc. After much persistence we finally came to a deal with the sales rep, Jamie Defebo, and I was told "congratulations on your new vehicle". Based on Jamie's advice I took out a loan and he was supposed to overnight me the title and purchase agreement and then I would send him an electronic check. The next day they lowered their internet price by over $1200 dollars what we agreed on. I called to ask about it and this seem to stun the sales rep and was told someone else was looking at the car that morning and I was forwarded to the used car sales manager, Mr. Greg Lee...the rudest dealer I have ever met. His behavior was absolutely belittling. He was extremely hostile and I could tell immediately the management was incompetent because he was so defensive and would not take responsibility for his sales team making me a deal and then not honoring it. Between rude rants Mr. Lee said he "did not want this deal" because I was overseas and they could not wait the 1-2 days to for a check, and basically they did not know how to make this online sale. Ok fine...why not tell me that from the start? Why waist both of our valuable time? Instead of telling me up front they were inexperienced with internet sales and could not help me they lead me to believe they were going to sell me a car for almost a week. They really took me for a ride (but not in a car). Based on their advice and instructions I took out a loan that is now useless to me! If their sales reps and manager would have been up front and reasonable I would have at least considered buying from them when I get home in a few weeks (I live near by) but this was the WORST car buying experience EVER and I left feeling like a third rate customer...AVOID them at all cost...especially military looking for a car while serving overseas...they will completely waist your time!!!

Went to Ardmore Acura looking for a certified used Acura MDX. I have no issues at all with the sales people - both that I dealt with were very nice, but totally unable to make a sale. The management here is horrible. Both Acuras I was interested in had similar models at another dealer in the area, for significantly less money. When I pointed this out at Ardmore, I had a manager come out and basically lecture me on how they need to make a profit, and eventually tell me to go to the other dealership to buy. So, that's what I did. That same day, I went to Elite Acura (A+ to them) and made a deal. No hassle, no problem. I would not recommend Piazza Acura to anyone when buying a car and trying to get any sort of reasonable price.

Terribly rude and pushy for no good reason.Their service area is very crowded and busy, theyare often confused and slow about service work done.I would recommending finding another dealership to deal with.Also, in trying to buy a new car, their sales people are veryyoung and inexperienced and annoying. I find nothing goodabout this dealer at all. Except maybe their location.

Montgomeryville, Lehigh valley and Davis acura are nice and honest people around this area. Don't waste your time with Piazza acura of Ardmore.

i went into buy a car and it took about an hr wait to talk to salesmen and it took another 30-45 min for them to check out my trade in. I was about to ask for the key and leave and they came out with the price and they quoted me about 2 grand more than other (reading acura). I told them i got a trade in price off the KBB and they printed out the KBB and brohgt it and show me the their trade in was in the range.. Funny thing is that i checked and they used the base model of my vehicle. I have turbo jetta. They used base model jetta to come up with the price. I highly doubt they made a mistake since they are VW and acura dealer. And if the guy who test drove my car know anything about the car he can hear the turbo and there is a badge that say 1.8T on the car. What a joke... My advice is stay away if u dont want to get ripped off. they will try anything and everythind to rip u off. Having worked in sales, sales people like that make me laugh... adn i highly doubt that any good review here is form the customer. From my expereince happy customer does not come in these site and tell everyone how good the service was. It is usually dealer themselves that come in and write good reviews. I hope this helps some people to stay away from this dealership.

Of the other two reviews preceding me, one scored 1's across the board, and the other similarly 5's.The best thing I have to say about the dealership is that they adapt to what the customer wants, with the right level of offering without being too pushy. I got the facts I needed in the time frame I needed; I was offered the relevant purchases only. It's a high volume dealership, so you don't get excessive pampering and there may be some waiting; but you get good prices as one would expect from the high volume. It's a no BS kind of place.The service *looks* great - they offer a loaner car if repairs are needed. But no experience so far.When (if) I get further experience with customer service / repairs, will post further feedback. So far ... they are everything I could ask for in a dealership.

Problems started when I TRIED to buy an Acura from Ardmore. Salesman didn't really seem motivated to sell - told me to come back next month and see what was on the lot.<br><br>Bought from another dealer, unfort., they were 2 hours away. When I had problems with my Acura the day after spending $40k on it, I had to deal with Ardmore. They lied, didn't perform work they said they did, stole money from the car, and even damaged it on the lot. And the problems were never fixed. <br><br>Finally showed up when the car was having problems and showed a service writer. He said he would order the part. After spending a month waiting for the part and calling back and forth, Acura corporate stepped in and had them order the part. Upon arriving for my appointment, the head of service told me they would have to retest the problem on my car, which they were never able to duplicate before. Instead of telling me all of this on the phone, they wasted my time and money. I left.<br><br>They lost my sale, six sales I sent my other dealer in the meantime, as well as two other friends that bought Acuras this weekend. Plus we own a repair shop that we will be dropping their account and dealing with another dealer.

The service guys at Ardmore Acura are great. I had brought my (old) car in for everything from an oil change to a major repair. I have had nothing but positive experiences with them in each instance. In one instance, I had to leave my car over the weekend for a repair. Since I travel for work, I needed a car by 8 am on Monday morning. They weren't positive that the parts would be in by then, so they gave me a loaner car for 10 days! Unbelievable.<br><br>I have since sold my Acura and purchased a Honda S2000. Quite honestly, I will be bringing that car to Ardmore Acura for everything except warranty work. Kudos to the service guys there.
