I bought my wonderful Ford Escape in May, 2001. I have loved driving it all of these 14 years. The best part of having my Escape, is knowing that I have your service department to take care of it so I can enjoy it for many years to come!! Paul Salazar has been my service rep for most of the years that I have taken my Escape to Lake City for regular maintenance. I have bought several sets of tires (best prices around!) and have had all repair and maintenance done there. I never feel like the prices are out of line, in fact this last time I was shocked to see how little I had to pay for the service that I received. Car all washed and interior vacuumed!! Thank you!!

It was an extreme fast response from the system with every information provided (to find the location, hours, etc.)Shuttle was provided within 10 miles from Service department to my workplace downtown Seattle. Scheduling the appointment for my service was easy and I was greeted warmly by the team. Only downside was there was a recall out for my car that I was not informed about until I checked in for my oil change. What should have been 30 minutes in and out was 90 minutes. A call in advance about the recall would have been very welcome.

I receive such accommodating and friendly service from Greg, and it's such a welcome change that patrons unfortunately receive from all different types of other businesses.The shuttle option is also great, but the only suggestion I have would be to alert customers when they schedule their service appointment that the shuttle stops at several locations and can't always be available at the time that you need it. That way, customers can make arrangements with work, or even make other arrangements for transportation. That said, the shuttle service was otherwise a nice experience and I definitely could see the dedication to great customer service.

I needed an oil change and they also noticed I had a leak in my radiator system. They were able to test it by putting it under pressure and found the leak. I've had this problem for a while but my other service place couldn't find the problem.My car runs great and I don't have to add radiator fluid anymore.

I really like my 2001 Ford F-150. It may be the best 4-wheel vehicle I have ever owned. It is approaching 200,000 miles and is running near perfectly, thanks to Greg Karras and the rest of the folks at Ford Pierre Service Center. My oil changes and other routine service is done while I wait. Greg lets me know how things are going from time to time. This last time they restored the headlights in addition to the regular oil and filter change and checkup. Greg told me my front brakes are down to 40%, but that is still OK. I'll probably get them changed next time in. I'd like a new F-150, but the front ends are now so butt-ugly, and my current truck is running perfectly, so I'll just keep running it. A Mustang would be nice, but my wife doesn't like the low seating position. Whatever new vehicle I get, it will have to be a Ford, so I can keep taking it to Pierre for service. It's that good. I gave the highest rating mainly because it was the first time it was NOT a frustrating experience. That may sound strange, but almost all the 50k miles on our RV van are from long road trips in the US (including Alaska) and Canada. We have been to many, many different Ford dealers and have concluded Ford has a problem with service in general, including Bill Pierre. I was going to Titus-Will thinking they were the best in the area, but the last time we went there (within the warranty period) they charged us for adjusting the front wheel bearings and didn't even notice bad ball joints! So I am done with them and will now use Bill Pierre again. I feel that the service manager (Sundee) I work through is now much more responsive to issues I bring the vehicle for and would be disappointed if I could not work with her in the future.

I found a 2015 F-150 Sport on the Bill Pierre website. It wasn't at the dealership at the time, but I test drove a similar vehicle. Negotiated my trade in and the sales price, then took care of the paperwork the same day. The next day I picked up what I saw online. It was just what I wanted. Andy Copeland was great to work with. I've purchased many vehicles and he was by far the best salesman I've ever worked with. I also think it was helpful to work with someone that is similar to me, as Andy was. I entered the dealership with a definite set of criteria for a vehicle. The car is going to be used as a dinghy behind a smaller motorhome. It needed to be less than 3,000 pounds, automatic, able to be flat towed without an extra pump or preparation, and that my Road Master tow equipment could be used. From my research the Ford Fiesta would check off all these necessities. Jef Nelson met me in the parking lot and listened to all my criteria. Even though he was a bit unsure, he guided me to the Fiesta's on the lot. Unfortunately, there were no cars that exactly fit my needs, and this was my first time purchasing a car by myself, so I was nervous and unsure of the process. Jef, like a good counselor, was there to help me through it. I did feel a little pushed by the manager who negotiated the deal as I did not completely understand all the terminology, not knowing if I was being flim-flammed, and felt that I was not given time to think about it. (It was 6/30 so he was determined to get his monthly figures in.)In the end, I bought the car that works for my needs, but still unsure if I was taken advantage of. I might add, that I was pleased that the finance person allowed me to wait one day on grounds that I needed to verify the towing needs on the car. Also, we wrote contracts for both me alone, and one co-owned with my husband, not knowing if he would be able to come in to sign papers. As it turned out, he was not able to make it so I am glad that were able to do both.

This was a routine check up with a few extras - getting a replacement key and having my spike spider holders taken off when my tires were rotated. Greg Karras is my service agent, he helped me set it up then rescheduled when something came up and was helpful as always. He knows just what I need done, always lets me know when it's done and if there are any issues and is always pleasant. I drop it off in the morning, catch a nearby bus in to work then pick it up on my way home. Couldn't be more convenient and the charges are always reasonable.

In shopping for a Focus, I asked several dealers to give me their best price for the specific vehicle I wanted. Only two or three gave me the information I asked for; others gave either misleading information or tried to sell me a car I did not want. Your whole crew was very helpful and professional. My only complaint was having to wait nearly an hour to complete the purchase, but given it was a Saturday afternoon and very busy, I suppose that can happen.

We made an appointment with your Service Dept.(Apr. 5, 2015) to have a Re-call door lock issue completed. When we arrived, we were told that the necessary part was not available, thus we had to make another appointment, and returned several days later (Apr. 10, 2015) to have the work done. It would have been nice if someone would have let us know that the part was not available, prior to our scheduled app't.; would have saved us a second trip to your service dept., and the need to re-arrange some of our activities to accomodate the Service Dept. schedule. I just needed my oil changed for my Hyundai Veloster Turbo. I have an extended maintenance plan through Ford, and they took care of that without needing to ask me any questions. Wwe have a Ford Ranger one of many we purchased from Bill Pierre in 2002. The truck has been solid and true for many years helping us out with a hunting dog business we own. We have keep it maintained consistently and have never had a major issue until just lately. We were having hesitancy with the starter. It was taking a few extra seconds to kick over the motor. We took it straight to Bill Pierre and they identified the problem and it is now resolved. We were very happy with our Service Agent Bill and appreciated the good communication as well as the genuine concern to fix the problem. I have a 2002 Ford Escape.. this is my daily driver. When my Escape started to give me an error code I called your service department and Paul said come in right away! I have a number of Fords in my fleet from early an early C-600, mustangs to the latest 2014 GT500 - Since meeting Paul Salizar in your Service Department, I have made a change from where I used to get my cars serviced... I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else now. He is professional, kind, has great follow up/communication skills. The most surprising aspect of working with your service team.. the old school customer service. You just don't get that vibe anymore, anywhere. Your team at Bill Pierre had a can do, yes Ma'am attitude. I was inquisitive as I weighed my options. I asked many questions and Paul showed me patience and walked me thru some of the steps. The work I had done was not inexpensive - I asked to have the motor replaced and other tid-bits. When I picked up my car she was tip-top and spotless - they cleaned her inside and out! The investment in this car will now give me another 10+ years and I look forward to working with your crew during that time again! Thank you!

I returned for routine service (The Works, oil change, tire rotation, overall inspection) while again in the Seattle area (from Wisconsin) because 1) service was prompt and begun on-time, and 2) service writer Paul S went the 'extra mile' to schedule my appointment in July 2014. He chanced to take my call this time also, scheduled to fit my schedule, and was as cordial and easy-going as ever. And, again routine service was on-time and completed within the hour. Kudos also to the unnamed mechanic who accomplished the work, then parked my Taurus X thoughtfully facing 30th Ave N so I would have the easiest safe exit after all was done.

Bought a 2010 BMW 335i that I saw on Cars.com. Talk about high pressure sales! I was handed off to 5 different people who each tried to negotiate terms...when I agreed to someone's terms, they would hand me off to another "sales manager". When reviewing the final sales contract, they added GAP insurance, extended payments out for years more than we agreed and slipped in an "extended warantee" that I didn't agree to. It was as if you were at odds with the sales team the moment you expressed interest in the car.

I purchased a used Volvo from this dealer. The sales people were never pushy or annoying. The facility was clean and comfortable. The price of the vehicle was the best that I could find anywhere. The one complaint I have is that their online advertisement was inaccurate and mentioned features that were not on the vehicle, which I did not discover until after I had already driven out to see the car. Do your homework and make sure the vehicle is exactly what you expect before making a trip. Otherwise a very pleasant experience.

My wife and I are a little beyond in years so we are not as sharp as we used to be.We saw the news the other day and felt a little relief since now we know we are not the only one's screwed by this dealer. Apparently its their practice to change the Internet prices if they think they have a customer who doesn't look at the Internet prices on a daily basis. Then we get to the finance manager(Val something)and we get a warranty "thrown" in at the payment only to find out that the term went up 12 months without telling us. When we went back in we were told we cannot cancel the stuff "thrown" in. I found out after contacting the Attorney General, that too was a lie.

I have been looking for some time for the exact truck I need to tow our family trailer. We actually ended up buying the exact car that Eric himself owns, which was a huge credibility boost when we discussed the quality of the car. As a 30-year-old practicing attorney, it seems silly to admit that this was my first car-buying experience. But Eric and Shane made me feel like an old pro, as if we are all on the same team. When they didn't have exactly what we wanted on the lot, they stayed in touch with us and called when our dreamcar became available. I was looking for a Fusion SEL AWD and found one on the internet but it was in Lake city. I contacted the dealership and dreceived a call back within 10 minutes. The salesperon , Richard Jacobs, located the vehicle, let me know what the price would be if I didn't meet the criteria for two of the rebates . I contacted him by phone and requested an appt. to see it. Unfortunately I arrived early. I was helped by Bill Mullally until Richard arrived and then they worked together. The sale went perfectly, just the price I was quoted and Richard showed me all the little extras that came on the car . He even called two days later to see if I had any more questions. Best experience ever!

I saw a few trucks online and Kyle B was the salesman who talked to us. He sent us e-mails of other trucks, even ones nicer at a lower price. When my boyfriend and I got there he had all of them ready for us. we probably drove 6 trucks before we decided on a Ram. We wants the new F-150 but we couldnt afford it and Kyle encouraged us to buy the one that fit our budget and didnt just cram us in whatever what the most expensive. He was very funny and knew EVERYTHING about every truck, except the toyota because "he was a ford guy" lol It took a while to get our paperwork done, but the finance guy was nice too. Overall, i never thought we'd have fun buying a car, but it was a blast. Ask for Kyle if your gonna buy a car!!!

We came in looked at three cars and since they already had our finance information it was just a matter of picking the car we liked and then signing the paperwork.
