All around great experience from start to finish at pine belt nissan. Chris was so easy to work with over the phone. He answered all of my question and was very patience with me. When I got to their Nissan location ws greeted professionally and felt at ease. The deal was pretty simple and Dave did an amazing job going over my new Altima. I have been a Nissan owner for more than 10 years and I would never buy a car from anywhere but Pine belt Nissan. Thank you guys so much!

Mike Malafroute, who was my sales representative was extremely personable and he took his time to work with me to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Due to the snowstorm I rescheduled for Monday, Feb. 2nd. I got there a bit earlier than scheduled (8:16) but was immediately greeted by the service man directing me where to stop my vehicle. He then escorted me into my service advisor Matthew Rivera. My car was in for routine maintenance and a tire rotation. Matthew then escorted me into the waiting area advising me of the complimentary coffee/tea and donuts or bagels. I felt like I just about got there when at (9:07), Matthew came out to say I was all set. He then escorted me to Eileen in the checkout area. Wow!! How great was that!! Everyone there is sooo nice. Glad I purchased my car there and will definitely purchase my next one there as well. Bye the way, my car is a 2010 CTS and has been awesome. Fran C.

I went to Pine Belt Nissan to return my Altima a little earlier. I wanted a new car an SUV type I called the sales rep Vinny was very nice understood that I am don't need anything fancy and inexpensive she recommended the Nissan Rouge. I took a test drive loved the Nissan Rouge and we made the deal the same day. I was very happy with my overall experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal.

My daughter and I went into the Nissan dealership, just to look at their new SUV's vehicles. As I was looking over the Rogues, salesman Angelo Montalvo approached us. I advise him I was shopping for a small SUV to lease and was interested in seeing the Rogues. Very politely Mr Montalvo gave me all the information I needed to know about the rogue as I checked it out. After going for a test drive and then sitting down with him, he proceeded to let me know all the features about the vehicle. I decided this was the car for me. What a great sales person! He was not pushy, his knowledge was amazing, he was honest and gave me the time to make up my mind. Thank God for a sales person like Mr Montalvo

It was my first time at the Nissan dealership and my first time purchasing a car from there. As soon as I walked in the door I felt so welcomed. Stefano my salesman really knew a lot about the car I was interested in purchasing and made me feel comfortable on how to work everything, especially going over all the safety features. When I came in the next day to finalize everything Stefano brought me around to every department and personally introduced me to everyone, I really feel at home there and I couldn't be happier with my car. Last Saturday (October 25th) I thought my life may have turned upside down. I had found out that my car needed such severe repairs that it wasn't worth it to fix. Without a car, I could have lost my job, and my apartment. On a complete whim, and without knowing what possibility I had of getting approved, I went into Tom's River Pine Belt Nissan. Angelo greeted myself and my sister without bias or worry. I was upfront that I knew I had bad credit, but getting a new car was my only chance at maintaining my small amount of success. After a wonderful tour of a few cars in my price range, I realized Angelo thought I was only 19 (I am 25), which only showed even more of how non-judgemental he is. After 4 hours of bank processing, Angelo, Gunner, and Steve helped me get my 2011 Toyota Camry! The first car I've ever had that had two keys and no check engine light flashing haha :) and on top of that, they gave me a loaner car while mine was inspected and cleaned. I received a letter from Pine Belt about getting out of my lease early. I was a long time Nissan customer and had done business with Pine Belt in the past. When calling them I had every intension on getting out my Rogue lease and into another one. I worked the entire deal with Martin and it was a great experience. He did everything from working out my final numbers with no money down, which I wanted! Having the car ready for me when I got there, and the best part is not changing a single thing once I arrived at the dealership. Vinnie was also very helpful. He showed me in the ins and outs of the new Rogue which changed a lot compared to my 2012. I am very happy with my experience.

If you are shopping for a used vehicle, this location is a first class dealership from top to bottom. Ive spent a lot of time researching the vehicle I wanted prior to coming down for a test drive. I received a letter from Pine Belt over the weekend and spoke to a nice lady Bonnie on the phone. She told us about some promotion they were having about waiving my remaining payments. To be honest, I hear this "mumbo jumbo" all the time. But these people really came through for me. To keep a long story short, they stood behind their word, got me out of my lease and i was able to drive home a brand new one. Awesome job. 5 stars from me!

I actually wasn't sure what I was looking for. I saw a pre-owned altima at the Nissan store in Toms River, but in my mind I wasn't sure if I wanted a certified pre-owned or if I just wanted a new car. When I called Nissan of Toms River, I spoke to an internet sales rep who educated me on the exact vehicle I was looking for, but also the benefits on buying both a new or pre-owned vehicle. After much deliberation I set up an appointment to come in and see Elana (I think that was her name). She gave me over to a very polite gentleman, who also gave me different options on a New Altima, and a certified pre-owned Altima. I ended up leasing a new 2014 Altima because the rates were awesome, and I get to switch out in a couple of years if I want to upgrade. All in all the whole experience was awesome and I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone who is in the market. Or also to anyone who isn't really sure what they want to do, because rather than being pushy and aggressive, they actually educated me on a lot, and I made my own decision from there!

First off, I have brought a car hear in the past and that experience was 5 stars. This time was total opposite. Last week went to Pine Belt Cadillac to look at CTS or SRX. I was open to used as long as it was only year or two old at most with low miles. So a dealer approached myself and my wife as soon as we got there. The dealer himself was very nice and low key type sales guy not pushy but helpful. He understood what we where looking for. We found a particular vehicle we where interested in and decided to sit down and start doing the song and dance of negotiating a price, payments, etc. Told the sales guy that I just payed off two car loans and only wanted to go through either one of these banks. I wanted this cause thought it might be easier and plus didn't want a ton of hits on my credit. To many inquiries can lower your credit score and I'm trying to keep mine decent and increase it. So we sit with his manager and I explain the same thing to him. He assurese that that's fine and they actually do most of their work w one of these banks anyway. Now I've brought many cars in my life and I've been a sales person all my life so pretty good at judging how sales people are gonna perform and can see through all there tricks. Well first thing they do is come back with some ridiculous monthly payment and telling me the one bank that I had requested will do deal. Well they would do deal but not the amount of money we needed so he started talking about some other possibilities. Well the short of it is he ran my credit through over 9 places. On paper showed us what he could do finally and they sent car into get prepped. This was two hours into the process. Well each time we where thinking and led to believe we where done the sales manager would come back and come up w another story telling us how now we have to use different bank cause other bank said no. So basically he was lying all day every time he opened mouth he was lying. So now it's half my day shot and been lied to the whole time and ready to leave. So I tell them if they can come up w something let me know otherwise not interested. Got a credit alert from a service I use telling me my credit score is going down 4 points. All due to the inquiries that I had told them not to do. So gonna fight the inquiries w credit bureaus and if not look will look into legal recourse against the dealer due to them running all these reports when told them not to. So next day went to their main competitor and got approved for a loan on a much nicer car then one I originally looked at with other dealer. Loan approved, car prepped was in and out of this other dealership within 2 hours. Will never go to or recommend Pine Belt Cadillac to anyone.

Very rude and unreliable service. I first dealt with mike and there was nothing but empty words from that guy. He always said he would call me back to let me know about the car I was going to buy but never did once. By the next day the car was sold and he still didn't even bother calling me to tell me about it and as always I had to call him to find out for sure. I also had to deal with rose who was very impatient from the moment she answered the phone. I called to clarify on the availability of a car because there was some confusion around it and she was very rude and intolerant and spazzed out on me for no good reason. If there was a better staff I definitely would have a bought a car from them. They need to work on their people skills and how they treat their customers otherwise this would've been a nice review and they would've made a sale.

Works service ever. Do not buy from this place. I bought a car from my wife with full warranties. We get hassled all the time and get asked to pay for items that are included in the warranties. They dented the inside of the car and said there was nothing they could do. My wife damaged the rims and they said the warranty for that requires it to be completely unusable so we have to risk driving it. We've gotten the car back with missing valve stem caps on the tires, we informed them and they said it was missing when they got it. Totally useless help. When their customer service called us to get our opinion of their services and we complained, they recommended we use another dealership for services. Once again DO NOT buy from this place.

I just wanted to take a moment to commend the work of pine belt. I was searching online for a great deal and I was able to obtain one with pine belt Nissan. I relieved an email from Marin and was able to work out a great price before I came down to visit. I had a great experience once I was there. I worked with Matt for the remainder of the purchase and he was wonderful. Every thing was fun and easy. In a few short hours I was on the road back to my house very happy. From start to finish this entire process was a breeze. I was speak with a man named Martin through email. He was very thorough with me. I was emailed the car fax, service records, and pictures from his cell phone. He set up the entire deal for me and even though he wasn't there when I got to he dealership, every thing was done. I drove he car and met another great guy named mike. We rapped up rather quickly. It took more time for me to drive to pine belt then it did to complete his whole process.

Like any other dealership as far as customer service but be very careful when dealing with the finance department. Very shady. Charges appear that weren't discussed by the sales man, Things that were supposed to be included now have a charge, the usual used car routine with getting you to agree on a monthly payment and then adjusting the number of payments to be able to raise the interest rate so they can meet you're monthly payment but get you to pay more in reality. Just very unscrupulous.

I had an older Nissan which I serviced at Pine Belt. My car has been giving me some trouble so I walked over into sales and Marc greeted me right away. He was a pleasure to deal with. I could afford much, but he still helped me with everything. We walked around, he showed me some cars that were in my price range and I was able to get out of this car that was giving me so many problems and into a nice certified Nissan.

I drove over 45 minutes to visit this dealer. They honored everything that was told me and offered me exceptional service. My salesman Vinny was great. He worked up a bunch of different options for me. This is the way to purchase a new car. I commend Pine Belt for the way that they conduct themselves.

Robert Nigro was my car salesmen and he did an amazing job!! It was about me & what unwanted! He didn't try to over price me, over sell me, or put me in to something unrealistic. He took him time and explained everything to Me and it was just all around great! I would reccomend Robert Nigro to EVERYONE buying a car from this dealer!!

I was shopping online for a nice per owned Cadillac. I gave pine belt a call and they were just great. They were warm and friendly so I came down. They have an absolute beautiful establishment. He Cadillac looked like it was brand new. They met me at my payment and I drove the car home the same day. Wonderful experience buying a car from pine belt.

I have had the worst experence at toms river nissan i will never go there again i had a bad wax job i asked them to do it again some parts needed compounding they promised it would be done and it wasnt. The 30 day warranty the salesman and his mgr told me if ANY thing goes wrong with the car bring it back and it will be fixed at no charge to me.So not even 2 weeks go by i turn on the ac and it doesnt feel ice cold so i call the salesmans mgr he tells me bring it back and we will fix it for you and give you a rental car and ill call you later.Well never get a call back so i call him and he tells me that the general mgr told him he wont fix the car at all.I call him and he tels me that iam lying that the salesman and his mgr never told me it would be fixed ,but if i was lying why did the mgr set up the appointment to be fixed there and i have the copy of the work order costing $700.00 plus then he fought with me about it not costing that much and the mehanic not being asc certified to work on ac systems real nice huh.To top it off they told me the plates and the reg was being mailed to my house 3 weeks go by i called there and asked whats up he tells me it was mailed to a differnt nissan dealer ship and can i get them there i said i will then he said i will call them to say i am picking them up this was at 1100 am i drive about 90 mph 40 min away to get there after work around 845 pm the lady there tells me she doesnt have my plates and reg and never got a call from toms river nissan,so she calls him and askes him about it and he says he will call her back in a few min to find out where they are 15 min go by no call she calls there and is told he left to go home and no one knows about the plates and reg and my temp expires in 2 days so dont ever go to toms river nissan ever.

Brought a used car from them, the same day that I got the car it broke down on the highway called them to ask for help with the problem and my calls were ignore, and when I finally got a manager all I got was that the car was sold as is and there was nothing that they could do. After spending my money with them I was stuck with a $400 tow truck bill and $300 repair bill. Thanks for the help guys, didn't own the car for more than 4 hours and I was in the hole for $700.

The whole car purchase process was wonderful! The car sales woman, Flo Lanzetta was very humble and it was all about the customer at hand. Flo truly loves what she does, making the customer happy selling them a car.
