I came to the dealership in a rough spot. My van just broke down and I need a car. I went to a couple other dealerships that day and got the run around and empty promises. When my fiance and I got to Pinellas Motors , we found Angelique. She was great to work with, she did everything she could to help us get into the van that we wanted. Jason was also great to deal with to, he made sure that we were completely satisfied with everything before we signed any paperwork at all. They staid almost 3 hours after closing to make sure we got in the van that day. I could not have asked for better people or place to purchase a car from, I will be recommending everyone I know to go there first before going anywhere else to buy a new car. Great experience from start to finish. Angelique was so helpful in every phone call, and Jason was incredible with his knowledge and service. This dealership was so much better than the big dealers - much more personable, attending to every question and need, and no dealer fee! Jason made sure every issue was addressed - customer service was top notch. Pinellas made sure I was totally satisfied driving off the lot. This place was almost an hour drive away, but well worth it - I'll have them on our list for our next used car.

Angeleec, Darren and Jason stand by what vehicles they sell at Pinellas Motors. I purchased a 2003 Acura Tl a month ago and I absolutely love my car. They were a lifeline to me as I did not think I would be able to find a dealership that would even talk to me about financing a car, much less actually finance me on a short term loan. Ang and Darren made it happen and I am truly grateful to them for looking and getting to know the "customer", not just base a decision soley on credit history and a slip of paper. They took the time to listen to my past history, and what I have done to change things in the here and now to make my life better and be able to purchase a vehicle. I was very happy with the car I purchased. Although, they did sell me the car with an empty gas tank which was rather odd. Also, the brake pads needed to be changed and I was not warned of this before the purchase. Overall, I'm content with the process which was rather quick.

I went to Pinellas Motors first just to look at a car that I had they were advertising. They were very informative and extremely honest about a loan that I had been approved for, but was very glad that they had cleared things up. The very next day I went back and got the car. They were very helpful and got me into the car that I went to look at. I would definitely recommend anyone to go these guys cause not only did they make it quick, but they made it enjoyable. Even though the weather wasn't the best it was an awesome experience. Make sure to go see them and get the car you need and deserve. Their honesty was what made me purchase my vehicle from them. So we drove from Gainesville to Tampa to buy the h3. When we showed up, the car had one issue that they were not aware of, but instantly had it in the shop and fixed before even knowing if we were buying the car or not. An hour later they were finished with repair and we were able to buy the car. Overall, buying the car was a good experience. The people are very great people to deal with. It is a family business but it doesnt seem "mom and pop" its seems very professional. I would buy again with them because they want to have a good rep.

I love this place. I always bought my cars from big dealerships and was hesitant to give these guys a try. Because of my current situation I was denied at other dealerships that I went to in the past. I gave them a call, did an application and was approved at good terms very quickly. I thought it was too good to be true. Later that day I went over and test drove the car I was looking at. I never felt pressured and everyone was nice and welcoming. After looking for a while for my first cars (I mean a while...) I finally found this place! I truly thing this was the best thing ever! When I got there with my mother, the staff treated is VERY nice and did not judge us like other people. I already had my eye on one of the cars in the lot so I told them and they started working on the paper work fast. I love the quality of the work they do and love that they care about the buyer! After I purchased my car, you would think that I would stop hearing from the dealer, but not in this case. Someone contacted me to make sure everything was going well and ask if I was interested in refinancing so that I could get a better interest rate. I soon as I said yes, they go to work with a local bank and got me a way better deal that I am very happy with! This is truly awesome customer service! If I were to refer anyone to buy a car, I would defiantly refer them here!

Angeleec returned my call on a cars.com ad. She - and the owners Darren and Jason - were wonderful to work with. Fast returned calls. Reasonable prices. And they went out of their way to help me, even though I was out of state. They took the car willingly to get it inspected at another dealer. They helped me find a loan. They worked with my college student to take delivery. And the car was exactly as promised. You can trust these guys. How often can you say that about a used car dealer?
