Planet Ford service department goes above and beyond. We had my sons car checked out before heading back to college. After a thorough inspection of the car, they changed oil and rotated his tires. Planet Ford 59 has the best service department around. They were quick to take the vehicle in and diagnose the problem. I picked my vehicle up 48 hours later, completely fixed and running great ago. While it was in the shop, they noticed my battery was going out, so I was able to have it replaced prior to my arrival. All in all, one of the best dealership service departments I have ever dealt with over the years.

My latest experience with Planet Ford was the best. I was greeted by George. Excellent individual with tons of knowledge about Ford vehicles. He was respectful, very courteous, and prompt. My total time at the dealership from the meet and greet until I drove off in a new car was about an hour and fifteen minutes. George listened to my needs and responded in the most professional manner. Completely happy here.

I had a great experience with Jacoby and Planet Ford. The used Jeep I came to look at was already sold but there was another same year and less mileage that they made a great deal on. Jacoby was easy to work with and did a great job meeting my buying goals. The only complaint I have was in finance and the pressure to purchase an extended warranty and use the lenders they wanted me to use. I brought my 14-year old son and it was a great lesson in car buying for him.

Craig was great throughout the whole process of selecting and purchasing my truck. I called about a specific truck and heard Planet Fird had it. Many years ago I was turned off of Planet Ford because of a negative experience with a salesman. My wife and I decided to stop by for a 2nd chance. Wow, what an experience! From the moment the new salesman (Will Holman) greeted us to the final walkthrough with David Webb, the experience was awesome. These gentlemen displayed what most car buyers would drive miles to have, an honest non-pressure approach while answering all questions. This place was amazing. I bought the first car I drove. The salesman, Ben, was so sweet and helpful. I felt comfortable with him, and he didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. He was honest and open. Chad Jennings, the financial guy I worked with, was equally amazing! I don't really like the car buying process with all the back and forth but planet ford made my experience a pleasant one. Dave (salesman) was extremely knowledgeable about the trucks, very nice and professional, and treated us with respect. The negotiation process was straight to the point and the quickest I have ever been apart of. Then after your decide in a price, it usually takes awhile to get out the door. I do not even know where to begin. Our experience was phenomenal! We started communication via Internet all questions were answered professionally and timely . We originally asked to have a explorer pulled for us to test drive it was waiting upfront for us when we arrived. After the test drive we decided that we would look at a truck no problem Clennon graciously drove us right over to them! It didn't take long for us to pick out the perfect F150 4x4 Lariat. We went for a test drive Clennon gave all the information on this vehicle extremely knowledgeable about their products. Never once did we ever feel pressured to purchase. When we arrived back and decided to move forward it was so smooth. No haggling over price we felt we got a good deal. Never once did they put pressure on for anything. Once we finished with that process we went to after market and Jeffrey was just as awesome no pressure what so ever. He even found a few discounts for us! Juan in finance was just as awesome he explained everything to us! Everyone from start to finish was amazing, kind and professional. I have to admit I hate going to dealerships but, these guys totally changed my mind and made our experience enjoyable and allowed us to truly be excited about our new truck. We have told everyone how awesome they were and will definitely recommend them in the future!

I didnt think I would be able to purchase a vehicle since I had some credit challenges on my credit report. Darryl assured me he could assist with helping me find a reliable vehicle within my budget that I could afford even with my credit challenges. At a place that you normally don't expect a good experience, a car dealership, Planet Ford was outstanding. Brian Strawn was the best sales person in many years of buying vehicles. He was very helpful when looking for a car for my wife which we bought elsewhere, but went back to him when I needed a truck. I was able to get the exact truck I was looking for without having to settle for options that were not wanted nor needed. No overt pressure to purchase extras though service was offered.

I have a 6 year old Ford Edge that I've had to bring in a couple of times this year. Full disclosure, when the first issue happened I contacted Tomball Ford and they could get my car in for two weeks. TWO WEEKS! Unacceptable. I called Planet Ford and was able to take my car in immediately and got it back like new the next day. As far as the service staff, I haven't had better experiences anywhere else. They are knowledgable and mindful and it is always a pleasure dealing with them. So kuddos to Planet Ford. If I decide to purchase another vehicle in the future I will buy from them strictly based on my experience with the Service Staff. Thank you Craig Ellisor for your help today! All I can say is wow!!!! I am late in writing my review, but I am no less over satisfied. I came in on Aug 31,2016 just to look at possibly switching into a new car due to my old one having too many issues and on its last leg. I already trust the Ford name as I bought a 2011 Ford Fiesta June 27th 2010 and had put over 100000miles on it. I met Mr. Clennon Preyear right as I walked in the door. He greeted me with a smile and made me feel at ease right away. He introduced me to Mrs. Frances Ramos who smiled and greeted my father and I. She asked what cars I liked, and instantly found a few cars that matched what I was looking for. Mr. Preyear had me drive my beautiful black beast a new 2016 Ford Taurus. I instantly fell in love with the car and asked what kind of deals they were running as I had just purchased a home. I was introduced to the always wonderful Mr. Charles who with the help of Mr. Jeffery in vehicle extras worked in some mats and window tint. After we worked out some details I was then brought over to the office of Mr. Chad Jennings who went over every detail of what to expect and broke down when each service is to be completed. I felt so at ease when I left even though I was going to pay more than I originally wanted I was 100% satisfied that I was beyond taken care of. Mrs. Frances Ramos went above and beyond by getting to know me and offering to call her anytime along with Mr. Clennon. I actually had to take her up on this when I hit a piece of plastic that shredded my tire I called her just to get the number for the roadside. She not only gave me the number but called me about ten mins later and offered her assistance. She made sure I was okay and that my car was being properly cared for. I felt like I was part of the family and felt like way more than just a sale!!!! I will buy from y'all every time it's time to upgrade. Amazing service!

Bruce did a good job helping my wife and I select and new truck and through the purchase process. However I would suggest that Bruce work on explaining the features of the vehicle. I felt rushed through this process, either he did not fully know the features of the vehicle or he's not comfortable in this function of the sale. All in all, everything went well. This was the fourth truck I have purchased from this location and most likely I will be back again.

Bought a new king ranch and the people are amazing , make you feel at home great pricing no haggle and Bill Lynch was patient with me searching for the right truck took me over the entire lot and explained the difference is each one he is great at his Job. Charles Prince priced the new truck and was a pleasure to deal with , he made me feel at home. My experience was worth much more than 5 stars! I was at the lube center waiting on my truck to be serviced and received a phone call form Jacoby. He explained that the dealership was looking for vehicles to buy like my truck. He asked me if they could appraise my truck and possibly get me into a new vehicle. Little to his knowledge I was in unspoken need for a larger family size vehicle. He came back with news in no time at all saying they would buy my truck for what I owed and could put me into a new one of my choice. I have never had such a relaxed experienced with buying a truck than at Planet Ford. I shopped around at other big dealerships as well as some smaller ones to see which ones had the lowest prices like they all advertise. I could not find any prices that came close to Planet's, even in states in other parts of the country. My salesman Patrick was very to the point in comparisons of different models and didn't to try to sell with smoke and mirrors. I was greatly satisfied with my experience and will definitely be back to buy another truck in the future.

Let me say that like most people on a budget I HATE vehicle shopping.That being noted, my first communication with Planet Ford was via an internet inquiry which was answered by Brian Strawn. I requested an initial quote on a vehicle followed by several more e-mails/texts requesting further information. My final request was a "drive out price." Because of varying circumstances I thought I had missed my window of opportunity to receive some of the promotional discounts Planet Ford was offering at the time but Brian worked with me and when my husband and I finally made it to the dealership, he stood by the written communication with NO SURPRISES and NO PRESSURE to buy added on features that we did not want or need.Because of evening rush hour traffic we did not get to the dealership until late and even though Brian had an event that evening to attend, he took the time to make sure we test drove the vehicle, got all our questions answered, and the paperwork processed. We felt bad because by time we were done and handed the keys, Brian had MISSED the event. That takes dedication and a commitment to provide excellent customer service. We were pleased with the overall process.

This past May we purchased our 3rd Ford Edge from Planet Ford . 4 years ago we purchased a black / light grey Edge for our now 20 year old daughter . 2 years later it was a white/ black Edge for daughter number 2. We told Patrick Huygen that the white car had to be almost identical to the black car ( you know kids compare ) and he delivered. Recently it was my turn and my husband again enlisted Patrick's help in finding the perfect Edge for me ( mine didn't have to be identical to the other 2, it could be better !) I'm now the happy owner of a Red Edge Titanium. We love Planet Ford and the customer service we receive from Patrick. We were looking to buy a new F-150 as our 2010 was a little tired. We met Brian in the parking lot and he was very curious and listened to what we were looking for. He asked about the features we wanted and colors we liked and took us straight to the truck he felt was perfect for us... and he was right! After a test drive and a review of the numbers we agreed to buy. The trade value was OK, but the discount on the new truck were very good. Even my X-plan discount could not match the savings. My only negative comment would be it takes some time to get through the process of meeting the various people to get the deal done. Maybe not a surprise at 6pm on a Saturday, but for it to be truely perfect it could have been faster, but that in no way reflects on the people we met who were really great. I would recommend Plant Ford for great prices and friendly, professional staff.

I had the car in mind that I wanted. I had requested a call back and within 2 minutes was on the phone with Brian. He helped me with directions getting there and met me outside when I showed up. He did not try any gimmicks on me, he just let me look and drive the vehicle while answering any questions I had. When it got down to the nitty gritty of buying the car, he did not try and force anything on me, which is why after going to 10+ dealerships I felt comfortable buying from him. I would only recommend buying from him as I did not have as pleasant of a feeling with the others. Even after buying the car, Brian called me the next day to make sure that I was still happy with the car. I took my vehicle in to Planet Ford to have recall service completed. I was told it would take all day. While my car was being serviced, I received a call from jacoby Garmon. He asked if I was interested in trading in my vehicle. I let him know that I hadn't considered it. He is a very factual salesman, he let me know that there was a shortage of used cars due to the flood situation and that they could probably get me in a 2017 paying less than what I was currently paying per month. I found a specific truck on the company's website and called on a Saturday evening. Salesmen Ben Hutzler went out and found vehicle on the lot and kept the key as the dealership was closed Sunday. I was able to negotiate price over the phone and settled on a price before coming to dealership. I drove more than 100 miles to get my truck because the price was literally $5000 less than any competitor on same truck. I arrived at dealership to find a friendly well trained salesmen Ben who was polite and knowledgeable that helped me with the purchase of the vehicle and the price did not change as they stayed with the exact price we talked about over the phone. We submitted an online inquiry for an F450 Platium pickup. Within a very short time period We received an email from Frances Ramos responding to my inquiry. I received a phone call from Frances and I further explained what we were looking for. She answered all of my questions and followed up our phone call with an email quote. She agreed to hold the vehicle for a couple of days until We could get to the dealership. Upon arrival at the dealership we were shown the F450 and took it for a test drive. We also test drove an F350 for comparison. Frances had already sent the quote. She answered all of my questions and the price was the same as the quote. We were very satisfied with the price so we purchased the truck. No bait and switch at this dealership. Frances was excellent throughout the entire process. Good morningI have purchasing vehicles from Planet Ford for a very long time. I either work the deal for my family or friends or I am purchasing them for myself. All in all I think I have purchased and helped purchase over 20 vehicles from Planet. Just recently I sent my niece and her husband into your dealership and they are from small town America and they just moved here and they were very impressed with Jeffery Edwards and the whole experience. This past week I wanted to trade in my 2013 Ford F-150 and I has picked out a used 2014 F250 Clennen and Frances worked with me we went back and forth trying to make it work and we went back and forth those two people working so hard to make it work. Finally I gave up on the used truck and we tried new and we could not get there, they tried and tried. That night the three of us spoke on our cell phones about a F250 that was gas and the next day Clennen and I worked on that one. When it seamed like it was not going to work Charles Prince came over we talked about Pool and Pool Cues and he told me stories about playing pool in Las Vegas it was awesome all three of us spoke about life in general got to know each other then spoke about the truck. We talked about 30 minutes then I met with Chad the finance gentleman and he was very helpful again we went back and forth with Charles, Chad, Clennen and myself I was happy deal was done. After two days and many conversations I got a new truck and a payment I can handle. I would say that it was the best experience I have ever had and I owe it to those involved. These folks had my interest in mind and was always willing to help me I felt like I was the only person in the dealership. So I want to thank those that helped me. Thank you to Clennen, Frances, Charles, Chad and Jeffery you guys make all the difference. I have always said the best vehicle to drive is a Ford and the only place to buy one is at Planet Ford in Spring.

Unlike Autonation that attempts to bully you into a bad deal, Planet Ford was willing to work with me AND give me a fair trade value on my truck. It is amazing the difference that it can make when the salesperson doesnt treat you like you're stupid, or is condescending, or low-balls your trade. You know what happens when you treat customers fairly?? You sell cars AND get repeat customers. I received a fair trade for my 2012 RAM, managed to negotiate a lower payment on my new 2015 Edge. Their customer service was the best that I have ever recieved in a car buying experience. All my questions were answer clearly. The who process start to finish was the fastest I had ever experienced when buying a car. I truely believe that it was because my Sales Concierge Tyler Caveness llisted to what I was looking for and Carlos Duca New Car Sales Director help me make it happen. Big Ben Hutzler did a great job honoring our desired choice in cars and is well versed in all the technology that came with our 2016 Ford Flex. He is responsive to post sale communication such as when I was rear ended less than 24 hours after purchase. On another occasion, he met me at the service department to help set up a repair and then escorted me for a car wash and a small buff area and reviewed how to send a text from the car. We were also very pleased with David Sherman in financing. He stayed late to make sure we able to finish up our purchase. So far so Great.

We had been looking for a New Ford Explorer. Originally we tried to shop locally but could not get exactly what we wanted so we made the trip to Planet Ford in Spring, TX. I spoke with Trish on the phone before we left home to confirm their inventory we found online. Trish was very helpful and answered all my questions. She scheduled us to meet with Jacoby that afternoon. When we arrived, we were greeted at the door and we're seated out of the heat until our sales rep could get with us. Jacoby, very quickly met with us and advised we would be working with Ryan as he was still with another customer. Ryan was very nice and walked us to their huge inventory of Explorers. Ryan went over all of the details and showed us all of the bells and whistles the new models offered. After our test drive we had our minds set on one in particular. We went inside where we discussed price and trade. Unfortunately we were not offered for our trade what we were offered at a local for dealer but we still came to an agreement. Soon after, Finance was ready for us and we met with Ben Diblasio. Here is where we were blown away by exceptional service. Ben has to be the greatest individual we have ever dealt with when purchasing a vehicle. I WILL buy another vehicle from Planet Ford because of Ben. He found us an awesome rate, was very understanding of what we wanted / didn't want and made our purchase easier than ever. He really went out of his way to look for us the best options and was very friendly. He also took time to help entertain our impatient toddler. I can't praise enough how awesome Ben was to our family. After all the paperwork was finalized, we were brought outside to our new Explorer fully detailed and filled up ready to go. Adam Chernosky made it as easy as it gets. Because I new the exact make, model and color vehicle I wanted, I simply wanted to get in and out with no hassle and minimal time. Adam u deed today this and did everything humanly possible to make my experience a positive one. Before I even arrived at the dealership we discussed my needs and he got it right away. Upon arriving it was all set up. My new 2016 Ford Fusion Hydrid was waiting outside the office. Adam met me, took me for a test drive, thoroughly answered questions about the vehicle, and the process and before long we had a deal. I signed the deal within a couple hours. It wasn't done there. After signing, Adam took me through every feature of my new vehicle and made sure I was pleased with my purchase, I've never had this service in the detail form he provided. Even after I drove off, within a couple hours he was checking in to make sure I was enjoying my vehicle. For some it may sound like over kill but I call it attention to detail and just what this customer needed. Ask for Adam Chernoski, you can't go wrong, great service!!

I called before I drove all the way out there to make sure the car was still on the lot. When I got there, the car was in the shop getting the door fixed. Adam made sure I could see it while it was it was in the shop. As soon as I saw it, I knew this was the vehicle for me. The whole process was easy. Unfortunately I had to wait a few days for it while it was getting worked on but Adam kept me updated as well as making sure I got it back in a timely manner. Do not take your car in for Transmission services. I took my ford focus there and they said that they didn't have a transmission control module (TCM) part, said that they had to do a national back order. It's a Ford not a Ferrari, you're supposed to have parts ready to go..and not annoy your customers with having to call about 10 times in the same week for updates on the car. I requested an alternate vehicle as backup transportation, but my request was denied. I told them that they were the last people to put hands on its transmission and that they are responsible for the car breaking down again, they did not care, my needs were not met at all. I do not recommend this place at all.However, staff were professional at all times. I mean it's not like they had an option anyway.

The process was very professional and my needs were met. Initially the chat with an online representative on a Sunday was beneficial, because the showroom was closed, and they advised that leasing was available. Then I was contacted promptly on Monday by Eric and given some initial vehicles to view online that matched my query. Finally the day I arrived at the showroom I was shown several vehicles and fine tuned my selection to the vehicle I ultimately chose. Eric provided great assistance throughout and supplied good advice and not the slightest bit pushy and once again Joe provided after market add-ons like tints and wheel locks that I required. Finally, Juan made the signing swift and easy and I really like the desktop signing screen to speed it all up.

The salesman, Carlos Vega, was extremely helpful in trying to find the right car for us within the specific requirements we had. He gladly went along with us as we test drove multiple cars, his enthusiasm was the same from the first test drive to the last. Additionally, the finance manager, Juan Martinez, got us an exceptional deal. I was pleasantly surprised because they did way better than any of the prior dealerships in terms of the finance. He explained the finance information clearly and I was very pleased with the deal. He made us feel like individuals rather than one more deal. We bought the truck over the phone, drove over 2 days later and picked it up. It was washed, full of gas and ready to go. The finance guy was courteous, did not try to sell us (we used our own credit union) and had us in and out of his office in 10 minutes. They did an excellent job explaining what this lease entailed and all the particulars of the lease. The Delivery Department did a great job going over the features of my new truck. Joe Tazioli the After Market Sales Manager did a great job explaining how a bed liner would protect my investment and I also purchased window tint to help with glare, heat and security, David Sherman in Finance explained all the menu of products available for my new truck but there was never any pressure. The paper work was explained in detail in a short amount of time. I am very happy with my purchase.

I picked the vehicle I liked contacted the salesman spoke to him on the phone. I let him know when I was moving to Houston. I asked if he could pick me up at the Houston Intercontinental and he did. We went to Plant Ford I did a test drive went in signed the paperwork and off I went. Very Happy Customer.

Earlier this year I purchased the all new 2015 F-150 and knew then that I would purchase there again in the future. When we decided last week that it was about time to start looking around for something for my wife I knew it had to be from Aaron Smith (General Sales Manager) and his great Team at Planet Ford in Spring. After searching online she had a couple picked out she would like so I decided to stop in one day during my lunch break. Aaron assigned Patrick Huygen to assist me in locating a car for my wife. I truly believe that the sales consultants there go the extra mile to ensure you're pleased with your experience regardless if you purchase that day or not. I never once got the impression that Patrick was trying to get me to buy a car that day but just the opposite. He wanted to make sure I had a wonderful experience and didn't feel pressured to buy that day. He had my interest in mind the entire time while looking at different options. I am a returning customer and will continue to purchase all my vehicles there in the future. My wife loves her new Ford Edge Sport. My daughter will turn 16 in a couple years and is already dreaming of what she may get - of course she knows it will have to be purchased from our good friends over at Planet Ford in Spring. Salesman Clennon Preyear awesome!!! I was upside down from my F150, he found a way for me to get into my Escape, with a lease where I can afford the payments and get out from 6000.00 that I was upside down in my truck... Back in 2008 Planet Ford helped me out greatly with financing when times were ruff. Always have excellent service each time I go to them, when I am ready for a new car/truck I will return for a third time. Planet Ford is a great dealership recommend them highly!!! I will be back.

When I went into Planet Lincoln I was not planning on buying a new car. I was just checking a few of the vehicles to check out the look and before I knew it I was setting down and getting serious. I went to Planet Ford Spring on Tuesday night. We found a vehicle we really liked and started the process. We don't have the greatest credit because we are young so we asked them to jump straight to the Ford Credit so we don't have so many hard inquiries hit our credit. Of course they didn't listen and ran our credit 6 times. Told us they couldn't get ahold of anyone and they would let us know the next day what happens. Around noon we still hadn't heard anything so my husband calls up there. Some guy with the last name PRINCETON told my husband that we had been approved if we come up with a 3K down payment. I called up there around 5 to ask if they could hold a check. Same guy (Princeton) said yes. So we both drive an hour and a half up there for them to have NO IDEA what we are talking about. Our salesman kept telling me I "didn't need to be mad" at him. The finance guy was just as rude. They said they were having trouble getting the deal to go through but they would put us in the car that night anyway and let us drive it home. As we were leaving, our salesman introduced us to the Princeton guy (who works in sales, not finance) and he said "I never told you you were approved and your wife even called me 3 times today and I told her the same thing!" So of course, my husband called him a liar and Princeton said "OKAY THE DEAL IS OFF. I'M NOT A LIAR". He also said he "didn't care if we went anywhere else." WHAT KIND OF DEALERSHIP SAYS THAT?! We ended up getting kicked out because we argued with him. And our salesman must have had a xxxxxx because we heard him say "I told them to leave" as we were walking out. Good job Tomas Castillo, you are all liars up there!!!!!I will definitely be telling EVERYONE i come in contact with not to do business with them. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!If it was possible to get negative stars, I WOULD!

Denise Kelly has sold us five cars since 2006 and she has always been a pleasure to work with. She always goes the extra mile to accommodate the purchase and needs of the customer. We have bought 8 cars since 2001 from planet ford and this dealership has certainly involved into a customer focused sales force. The only complaint I would have is on the finance department, because there is always a long wait for the process to be completed. When we purchased the 2015 edge the process was newly automated and took less time than usual.

We are very fortunate in having Planet Ford so near our home. Today, we picked up an ordered 2016 Escape Titanium, and it is absolutely terrific. This is the most recent of 4 new Fords we have bought from Planet Ford in the last 5 years or so.I'm a 71 year old retiree, and a "motorhead" from the time I was a young teen. So I know about the vehicles I'm looking for, and find it really "wrong" when I know more about a new Ford than the sales rep. This is NOT the case at Planet Ford!!!Our rep - Mr. Patrick Huygen - is a real "car guy". He is also personable, down to earth, honest, does what he says, and speaks in plain English. I doubt you will find a better salesperson.But it doesn't end there........ I've been a customer of Planet Ford for a good 20 years, and have never had a bad experience - either with sales, finance, maintenance, or anyone else I've dealt with.If you are looking for a Ford or Lincoln, or in need of maintenance or repairs, I strongly suggest you give Planet Ford a try. You will NOT be disappointed!

I went here first and had a sales person who made me walk all the way to the back of the lot instead of bringing a car up for me. I went back again and asked for the same sales person and was told he would be up in a few minutes. After 30 minutes I left because I shouldn't have to wait that long. A month later I went back because I really wanted to test drive one of the SUV's. I did not ask for that same person but went with the first person to talk to me who happened to be Bill Lynch. He went and got the vehicle I wanted to try instead of making me walk then drove me around to look at other vehicles. He explained everything I wanted to know and I ended up buying from him. He seems very knowledgeable about all Ford vehicles and I think I will be able to ask him questions in the future regarding how to use the accessories on my new vehicle. Very happy with my purchase and happy I decided to give Ford another chance! (When giving my ratings I will be doing it for Bill Lynch and not the first sales person that I dealt with)

I went to Russel and Smith Ford as a returning customer to a salesman and after an unprofessional e-mail from the salesman I went to Planet Ford in Spring. I was greeted with a smile and just a much friendlier personality from the saleswoman that contacted me about an inquiry she had received. She was able to get the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted and did not cost too much extra then what I was originally quoted. She was very patient with me and as I am sometime scatter brained. she was able to get me to go on an extended test drive for a week in one of their 2014 F-150 King Ranch trucks. she earned my business by exceeding my expectations and proving me wrong about what the sales man at Russel and smith ford said about this dealership and proving my dad wrong about what he said about this dealership. Everything that I heard about them was completely false. I recommend this dealership and Natasha Thomas to anyone. she may be a new sales woman but she has done a great job in selling me and getting me my truck that I wanted in the color I wanted. She got one of the Finance managers to come and talk to me before I actually was 100% ready to buy the vehicle. She earned my business by being honest with me.

Overall not a bad experience. I have not purchased a new vehicle in over 10 years and was a little unprepared for a full day at a dealership. I looked at a similar truck about 6 months ago with no pressure to buy ( I was not ready at the time). The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. This time I was ready to buy and had already looked at a couple dealers. Patrick helped me find the truck I was looking for and we made a deal on a new 2014 F150 STX supecab 5.0 that had all the features I was looking for and negotiated a price fair to what i was looking at at another dealership with less extras/upgrades. The only bad experience was waiting after the deal for financing and aftermarket sales. Maybe it was slow due to end of month and a Saturday but I lived through it. I would recommend them and hope to be back in 10 years fro my next truck....

I had to order my new 2015 F-150 to get exactly what I wanted. Devin Duoto helped me through the process and kept me informed as to the status of my truck as it was moving through the process. Since I had X plan pricing and my own financing it was a relatively painless process. Devin dropped the truck at my work when I sold my other one. He made sure it was clean and gassed up and ready to go. Devin is very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a new Ford or any used car.On the negative side, the young lady that did the new vehicle delivery process with me knew less about the truck than I did. She basically went over the features of the voice activation Sync system. No mention of key blades in the remotes in case of a power loss to the vehicle or the remote, nothing about the interior controls, features and benefits, etc. Not impressed!

After another Ford dealer stopped contact on a new mustang I went to planet Ford where I had been looking at the 2014s and was always satisfied with the customer service there. I test drove 3 2014s and 3 2015s and not once did the salesman try getting me to "run my info" or "sit down and talk". I went just to look and after a few visits found what I wanted, car was clean, signing time was adequate, and the service after has been great as well. Definitely will be back for another vehicle. Just had a service done at their new quick lube place and what a hassle free experience! Was a very nice lobby with big TV's free coffee, vending machines, and a big view of the shop area.

First and foremost my salesman was top-notch! Noel Prout literally gave me an unbeatable price for the exact vehicle I wanted. (After he quoted me a price, I called all dealerships around trying to find who could give me a better price)A bit of a back story: I had a very particular request for a vehicle (basically Ford Fusion SE with the luxury pack with none of the extras of the luxury pack, just the leather seats.)Anyways, I wanted a car that no dealership in the area had (and to my knowledge didn't really exist). Noel went and fought for me, he looked everywhere for the perfect car just to earn my business. When he finally did find the car he got it from a dealership about 2 hours away; to add to this, it wasn't a "sister dealership" so he had to buy it from their inventory rather than trade cars. Not only did Noel offer me the vehicle for no extra cost than what he got it for but he also arranged that the car be there when my wife and I were going to look (before we had 100% decided to get it) again just to go above and beyond the call of service.My finance manager, David Sherman, was also amazing in trying to get us the best deals and coverages to the point where he even pointed me to various other finance sources (usaa, bank of america, etc) as opposed to just Ford.Our customer relations associate, Bianca Arbelo, was also very friendly and thorough and walking us through our car's features and the next steps we would be taking (for tax, title, loan, etc.)Long story short: great price, great service, everything we wanted and more.

I came in to look at a SuperDuty, not really expecting to buy the truck that night, but they gave me such a great deal that I left with a new truck. I came in and before even getting to the showroom door, the saleman, Daniel Stevens greeted me and asked if I needed any help, I told him what I was looking for, and he walked with me out to the big yard where all the trucks are kept and helped me find the exact one I was looking for. Unfortunately, the truck I came to see was not there, Daniel then started searching their inventory and found one that just came in and wasnt even listed yet, it was better than the one I came for originally. He asked if I was interested, and proceeded to get the offer going. I almost walked away because the deal was a little bit over what I was looing for, Daniel got the manager and they asked what I wanted, I told them and in 5 mins they came back with exactly everything I asked for, I bought the truck that night. The salesman was knowledgable, ansd the service prompt considering it was a big sale and it was packed. I have bought 3 new cars in 3 years, and this was my first Ford, and was the best experience I have had yet. Im still pressuring my dad to go back and look at a F-150.

Exchanged several emails with the sales person (Bill Lynch) and received a "out the door" price for the particular F150 that I was interested in purchasing. Arrived at the dealership and was greeted in the parking lot by another friendly sales person who quickly connected me with Bill. This is our second time of going to the dealership. Our first trip we were there 3 hours and were told the cost of two different vehicles. We decided to go with the more expensive car as it was exactly what we were looking for. We waited an hour while they wrote up the paperwork to put a deposit on the car. When the sales person came over the price he quoted was incorrect and the car went up over $3k. We decided to go as it was very upsetting. The sales person called and give us the out the door price on another vehicle. We told him we were going to do our own financing. The sales person asked us to let him know our interest rate and he would beat it. My husband went in to get the car. They agreed on an out the door price, zero down and our interest rate. When he went to see the finance person, he said we received zero percent financing. Oh but wait, the price now increased. If we wanted the original price we would need to pay 5.9% financing. If we used our own financing they would add $500 to the price. They bring in the sales manager to talk with us, to tell me it was Fords fault. At no time did he say the out the door price was based on meeting specific criterias. He told us the price of the car was X out the door which was the original price of the car plus taxes, etc. It wasnt anything different until we went in to sign the paper. The manager was rude and was not interested in keeping a customer. This is the second time we had to walk away from this dealership. We did the same thing 6 years ago to buy at the place in Humble where they were honest and cared about their customer. The spring store is dishonest and rude. Our sales person did not seem to know what he was doing or how to explain what they were offering. Now they will not stand behind what he quoted us and blames it on Ford. I would never use this dealership. They are the reason people feel car sales people are thieves. They were your stereotype used car sales people. Sad thing, we were not buying a used car. Check them out on line before buying from them. Look at the BBB, EEOC, and all other review sites. I am glad we did not buy the car from this dealership.

Buying Experience:Was the worst, Vehicle was delivered dirty and spots on the body and windows. Vehicle odometer was 2000 miles higher.Collision Repair:Bad experience! I got my door handle and lock repaired. Job was done by a bunch of rookies. Handle is not even sealed on the door so they used silicone. Body work was supposedly done on it and painted? What a rip off. I paid $500 deductible for a $150 repair!Warranty repair:Went at 7 in the morning to drop off vehicle for a warranty repair. Was told there will be a $100 deductible and $75 diagnostic fee? I already diagnosed it for them. Its just a xxxx leak. I have not heard any update so I decided to call. Found out vehicle has not been looked at yet. I would have never took it here if I would have known they take their sweet xxx time.

My salesman was John Ryan. I can't say enough good things about him and Planet Ford! Absolutely the best dealership around. John truly cares and doesn't just try to make a sale. John went beyond the call of duty....he went the extra miles and continues to do so! He is totally devoted to his potential customers, customers and Planet Ford. He wants his customers to be happy from the beginning to the end. I haven't had any problem that he didn't resolve. John should be commended in every way! He is very knowledgeable, professional and is truly a valuable asset to Planet Ford! They need more employees like John. Also, Planet Ford's service department is not like all the others for they really want to make their customers happy. I'll certainly buy my next vehicle from John and I always recommend John to any one vehicle searching.

Where do we start? The sales process was cumbersome and way too long (should have walked away when my gut was screaming at me). We arrived at the dealer at 10AM on September 2, 2013. We had lunch for 1 hour. We ended up leaving the dealership at 7:30 at night. The sales person, Jake, sat with us for several hours while we waited on someone to become available in the finance department. They had over 50 sales people and only five finance people. Jake had already lost several sales that day due to the wait. When we were finally called into the "finance department", we sat down and a sales pitch began for after market items instead of finance (complete waste of time). After our first visit to the "finance department", we were called back to a real finance person about 45 minutes later. We informed him that we needed to get this done quickly as we had been at the dealer all day and it was nearing our kids' bedtimes. Finally success at 7:30 when we got out truck delivered. When we walked the vehicle, we discovered a ding in the front driver's side door. We were informed to set up an appointment and bring the truck back in on Thursday to have the ding taken care of and KarTraxx installed. We brought the truck in first thing in the morning and asked for service advisor like we were told. We were informed that this service advisor does not arrive at 7:00 am. We were put into a small Enterprise rental vehicle while the ding was repaired and the vehicle location device was installed.Now, we begin the service history on the vehicle.After less than a month, we noticed a severe shake in the vehicle at around 40 and 55 MPH. We called and scheduled a service appt. The service department said to bring it in and they would look at the tires. They informed us it would only take about an hour since we were getting there at 7:00 AM. I took the vehicle in that morning at 7:00am and asked for Charlie like I was told to do over the phone. I was quickly informed that Charlie does not arrive that early. They took the truck back to look at the wheels. After two hours, I went to check on the vehicle since no one was giving us updates. They informed me that they were waiting on after market to approve a new tire. They put the truck on Road Force and stated that 3 of the 4 tires 'passed' road force. The driver's side rear tire was defective. They replaced the tire and I was finally out of there at 12:30.One the drive home from this service call, we still noticed a vibration. We contacted the service department and informed them of this. We set another service appointment. We inquired about a service loaner and were informed that we could get a car from Enterprise. After talking with sales, we set up a service loaner. They took the truck in put it on Road Force again. This time one of the three tires that has passed less than a week earlier failed. They replaced the passenger side rear tire. This service visit also included the body shop as rust (oxidation as the service department called it) was found around the bed bolts. They took the bed bolts out and put a rust inhibitor and seal coat on them and then reinstalled them.We left the dealership after this call and drove the truck for a couple of weeks. When I drove the truck out of town on the interstate, we noticed the vibration at 70MPH. After a week long trip out of town, we set up another service appt. We took the truck in and they put it on Road Force again, a little more than two weeks after the last service visit, they found that 2 of the 4 tires were out of balance. They adjusted it and sent me on my way after checking the vehicle out again. On the drive home, we noticed the vibration after 3 days again.We set up another service appointment and took the truck in. The Ford Field Service Engineer was to get involved this time. The radio had also blacked out for about a minute and then came back on. They were speaking with the FSE on the problem. I asked them to call me so I could come down to the dealership when the FSE arrived so I could ride with them. The FSE showed and reported there were no issues and the vibration was normal and there was no issue. They conveniently left out the fact that they had replaced the other two tires right before the FSE showed up. The vibration is stil there at 55MPH. It is not as severe as it used to be.Do not go to this dealership as I had to spend hours getting service loaners and getting updates on the truck. When I was finally able to reach Shawn Burns (General Manager) after several call attempts, I quickly learned whey this dealership is horrible. I asked him what they planned on doing with the truck with 4 attempts to fix the same problem in less than two months and with less than 3500 miles on it. He informed me that this had nothing to do with Planet Ford and that I would need to deal with Ford directly. All I wanted was a buy back or a replacement due to all the problems we had encountered in such a short time on a brand new truck. He informed me that the dealership would have to take a huge hit (since it depreciated so much when we drove it off the lot) and that this is why Ford provides a warranty. He also said that we were in good shape because we had bought the extended service plan. he clearly did not value the customer just the bottom line. I can tell you I will never step foot in this dealership again for the rest of my life.Do not buy the key replacement plans, maintenance plans or just about any service plan from this dealership as they are serviced by a company called Ethos (not Ford). I tried to move my service plans to Tomball Ford after all the horrible experiences with Planet Ford. When I contacted Tomball Ford, they said that did not accept Ethos due to slow reimbursement from Ethos for service agreements. The only way I could have transferred the service plan would have been to pay out of pocket and then wait to be reimbursed from Ethos.BUYER BEWARE...sorry for the long comment but I wanted to make sure everyone understands what they are getting into with the sales and service at Planet Ford.

I would really like to give this dealership a better rating because I've met some great staff there. They are typically friendly and ready to help. I will say that it seems that the service was much better when I was a recent buyer as opposed to later down the line. My experience has led me to decide to never buy a Ford again and never return to this particular location. I can't say 100% that fault is on Ford or the dealer so I say in making a 15000+ purchase I will be safe and steer clear of both. I have had so many issues with this car that I almost cry thinking about it. The car dies on a regular basis, my AC died a few months ago...the service department hasn't found anything wrong and my check engine light just went off when my warranty ends after this weekend...and of course they are closed.I purchased a brand new vehicle about three years ago. Right away I started having issues. I would park my car somewhere and come back and it would be dead. This is so frustrating when you spend extra money on something new for the safety and security of it. I was afraid to go with a used car and have any sort of issues but I'm starting to feel like an idiot here because we've had a car from the 90s given to us by a friend that had less issues than this piece of junk. It's so embarrassing to leave a store or restaurant and not be able to start your car or have to call a tow truck. This happened numerous times and each time I brought it in they could find nothing wrong. I was told it was my mistake for starting the car again after it had died. That somehow if I had towed it in the error codes would have been readable. I know I'm not a mechanic but that just sounded ridiculous. I should have just left my car alone and not had it jumped, found a ride or cab? Really? I will say that they were nice enough to offer a free rental but that should be standard for a vehicle that is barely a few months old. Finally after this happening over and over they figured out what it was and fixed the problem. I was fine with that since the excuse was something about loose parts during manufacture and shipping process. Okay fine.My second key died on me after about a year. I was told to bring it in to have it programmed sooo I left it in my car so I would remember. After one of my many trips to the service department I couldn't find it again. I hate to blame the service department because I can't be 100% but when it was in my door's side pocket one day and not the next....anyway even after this I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe something else happened to it...whatever right? Maybe I'm just a gullible fool? I have another key and haven't needed the second one yet. I should have called to see if there was some mistake and it was left behind. Anyway next issue was with my air conditioner.My battery died after about 2.5 years and I decided to just get a replacement at a local shop since the dealership was closed. Right away my AC died. This was right in the middle of summer and it was shooting out air hotter than the air outside. I drove over to the dealership and was told that they were too busy. The guy kind of brushed me off. I mentioned to another employee that it was odd that this happened right after a battery change and wondered if there was any way that something went wrong when my battery was switched out. I know, I'm not a mechanic but it literally died on my way back from having my battery changed. The guy basically rolled his eyes, opened my passenger door looked at something and said no that's not the issue. The way he said this was a bit rude. Maybe it was a stupid question but again...I'm not a mechanic. I left but was told to stop in as soon as they opened the next morning. I did this and was there extra early the next day but was told they were backed up and that I should have scheduled an appointment. I literally cried...and I don't cry often but I was fed up. I will say the girl that is always outside receiving incoming cars is so nice and helped me get out since I was about to have a breakdown while being blocked into their little port by a bunch of other cars. I brought it back in another day (all week long sweating on my way to work!). Anyway they said maybe 2-3 days and it ended up being more like a week. Luckily I was off from work and could live without it for the time. I picked it up, they were nice and all when I arrived and my AC was super cold. Awesome. Just to give a fair review, I have to say that I used to come here periodically or oil changes and was always pleased with the service then. Oh and this was the first time I was offered the shuttle service. The drive was awesome and really friendly.My final issue... I have had many instances where my car has just died. I brought it in at least two times to be told that nothing was wrong once, and that they wouldn't be able to find anything since I had restarted the car after it had died. Well the car had died in the middle of turning into my subdivision in front of oncoming traffic. So yes, I restarted it and drove straight over. It would happen every once in a while but always when I couldn't really call somebody or go without my car so I just restarted it. Now this week it started happening more frequently. Today I made a trip into Houston and it happened at almost every stop once we made it into the city. I know I need to have something done but I hate to take it in since they will just keep it for a bit and tell me it's fine. Finally it happened on my way home today and my check engine light went off. Well, I have a 45 minute commute to work and it would be nice if my car that was purchased brand new could make the drive. I came home and looked up my warranty and of course it expires in like 3 days and since it's a weekend I have to wait for Monday to drop it off. You don't know how frustrating this is. I just started a new job and don't have the funds yet to waste on renting a car for a week while I hope that they can actually find something wrong with my car. Anyway sorry for the long review but I feel that a lot of times people don't give all of the details and this has been a really long and frustrating process.I can't remember if I wrote a review before but figured now that my warranty is up and I've gone through the full experience I should give the full story. This was my first vehicle purchase and I was really excited about this particular make and model. Now I feel like a complete idiot for making this purchase. I hate to imagine what this is going to cost me once it actually dies or once I take it to a mechanic that can actually do something about it. I'm going to try taking it in one last time and hopefully something can be done but at this point I really doubt it. Lesson learned for a very expensive price.

I went into this dealer, down payment in hand, ready to buy. After 4 visits to the dealership and no paperwork on pricing being shown to me, I found myself in front of a finance manager that was ready for me to sign paperwork that showed the pricing on a $20,000 had went up to around $35,000 with financing. Then he tells me how he had to take away the discounts to get a better deal on the financing! (Huh??) I already had a good deal from another car lot, but just decided to try for a ford instead- BIG MISTAKE! If you do decide to visit this lot, go in with your guard up and your pants fastened tightly b/c they will definitely try to screw you.

I went into Planet- I-45 to do a trade-in Buy on a new Truck, after a few emails with a salesperson and getting reassurance from him that they could get me the deal I needed as I was about 2 hours away, he had me come in to make the deal. Well I never got to see that salesperson, I got a totally new one that had new clue of our conversations and back and forth emails. So after well over 4 hours and talking to 3 different managers, one being extremely rude and pushy they could not get me the deal I had discussed with the on-line sales manager. In fact they did not even honor their E-Price online price and had a excuse whay that price wasnt valid. In no way would I recommend this dealership to anyone purchasing a new Ford in the Houston and surrounding areas..I totally wasted my day off work not to mention having to deal with very rude and pushy managers.

Don't use the service department!!! Bumper to bumper warranty means nothing. They charged me to tell me the door handle is not covered under warranty and also to tell me why the brake light would come on every once in a while. I also had to $100 warranty fee to get the things that where covered. I am not happy and will NEVER buy or take another vechile to planet ford again. I will tell all of my family and friends and if I hear anyone talking about going to planet ford ill send them to Tomball ford not a happy customer.

So i looked online for a car that fit my budget, and something that my family could afford, yet had good gas mileage and could fit my family in it. So i walk into planet ford, after being called 7854230917389105324 times by their "sales manager" to inquire about the vehicle that i was interested in. Almost immediately, the "up-selling" began, with them telling me what i needed to be in. My first thought was, "how in the world do you know what i need to be in"?! So anyhow we just went with it, i was told immediately that i would not be able to be financed, but that "hey, there are some things that we can say and do to make the bank accept your loan". Needless to say, after speaking it over with my wife, we were done with this dealership. So, a friend of ours had mentioned just going next door to "have a look and see if you like anything they have". The next day i was over there, and they actually LISTENED TO WHAT I WANTED! Within hours they had me in a fairly new car, decent mileage, GREAT ON GAS MILEAGE(which was the main thing i was looking for), and fit the family perfectly. While im over there, i see the salesman/manager that i was working with peeking over the fence, seeing if i was over there trying to make a buy. About 10 minutes after i had talked to one of the other dealerships salespersons just asking what they had, my phone starts blowing up, with TEXT MESSAGES from the salesman slandering the dealership that i was at. Funny thing is, one of my friends who had recently purchased from this dealership BEGGED me not to even give them a chance. I just wish that i would have listened. This is the most unprofessional, overpriced dealership that i have ever seen in my life! I wouldnt recommend for my worst enemies to go to this dealership. Do what you can to stay away from them, they dont care about you, they dont care what you want, all they seem to be worried about is making that sale, and making the biggest one that they can, whether it is fit for you or not. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A DECENT EXPERIENCE!!!

I went to Planet Ford 45 looking for a new 2012 Ford Focus, due to my car being totaled by a drunk driver. I was approached by a Mr. Lee Horn who showed me around the dealer and took me out on the lot to help me decide which Focus was right for me. While walking out with Mr. Horn I had informed him that I was looking to buy a car within the next 3 days, and that I had cash $ in my hand, ready to spend. He was a nice man, unfortunately he wasn't too knowledgeable about the car I was looking at, and gave me a book to look at to help make my decisions. I left the dealer that day with plans to return on Tuesday to buy the car, assuming we agreed on a price. We traded phone calls over the next day since I was at work and didn't have the time to drive back to talk in person. He called me back to inform me he found a car that I wanted and the price was an amount I was willing to pay, and I asked him to please break down the price for me (the bottom line price, the tax, the title, the license and any other fees associated with the purchase). He responded to me with "Michael I am not going to keep running back wasting my time to give you the #s you're requesting, if you want to see the #s you can come see me". Let me add that this phone call took place around 1030am, I'm not sure how many people are in a dealer buying a car at that time, but that's just outrageous that he couldn't give me the simple #s I had asked for. So at that point I ended the phone call, jumped on Autotrader.com and located another car that I liked located at Champion Ford in Katy. I then placed a call and asked to speak to a new car salesman. I was connected with a Justin Mayer (503-943-9207 call him for a no hassle car buying experience). I informed Mr. Mayer that there was a car on his lot that I was interested in and offered him what I was willing to pay, and asked him to run a few #s for me and give me a call back. Within the hour Mr. Mayer returned my call with the bottom line price I could get the car for, plus the TTL and the other fee's and asked for my email so he could email me a copy of the quotes. After reviewing the #s I called Mr. Mayer back and said we had a deal. I then asked if I could come out in the morning to get the car due to traffic being to bad that same day to make it out to Katy. Mr. Mayer informed me that unfortunately his day off, but after a brief pause he replied with "how about I deliver the car to your office in the morning" DEAL. Due to the fact that Mr. Horn didn't want to give me a few simple #s and was a complete jerk I took my business elsewhere and am now enjoying my new Ford Focus SEL. To add, Mr. Horn just called me 5 mins ago to ask if I was still looking for a car, and I told him I had already bought another car elsewhere since he didn't want to give me a few simple #s, and yet again verbatim said "I didn't want to waste my time". For those of you looking for a new Ford, call Justin Mayer at 503-943-9207, He will even work for you on his day off. I am totally offended at the way Mr. Horn handles business, maybe that's why he informed me that his landscaping business failed, poor customer service.

Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. They are dishonest, untrustworthy and their customer service is very poor. They tried on two different occasions to go back on the price they offered on their website. They tried to pass off the Buyer's Order with the inflated price after we had agreed on a lower price. There were also two charges included for $200 each, that they took off the bill just by me questioning them. They were rude, and at one point told me the "the world doesn't stop when you walk through the door". Look elsewhere to buy your vehicle, or be very careful when signing the paperwork, read everything carefully and don't let them pressure you.

I was in the market originally for a Ford Flex - this is the worst dealership to work with! I was given an internet quote and that was the reason I went to the dealership. After the test drive they didn't even remember they gave me an internet quote for their so called "managers special" and when I questioned it I was told "well we do have to honor it, it is texas law"...like I am suppose to feel bad about that? Anyways, we agreed to the price and I was ready to move forward (and so thankful now that I didn't!). I left the dealership to talk about the numbers with my husband that evening while they ran my credit and financing. I was to stop by the next day in hopes to sign the papers. In fact, I had to call the next day just to see how the paperwork was coming along and was told they would get back to me. They didnt - not until the follwing day to tell me that someone who was looking at the Flex before I was (and who had bad credit) was purchsing the vehicle after this peson worked on his credit...whatever! The salesperson continued to say that there were other vehicles he could sell me, and I told him no thank you. I don't want to give my business to this bait and switch dealer. The funny thing? I get a call 3 days later telling me the Flex is still available as the "financing fell through". Seriously? Well I was pleased to tell them I already purchased another vehicle - in fact, if they want to learn how a car sales experience should be they need to go to Russell and Smith!

After purchasing my second used car I realized just how different dealerships can be. This dealership sold me a truck that was far overpriced and in fair condition. They made it look like they were my friend until I signed the paperwork. After that all bets were off! I was blatantly direspected by Joe and have had to give them truck back twice for repairs. After going through the paperwork, they changed the sale price to around $600 more then the original deal without informing me. They offered me below trade in value on my car and made it seem like they were doing me a favor by allowing me to trade it in! This it total BS! Supposedly used vehicles go through a rigourous inspection yet they seemed to have missed the cracking tires on mine as well as the leaky tire. All but one speaker was blown in the car and the paint has scratches galore. Now I would be okay with all of this if I was getting a killer deal but I did not. I paid close to 16000 for this truck so I should have been given a quality vehicle. If you want a GOOD dealership- go see Craig at Demontrond in Conroe. They gave me an excellent price on my trade in, terrific purchase price of the new car and nothing needed work on it! Well it did need a new sway bar but they repaired that in one day and gave me a rental car plus reduced the price to compensate for my time. NOW THATS A GOOD DEALERSHIP!To be fair, I am still working with Planet ford 45 to fix all their mistakes. Lets hope they fix them without hassle- which so far they have not.

Relentless they sic 2 to 3 sales men on you making all kinds of offers shake hands and then you sit with the loan officer and all deals are off. The hand shake means nothing (actually check to see if you still have your watch) Mr. Charlie I believe was the Sales Manager, he came in at the last finally gave me the deal I wanted, when the loan officer changed the deal added back in $2,000 Mr. Charlie made up some BS. We left 5 min down the road he called and said hed give me the first deal. I went to Mac Haik Ford and got a better deal. \\
