We bought a 2014 Tesla and they lied about everything literally.. they added an extra $300 to the price to the final documents. every car you buy they add another $998 for an anti theft feature they add just to get more money out of you. We asked how long it takes to charge a Tesla they said overnight and when we charge it it only charges about 50 miles in 12 hours. We were about to leave without a charger even until my husband asked about it and they didn’t have any so they gave us theirs. Online it says every Tesla comes with a charger and some adapters which we never got the ones that came with this car. They didn’t explain anything about the car how to lock it or how anything works we had to ask about every detail. We can’t even use the supercharge station and can’t figure out how to add a payment type to our account. Terrible experience! We love the car but feel like they try to get as much money out of you and don’t tell you the truth... seems like they don’t know anything about the car and just make things up about it to seem like they do know.

Haven't bought a car from them yet but working on it. Have to give 4 starts just for my communication with Devin. As soon as I buy my car will update to that 5. Appreciate the great customer service and attentiveness.
