My granddaughter works at a restaurant in Ocean City. Before she could work in the main dining room she had to pass a 500 question test on every item on the menu;what were the ingredients, how it was prepared, what options the customer had, etc., etc. I think that concept would work well in your environment as well. Knowing your products in every detail would enhance the customers buying experience greatly. I am not unhappy with the experience but it could have been better.

After Purchasing Toyota for our last three cars, we decided to try other car makers. We went to Chevrolet, GMC, and Nissan. Was not satisfied with features they offered versus price. Then my son suggested we try Hyundai. He has a Genesis and is very satisfied with it. He said I think you'll like the Hyundai. We were definitely happy with our decision. Car has everything we need and more and the price was pretty good after negotiations. I guess time will tell if we made the right choice. So far so good but it's only been a little over a week.

This, by far, has been the best car buying experience ever. I shopped at Pohanka several times prior to purchasing the Elantra with no real idea of what type of car I was looking for. I had a general idea and price point to go by which I shared with Sean O'Hara. Sean was extremely patient with me and helpful in picking out prospective vehicles and test driving them. I was not the easiest customer yet Sean was not giving up on me. After several test drives I decided to go the Hyundai direction at which time I was introduced to Stanley Fyall. I didn't think I could be more pleased with any other sales person but Stanley proved me wrong. Stanley went above and beyond to help me pick my car. Stanley's acute knowledge of Hyundai vehicles made me feel comfortable and at-ease with this purchase. Not only did I get a new car but gained a new friend. Thanks Pohanka!

As a Limousine Company owner, the process can be exhausting. This was not. In fact, it met every need I was looking for. Most importantly the cost and value of the vehicle. Our salesperson was amazing! Professional, knowledgable, and very courteous. I came in with my daughter to help her purchase her 1st car, and our salesperson spoke to her as though she were an adult. He never patronized her or made her feel uncomfortable during the process. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Outstanding service! Mr. Fyall was very knowledgeable, professional and calm. Not only did he explain the features, he took the time to demonstrate! My dilemna is no one offered to wash my car once a week for me! :-) So, on the fourth day of ownership, I got anxious when it rained and called Mr. Fyall. He offered to bring a big blanket to cover my car! Smiles Customer Service over and beyond! Thank you for adding humor and showing great Customer Service still exists!

Had been dreading the new car buying experience. Had made several visits to Sherwood of Salisbury, expecting to receive repeat customer treatment. Didn't happen. Had reviewed Hyundai warranty online and just stopped by Pohanka Hyundai for a quick inspection of product. Was WOWED by staff and product quality! Could detail the many aspects of my amazement but the best is that I liked the car and Larry Byrd and the customer service rep (sorry about not remembering his name)so well that I didn't question his prices at all. Building is immaculately maintained and staff mirrors that excellence.

On a day trip from our Carroll County home to Salisbury to visit our son at Salisbury University, we got a flat tire just outside of Salisbury. Calling several tire stores no one had our tires. We decided to try the dealer. We were immediately greeted by Charlie who assured us all would be fine. What we thought would be a 2 hour wait while we had 2 tires replaced, mounted balanced, etc., Charlie immediately had us shuttled to the campus telling us to relax and enjoy the time with our son, and let him worry about the car. By the time we were ready to go, the shuttle was back to pick us up and our car was ready, additionally Charlie took car of a recall issue without out us asking prior too! Great initiative! For a bad situation, the experience of getting it resolved was great...all due to Charlie...Thanks Pohanka!

Ms. Miller was very nice to work with on the lease of a Hyundai Santa Fe. She was very knowable of the product she was selling. We took test rides indifferent models and she answered my question and explained what to expect in performance with each model tested. We discussed the option to buy as well as leasing an decided to try leasing for the first time ever. The vehicle I chose was prepared in a timely manner and the Blue Link, cellphone connection and instruction on how to operate various options was discussed with me. The sales manager and staff were very friendly and helpful.

We have purchased a number of cars over the years and have never had as positive experience as we encountered this week at Pohanka Hyundai! Every single employee with whom we interacted had customer service first and foremost on their agenda. There were absolutely none of the negative "hard sell" techniques many of us have experienced at other dealerships. In fact, in today's lingo you could say we came very close to to finding some new BFF's in our lives. Each person we came in contact with was friendly and straightforward, but we cannot close this recommendation without saying that you will NEVER find a more caring, honest and anxious to please automobile sales person than Vaughn Willenberger!!!
