Our first contact with Poquet Auto was over a decade ago - a zippy SAAB 9-5 that provided over 200,000 miles of joy. Shaun continued the tradition and got me behind the wheel of a BMW 528i. Shaun provides superior customer service and her follow up after the sale was outstanding. Go to Poquet and ask for Shaun. This is my second review for Poquet. This time it is to recognize their great service team. Special shout-out to Chuck who patiently answered all my questions about new tires for my car. I’m delighted with the informative recap I received following my routine oil change on other preventative measures to protect my BMW. Thank you, Chuck.

I bought my first car from Poquet when I was just out of college. Barely able to purchase anything. The owner was so great and well-priced. I never had a single problem with the starter car he sold me. Thirty years later, selling a 2019 Range Rover Sport with 19,000 miles that was too big for me - I went to Poquet. Today, we walked in at 3:30 pm. We walked out at 3:45 pm with a great cup of coffee, and, a check in hand reflective of a great offer. The integrity, professionalism, and, quality of this independent dealer continues to be impressive. The kid he did not rip off 30 years ago remembered this great business owner. Thank you so much.

Easy process, felt like I was the most important person in the world to them. Much better experience than the last time I purchased a vehicle at a different dealership. The Lexus we picked up May as well be brand new! They have nothing but quality vehicles. Our sales associate Brad was awesome as well. Great slate of cars to choose from. Knowledgeable and professional owner who personally reached out to me to tell me about a car that had just come in and he thought I would love based on our previous conversations. He was right. I bought it and received very fair trade-in value. Also a friendly and well-versed staff. All and all, a superior car buying experience. I’ll be back.

I am completely satisfied with my experience at Poquet! Every staff member was friendly, helpful, not pushy at all, and staff were very knowledgeable.
