These guys are a class act - knowledgeable, fair dealing, very customer service oriented. I drove two hours from DC area to look at a relatively rare 997 (GTS, and exactly as described) but wound up buying a 991 4S cab because I just fell in love with it at first sight. Also it has a manual transmission :-)Throughout the process Darin Pile was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, direct, and just an interesting cat to hang around with while paperwork was handled. After sales support by Alex Witham was first rate.

I had been following used Boxsters online for awhile and had a good feel for current prices. I was looking for a certified pre-owned one and I had found a number of competitively priced vehicles within my budget and meeting my requirements. Porsche of Delaware had my top choice and they had just reduced the asking price $1,000. I called to schedule a test drive. I told John Mase, the salesperson, that I would be driving about 2 hours to get there and that I should be there about 2pm. When I arrived he had the car outside running and ready to go. We took a test drive. He explained the features and options as we drove. We came back in, he explained the warranty and what was done to the vehicle to qualify it as certified pre-owned. He showed me the original list price of the vehicle. We negotiated a lower price and within a half hour I had purchased the vehicle. I felt that I paid a fair price for the car.The whole experience was rather laid back and comfortable. I had been to other up-scale non-Porsche car dealers in the past and sometimes I would get the feeling that they were doing me a favor by selling me a car. I would definitely recommend Porsche of Delaware if you are interested in a Porsche.I have not had the vehicle serviced yet, so I cannot comment on their service department.

So, let me tell you about my experience with Porsche of Delaware. One word sums it up, AWESOME. Their sales manager, Alex Witham, is one of the finest individuals I have ever met. He worked hard to get me the allocation and made it a year to remember for me and my daughter. He went way above and beyond what was expected. He is down to earth, was always accessible, and is a subject matter expert on the Porsche brand. Alex is the best. He is a great asset to Porsche, and Porsche should be extremely proud to have him representing their brand. I have been a Porsche fan since I was a little kid and have purchased several Porsches, but none of those experiences were as exceptional as this one. I highly recommend Porsche of Delaware and especially Alex Witham for his tremendous efforts.

The customer service that I received from General Manager Sean Johnson was outstanding. He was very personable, knowledgable and patient with me which made for a pleasant experience. Prior to working with Mr. Johnson I had an awful experience with a Pennsylvania Porsche/Audi dealership and was very turned off by the automotive industry all together. The dealership lacked integrity and customer service, which are both very critical components that I require of a business if I'm patronizing it. Fortunately, Mr. Johnson restored my outlook on the automotive industry by operating in integrity and providing excellent customer service. Good customer service keeps customers coming back and I am a repeat customer of Porsche of Delaware.

I cannot speak more highly of Sean Johnson, General Manager at Porsche of Delaware. Sean has been helping me with car purchases since his days at the Ford/Lincoln Winner dealership in the early 2000s. He listens to your needs and tries to find the best car for you, while staying in your budget. Whether he was personally helping me or referring me to other Winner group folks, I truly value his help. I am a current Audi owner, being taken care of by the Winner Audi team: Tommy Mihok (Sales), Chris Oakes and Jeremy in service, and a cast of other friendly folks. I am looking forward to my upcoming purchase of a Porsche Macan, and know that I will be treated fairly and respectfully in that transaction.

When he called me initially to discuss my car needs, I did not realize that he is the General Manager. This is my third luxury car purchase and my first Porsche. I was interested in a hassle free luxury car buying experience. After discussing with a few other Porsche dealers, I ended up buying at this dealership. This is the place to buy your next sports car. They really know performance automobiles and are willing to take the time to understand exactly what you want/need (let's be realistic, Porsche sports cars are purchases you make because you are passionate about driving not because you need transportation. ) Alex Witham, the sales manager is knowledgeable about cars and also passionate about driving. Tia Donohue was my sales associate and was fantastic to work with in every stage of the purchase.. She made sure I always knew the status of my order and answered every question that came up.Sandy, the receptionist is great to work with as well. Every time I call, she addresses me by name and also knows what kind of car I have! Impressive customer service!My wife and are are considering the purchase of a Macan and will definitely go back to Porche of Delaware because we trust them to treat us fairly and honestly.

Visited dealer about four times and dealt with Brandon Rogers, very nice young man. Also, spoke/dealt with Tia, Alex, David, Sean, Sandy, Mike and Kim. Also Vince and Sam of Delaware PCA. I've always wanted a Porsche and finally made my wife drive one (a Cayman which I would have been quit satisfied with), she mentioned to Brandon "My husband is a smart man, he made me drive one of these things" . Lucky me, she didn't want the engine six inches behind her so we had to get a 911. Never pushy, always accommodating to the point of offering us the car we wanted (a perfectly broken in Executive car) for the weekend to help us decide. We didn't risk that weekend test drive but closed the deal the next weekend with complete ease. Since our purchase six weeks ago I've spoken with Brandon a number of times with questions which were all well answered as I learn how to us all the gadgets. Hope to sometime back up the 911 with a Panamera and would definitely do so at Porsche of Delaware.Sandie & Don

I purchased a Cayenne S for my wife, worked with John Mase, and the experience exceeded my expectations. All calls were answered/quickly returned, pricing was fair and upfront, and the entire purchase process was pleasurable. We really appreciated the follow-up after the purchase to ensure the car was meeting our expectations. I was so impressed, I recently scheduled a service for new tires and yearly maintenance for my 911. The Service Manager gave me an estimated time and cost and I decided to wait. The service wait time was a little quicker and the actual work cost was spot on. Very friendly and helpful staff, and the facility amenities are top notch (comfortable, free wifi, customer office/work area, and great coffee!) Along with my purchase, service visit and available car pick-up service, I would highly recommend this dealership to all present and future Porsche owners.

I purchased a 991s cab worked with Shawn on the deal. I have to say that being a Porsche guy for many years this is truly a great dealership and would buy again. Shawn was the best with calls and texts until the deal was made. After the deal the car had to be shipped to Florida. The communication did'nt end there it continued till I received the car. This was by far the best experience I have had to date with a car dealer. Salesman Stephen Gray and sales manager Alex Witham we're complete gentlemen and a total pleasure to work with. They were 100% honest and up-front and did whatever possible to accommodate me, an out of state purchaser. Very fair with pricing and assisted in getting the car to the shop of my choice for a PPI, even though the shop was 45 minutes away. The car was exactly as described and that says a lot for a 10 year old used car.I can't say enough about how comfortable I was in making this purchase, all due to the staff at the dealership. Sales manager Alex as well as salesman Stephen wanted to make sure I was 100% comfortable and satisfied with my purchase even when it meant a small reduction in the purchase price of the car.

Buying a Porsche is an experience where you would expect an elevated level of service, knowledge of the product and the competitive products. I received this higher level of service and all my questions were answered with out exception. The dealership portrays the dignity fitting the brand. My salesperson Alex, is extremely knowledgeable and sincere. Alex helped me with several issues pertaining to my previous lease that required individual attention. He went above and beyond. I am an Architect so criticizing is in my DNA. When shopping for my latest purchase I visited several dealerships. I purchased from Delaware Porsche because it felt right. Delaware Porsche hit on all cylinders.

This was my third new 911 and the experience was exceptional. By far, this dealership was the most professional and helpful of any I have previously worked with. I ordered the car in January and just picked it up last week (March 9th) and the entire process was extraordinary. All of my calls and questions were answered patiently and knowledgeably. Buying a used car at Winner Porsche was a great experience. Even though I couldnt afford a new Porsche and was buying used Sean Johnson made me feel equally important as the customers who purchase much higher end cars. I had no idea Sean was even the General Manager initially because he helped me as if he was one of the salesman. My experience here was awesome and when I'm ready to buy again I will definately be visiting Winner Porsche again. I highly recommend these guys, everyone there is great.

If you live any distance from this dealer be sure to call and verify online prices. I feel as though they did the bait and switch game in my case. They advertised a 2013 Boxster on 3 websites (Cars.com,Porsche dealers, and the Delaware Porsche home page)for $61850 but after numerous contacts they informed me there was an error and the real price is 79150. So in closing check before you waste your time.

They were professional, thorough, and friendly.This was a different experience from dropping my car off at the Chevy dealer.I felt as if my issues and concerns regarding my repair/maintenance were as important to them as they were to me.All maintenance and potential problems were discussed in depth with all my questions answered to my satisfaction.They located and fixed items I didn't know were problems at no additional cost.I may even go as far as to say I enjoyed the experience, but who enjoys dropping their car off for scheduled maintenance.They deserve a 10 on the 5 point scale.

This was my first visit to a Porsche dealer (I just bought my 911 used from a private party). I didn't know what to expect. I needed to get a couple of keys programmed and a side window adjusted. Dave wrote me up right away, set me up on their website so I could make future appointments myself, and got my car right into the shop. Tom reprogrammed my key, and programmed a new key fob to my car. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, and did the work quickly. They both took plenty of time to communicate with me every step of the process (I waited for the car).Tom took plenty of additional time to discuss technical aspects of the car (I am a former tech myself), and was very generous with his time.I have already made another appointment for some additional work that needs to be done to get my side window adjusted. I'm looking forward to my trip back to the dealer next week. Great folks, wonderful facility, and great service.Thanks, guys!!

Tom is fantastic as a Master Tech. He's always willing to explain the details of the repairs. Once I stopped by just to get the torque specs for the caliper bolts. He looked them up and gave them to me, taking time to discuss the caliper removal procedure I was planning to do.

When it comes to dealerships, I am very picky. I purchased a used car from this dealership and it was a very excellent experience. The sales associate, Dave, was very professional and friendly. The price of the car was very reasonable and fair and didn't feel like I was gypped off in anyway as Dave explained everything and no surprise fees in the end. Very happy with the purchase.

When I decided that I wanted to consider the purchase of a Porsche I made my way to the dealership armed only with the information that I had learned on the Porsche website and many years of admiring Porsches that I would see on the road. Given my wide eyes and awe of the vehicles, I was probably primed for a quick sales pitch and being convinced to buy more than my wallet allowed. However, I encountered something much different at Porsche of Delaware.I was greeted with a very knowledgable sales force that truly wanted to educate me about the automobiles and help me make the right decision for my circumstances. My initial sales person, Dan, was very freindly and was willing to spend as much time as necessary to provide the help I needed. I was initially interested in a Cayman so we took several test drives in different variations of that model. The car and it's capabilities were clearly explained to me and I felt comfortable making the decision that I wanted to go with the Cayman S. I was next introduced to the Sales Manager, Alex Witham. Alex has a contagious passion and love for these autos. When selecting the options for my car I felt like we were two young kids excited about getting our first bicycles. Alex was extremely patient and helpful with the ordering process however, this was far from over as I changed my mind about a half dozen times over the coming months. At each stage of my evolution to ultimately changing my order to a 911 Carrera, Alex was supportive, helpful and never seemed to be annoyed with my ever changing preferences. His in depth knowledge of the order process, various options and configurations was extremely valuable in arriving at my final configuration. We probably re-wrote the purchase order 5 or 6 times over a 2 month period. Throughout this process Alex was always responsive and available to answer questions. Once my order was finalized Alex had to do a lot of behind the scenes work to secure an allocation for the 911 derivative that I wanted and work for a build date that would put me in the car as soon as possible. He delivered on both. When I finally took delivery of my 911 I was greeted by Alex and David. My original sales person Dan was out for medical reasons so David took over and gave me a thorough walk-thru of the operation of the vehicle and it's controls. Both Alex and David gave me a moment to just take in the experience and congratulated me on my purchase.It was truly a pleasure to do business with individuals who truly care about the product they sell and the customer. I was treated in a fair, friendly yet professional manner. It was clear to see that Alex is truly knowledgable and, as stated before, passionate about Porsches. I will definitely purchase my next Porsche from these guys.

I recently purchased a Cayenne s hybrid from Porsche of Delaware. I started my due diligence on the hybrid last august as I was very interested in the new power train and the new generation Cayenne. I contacted multiple dealers from Florida to Pennsylvania and came up short on useful information until I talked with Alex Witham at Porsche of Delaware .Alex is first and foremost an enthusiast. he spent a half day with us discussing all manner of Porsche topics and helping us spec out our car and place the order. He understood my concerns regarding buying a car with a new drive train that I had not had a chance to test drive personally. He accepted my order with the assurance that if I was not happy with the way the car performed, I was off the hook and my deposit would be refunded. Daniel was a great help familiarizing us with the new generation cayenne and taking us on a great test drive. He must have nerves of steel as he talked me through a great twisting road from the back seat as I was exploring the capabilities of a new cayenne turbo, just so I could familiarize myself with the new generation cayenne. There was never any hesitation on my request for a test drive worthy of a Porsche. The purchase went off without a hitch and I am extremely pleased with my hybrid. Very good economy for a large SUV and porsche performance on demand. It doesn't get any better than that. Alex was a great resource before and after the sale as he did extensive research for me to help me make the right choice for a set of winter wheels and tires and to facilitate the application of a clear bra to protect the front of our new Porsche The service department is equally impressive. I had the oil changed at 1000 miles, just my thing, and recently switched out the winter wheels and tires for the summer 21's with pirellis. On both occasions they picked up my car, I live in Maryland, and left a Porsche loaner for me to use. The work was done correctly and in a timely fashion and at a very reasonable cost.I have had the pleasure of owning multiple high end vehicles, Porsches, Mercedes, BMWs, and Range Rovers purchased from a number of good dealers, but Alex and his team at Porsche of Delaware are head and shoulders above the rest. I look forward to my next 911 purchase with Alex and have already recommended him to a couple of friends without reservationUnequivocally the most enjoyable new car purchase I have ever made.

This dealership is by far the most personable of any I have dealt with which includes business(fleet)also. I visited the dealership in Sarasota while vacationing for a week and I could not get any interest from the salespeople even though I walked in 4 separate times. Porsche of Delaware has fulfilled all my wants and needs, and my feeling is that it starts with one person. Alex Witham runs a tight ship and everyone is accountable. These are volatile economic times and yet they have a stable workforce. For me I knew it was a longtime purchase that started with the sales staff and continued with service. Although Porsche vehicles are rated 1st for 3 years running by J.D. Power and assoc. in overall satisfaction, I knew my impression was going to be driven by the service staff. I have not been disappointed for one minute by any of these employees. I am envious and constantly tell them "you have the best jobs in the world"!!!!!! To look at and experience the aura of Porsches each day they come to work is incredible!!!!!I thought (erroneously) that I knew lots of facts about Porsche since I have wanted one for 35 years. From the first hour I talked to Alex Witham, I knew I was in kindergarten and he was in Grad School on the subject....... So I started with a 2007 used Turbo 997 and Alex was very good in not letting me be complacent. He landed me with a big hook and I now have a 2011 997 Turbo S which is mindblowing......It truly is an overload on the senses and leaves me in awe! Porsche has been a long term goal of mine, and Alex certainly facilitated me reaching nirvana-not once but twice!This dealership is the only Porsche outlet I will deal with due to Alex and his ability to understand the wants of his clients.

Great dealer to work with. Never any pressure. I did a lot of research, took months to make a decision. They were always pleasant, patient and helpful. Alex is a true "car nut" and knows Porsche performance very well. He's fair and honest in discussing competitive vehicles.The service side is superb as well. I stopped in once just to ask a question about caliper bolt torque specs. Danielle (a service advisor) got a Tech and he gave me the data I needed. I've also brought my car in for Tech. Inspection prior to track events. They get the inspection done right in the time they say they will. And it's free if you've bought your car here.They even make buying parts fast and easy!Bottom line: this is the best dealer I've dealt with in 30 years of car buying!

The car that I liked had to be shipped and they where very up front about the cost and the time requirement. I liked both the saleperson John and the manager Alex very much. Answered all my questions and were very helpfull .

This is the fourth 911 that I have purchased with Alex and Porsche of DE, and that is on purpose. Alex is extremely knowledgeable, the ultimate professional, honest and forthright. He is a true pleasure to deal with and actually enjoys the cars as much if not more than his customers, if that is even possible. He is very in tune with his client's needs and wants. he is amazingly responsive and knows how to close deals and make everyone happy long term. I cannot imagine purchasing a Porsche from anyone else or any other dealer.

You go there to look at a car, the next time you call back the salesperson is likely to be gone someplace else. They are selling PORSCHES and LINCOLNS under the same roof and on the same showroom floor, so that should tell you something right there, right?I could not help feeling that I was at a cut-rate dealership, especially after visiting exclusive Porsche dealers in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia. Could not comment on their Service Dept, but after finding out that a simple oil change on a little six-cylinder Panamera would cost me $450, I quickly gave up on the whole 'exclusive' Porsche purchase and maintenance idea, anyhow. Sticking with Korean and American cars from this point forward.

I would not recommend this Porsche dealership to anyone!!! i was lured to the dealership by an overzealous salesperson who deceived me with promises he could not deliver. I drove an hour from the Philadelphia area to visit this showroom and salesperson who assured me they would have the best price on a Porsche Cayenne. After spending 4 hours in their dealership, I received a quote. This dealership was the highest priced out of any Porsche dealerships in the tri-state area. I would have expected a much higher level of customer service when buying a luxury car in this economy. I would never return to this dealership again, nor recommend anyone else waste their time.

Service person says he will call back for status but does not. Try to call their service dept several times to find out if my car is done and find out what has been done to it but the person responsible is either either out for lunch or "Busy" and cannot be on the phone.<br><br>Receptionist just says, "your car is done sir". No explantion on what was done, nobody qualified was there to answer my questions.<br><br>
