I brought my 911 in for the Spring wakeup special yesterday. Pete greeted me, went through the details of the service package, and got me out the door with a loaner in just a few minutes. He checked in with me periodically through the day to let me know what was happening with my car, and had it ready and waiting when I arrived back in the evening. Pete was very helpful and professional, and made the entire experience very easy and efficient. Thank you Pete!

I have been servicing my car at Porsche of Larchmont since I purchased my Panamera last spring at a different dealership. I have dealt exclusively with Peter in Service, which has been my good luck. Peter is a consummate professional: knowledgeable, reliable, prompt, and above all knows how to treat clients. I have owned other cars known for excellent service (Lexus), and Peter puts them to shame. Frankly, Pete delivers on what the discerning Porsche owners have always demanded: Damn good service! Go see Peter if you have come to expect in service, what you expect in a Porsche car: vault-solid performance. I unhesitatingly recommend him and the whole crew at Porsche of Larchmont.

Karina Zaleska was incredibly professional, patient and tolerant of my questions as a potential buyer who was only in to 'buy a toy' and had a lot of questions that were very basic (FWIW I was not a 'Porsche guy' before I arrived at the dealer and knew little about them). To say that she worked with me on a 'consulting' basis and wasn't ever pushy, would be a gross understatement. She was truly a pleasure to deal with and made the purchase decision very easy. On the day that I picked up the car, I dealt with Paolino who was equally professional and expedient in moving through the documentation. While I haven't been a Porsche guy, as I am not really a car guy, I do know from great purchase experiences and the experience here tells me that I won't be buying a car anywhere else anytime soon. Porsches might be great feats of engineering and have a long and storied history, and all that's great, but the dealer experience was phenomenal. Whether a Carrera as a toy (this purchase) or a Cayenne or Macan for a SUV, I will be back.

Very hard to fault anything and if I have any questions with the vehicles after delivery always professional and fast to respond. I can't bring myself to buy another brand now given the bar set with customer service by the Porsche of Larchmont team.

I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle (off-brand, BMW) from Porsche of Larchmont - and I found the experience to be professional and inspiring. The vehicle was meticulously detailed and the purchase process was as well. My salesperson, Anthony Verrico, was friendly, efficient, responsive, and straightforward as he followed up on all the background information, test drive, pricing and delivery! Paolino Bastone, who handled the paperwork, warranty, finance and registration, was simply fantastic. He was clear, knowledgeable and customer-aware. Since purchasing the Cayman S thru John Farrell some years ago the car has always been serviced by Porsche of Larchmont ( formerly Pepe Porsche). The experience has always been great - everything handled in a timely and most efficient manner. Most recently, working with Robert Storm of the Parts Department and Peter Falvey of the Service team I asked them to suggest what performance enhancement additions were available - and of course at a realistic price. Well todayI picked up the car and have to say that their recommendations were quite on the mark and the performance boost was very perceptible. Great Job and advice. Thank you!

Although my husband is a Porsche enthusiast, I was not but after soo many years I was converted & purchased my 1st Cayenne GTS this year. Sorry to say I didn't find what I now call my 'dream car' from Larchmont BUT I do service my car at Larchmont & all I have to say is what a class act! Immediately felt at home. Pete makes you feel that you are his #1 priority & will do whatever it takes to insure your satisfaction. There are several Porsche dealerships in the area that I can choose to do my business with but I choose Larchmont.

I began searching for a gently used Porsche Cayman S about six months ago. I wasn't able to find one I liked in my area and resigned myself to going outside the region. I stumbled upon a nice one online, located at Porsche of Larchmont. In previous attempts to find a car long distance, I had little success. Sales people didn't seem willing to work on a 1000 mile transaction knowing they could just sell locally. Porsche of Larchmont was a godsend...more accurately, Karina the sales associate! From day one Karina was nothing short of amazing. She gave me a video tour of the vehicle. Showed me any "bumps and bruises" so I wouldn't be surprised, and answed each and every of my million questions about the car and the transaction (I can be a little obsessive by nature). I was only purchasing used 2011 Cayman S, buy Karina treated me like I was looking at a much more expensive purchase. She made me feel comfortable, she didn't pressure me in any way, and in the end I feel I have a new friend....especially now that I don't have to drive her crazy with questions. :) I would recommend to anyone I know working with Karina at Porsche of Larchmont!

This is my fourth Porsche purchase and the Pepe Porsche staff were responsible for making this purchase experience a wonderful one. I've owned a 1973 911S Targa; a 2002 911S Cabriolet; a 2008 911S Cabriolet; and now my 2016 911 Carerra GTS coupe. This the first time that I can say the "entire" dealership team contributed to my decision to purchase. Bill Bologna, Service Director; Jamie Chambers, Service Foreman; John Farrell, Sales; Paolino Bastone, Business Manager; Jason, Parts; and the receptionist were all professional, enthusiastic, accommodating, and attentive to what they individually needed to do to make me feel comfortable about buying my new Porsche at Pepe Porsche of Larchmont. The Service department, care of Bill Bologna and Jamie Chambers were very important to me in making my decision, not only to buy, but to buy at Pepe. They have never disappointed me while servicing my cars. They are also proud automotive enthusiasts, which is a dying breed. General Manager John Resnick, may appear dry on introduction but he too is an enthusiast. Give it a minute and you will meet a true Porsche aficionado. Resnick crafted a fair deal and was not pushy. I felt like he was supporting me in every way. I chose many custom options on my GTS that were not the norm for the typical GTS customer. Resnick checked me on my intentions and discussed my thoughts with me, then aligned with me like an artist / enthusiast only can. He did this while not being pushy or frustrated. He was on my Team. He shared his vast experience with me during the design phase. I'm glad I listened, the finished product was great. John Farrell, Sales, a true gentlemen. Farrell, answered my questions, returned my calls, worked with me to knit together the finer details of the deal. Farrell, made the administrative processes associated with the purchase seamless and without challenge. Farrell, upon delivery of my GTS briefed me step-by-step on every aspect of the car. He took his time and I didn't feel like now that the car was paid for he didn't have time to spend with me. Not the case at all. Farrell made sure that I was fully briefed and asked me if I was comfortable. He furthermore invited me to return at any time later if I had more questions about the car. What more can you ask for? Farrell did all of this while my family interrupted repeatedly for photo opportunities.Paolino Bastone, Business Manager, was yet another positive surprise. Now we all know this post is the final step in the sales process. Hold on because if there is some change left in your pocket this guy is going to attempt to get it. Due to my travel to Asia during this process a lot of my interaction with Bastone was over email and cell. Bastone was not the stereotypical bandit I expected. He did present some options to me that I did want and some I did not want. He never became the cheesy pushy sales guy. He accepted any "no thank you" and moved on. Bastone brought the closing paperwork to my home and picked up my trade at the same time. This Accomodation helped me greatly just prior to me taking a 16 hour flight to the Far East. Bastone is also an enthusiast and knows his Porsches. Thank you for taking time beyond your normal work day Paolino..I am a person that has a general distrust of the car buying arena. I deal with this by only purchasing or engaging in environments that I have existing relationships in or that I have been referred to. Once I detect any level of shadiness, slickness, classlessness, lies, double talk, condescending tone, or all of the other real challenges we as potential customers can deal with, I am turned off and opt to go elsewhere. Pepe Porsche of Larchmont, is not the largest dealer, but they are a genuine club house for persons interested in this brand. I like club houses now as much as I did when I was a kid. Porsche is my red flyer wagon of yesteryear. Since there is nothing about Porsche I "need" but it is a discretionary purchase and experience I want, I can be very picky about where I spend my fun coupons. The Pepe crew made me feel good about my choices.

There's no other way to say it. The friendly staff at Porsche of Larchmont always make me feel at home. If your buying a car the no pressure atmosphere and genuine enthusiasm for the mark is so refreshing. Service too is absolutely top notch and Bill and Pete are real assets to the dealership and always go above and beyond to ensure everything is just right. In fact, Bill has been with them probably close to 20 years which tells you something about the dealership Bobby Pepe the owner though really sets the tone at Porsche of Larchmont and this tone is what sets this dealership apart from the others. I've been to certain other dealership and even though they have "painted over" many of the cliches about car dealers at their core they still are just more refined upscale car dealers .Porsche of Larchmont is not like these other dealerships. Here it is about the love of the cars and building relationships. When I come in to look at the cars, I feel like I'm among friends who also Porsche enthusiasts. No pressure ever. Anthony an SA embodies this approach and I can tell he loves Porsches as much as me. Even when pricing out options I've been told to skip expensive options that don't make sense. Larchmont Porsche really has integrity at its core which is something fewer and fewer dealerships have these days.

Little things pop up on any car, and they treat little things just as seriously as big ones. I had my cayenne for almost 5 years and i been taking to the Porsche of Larchmont for every service from changing wiper blades oil changes to break jobs. Everyone there is very nice and professional and very detailed and through. Peter Falvey has been service representative for a while and he's great in every way. I never have to wait even though sometimes i don't have an appointment he takes me within minutes. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with my Cayenne and the Porsche Of Larchmont!!

He goes above and beyond every time we are in there and has a real personal interest in our family's well being. My wife and I ordered a new Boxster from John Farrell and could not be happier with his initial sales presentation, his periodic follow-up communication with us as the car neared production and the way he handled my wide variety of technical questions at delivery time. Working with sync Paolino Bastone, Jr., the Business Manager... we both felt that the professionalism displayed in their handling of the entire transaction amounted to a score of 11 on a ten point scale. Even when a slight glitch occurred just before delivery, John and Paolino addressed the issue strictly from our standpoint and our point of view and resolved the 'de minimis' matter quickly and efficiently. You know, we did visit one other Porsche store looking to see a particular grey colored interior during our 'thinking' process and were contacted by that dealership just before we committed with Pepe ... and were offered an financial incentive to switch dealerships at the last minute. We _never even considered_ switching our loyalty because of the way my wife and I were treated during the entire Porsche of Larchmont sales experience.

Bought my 1st Porsche there from Karina Zaleska and accessories/warranty from Paolino Bastone. I had a wonderful experience ordering & picking up at deliver. They even let me test drive a 911 while I waited. I never once felt any pressure to buy extra things I didn't want and they were there to answers I had. My only disappointment is the car took 2 months longer than expected to arrive. I did top out on options & the car is highly in demand, but that's a good problem Porsche should have anticipated in build capacity planning. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the car. Better in person than in photos & glad I waited for it.

I found a Cayenne advertised online that I was interested in and requested more information. John Farrell contacted me immediately, discussed the car and actually negotiated a price over the phone which was important because I live in CT and Larchmont is a 45 min drive so I didn't want to waste my time if they could not meet my price point. They did and we did the deal with no issues or headaches. I absolutely love the car and would highly recommend this dealership.

Karina (Salesperson), Gary (Manager) and Paolino (F&I) were amazing to work with. I live in Texas and buying a car out of state can be a risky proposition. From day one these guys were pros--never missing a beat and taking service to the next level.Finding a new GT3 is hard enough, but after a 15 minute call with Gary we had agreed to terms, and everything went into action. No games. No funny fees. No stories. Just honest answers and great staff to complete the transaction.Karina kept me informed the entire time and even sent pics of my car (because we had to wait on the carrier to pick-up). She was great and almost more exited than I was--fun person to buy from. Paolino in F&I was straightforward and made things happen. Paperwork was FedEx'd to me and retuned the following day. No extra or hidden fees--exactly as discussed. And Gary is the Sales GM and about as professional as you will find.This is my fourth 911 and I have found my new home for Porsche--even though I'm 1700 miles away. If you're local or long distance, the team at Larchmont truly rocks. Those in the NY area are very lucky to be able to have such an amazing dealer so close by.

I had been looking for a fairly new Panamera with minimal mileage for some time. Porsche of Larchmont had the car I was looking for. After some discussion anda test drive Karina convinced me that the Panamera that was for sale was the carfor me, and it was. The trade and purchase was seemless, all was taken care of with little effort on my part. At present I plan to keep this car for a while, but if I were in the market for another Porsche I would certainly return to this dealship.

Larchmont Porsche is absolutely a terrific Dealership. As an avid Porsche Brand owner since 1987, I've owned 8 Porsches up to and including my current 2011 Panamera 4. Having dealt with various Tri-State Region Porsche Dealers - as well as owned and had serviced multiple Mercedes, BMW, Audi and Range Rovers concurrently over the same 26 years - I can safely say Larchmont Porsche is hands-down the best. The Service Team - lead by Bill Bologna - is the reason I have come back to the Larchmont (formerly "Pepe Porsche" of White Plains) Dealership after a brief stint as customer of another Dealership (Town Motors in Englewood, NJ). I had followed Bill Bologna to Town Motors given my confidence in his leadership of the Service and Parts Departments. Due to this very reason, I got my 8th Porsche (2011 Panamera 4) from Town. Once Bill returned to Pepe/Larchmont with the move to the new state of the art Facilities in Larchmont, I moved with Bill back to this Dealership. Since my return, I have worked with Gary Minsky (Sales) and Robert Pepe (Principal) finding them to be head and shoulders more client focused than other Dealerships I've dealt with. Have committed to trade my Panamera into them and buy (or factory order) my 9th Porsche from their Dealership. All in all a world class experience from Service to Sales! To underscore my appreciation, I note that this past weekend, my car's ignition switch was locked at 1pm on a Sunday. I rang 1-800-Porsche Roadside Assistance. They were courteous and prompt. The Tow Service dispatched didn't know what to do. He left without resolving the matter. Thankfully the car was safely in my driveway (stuck!!). Monday morning I rang Larchmont at 7:30am and Bill knew exactly what to do. He quickly dispatched a technician who knew the easy steps required to unlock the switch just as the OEM manual states. Am disappointed Porsche's Roadside Service couldn't provide such simple assistance considering this could happen to an owner at night and far from home. Am thankful that Bill and the Team at Porsche Larchmont know their cars inside out, are friendly and will go out of their way to take care of their customers. We are like family to them. That's why we return for service and want to buy our cars from them! This was my second purchase at Pepe and I came back because of the sales and service teams are really the best. Gary and John were really attentive worked with as a great team. Service is hands down the best and enjoy the expert experienced professionals on their team.

Extremely accommodating service. They took care of everything and John Farrell was beyond helpful.The process was very simple, they took my old car and took care of the inspection as well as cleaning. All insurance was also taken care of by John. I am very satisfied with their service.

We exchanged a couple of emails with no quote submitted for the car and options I wanted. They insisted on me taking a Panamera with options I didn't want thus increasing the cost by 5K. I already leased 2 cars from them but they changed their entire sales crew which basically has a take or leave it attitude. It took quite a lot to get them to state I could order a car with the options I wanted. I need to keep looking for a dealer who actually wants the business.

Visited the dealership twice, once in January shopping for a Cayenne than in September for a Panamera they never called me back or sent an offer. Bought a VW Touareg in January and a Panamera last weekend from Manhattan Motorcars (Excellent Customer Service).
