I haven't purchased a new car in over ten years. I was absolutley having anxiety over trading in my old truck that I relied on for so many years for a brand new Jeep Cherokee, but after talking to Mike and him directing me to the perfect NEW truck, I made the right decision. The new Jeep Cherokee was the best decision that I made. The service that Mike provided to me was FABULOUS. After doing a lot of research and visiting many dealerships, I found that Premier Cape Cod had the best deals around. I reached out to them via their website and was contacted almost immediately. I worked directly with Leo Laemmle and he was incredible. He gave me the information that I needed without feeling pressured like I did at other dealerships. Leo gave me everything that I asked for and more. We did most of our communication over the phone and through email and he was always quick to respond. I was very impressed by the way Premier Cape Cod treats their customers and the honesty they show within their pricing. I had been looking for a few months and was lucky that I found Premier Cape Cod. They had the best price against any other dealer that I visited. I went to FIVE dealerships before Premier Cape Cod, every time I felt pressured by salesmen who wouldnt listen, If I said a price range-- they would go beyond it, If I said a range for a monthly payment-- they would go above it, when I would explain what I was looking for -- they barely listened. It was as though they were trying to sell me cars that would get them the biggest commission rather than helping me find what I wanted out of this big investment. I never felt any of those things with Premier Cape Cod, I admire the company and the way they do business. What I wanted, and I'm sure it's what anyone wants when car shopping- to find an affordable car for a decent price. I searched online and came across the Premier Cape Cod website, ALL their prices TOPPED the dealers in my area (Plymouth/Kingston) and they had more luxury SUV options (which is what I wanted). I went in and met with Joe O'Brien, a one of a kind type of guy. From start to finish he was an outstanding salesman-- no pressure, casual, down to earth and fully relatable guy. He was AMAZING with my 3 1/2 year old, and that meant a lot to me. I've already recommended him to all my friends and I will always go back to him when I need a new car. And I will say if you go to Premier, ASK FOR JOE! You won't be disappointed.

For my 70th birthday, I treated myself to a 2016 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. I was in the market for a Wrangler Unlimited and Mike found the ideal match for me. We are a mannytrans family and he connected me with a Sahara model will 6 speed tranny which I believe is not very common. Got a decent trade-in on my 2002 Wrangler and the deal came together. I am thrilled with the vehicle and will enjoy taking my 4 granddaughters to the beach next summer top down playing their favorite songs. Thanks Mike and have a great vacation.

On 10/6/16 I took my 2016 Durango R/T (4 months old w/2400 miles) in for a problem with squeeling brakes.I was basically advised that it was something I would have to live with due to semi-metallic disc pads,which was totally unacceptable to me on a 4 month old vehicle with 2400 miles.Upon receiving this bit of news I promptly wrote a review blasting the dealership. On 10/7/16 I received a call from John advising he had spoken with Brian(service tech) relative to the problem and they consulted with Chrysler Corp.and felt as they had a remedy for the problem. On 10/13/16 I returned the vehicle and met with Michelle (service advisor) who had all paperwork ready to go along with a loaner vehicle and even though I was there over an annoying problem which I was told I'd have to live with (not by Michelle) she was most courteous,professional and efficient as were John and Brian.My vehicle was repaired on time and totally under warranty.At this time I can only say I will return for any additional services and a LARGE thanks to John,Michele and Brian for going the extra mile.I also received a return call from John today to see if all was good with the vehicle.

First, just wanted to say thanks! After looking for a while and visiting different dealerships, it was so nice to walk into a dealership where you instantly felt welcome without being bombarded by sales people. I was welcomed by the General Manager Russ Godfrey. He instantly thanked my fiance and I for making the drive from off Cape on a rainy Saturday. His warm welcome set the tone of our first visit to Premier. He introduced us to our salesperson, Joe O'Brien. Joe was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking for and was so great to deal with. Coming from quite a distance, Joe made the buying process quick and efficient. When I picked the vehicle up 3 days later, he was patient and helpful while explaining the accessories that can be found in the car. I came into Premier to look at purchasing a certified pre-owned Dodge Ram 1500. Mike was very pleasant from the start, and let me to go on a test drive. After really liking the truck, Mike helped me look at the various financing options. The lowest payment we could come up with was still over my budget. After trying feverishly to get the payment lower for me, he then asked me if I ever considered a lease. I never liked the idea, but then again didn't know that much about it. He offered me a test drive in a brand new Ram 1500. I fell in love with the truck, but thought there was no way it could be any cheaper. While I was gone Mike worked on some lease options for me, and he got the miles I wanted at a low monthly price. He never once pressured me or gave me that "stealership" feeling. Without Mike's knowledge, attitude, and attention to my needs, I don't know that I'd be driving a brand new truck! Thanks to Mike, Golf, and the whole Premier team!!

I purchased a 2015 Jeep Compass from Premiere a few weeks ago and liked the fact that there was no pressure from sales staff. I was upside down on my trade and Jonathan worked with me to find a vehicle that would financially work for me. Everything was easy including the meeting with the financial manager who couldn't be nicer. Once I picked up my Jeep, I noticed that the license plate was screwed directly into the front bumper instead of using the brand new plate bracket that was included in my jeep, so a quick call to service and Myles got me right in and plate was put on properly. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. As a matter of fact, my boyfriend went in last week and purchased a new Dodge Dart. Thanks to everyone at Premiere.

i had my Grand Cherokee serviced at Premier a few weeks ago. One of the items on the list was to complete the wiring harness set up to pull a trailer. It was not done correctly, which We discovered a day before leaving on a trip. I called my service advisor who was rude and not acting with the urgency required to correct the problem. But the service MANAGER jumped right in, was wonderful, took the car in and fixed the problem in 15 minutes; also very apologetic about the whole thing. He was fabulous so if you are having a problem just ask for him. This review is based on this encounter only.

Everyone at Premier Cape cod is very professional and accomodating! I was treated like family. Is the price of service free? No, but they are well worth it!

Price gouged!!! Charges EXCESSIVE diagnostic fees, that are not applied against repairs. I needed a gas cap, and was charged 150$ to 'diagnose PLUS 21$ for the actual cap, then charged 2, 75$ fees for 1) a problem they could NOT even replicate AND 2) for something that turned out to be "Normal". Then they dreamed up a 680$ estimate for body work, which I got done at a local body shop for 115$, and then the dealer said I needed some other repair (dangerous if not done)for 280$. And NONE of the 300$ plus diagnostic fees would offset the dealers "recommended" service items. Would never recommend this dealer, and will tell EVERY jeep owner I know to STAY AWAY!!I am purchasing two other jeep vehicles, and will go to some other dealer, no matter how far away, to avoid Premier Jeep Cape Cod.

Long history with this outfit and they obviously don't send their customers to this DealerRater.com site to review them. Tried to lease a Liberty 4 years ago, made the deal and the saleperson backed out over a simple repair that could've been done in house on our trade lease. Let me walk over $5/month. Leased from Jeep dealer 20 miles away. Car broke down under warranty, called Premier, they said it would take a month to get my car in. Subsequently, I started going there for oil changes, warrranty work etc because it was close to home. Contacting service is a nightmare. Every visit something took too long, they couldn't find the problem, they couldn't fix it that day and/or they recommended service work which I have never had to have done on any vehicle. Leased another Liberty last summer from a large dealership, not Premier, did it all online and got everything I wanted, great price etc. We got another Liberty only because they were giving them away. I figured for 3 years I could take the car to Premier for oil changes and warranty work and not have to depend on them when real money might become involved. Took it in for it s first oil change and actually had a service tech who was pleasant, first time. He answered my emails, set up my appointment etc. Later we had 3 weird things happen with the vehicle and we took it back. With a 9 AM appointment I didn't hear anything until late in the day. No surprise they couldn't find anything according to the service manager, Peter. He went on to ask why I didn't purchase the vehicle from them per the request of his GM, Chris Laham, son of weasel; Joe Laham. Peter went on to inform me that I was no longer welcome to bring my vehicle there for warranty work, only for service that I would be charged for. I involved Chrysler. The end result was that Premier told Chrysler that there was a personality conflict with Chris Laham, son of weasel, and because of that conflict Premier was able to refuse to do my warranty work. I have never met, spoken to, emailed, called or otherwise communicated with this Chris, son of weasel, Laham, but Chrysler bought their story. This week, I traded the Jeep with 10,000 miles on it for a new RAV4 at a dealer I love. Beware of the Premier dealerships on Cape Cod.

Back in 2008, we went shopping for a car for my teenage son. One of our first stops was Premier Jeep. We worked with Chris who was extremely helpful. They had a slightly preowned (2,000 miles) Wrangler in the color we wanted but the price seemed high. We tried to negotiate down a little (cash, no trade) but the dealer would not budge at all. Needless to say, we were off Cape next weekend and got a brand new, better equipped Wrangler for about 2 thousand less than the pre-owned one at Premier. Clearly their prices were too high. We live off-Cape but have a summer home down there. Last summer, we had a problem with our Wrangler where it would not fully shift into park and then it wouldn't start unless you put it in neutral. We called Premier to schedule service because we were on Cape and it was more convenient. The shop was extremely busy and they couldn't schedule us for about a week. That was fine because the issue did not prevent us from driving the car in the meantime. When we finally dropped off the Wrangler, we were dealing with Nicole from the service department. All I can say is RUDE. She does not call you back, does not keep you informed about the progress of the vehicle, and left us with an overall terrible experience. This winter we purchased another Jeep; 2011 Grand Cherokee Overland. With about 1,500 miles on it, there was an issue where the car was not recognizing the keyless-go smart key. The car would not do anything. You could not shift to neutral and when you tried putting the real key in the ignition, the magnet would not release the key. With the key unable to removed, the lights staying on, and no way to lock the car, it had to be towed to the dealer. Because we were on Cape at the time, Chrysler Road Side Assistance insisted that the vehicle be taken to Premier. Now, being forced to work with Nicole again, we are being told that there are "25 Jeeps in front of us to be serviced and we will be lucky to have it back by New Years (it is now Dec. 20th)." I am sick and tired of this less than par service; especially when my car is now sitting in their lot completely unlocked and immobile. My dealer at home is top notch and having to put up with this sort of service on a car that is about a month old is simply unacceptable. I know the car was not purchased from them but on their website it says "No matter where you purchased your vehicle, we are you service experts... efficient and timely." Plus, it's a warranty repair and they should take some pride in their product!Once I get this car back, and if the issue is solved, I will NEVER GO TO THIS DEALER AGAIN!!!!!
