I test drove the car twice and told them I wanted it. They called and gave me the final price so I can get a cashiers check. Got a call less then two hours later saying they just sold it and sorry. No phone call...Nothing. Words used. They showed me the money! Same price I was paying full price. I live less then 20 mins away and had money in hand. Told I didn't need a deposit and car would be ready since minor repairs were required. No courtesy call call. Had everything ready and he said he just sold it. Thanks for wasting my time guys. Hope business is booming for you

I recently purchased a 2009 Chevy Aveo5 from Premier Motor Group as a second vehicle. I am very satisfied with the whole purchase process. I took my test drive and looked the car over very well. Dave, the owner, is not high-pressure and that made me feel more comfortable as I checked out the car. I definitely recommend Premier when you are in the market for a used car.

We called the owner, dave for a vehicle we were interested in andtold him we were coming an hour away. He was called twice on the way up and was advised we wanted the car and were coming. When we got there he said he just sold the car. Information would have been nice an hour into the drive..

I bought a GMC truck at Premier Motor Group approximately 6 months ago and it was a great buy. From the time I first looked at the truck to the time that I took delivery, I never had any doubts about the people that I was dealing with or the vehicle that I was buying. The truck has run perfectly since I got it and just went through state inspection with no repairs needed. I felt at the time of my purchase that I paid a fair price and I feel the same way now. I have no reservations about returning to Premier when I buy my next vehicle.

I recently went to look at a 1997 Honda civic and completely wasted my time. Their prices are over Kelly blue book value. I couldn't even pop the hood because it was broken. Says its accident free and the whole right side was reprinted. Windshield cracks. Oil leaks. Door panel lose. Interior pieces missing. Inspection due and clearly won't pass. Who knows what you could find if it went on a lift. Sales man was not very friendly. Overall piece of junk and not worth what they were asking for. I feel bad for anyone that buys a car from them

great buying experience and continued to work with us to make sure we were happy with the buying experience. The buying experiene was smooth and fast, and took much less time then going through fasttags or other dealerships we have bought from. Will go back for any other cars we need

Bought a jeep from John. He was great, not pushy or anything, test drove the vehicle and within 30 min was driving it home. Completely hassle free. Had an issue with the window a week later which there was no way they would have known about and called John. He said no problem bring it down and we will take care of it, took the car down they repaired it and paid for all the labor and over half of the parts. More than fair to me. Will definitely go back and reccomend these guys to whoever is in the market for a car. Thanks guys

Recently purchased a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo at Premier Motor Group. Dave provided excellent service; returned phone calls promptly, was knowlegable about the Jeep; able to answer my questions. Jeep in excellent shape and came with warranty. Buying process easy and straight forward.

I purchased two cars within the past year from this dealership, a Volkswagen jetta, and a BMW 3 series. Both were used and i was completely aware of the condition. They were also very easy transactions and hassle free. Very good prices and excellent service. I would highly recommend this dealer to any friends or family.

I recently purchased a 2002 Civic that was also a "Must See", which as it turns out was not the case. I love the car but part of the deal was the car would be inspected and the 6-month warranty would cover any repairs, should there be any. The car was inspected within 24 hours with a few repairs but I noticed a problem with the transmission within 3 days of purchase. I took the car to my mechanic and as it turns out, it needed a CV shaft, an alignment and it had a minor fixable oil leak, costing $400 in total. Cars cannot pass inspection without being properly aligned and I only drove around town before going to my mechanic. Furthermore, the warranty from Penn Warranty Corporation did not cover anything. Otherwise, the transaction was easy and hassle-free and the sales associate was pleasant and friendly. Despite that, I will not be going back. A car should not need $400+ in repairs within days of being inspected.

The 98 Honda Civic EX must see was a must NOT see! I drove over an hour to go look at this car and it was one of the worst used cars I have ever seen. So the next time you advertise a car please get some eye glasses.

I bought a 10-year old truck at a very fair price. The owners were very responsive to my calls and emails. I was able to test-drive, negotiate, purchase, and register w/ new tags, in less than an hour. It is a small operation but can do everything a big dealer can. I had to travel about 2 hours to get there, but I will likely go back.
