I purchased an older model used car for my son recently and couldn't be happier with the experience. Our salesman, Bill Hale, treated us as if we were buying a new Cadillac! He even had the car put on a lift for us so I could inspect under the vehicle while Jack Onders, one of the mechanics, pointed out a few small issues. This dealership was a little out of my way but well worth the drive.

Called to express interest in a van and made an appointment for my wife and I to go see it. The associate said he would text me his info so we could stay in touch. After an hour I call back to make sure he had my correct info and ask a few more questions, I was placed on hold and was told he would be right with me. After a few minutes a woman answered claiming to be his manager and said that they had sold the van already. What was the point of making an appointment to see a vehicle if you were just going to sell it an hour later?! Not only this but I was not even given the courtesy of a call to ask if I could come and see it sooner or that they were going to sell. I wonder were they going to call me or merely leave me hanging? This whole experience was a grievously dishonest and misleading representation on their part and I will never deal with them in the future nor recommend them in any way to anyone.

I,Gary Wolf bought a (Used) 2006 Trailblazer 2yrs ago,..They have done all the maintenance and have been great-getting the blazer in right away,honoring the limited warranty and then some & having it back the same day--Well,the transmission blew-took it to them-By this time we've had it a couple years-- it was going to cost more than what it was worth--So J.J Moore stepped in--Not only did they buy the Blazer back-we also got a 2013 Malibu-w/a way lower interest rate-payments that still fit our budget and full warranty bumper to bumper for 4yrs.--The car will be paid off before the warranty expires. Thank you J.J. Moore for your hard work & Thank you Preston Team-of Burton- for doing right by us,especially w/buying the Blazer back & getting us the Malibu!! We know where the Malibu is going for every inch of work & when it comes time-we know where we're getting our next vehicle--- J.J Moore I hope you'll be our salesman for lucky #3 :) I only wish I could click the Sales(Used) & Service button both because the Mechanics are 5 star also!

I went to Preston Chevy to look at a new cruze and trade in my '13 kia. Although I did not purchase the car due to financing issues (lenders wanted a good amount down due to negative equity, understandable). At the end of the day, the salesman bob was awesome... showed me what I wanted, didn't try and add on options, took me on a test drive first rather than pulling credit and pressuring me and also sat with me far after closing time. Bill Preston was also great, he exhausted all options to try and get me qualified without a million bucks going strictly to negative equity. They were great with my trade in value, great with customer service, and had a lot of lender options. Sure I did not buy a car this time, but i'll see them them when I pay the car down a bit more.Chris TBrunswick, Ohio

Just wanted to drop a line to let you know that my first visit to Preston Chevrolet today for service on my '05 Colorado was a great experience! I recently had a bad experience at Spitzer Chevrolet in Northfield, Ohio (where I bought the vehicle new). This is what happened:I recently travelled to Indianapolis, Indiana and realized I was due for 3,000 mile oil change so I went to Blossom Chevrolet in Indianapolis. I also mentioned to them that I keep having to replace the bulb for the driver side turn signal. They identified that the socket was bad due to probable moisture getting into the housing. I agreed and had noticed moisture in there in recent times.They quoted me for the drivers side turn signal harness and housing but I declined b/c I wanted to have the work done at home.I went straight to Spitzer when I got home and they told me I had to replace a harness that went across the front of the engine compartment and included the passenger side which costs $350.00 for just the part. I told them that is not the case b/c I had been to another dealership and they quoted me $27.77 for just the driver side harness. They told me that Indianapolis was probably going to splice it or they were quoting me aftermarket parts. I called the dealership in Indianapolis in front of the parts manager at Spitzer and got the part number. He "suddenly was able to see that part on his computer". I will never go back to Spitzer or buy a vehicle there. Don't trust them.... and since when do I have to find the part number!!Anyway, Brian Harry worked on my truck today and now I will be coming to Preston for all my Colorado needs and maybe even buy a new vehicle there when it's time. Brian took the time to show me everything and gave me options. I felt I was given the real deal in that he was honest, fair, and reasonable with my repairs. Brian, you will be getting to know my Colorado in the future. Hats off to Brian and the service team at Preston. I really hate car shopping. I find salesmen to be overbearing almost to the point of harassing. You tell them what you want and they try to put you in something you don't want. I didn't have this problem here. I went in. I told them what I wanted an what my budget was and they made it happen. Unfortunately 2 weeks later I wrecked the car I had just bought so now I am heading back to go buy another. But the point is, I'm going back to Preston!!

I had not purchased a new car since 1979 and never did enjoy the process in the past. Mike my salesman was very good and showed me all the promotions that were available with out me even asking. They had better pricing than I had received from another dealer.The follow up after the purchase was just great. In the old days I shook hands with the salesman and never heard from him or the dealership again. At Preston they called me, wrote letters, and sent emails to make sure that I was happy with the car. The car is a Chevrolet Cruze, and my wife and I love this car, probably that best built car we have ever owned. Months later we purchased another Cruze for my sister-in-law as she loves the car also.I would highly recommend Preston Superstores to anyone.Rich Jordan

I brought in my 2013 Kia Sorrento for an oil change. I was called to schedule an appointment. I am busy and it was great to recive a call to schedule the appointment. It was explained what is recommended for my vehicle. My vehicle was taken on time and the service was completed quickly. Everything that was done during the visit was explained and my car was washed! The staff was very polite and engaging. I will be back and I will recommend this service dept. Great job and great service!!!

JJ was extremely helpful and courteous. He was patient with us as we test drove the vehicle and answered all of our questions politely and honestly. He went out of his way to get us a great deal on our trade-in and a minimal down payment. He made sure the entire buying process, from the test drive to the signing of the loan, went very smoothly. He made sure the car was washed and the gas tank was full before we left the lot.

We came to Preston Chevy to buy a used SUV. We looked on the lot and after driving several, Mike told us about one on the lift. We drove it, were happy with it and bought it. The rest of the staff was very helpful and professional and we drove off the lot with our "new" used vehicle. They fixed the little problems with it in a timely manner. The people that run this dealership have a "monopoly" in Geauga Couty. This being the case, they treat people pretty poorly. After making me wait 2 hours to take my money for my vehicle purchase, I got upset and threatened to leave and call off the deal. The manager attempted to calm me down my telling me I wasn't there "that long" and that if I wanted to leave w/o making the purchase, that was my choice. Then he started talking to me like I was an idiot. I have never had a good experience with this dealership and the owner doesn't care if you call him and complain. He will yell right back at you and basically tell you to *$at* off. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache and avoid Preston Motors Inc. like the plague.

I purchased a 2002 Chevrolet Malibu with an extended warranty less than 2 years ago from Preston motors, since then I have had to have my car towed 4 times and in the repair shop 5 timess. The sales staff at preston is very pleasent up until the point of signing to purchase your car. After that they totally change their attitude towards you. get apologies from them on how sorry the car I purchased is a lemon but thats it no help on repair bills and to add insult to injury they will not accept this car back as a trde in. They have devalued it from what they sold it to me for that there is a ton of negative equity. You would think they (preston) would give fair KBB or NADA price on a car they sold and serviced however they are thousands under fair value. So to recap, Preston Superstore sold me a lemon they will not stand behind, will not accept as a trade without trying to knock the price down so that its thousands below fair market value, will not return a phone call. Basically they sold the car and want nothing else to do with the buyer or the car they sold.
