Recently my Ford Edge quit running and the staff at the Service Department was able to address the issue and have the car fixed in a relatively short time. Matt called me with updates on the repairs and keep me informed as to the time. It was such a blessing when they delivered the car to my door and I was able to get to work on time. The service department at Preston Ford is awesome. Sending a BIG THANK you to all.

Scott listens to the customer, and works hard to meet everything the customer wants. Our order was not the usual order for a Transit Van, but everything went smoothly from the "build" to the delivery. We got a really good price, completely in line with what Edmund's website and the NADA website said was a very good deal. The vehicle is exactly what we wanted. Thanks Scott!

I used Truecar.com to find a dealership near me. I was interviewed by the Salesman as to what I required. During that time I had to leave quickly (which may have shocked their system), but made it known several times that "I will be back!" To make this short Sales manager called & I assured that I will be back two days later. I came back and the deal was made.

My 2013 Escape had a bumpy start... lots of recalls and all. But the ride was great and it was very reliable. We put 150,000 miles on that car. So when we decided to get a new vehicle ... we went straight back to Ford, Preston and purchased another Escape. Very happy with our new ride.

I have had my truck serviced at Preston for years. The price on oil changes are lower than many other places. Since I don't know much about cars, it helps that they inform me of routine maintenance that needs to be done. At my last visit, Dave told me what needs done now and what can wait. I appreciate his honesty; that's not usually what I've heard when other people refer to dealerships.

I never feel hurried and that I am the priority rather than my car. The person who checked me in remembered who my salesman is. Being there feels good, no one appears to feel pressured. I hear them complement each other, no negatives. When one answers the phone at Preston Ford, the words are "I am n(name) I can help"! That is a great way to say hello.

Greg Chismar at Preston Ford is the exact opposite of the car salesman stereotype. No high pressure, "what do I need to get you in this car today" spiel. Just a solid let's work together attitude. And after the sale, will spend as much time as you need to make sure all is good. The paperwork for my lease was also handled very quickly and efficiently.This is my third lease from Preston and I will continue to deal with them for my next one.

We were in search of a Ford Transit, although they did not have one instock, they had it transferred from another dealership within 24 hours.We met with the owner, Pat Preston, personally and he assured us we would received the best offer possible. Kevin McClure was our salesman and he did a great job answering our questions and making sure this was the right choice for our business.The financing options presented were great and fit into our budget. Overall everything was an A++ transaction and I would recommend Preston Superstore to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

This dealership is truly willing to work with almost any customer. We owed much more on our current car than it was worth. We had also just purchased a house and I needed a truck with four-wheel drive for the snow belt. Paul and Darrell listened to our needs and the payment we had to stick to due to the tightening budget of new home ownership. They had a beautiful 2010 Silverado on the lot that was perfect. They got me the price I needed with the trade and down payment I had available. Next, Mary Jane found just the right lender with an interest rate that was outstanding (given my recent change in debt-to-income ratio). And the payment was even a few dollars lower than expected!! I have now purchased six vehicles from Preston. I will never go anywhere else for a car or truck!

This is the second time Madison Village Police Department has purchased a new vehicle from Curt Riddle. This was a last minute decision for our agency to purchase a new Crown Victoria. Due to Ford not manufacturing this vehicle any longer, we were not able to order one. I asked Curt to check overstock on these vehicles, he did and located one. Not only a car, but the color I needed for our fleet. This vehicle was located out of Ohio, Curt made the necessary transportation arrangements and the car was on his lot ready for pickup in less than 2 days.I also had the occasion to have work performed on one of our older Crown Vics in July 2011. This car had exhibited an intermittent steering problem for months. I had sent this vehicle to another Ford Dealer multiple times to have the issue located and repaired. This dealer always said they could not duplicate any of the problems I had indicated. They did give a few options of what could be replaced, but no guarantee that the problem would be fixed. I spoke with Curt Riddle about this and he put me in contact with Gary Slepsky/Service Consultant at Preston.I dropped the car off and gave all the background info on the problems occurring to Gary. The next day he called and advised his technicians were able to duplicate all of the issues and problems that my officers had continually reported. He explained what the repair needs were and yes, he guaranteed the problems will be fixed. The cruiser is running/steering as it did from the factory in 2005 when it was manufactured.All employees at Preston Ford whether in person or on the phone are extremely professional, courteous, caring and willing to help. If they don't know the answer to your question, they direct you to someone who can. Everyone seems to work as a TEAM and truly enjoy their jobs.I will always recommend Curt Riddle and Preston Ford to friends and family.My daughter purchased a used vehicle from Curt.
