Great at getting you everything you wanted or could need, just one problem!!! While Ryan was able to get me into the very make/model/color of vehicle I was looking for, still getting collection calls from the traded in vehicles finance company is a pain when dealership was supposed to take over the last couple of payments. Nothing worse than calls 2-3 times daily from collections!!!

We knew what we wanted. I have a physical handicap and needed to know if I could sit comfortably in the accent. We went to a Hyundai dealer closer to our house for a test drive and was subjected to 23 minutes of upselling to a more expensive model. needless to say we left that dealership (Pohanka of Salisbury) without driving or buying. Next day we called Preston Hyundai drove 38 miles test drove an accent and as they say, the rest is history, we are the proud owners of a 2016 black Hyundai accent 5 dr. hatchback se. Nuff said.

Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable about both vehicles I test drove; the Santa Fe and the Tuscon. I chose the Tuscon. Ryan worked to get me me to a price range I was comfortable with and made the experiance as quick and as easy as possible! Susan Windsor is a wonderful sales person, I have already mention to other's if interested in new veh to see her. How she explains everything she makes you feel that you are not pressured into buying just any veh. You get the one that is right for you and your budget. Even thou Susan was not there the day i picked up my new veh,, the veh's that i was interested in she showed me everything but due to budget I could not get the veh that i really wanted (maybe next time) if she had been I know she would have gone over everything with the veh that I did choose. But Susan had set everything up for me she is just an amazing person. And yes i would buy from Susan again!!

Over the past years I have looked at other dealerships for new or used car purchases , but always end up at Preston Auto Plex. Don't know why I put myself through that because I never buy at the "others" lol . Ryan was wonderful. He really went the extra mile. Letting me take the vehicle home and actually being able to drive it on the roads of my normal commute is what sold me on the car. Ryan was very understanding of all of the commuting back and forth to the dealership for unrelated matters, and agreed to meet me to deliver the car to me. Ryan even went as far as to answer my phone call on a Sunday afternoon when my air conditioning stopped working. And had a very nice lady return my car to me when they finished servicing the car's air conditioner. I have already told 2 people that I work with about how much I loved the car, and told them that although it's a bit of a drive for them, they really should consider taking a trip to Preston to see the amazing amount of Hyundai's in stock and they should ask for Ryan. I know that one of my co-worker's after going for a ride in my car said that they were going to go to a dealership and take it for a test drive. A great car with lots and bells and whistle of the money. My son loves the fact that he will have heated seats to sit on this winter in the backseat. I filled the car up for the first time today since taking delivery, and was averaging a whooping 46 mpg.

Salesman was great but method of figuring pricing tricky as in the end with two trades was not to be upside down on new and at financing learned that was not true even with adding cash. Felt that was unnecessary and test drove limited with sun roof package on way home at night realized purchased with no sun roof and did not catch before leaving and when test drove second one, shame on me for that.

I knew exactly which vehicle I wanted, and searched online and Preston Hyundai was the only dealer in the area with the packages i wanted. I was greeted right away, the staff was extremely knowledgeable and pulled the car I wanted out of the showroom within minutes, no questions asked. The test drive was great, I was in a little bit if a hurry to buy the car and make a dinner reservation, and they got me out in plenty of time. Ryan Walker was available to talk to me the next day to clear up a technical issue with the Sirius Radio, and we got it solved together. Thank you, and I'll be back with my patents to buy their new Genesis next week!

I went in for a service appointment with my Sonata, and the fuel pump ended up blowing up while they were test driving it for my service issue. They came to me right away and let me know it was going to take some time to get the part. They gave me a brand new Santa Fe as a loaner car, and after driving it for a couple days I loved it. When I went back to pick up my car, they had just received in the loaded 2017 Santa Fe and I truly loved that car. I spoke to Ryan Walker about it and we started talking numbers. I traded in my Sonata for it, and then I had an older truck that they offered me way more then I expected for it, so I decided to let it go. My husband and I came in with a trade in honda civic for a slightly used midsize suv. We were looking for something big enough to fit our two children and still keep pur payments low. Went up to look at a car; my husband recently had a Hyundai rental while on travel and loved it. He has really serious back problems and he said the seat was exceptional. We had met Mr. Kimball at a booth and the recent home and garden show and he was so nice, pleasant and knowledge--so we sought him out. He listened to what we wanted and gave us several alternatives--including ordering if they did not have what we wanted. Originally, we had only attended to look--but purchased that day. John, the general manager, who did our closing because the finanace manager was not there, was also extremely nice and knowledgeable. No one at the dealership was pushy or overbearing. We left feeling we had made friends of life. Since this was a new purchase, did not rate quality of work.

This was a first, new car purchase for a newlywed couple. Living in the DC metro, we looked at over 14 Hyundai dealers within a 150-mile radius. A great offer came in, and Ron was able to beat that lowest price. Before agreeing to the deal, we went on Dealer Rater and were amazed by the overwhelmingly positive responses for this dealership. Being an engineer, I was incessant with the specifics - sending emails and calling with questions more than once a day. Ron kept his patience and answered everything that I asked in detail (other dealerships had given us "open-ended" answers).Finally, getting through the actual purchase was a breeze. There was no in-store shenanigans. Ron honored everything that was agreed to and had all of the paperwork ready.This was definitely worth the 1.5 hour drive to get this car. I would highly recommend this dealership and Ron Cannon.

We got help from another dealer in Preston and was told we were pre-approved by Hyundai. I was told this would be under 5%, but once we got there it turned out to be much higher. We finally got it a lower rate, but that shouldn't have happened since we live so far. Overall, I'm happy with my car and with the service i got.

The Genesis gets very good reviews but the Hyundai Dealership experience is often described as being less than what one would expect when purchasing a luxury vehicle. I purchased a Genesis from R.J. Jackson at Preston Hyundai and I must say that my overall experience was everything one would expect from the best luxury car dealership. I was given the dealers best price with no needless negotiating and was treated with respect and courtesy throughout the entire buying experience. The value and luxury of the Genesis speaks for itself and because of quality of the Preston Hyundai dealership anyone in the market for a Lexus, Acura etc. owes it to themselves to check this car out.

My wife and I were at Preston Hyundai with a friend who was purchasing a new Sonata. I was chatting with Bruce(Sales Manager) while waiting and commenting on the looks and features of the Genesis. He said to my wife and I, "Here's the keys, take it for a ride". Big mistake on my part. After driving it, we were hooked. Fantastic in every way. After returning home. we discussed it. My wife said, "Let's buy it". I went on line and compared prices with a number of dealers. I then called Ron and told him what color we wanted and prices I had seen from other dealers. He said, "I will call you right back". He did and offered the same price as some of the "big city" dealers. I told him we would be there that evening to pick up the vehicle. When we arrived, my wife wanted to confirm her choice of color (deciding between 2). We decided and Ron and Brent took care of the paperwork in a very relaxed and professional manner. Ron was very patient with all of our questions and took the time to explain how everything worked on the vehicle. He called the next day to see if we had any questions and assured us that everyone would be there for us if we had any questions. Since this was our 4th vehicle purchased from Preston Autoplex (3 Hyundais and 1 Ford), we know that they will stand behind their vehicles with very efficient, prompt service. They do not forget you once the sale is made. I highly recommend Ron and Bruce at Preston Hyundai.

I started looking for a new car about 3 month ago. I liked the Gensis Coup and nissan Altima so I went to a dealership (Pohanka), test drove both cars. I decided on the Gensis Coup. I went to Preston was able to test drive the car again and sit with R.J. and work out the purchase. He made me feel comfortable and came up with the payment I was looking for. When we originally bought our new vehicles two years ago, the entire staff was great. They make you feel very comfortable and are not pushy in any way. We are giving our daughter our 2008 Santa Fe because we know she will not have any problems with the vehicle. Originally I wanted another Santa Fe,but we replaced it with a new Veracruz. We did this all over the phone and when we got to the dealership to pick up the car, all the paperwork was completed and only took us about 5 minutes to sign. I hope when we are ready for another new car that Ryan will continue to work for Preston so we can deal with him again. Also we have never had a bit of trouble scheduling for oil changes on our existing vehicles. Staff at Millsboro are just terrific and friendly as the staff in Preston.

My van broke down on the road last week while I was transporting five of my grandchildren, of course this was a very hot day. I called John Skalstad to ask for help and of course he understood why I was so upset when I told him I had five kids in the vehicle. He said he would send a tow truck and a vehicle to help us. After talking to John I received a call from the service dept acknowledging they were aware of my problem. They said they had called a tow truck to assist us and would be sending us a vehicle. Shortly after that call I received a call from the tow truck driver letting me know he was loading a vehicle on the flatbed and would be to me in about 30 min. That is what I call service. I was not sitting there wondering about how long it would take for service. Help was on it's way. There was nothing I had to do after my initial call to John. Everything went very quickly, it could not have gone any faster. Even the tow truck driver helped get the children into the new vehicle safely. I wish I could remember the service dept person's name and the tow truck driver's name, but at that point I was having trouble with my name.For me, this is what service is all about. This is what will bring me back to this dealership, PEOPLE WHO CARE.

After purchasing my new Hyundai Genesis from Preston Hyundai, I was extremely with the total experience of dealing with everyone at Preston. They arranged to have someone drive my old car home for me (approximately 50 miles). The next day, I discovered a small stain on the upholstery, and they sent out the general manager to pick up the car for professional cleaning. However, he was able treat the stain on site without taking the vehicle back to the dealership. With salesmen like Mr. Jackson and the general manager making a special trip to my house, this speaks volumes regarding the service you will receive here. This is the second new vehicle we have bought from Preston, and I must say, as pleasant as the first experiance was this was better. This purchase was for our 20yr old daughter who has no crdeit. We wanted her to get a new vehicle without us having to co-sign. Ryan Walker took her information over the phone, told her what he could do and the next step was going to the dealership. I inititially went to Preston Autoplex to test drive a Mazda 6. Nearly five hours later, I walked out the owner of a 2011 Hyundai Sonata GLS. My first point of contact for the Mazda, Loren Mayr (sales consultant) was a tremendous asset, and full of energy. He was extremely knowledgable about the Mazda and had a contagious, upbeat attitude. After my Mazda testdrive, I told him I wanted to testdrive the Sonata, which I'd noticed immediately upon entering the Preston Autoplex. He was as enthusiastic about my interest in the Sonata as he was my interest in the Mazda and introduced me to John Skalstad, Jr., the GM of Preston Hyundai. John was phenomenal. He knew the Hyundai cars inside out, had test driven many of them, and was genuine, thoughtful, and patient with my numerous questions. He, along with Loren, and Mike Magan (who, later that day, helped me figure out payment options for the Hyundai), made me feel entirely comfortable and at home. I never once felt like they were trying to "sell" me anything; I was never pressured. Every question I had - whether it was about the car's performance or about financing - was answered thoroughly. John, Loren, and Mike's service was not just good - it was excellent. I have never had an experience of such good customer service, and I want to do all I can to make sure others have this experience.

Without a doubt this is the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with -- without exception. From the salesperson I had contacted before my visit, RJ Jackson, to the Manager of the dealership, Bruce, I was never made to feel pressured by anyone there. RJ was the salesman that I would like to have every time I buy a new car. I contacted him by phone initially just to get information. He provided that quickly and efficiently, and was always available for questions. I didn't feel pressured to visit the dealership immediately, as I had with other dealerships I had contacted. He knew that I was looking around, researching other cars, and taking my time. When I did decide that Preston was a place I wanted to visit, RJ was there when I arrived, fully prepared to do whatever he could to make it a fruitful visit. He was unfailingly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable -- but if he didn't have an answer he would SAY SO (a nice change from the salesmen who try to finesse that) and then get the full answer for me. Of course, I knew that he would like me to purchase a car, but I never once felt that the sale was his sole purpose --he wanted me to buy the car that I would be happy with, and he was willing to help me get to that point no matter what it required on his part. I got the same sense of how important customer service and customer satisfaction is to this dealership from the Manager, Bruce. Again, there was no pressure to "make the sale at any cost" that I had experienced at other dealerships. My perception was that the team at Preston was professional, exceptionally honest and helpful, but since the Hyundai product was such a successful one, that they didn't have to push as hard to sell that product, so it felt more relaxed. If that was true or not, it was the impression I had and it was a refreshing change. Mike Mangan did the paperwork and took care of that process quickly and effienciently. Thanks to all at Preston Hyandai for a great experience --and a great car. I was impressed, and I would definitely return to Preston for my next car.

In March 2010 I walked into Presto Hyundai met R J Jackson told him that I was looking to find a Dodge Grand Caravan 2003-2005 with 100k< 2 months later he called me back saying that he had a canidate if I was still in the market. Number one is we were not detained by the sales experience all day long. The dealership was very efficient in not wasting our time on a holiday weekend. We were not completly satisified with the percentage rate for our great credit score, the next buisness day we found a better rate droping our payment by $35 dollars per mounth. If we could have had that rate on sales day we could have probally afforded a more expensive vechicle.

Let me Start by saying I LOVE PRESTON AND THEIR DEDICATED EMPLOYEES, MOST CERTAINLY CARRIE O'S AND BRUCE VINCENT. I have known Carrie for a few years now and always said I would come visit when it was time for a new ride. I am now finishing my 2nd year in college and the time was now. My explorer (that came from Preston in 2001) had seen its day. Found a Ford Edge online randomly- not even looking in the market. Called Carrie--- said I just came across it on the net and had to see it. It was a change test driving such a sporty vehicle- but after having it for a day- knew I loved it enough to get rid of the Limited Explorer our family has had since 2001- bought with less then 10,000 miles. My mom drove our explorer long distance to work for many years until I got my license then it was mine. WELL HERE WE ARE TODAY- Explorer was great to us for 10 years and had over 170000 miles. But- the best is here- I get in my used Edge that is in EXCELLENT condition and think its worth every penny when I make my monthly payment. The staff at Preston like Carrie and Bruce are what make a great sale- but most importantly the follow up. The price was right and whenever I needed something after the sale they always had "their door open." Its characteristics like that to make a GREAT person- not just trying to make the sale but are there for you. Carrie gives 100% to her job and whole heartedly loves hooking people up with rides that they truly love and can afford. Great People I say and I love the compliments on my Edge. Just spoke to Carrie a bit ago and told her its like I just left the lot because I still get the feeling every time I drive. :-) Thanks Carrie and Bruce for helping me out!! I really liked buying my car from Preston Hyundai, although it is a very long drive from Baltimore. I initially worked with RJ and walked through the test drive and initial negotiations. The one thing that made me buy a car the same day i walked into the dealership is how RJ handled us, he was very supportive and was very transparent in all his dealings. But i would have liked him to talk to me more about the features, warranties, owners manual and the servicing schedule of the car, which he failed to do although he is a rookie salesman. On the other hand Bruce and Mike the sales and finance managers respectively were seasoned pro's, They did a great job answered a lot of my questions and did wade off my first time car buying anxiety. Mike worked with me to resolve all my issues, I would like to say that give or take you win or loose thousand dollars, but it is the level of comfort the people in the dealership successfully achieve that makes the difference, a slight hint of shadiness, a slight ting of arrogance, anything thing that upset the customer mindset will do it for the customer to run. And i can say people at Preston are a perfect blend of small town earnestness and the big town sophistication that you will need for your experience.

Most sales reps are on you before you get out of your car. I found Mike to be very helpfol and knowledgable of the cars he was selling. After I test drove the care I decided to buy it. I brought my new van in for my first service visit. I called John Skalstad to tell him I needed service but I didn't have time to sit and wait for my van. He said he would have a van for me to use. I needed service and had a couple of repairs to be made. When I arrived they had a van waiting for me. I was very impressed with the service department the last time I used them. It was 4:45 p.m. on the day before i was scheduled to go out of town and my check engine light came on. I contacted George Holder in the service department and he instructred me to bring the car straight to the dealership so the service guys could take a look at it. I was looking for a new car, and Carrie found the perfect car for me. I had said that I was thinking of an SUV, but something small, and the Elantra Touring she showed me fit the bill. THe SUV she suggested I drive felt more like a truck, but the Touring drives like a car, yet has the capacity & flexibility to carry whatever I have to haul. kenny gardner was a very good salesmen for me and my family. He worked hard at finding me the right vehicle at the right price. I give kenny two thumbs up. I didn't like the fact that it took nearly two days to get a deal done and alot of waiting around for answers. Jeremy Weddle promised me that I would get the best deal possible at the monthly payment that I want in no time. That didn't happen and he didn't put any effort into trying to help me reach my goal of buying a hyundai. He was no help at all. Whenever I've needed my cars serviced, the employees have always been courteous, helpful, and fair. I never felt belittled or taken-advantage-of for being a young person (I was 19 when I bought my first car and am now 24) or a female (as I have in other dealerships) and always appreciated the extra step their customer service provided. Selby always took my questions seriously and did not try to push vehicles at me that did not fit the description I gave for what type of car I wanted. The prices have always been fair and the quality of the cars has been exceptional. Going to Preston Hyundai was a very pleasant and painless experience. Throughout the car buying process the freindly staff helped to entertain my 20 month old son. They were patient with me and answered any questions that i had. They worked hard to get me the payments that i asked for, which i knew i was asking a lot of them when setting my limit. I did not feel like i was being pushed in to making a quick decision. They let me take the Tucson for a few days before making my decision. They seemed to all work together as a team to make the whole process go smoothly. I noticed a small problem with the fan motor, and they replaced that for free, picked my car up, brought me a loaner, and brought me my new car back. Justin, John, and the whole team really went above and beyond what i expected. Justin changed out my son's car seat 2 times for me. As a salesman he did not seem to be too proud to help with things like that and did not seem to mind helping at all. I am sure after i run this car for all it is worth, i will be going back to Preston for my next car purchase.

The day I decided to ride out to Preston from Easton, they were handing out free hotdogs to everyone and so we received a free lunch. Unlike any other times, I knew what car I wanted and what color-Mazda CX-7 2008(Black Cherry). We drove the car(I loved it!)and Carrie was there to help us with the financing and with my concerns and questions when we came back. She was there through the whole process. I did have hesitation buying my first car on the first visit, but she was there to make it as easy and confortable as possible. Carrie is a very professional, friendly, energetic and fun salesperson. If it weren't for her and the service she provided, we probably would have not of purchased that day. I would recommend Carrie O'Connell and Preston Ford to any one of my friends and family in a heartbeat. I look forward to purchasing my next car at Preston Ford.

Best overall experience that I have had buying a new vehicle. I have always been the kind of person that shops around when I buy a new vehicle but from now on I am going to be going to Preston to buy all of my vehicles. The staff is very friendly andthe deals are great.

David, I went down to see George Holder and he just jumped in and did everything I needed and more. I had not tightened my gas cap after a fill up and the engine light came on. I guessed what it was but the light didn't go out when I replaced the cap and that was the reason for my call to you. It was early in the AM and I had to catch a plane. I was afraid no one would be at the dealership but George was there when I arrrived. George called me before I reached the plane and suggested that they go ahead and do a service routine that was almost due. Of course he was correct and I appreciated his awareness. And he had it delivered to a friends house so that I could have a way to drive home when I returned on Sunday. He acts like a real Manager of Service to me. I don't have his email address so would you convey my appreciation for his proactive attitude?Jesse

I would like to take this time to say that my sales person Ryan Walker was excellent.He represented the dealership very well. He allowed me to take my time and look. When I asked questions he was very knowledgeable. Ryan made the process so smooth abd easy. My experience was so good I plan to recommend him to anyone that I know that is looking into buying a car.
