Dear Mr. PrestonToday I was very disappointed to learn that the car wash was not available to me.I stopped store on Market St. in Boardman to have a battery replaced my remote keyless a mere $6.00 item. The service departmentcould not have nicer.It would have been nice of your company to wash my car, But I was told it was no longer available,Perhaps I should look elsewhere to have my 2015 Genesis serviced..Very disappointed customer.How much money do you need.Good will goes a long way. Very good buying experience, great salesman. Only issue was the initial lease amounts presented were way out of line with specials we were inquiring about. Issue was quickly resolve but was not givin a reason for the descerpancy. Very clean and professional dealership. Our salesman was very professional and resolved our issue with the manager quickly. I did most of the work over the internet and had my own financing. I had already owned two Hyundai's before so already liked the product. However, while at the dealership to pick up the car, I felt like I was an after thought since I had already agreed to buy vehicle. I was treated more of matter of fact then as someone that had just purchased a vehicle. Nothing was offered to me or my family while at dealership. Example, water, beverages etc. I could have purchased the vehicle at any dealership but choose Preston due to price and location. Basically, they had the sale, so why put any effort into the closing. I basically asked for the best price and took them a check.

I have had horrible service from this place. From incompetence, to shady practices, to downright lies. The last time I came in, I was charged 100 bucks to look at the brakes. I was told I needed a rotor, a caliper, and break pads for the right rear side only. I asked how much to do the work, and I was quoted $800. I said that was insane. I bought those parts for $150 and did it myself. It would take them 1 hour tops to do this service, yet I was going to get charged $650 for labor??? Very shady Preston Hyundai! Never setting foot back in that garage. In addition, when they repaired the brakes on the left rear months ago, they used the wrong caliper for my vehicle. My guess is that they used something "close enough" that they had on hand to increase their profits even more.

Dave Menges was our salesman and he was wonderful. He was informative and professional. He kept contact with us to follow us through the purchasing of two new cars process and made it a pleasant experience. We spent some time negotiating the deal and a couple people were involved in that process and some confusion happened when it came time to sign the papers. The tone of the dealership became very different toward us when we stuck to our understanding of the terms. The comment made in front of us 4 times by the finance guy was the dealership was going to "eat" the additional money. It was unpleasant and uncomfortable. We were treated with a different feeling when we left also, not by our salesman however. It did not leave a good feeling with us. We have obviously been talked about after because someone in the service department made a comment about us being, 'the people" who got a great deal.

I was greeted quickly upon my arrival at Preston Hyundai. I went to see the new 2017 Elantra and to test drive it. I thought the car was a very nice vehicle but it did not have the options I wanted. Tim Harlan suggested I look at a 2016 Elantra that had what I wanted and it turned out the be even better than I expected. I test drove it to show my wife and we agreed to purchase it. Tim and Mr. Hogue and Mr. Bucci and I settled on a price and financial arrangements and the deal was done. I find the 2016 Elantra to be a much more refined car that the 2013 it replaced. I am extremely satisfied with the purchase.

At KIA they weren't forth coming on the price of a vehicle until I signed...why would I start the process to sign something before I would know the price??? I was treated with respect and without pressure from Ron and Angel. Angel and my wife did most of the preliminary financial work over the phone. Originally we were interested in a 2015 CPO Hyundai Elantra. that we saw on line. Ron also metioned that there were 2 2016 Demo Elantras that weren't on the internet. We talked about one of the demo cars. Ron said that with the demo discount and all the incentives, that he and Angel could probably make it work into our budget. Plus with the demo we would also get the full warranty. Angel and my wife finalized the deal while I was making test drives. Angel found us all the incentives and even found one that was kind of obscure, but we qualified for it When it was all done, Ron went thru all the manuals with me and showed me how to work all the options in the car. He also helped me link my phone via the Bluetooth. Ron and Angel made the whole process seamless and transparent. And they both were very professional. Everyone at the dealer was friendly. Definitely worth the trip across the border.

Instead I planned to take my kids and make it a family weekend trip. We have leased our 3rd straight Hyundai Sonata from Preston. We have been very pleased with the vehicles and the car. Our only complaint over the years was the tires on previous Sonata's. That has been rectified with a new tire on the 2016. Old was Kuhmo now is Hankook. We love the 2016 Soanata and in pearl white it is a breath taking vehicle. Matt Smith is an amazing salesman. We had a very bad experience a few minutes before at the Kia dealership next door. I was definitely going to purchase a car from them. When ready to drive off the lot, he took time with me to show me different parts of my new car, even ''hooking me up'' to be able to use my cell phone from the car, a feat I have not been able to achieve ''yet''! Am having the clear coat done now, so when brought it in for this service, Mr. Butchie (not sure of spelling his name correctly) showed me again how to use it. So all in all, Preston has a couple great people on their team, including a woman in service who saw me and said ''What, you got a new car?'' Sorta like visiting with my good friends at Presto Hyundai! I checked Amy Pickens name, as think it is her in service, but she is prettier than picture, know she is of Italian decent...see how good they are for you?

First of all, thank you Angel who helped to make the loan on my car possible being that I just relocated back to Ohio. Thanks to Ron Dugan who placed me into a beautiful trustworthy vehicle. I love my Toyota Camry(Naomi). Lol. I was nervous about driving here in Ohio after living in Las Vegas, I was a little nervous about driving in the snow. The Camry has great tires with great tread. I haven't felt sliding yet. I was also nervous because the car I was driving kept wanting to die on me, the motor was going. When I first started driving the Camry I noticed what felt like some hesitation or like it wanted to stall so automatically I thought oh no, this car is going to die. I felt frustrated. I called Ron and he said bring it right in when it was convenient for me. I brought it in on the weekend and they serviced it and now the car runs like a dream. I don't know what it was. Maybe just needed a real good oil & fluid flush and change, but I now feel relaxed and confident to drive it. I just know that I am going to have many years of fun driving my Naomi!!??? Angel, Ron and the service technician were all real friendly and a pleasure to do business with!! I do and will continue to recommend Preston Hyundai!!!

I decided to purchase a new Hyundai to replace my older one. After contacting my credit union I was offered a rate of 5.25% for 72 months, no money down. I went to look at Preston Hyundai for my new vehicle. My salesman was Rob Turczany, a decent person but rather lackluster salesman and we did some test drives. I decided that I wanted a specific trim package and color. I informed Rob of my credit pre approval and asked if Preston Hyundai could compete with that rate. We waited 2 hours, then I was informed that there was no vehicle available in my specified trim and color in the USA. Then the financial manager came back with a rate of 10.55% for 72 months. I DID laugh in his face at that point. I left Preston Hyundai and contacted Great Lakes Hyundai in Streetsboro. I informed Bob Nero of my specific vehicle requirement. Bob took 30 minutes and called me back informing me that he had found my EXACT vehicle in New York and that he would be glad to have it transferred. I purchased that vehicle the next day at a 5.5% interest rate for 72 months, no money down. I DO NOT recommend Preston Hyundai and even will not take my new vehicle there for service due to Prestons' questionable business practices.

In the past six months I have purchased two cars from this dealership. Dave, in sales, helped me out both times. He was amazing and made the buying experience easy and very enjoyable. Any vehicle maintenance that I have needed, I have also returned to this dealership. Amy, in service, is always very enjoyable. I am always greeted with a smile and a handshake here. When I am in for service, they set my expected wait time with me, before I hand them my keys, and always seem to finish ahead of schedule. All of the maintenance was performed to the highest quality and my vehicle has always been returned to me cleaner than when I brought it to them. I have wanted a Genesis coupe since they came out but have held off for the right time and the right price. I found my 13 Genesis Coupe while visiting Hyundai's website. I had been looking for a Veloster but when I ran across a Grand Touring for the same price as the loaded Veloster and in the rare Cataluna Copper color I wanted how could I resist contacting the dealership. I first emailed Preston Hyundai for info. Received a reply immediately from Dave Hogue. A few more emails and a couple of calls and everything was set up. When things changed and I could not make it up to Ohio Dave arranged for the car to be delivered to me at my home. The car was pulled into the garage at the beginning of Dec. and that is where it has sat. This weather must break soon and WVDoH has to fix these awful roads so I can take it out. Dave talked to my husband and myself to find out what we wanted and needed in a car then showed us the stock. He allowed us time to talk and test drive the car. He did not pressure us into buying but at the same time made it easy for us when we decided to buy. Do NOT service your car hereI bought a used 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe from this dealership 2 years ago. I never had any trouble with it at all, that is until I took it in for service 5-6 months ago. I have not had a working car since. They told me it was a problem with the spark plugs. Days later they tell me they dropped a screw into the engine and turned it on. After going back and forth at least 10 times, and having them fix one thing after another including replacing the engine, the engine light came on again. Now they say it's the catalytic converter and that they're not liable for it even though they probably got fluid into it or took it out and put it back wrong.Each time I took it to them they'd say they fixed things, I'd ask them for a written record of what they did, and they either refused or gave me a list that didn't include everything they said they did. They lied repeatedly about what they did, for example the very first time they tried to return my car it was rattling and running rough and they tried to return it to me with the engine broken. Only after I refused to take it back did they admit it wasn't fixed and actually replaced the engine they said they had fixed.Now they are refusing to pay for the converter and they keep trying to get me to trade in the car for a new car after THEY broke it.DO NOT trust them with your car. They will only break it and lie to you about it.

I came in to inquire about a vehicle I had read online. Ron was my salesman and he made me very comfortable and did not pressure me into a purchase. Ron and Angel were great. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, and made me feel like they wanted to help. I got a great deal on a Jeep and I love the vehicle. They gave me a great price and really helped with the financing aspect of the sale. My only complaint is due to a rude email I received from internet sales specialist Dave Hogue. I inquired about the vehicle a few days before that purchase and did not receive any emails from Preston. However, 10 days after my initial inquiry I received an email from Mr. Hogue asking if I was still interested in a vehicle. I responded that I had already purchased a vehicle the week before. His exact response was:"Thanks for asking for me... Congrats on the purchase." I personally work in sales and my company would never tolerate that type of customer service, especially considering I had never spoken to the employee before. I emailed Preston to discuss this situation and never received a response. The email I received certainly made me question the integrity of the company. However, I would still certainly recommend Preston due to the great experience that I had in person.

Needless to say I have contacted them multiple time and finally have been told that they don't know where my stuff went. err so mad don't you think they would keep my stuff for at least a week and if not that long maybe a few days? My wife and I were looking for a second new vehicle after having purchased a 2012 Hyundai Elantra GLS. This vehicle would be for my wife and we were interested in the 2013 Hyundai Accent SE. Rick Scenna approached us and was very helpful in finding the right car. My wife wanted the Accent in Clearwater Blue which was not on Preston Hyundai's lot. The Accent color that my wife desired was located and delivered in a timely manner. Martin Sharp assisted us in getting the paperwork done and was very friendly. I was given the car Oman empty tank with the gaslight on. 6 months after purchasing my '11 Santa Fe I need all new tires and multiple services on the vehicle. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone. Go elsewhere when shopping for a vehicle!!! New or used!!

We went Preston Hyundai because we had already decided to buy an Elantra. It really was a no brainier to buy the 2012 North American Car of the Year in the new 2013 Coupe configuration as it also comes with the best new car warranty available. Zach was great and answered every question I asked. He was a pleasure to deal with as was Jay. We immediately went to Cleveland for a day and fell in love with our new car. Then we did a few days in Chicago and now we can recommend the Elantra on gas mileage because we actually saw our average mpg displayed at 40...Exactly as advertised. We cant say enough good things about our Elantra Coupe, and Preston came through with flying colors!

I was very apprehensive about buying my new car, but Jay Albanese totally explained and showed the "numbers" to me so I could understand them and he really wanted me to be happy with the car I purchased....And I am happy! Matt Boyer was very patient and helpful explaining how to operate all the features on my new car. He is really good at his job. Martin was very organized and pleasant in the finance department. We were looking for a reliable used car and had already planned on visiting approximately 3 or 4 lots. Preston was our first lot. Matt Boyer promptly greeted us as we were walking away from our car. He spent quality time with us and noquestion we asked seemed unimportant to him. The day was unbearably hot but he walked the car lot with us and never once tried to brush us off or act pushy. We saw a car we were interested in however had some question as to whether we could get it financed. Even though our sale was not guaranteed to him he continued to roll out the proverbial red carpet to us. Despite his kindness we told him we had to look further. We drove a short distance to another dealer but were not impressed with the cars. We were proceeding to the third dealer but decided to stop by and test drive the car we liked at Preston. Nothing but kindness and consideration was shown to us. We finally told Matt we were wanting to buy the cars. He introduced his manager to us and we were set up with a wonderful deal and great financing too. We would recommend this dealer to anyone. Our purchase was a 2007 Chrysler convertible. We were very pleased with the staff responsiveness to meeting the needs of what we were looking for as well as to work together with us to agree on a fair price. Zach was very enthusiastic and was able to provide plenty of information regarding safety features and reviews in addition to allowing us to take a test drive without having to be accompanied in order to speak privately and review our own observations while driving. Jay was very thorough in reviewing financing options and incentives that would be available.Dave stepped up to the plate on our second visit due to Zach being busy with other customers. He was extremely helpful in going over the many details of the systems that were available in each model as well as to assist us in the further refinement of our choice. He was happy to allow us to take another independant test drive to make a final decision. The ability to privately critique options was very important to us and the freedome that they provided to do this was a huge asset.At no time did we feel pressured to make any purchase or harassed for unneccesary information prior to need.Jay then went over multiple options for us for payment in order to ensure that there was an option that would comfortably suit us. He was careful to as pertinent questions to ensure that we were able to get all applicable discounts.Martin was very patient in the finance department. He took his time and explained all options available but did not pressure us to make any immediate decisions. I had been shopping around for a Hyundai Tucson for several months and had been working with dealerships in the Pittsburgh area whom were unable to locate the Tucson that I wanted. I bought my car here and two days i come back because i just see my car that i buy has a big dent and it right under the door.I waited for it for the reason that they are close its sunday and monday i went back to them and complain about it. they told me i should spot it right there that day.So when i buy my car they told me i have 1,000 mile or 30 days which one goes first as a warranty And the manager told me if there a problem dont hesitate to,comeback and we will help you.right?They are like trusted kind of people when you start buying but once your out on that door. whatever problem that occur is dont think you have right to complain to them becuase they wont help. gosh! i trade in my car for free for this. looking for better deal and a good service. but this place is just the same as others A RIP OFF!And i wash my car here i see the front window has a cheap! This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I had e-mailed Alan and he got back to me rather quickly. I explained to him what vehicle I was interested in and he was able to present me with some quotes. When I visited the dealership, Alan was there with answers to all the questions that I had rgarding the lease of a Sonata. He was knwledgeable about the vehicle and assured me that he could come up with a fair deal for which included trading in my Cobalt. I had heard this before and was a bit skeptical. However, today I'm driving a beautiful, black Hyundai Sonata for basically the same price that I was paying for my Cobalt. The process was stress free with no haggling nor any kind of problems with the deal presented to me. I'm a very satisfied customer due to both the vehicle that I'm now driving as wll as the experience that I had at the dealership. Today was a good day for me.

Howie checked for various discounts for us and Bert was great with regard to the financing taking it upon himself to get me better than the advertised rate. Never in my life have I experienced service like that. First I was going to buy my new car from them the first saleman was nice until I came back and didn't ask for him to test drive the car. I test drove the car with another salesman who know very little about the car. I then came back to test drive the car with my dad and I saw the first guy I met and asked if we could test drive the car. He told me that he would not help because I didn't ask for him when I came to test drive. He has been nasty ever since. I saw the guy I test drove with and he and we test drove the car together. My dad asked if they would fix the few rust spots and the guy said no and that the price was firm. My dad found a 2009 sonata at Rick Case that we decided to see so I could make the best choice. We saw and drove the 2009 and I fell in love. We had a few problems there but the owner Rick Case resolved the matter personal and I walked away with a year newer car with protection, really low miles and a standard of service the Rick Case told me I should always expect, nothing less. So, this brings me to my service appointment today. I have only taken my car to Rick Case but because it is in the Bedford Auto Mile it is a ways to travel in the winter. It is about 45 minutes to an hour away from my home, Preston is only 15.I called set up an appointment and went over the basics. Rick Case used 5W-20 Chevron semi-synthetic where-as Preston uses 5W-30 Castrol regular. So I decided I would give Preston another try, the service can't be as bad as the sales right? WRONG, how so wrong was I. First it took a standard oil change and inspection an hour and a half, Rick Case 30 minutes and they washed my car. Preston's car wash was broken. I arrived with my own oil in hand 5 quarts for an engine that only required 4.54 quarts I asked if there was any oil left, they said no,I know he spilled some of it on the engine cover because you could smell the oil inside the car being burned of by the engine's heat. They adviced me of services that I should strongly consider getting done today. However, the person that adviced me was not hte mechanic it was a nice receptionist. While there this old lady found out that her car would be there all day and no rental was avalible because the one, yes the one they had was already being used. They found some mechanic to take her home. I had my car stay at Rick Case for some time and I received a rental until they were finished and they did not return my car until it met Hyundia's standard of being a luxuary car competitor. While I finally got the call to get my car and I paid and left. I later noticed that I had an oily hand on my car and oil was all over the engine bay. I called they washed it good enough to keep me quite. They dodn't use floor mates in my car because they said that the floor was already dirty, that came from the service manger himself. The wash was bad. I still had to rub some oil of the hood and the metal grill. Never again, even in snow I will go to Rick Case. I am not saying go to Rick Case I am just saying that they set a standard that I could use to compare all Hyundai dealers and I know that my money and happiness is important to whatever car company I go to and to expect only the best no matter where I go in the US.

Mr. Bakuhn and the dealership was very responsive to my inquires prior to purchasing a new vehicle. My email and telephone calls were answered in a friendly and timely manner.The dealership is bright, clean, and employs up to date equipment in the shop to service vehicles. I began my car search online, and out of all the dealers around, Josh was the quickest to respond to my internet inquiry. Throughout the whole shopping experience, Josh never pressured me or made me feel rushed in my decision. Both Josh and Jason were very informative, and were quick to answer any question I had about the Sonata.They offered me their no haggle internet price, and it was just as advertised. I've always hated the car buying experience so when I knew i was ready to start shopping I figured it would be the same old processes again. Being that I have had many unfortunate events with my credit I was sure I wouldn't get a car, thats where Angel and Dave come in. They made my purchase experience the best i've ever had. Dave helped me pick the car I want and needed and Angel went to work on getting me financed. I'll definetely be dealing with Angel and Dave soon.

I gave the rating I did because Preston Hyundai, and Tony Sangialosi weren't like the "average" Dealership. I had visited 3 other dealers before I had reached Hundai and to be honest I was tired of the "typical" Car Salesman. That's until I had met Tony. This was the greatest experience I ever had. I forgot buying a car was supposed to be fun. I can't remember a time, if it even exsists when I bought a car and enjoyed the process. Tony was very paitent and didn't pressure me which was refreshing. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen. All the other stores I visited didn't listen at all.. I told them repeatedly the payment I needed to be at ad they kept showing me cars that I couldn't afford!! That's is sooo frustrating to me... I had a great experience and look forward to dealing with I'm in the future. I would highly recommend Tony and Preston Hyundai. And free car washes for as long as I own my car!!! Can't get any better!!! Thanks Tony!!!
