Brand new Murano hybrid flashes engine malfunction light after 700 miles. Call Monday afternoon & told can't get anyone to even look at till Friday. Leaving town, so drop it off Wed night (and thank you for staying a little late to take it in). Have to call repeatedly the following Monday to be told will know more Tues morning. Have yet to receive any update, let alone an actual solution, despite two voice mail messages. Complete disappointment.

I bought my Maxima from LeBlanc Nissan and Mr.John Porter was my salesmen he helped me through the whole process and was very upfront about everything and his service was an A rating and his personality is 1 in a million so I called him and told him I was brining my father-n-law over to purchase a vehicle and Mr.Porter found the perfect vehicle to fit his needs. Tom Cocke was outstanding with knowledge and customer service! I thought customer service was a thing of the past till I met Ms Donna and Ttom Cocke at price Leblanc Nissan in Gonzales ! From the beginning Mr Tom wanted me to be satisfied! During the test drive of one of the vehicles I told him I wanted to test drive a Camrey and he offered to take me to do that! How unusual is that! I never felt pressured in any way. He was completely willing to show me whatever I wanted to see so I would be satisfied. Thank you Mr Tom for making car buying easy again! Called the dealership about a used car they had advertised and called to confirm with a dingleberry sales guy named Anthony. Drove 1.5 hours and dingleberry said the car sold in the last hour. Found out car was never there. Didn't offer to cover gas, then dingleberry cops an attitude. xxxx guy, xxxx place in the woods. Never again

LeBlanc Nissan has the best new-car prices in town, and maybe even along the LA-AL coast. I bought my new car for much less than any dealer around and at a price comparable to large metropolitan areas, like Atlana, Phoenix, and LA. I will say that dealing with a younger salesperson ( <60) is desirable. The older salesmen go about the process as if it were 1970 in a small town. My experience was great. I knew what vehicle I wanted , had my bank financing in place, and picked a younger salesman. The only nit is the sales of additional services, like pre-paid oil changes, extended warranty, and about 10-15 other items they want you to buy. That is some other desk jockey being pushy, not the salesman.Service is terrible. I believe it is stuck in the time warp with the 60+ sales force. Oil change prices are ridiculous. Tire rotation is additional. And the xx-point inspection "is something we do for our customers for free". Yep, that's right. They consider that a special touch when it is standard anywhere else. For new-car owners, there is no '1st oil change free', no free wash with oil change, no nothing. It's as if the sale was the only goal. Forget about continued service. The service advisors were not personable.The environment inside the dealership is pleasant.....at first. But stand in the shadows and observe and you'll notice that is is very cliquish. Not between employees, but employee-customer. It feels like customers are outsiders and not very welcome, but necessary. I wouldn't doubt that there is some amount of gossip or talking when a customer leaves.I doubt I will return. Maybe if I buy a new car and the price is right. But it will be serviced elsewhere.

I originally visited Price LeBlanc searching for a used car. After not being thrilled with the car I went to see, I asked if they had anything else close to what I was looking for. Thanks to the wonderful staff, I ended up buying a brand new car. Tony Ramos was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. When financing was taking longer than expected, he walked me through various features of the car. My parents own the same car (older model), so I was very familiar with it. However, he taught me a lot I didn't know and I was very grateful for it! I was quite satisfied with the entire transaction :)

I made an internet deal for a new Frontier with Ricky P, who advised that he was the internet sales manager. The deal was contingent upon getting $12,000 for my trade in. Ricky took my vehicle information, including VIN number, pulled the CarFax report, and after review and explanation advised that he would give me my price for my trade-in so long as it was in good condition. He told me that they would do an appraisal of my truck when I got there and that it was just a formality to make sure that the mileage was as stated and that the paint and interior were in good condition, etc. I specifically advised that I would be removing certain aftermarket equipment to be put on the new vehicle and that the removal and reinstallation costs money. I further advised that I lived 80 miles away. I specifically told Ricky that I was concerned that after I drove that long distance and spending money to get my truck ready to trade-in, that the dealer would lowball offer my trade. Addressing my concerns, Ricky promised that they were not going to low-ball offer my trade once I got to the dealer; he again promised that our trade value was set in stone at $12,000 so long as my vehicle was in fair or better physical condition.Anticipating that the Dealer would take my trade today, and to avoid another 160 mile round trip, I spent just over $250 this morning to have my aftermarket equipment removed and put the vehicle back into stock trim. I then drove the 80 miles to the dealer to complete the sale. When I got there, I was greeted by Ricky P. who seemed nice enough. He went out to my truck, telling me that it was in "really nice shape." He wrote down some information, including the mileage and VIN number and then went to see the sales manager on duty whose name was Trent or Brent, I'm not sure which so I'm sticking with Trent. Trent also seemed a nice enough guy, and after exchanging pleasantries, he went out to test drive my truck and do the appraisal.Before going to LeBlanc Nissan, I tried to do a deal with my local dealers, but unfortunately they did not have the exact truck that I wanted in the color I wanted. However, two other Nissan dealers in New Orleans appraised my trade at $12,000. When the other dealers did the appraisal, they spent about 20 minutes going over the truck including the test drive before assigning it a value. I knew that I was in trouble when Trent came back in 2 minutes, the test drive consisting of backing the truck out of the parking space and putting it back into the parking space. He sat down behind his desk and told me that he would give me $9,000 for my trade-in. I felt like Charlie Brown when Lucy yanks the football away right before he tries to kick it. Just so that I am clear, a certain dealer in New Orleans is prepared to sell me the truck that I want for $13,400 plus my trade-in, out the door. Leblanc promised to sell me the same truck, literally the exact same truck, for $12,075 plus my trade in, out the door. Once they lowballed my trade, Trent tried very hard to sell me on what a great deal it was for me since they were selling the truck to me for $1,325 less than the New Orleans dealer. I tried to explain to him that it is not a great deal for me because the bottom line price at LeBlanc is now $1,775 more than the price at the New Orleans dealer. He then tried to convince me that my truck is worth less at LeBlanc than it is at the New Orleans dealer because of the price they are charging for the truck. I advised him that the value of my truck does not change relative to the MSRP on the window sticker. When I refused to accept any of his nonsense explanations and outright lies, Trent simply stated that my truck is not worth the $12,000 I was asking. When I asked him whether the physical condition of the truck was good, he stated that the truck "looks excellent." I asked whether his lowball appraisal was based on the physical condition or on the CarFax report. He advised that the CarFax report is the problem and the reason why they have chosen to lowball the truck. I asked Trent and Ricky why they made me drive up here when they had no intention of honoring their deal. He advised that if he would have known about the CarFax report before hand that he would not have made the $12,000 offer on my truck. I reminded him that Ricky pulled the report 10 days earlier, and that they in fact did have the report on hand and could have told me the truth at any time. (full disclosure, I had a couple of fender benders in the truck which make the CarFax report look pretty bad, although the damage from the accidents was not severs.) Trent finally stated that he did not make the deal, so he was not bound by it.So after all of my preparation, time, gas, and due diligence, the deal that LeBlanc was offering was my truck at $9,000 plus $15,000 out the door. Again, I asked why they had me drive 80 miles just to low ball me, and they advised that the manager that actually approved the deal was not on site and could not be reached. I then produced the written offer sheet from the other dealership showing the vehicle printout, my trade appraisal, and the actual costs of the deal. In a final attempt to try to fix this disaster, they offered to sell me the truck for $200 less than my local dealer. I was really insulted by this because for $200, I would not have spent most of my Christmas Eve driving to Gonzales and having the truck striped of equipment, etc. I would have had my new truck 10 days earlier. At that point, the least they could have done was apologize for waisting my time and money. They never even did that. Their reaction was more like them saying, don't let the door hit you on the way out. I feel cheated. I cannot get my day back, and instead of what should have been a great day, all I got was unbelievable frustration. It cost me $40 in fuel just to go there and come home. And in the event I cannot get the deal that I want, I will have to spend another $150-$200 putting all my equipment back into my truck to wait for the 2013 models.

I went car shopping at other dealerships but they tried their barest to sell me what I did not want, dealers were rude and very unprofessional, as well as were looking to charge me way more for my vehicle. I think they saw a youn girl coming and thought I was that gullible and was gonna go with anything less than what I wanted. So I walked out, no sale. However at Leblanc Nissan, where I had Taylor Amos as my dealer, he was very friendly and well knowledgeable about the features on and in the rogue, where at other dealership noone even cared to explain. He also took me on a good test drive of the vehicle showing me all the capabilities an features the Nissan rogue offers. Upon me picking up the vehicle the next day Tony Ramos. Explained the features to me on how to set up the xm radio as well as the computer controls on dash and to sync my cell to the car's bluetooth. The guy that did the paperwork with me (I can't remember his name) was very nice, he explained the extended warranty and maintenance package very well which I did purchase. the grand total of it all still beat the price at the other dealership for the same exact features. I have yet to bring in the vehicle for scheduled oil change, but I was very impressed with how extremely clean the mechanic area was, not the typical cluttered filthy mess I am used to seeing at my old mechanic. I overall was extremely happy with my purchase at Leblanc Nissan and I plan on getting my scheduled maintenance done at the facility. I will and have recommended this dealer to many people. I can't say enough good things about how pleased I am.

Everyone at Leblanc Nissan in Gonzales, LA was extreme friendly during my visit. There was a professional atmosphere at every step of the car buying process. I have never received more straightforward and friendly service in purhcasing a vehicle as I did working woth Paul Bollich, the internet sales manager. His attention to customer service is UNBELIEVABLE. What impressed me the most was his knowledge of the vehicle that I purchased and his willingnes to share that knowledge with me........even after the sale was complete. It was right at closing time for the dealership when I finished the deal. Instead of jetting out of there because it was quitting time on a Saturday, he took the time to COMPLETELY go through the features on the Pathfinder I purchased. I can't tell you how priceless this was to me. In a world that places less and less emphasis on customer service in general as time goes on, this was a welcome change from past car-buying experiences I've had. I'd also like to commend Chad in finance for the no-pressure experience I had in that department. Chad is spectacular at what he does, especially when it comes to helping the customer complete "the deal" with a comfortable feeling. These guys were wonderful!

Let me first say; I have heard so many horror stories about dealerships service centers. My experience has surpassed any expectation I had. I went to see about one thing that required a breif road trip. On that drive Nate saw something that bothered him. He fixed it. In that instant I felt as though my brother were taking care of me. I felt as though my safety was important to him. He very well could have ignored what he saw. In these economic times people are so tight with budgets and stuff. I am very grateful for the service and will from now on have my vehicle brought to his service center. It is nice to know that integreity still exists. I am confident that everyone will be taken care of the way I was. Such a great feeling to know that it is not who you know, rather than where you go.

On 9/20. Jon said the check was mailed that day (not 9/13 transaction day as promised). As of 9/23/11 - STILL NO CHECK. Is this an acceptable business practice?? Purchased 2011 JUKE SV w/ nav. I do highly recommend salesman Brent Mott - very patient, very attentive and helpful, not overbearing. Price on new unit was better than New Orleans metro dealers. Showroom is clean and appealing. Word of caution...Just make sure you don't fall prey to the "check's in the mail" line.

This was the shortest purchase of an automobile that we have ever made. We are normally "Toyota People", but my daughter fell in love with the Juke. We normally spend from half a day to a total day at a dealership when purchasing a vehicle. We arrived at this dealership at 6:30 pm and our purchase was finalized at around 7:30 pm. In December of 2007, I leased a Murano in Metairie. I relocated to Baton Rouge in 2009 and was glad to learn that, not only could I have my car serviced (regular scheduled maintenance) at Leblanc, but...they could also purchase my lease and put me in a 2011 Murano under a new lease. Not having to make the trips to Metairie from BR was so convenient for me, and the customer service I received from the Service Department was a definite plus! Now, comes the best part.....I met Brent Mott, who was Leblanc's Representative who helped me with the purchase of my old lease and putting me in my new 2011 Murano! He was professional and knowledgeable and really walked me through the process making it as "seamless" as possible! He was also friendly, courteous and available to answer my questions (which were many)! We purchased a new 2010 Nissan Murano on 9/4. Our salesman was Joe Berry. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Leblanc Nissan since 2005 and Joe has been our salesman on all of them. I called Joe on 9/1 to talk about the Rogue and got some information and pricing. When we went in to test drive that evening, we decided the Rogue wasn't best for us and decided to look at the Murano. My wife loved it, but they didn't have exactly what we wanted in stock. Joe found a couple of vehicles that he could get that met our desires. There was never any pressure to buy and we were given a good price without a lot of hassle. We decided to buy on 9/2 and Joe found and got a Murano exactly like we wanted. We then went in Saturday 9/4 to finalize the deal. We got a very good price and a very fair trade-in value. The dealership did everything they could to make the process pleasant and to not waste our time. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful.
