I recently purchased a used F150 from this dealership. About a week after purchasing the truck, I opened the sunroof to find that it got stuck open. In order to get it closed, I dis-assembled it and slid it to the closed position. In doing this, I found 4 or 5 pieces of broken plastic up in the tracks. I called my salesperson, Rick, and left a message asking if he could help. I explained that I understood that this was sold As Is but that this seemed like an extenuating circumstance to me given the extent of the damage to the sunroof. He called back and told me that he spoke to his manager, George, and George said that this would be covered if I paid a $100 deductible. I proceeded to make an appointment with service. When I came in, the service department told me that they didn't know what I was talking about but that sometimes sales does make this sort of exception and that I should talk to sales before we move forward with the service appointment. I went to speak to Rick and he denied saying that they would help and he said that he had no way of knowing if I had any coverage or not. He passed me off to the extended warranty salesperson who tried to sell me an extended warranty again. I was not about to give them the satisfaction of buying anything else from them so I left the sales floor and went back to the service department. The service people were very empathetic and professional. They explained what they could do to help me and what was likely to happen. I did not proceed with them because I don't currently have extra money to spend fixing a luxury feature on a vehicle that I just spent tens of thousands of dollars on. I had a survey request in my inbox from my sales experience. I filled this out in detail after this experience to give them the opportunity to respond. This was over a week ago and they have chosen not to respond. I am frankly disappointed in how they managed this. I have had very positive experiences with other Priority dealerships in the past. I now look at the reviews only to find that this dealership appears to have a long history of dissatisfied customers. I know better for next time!

I made an appointment for a State Inspection, regular scheduled service (I assumed they would take that as a Chevrolet recommended service), change the cabin air filter, discuss potential solutions to the Major Bolt EV vehicle Fire recall, and repair plastic piece under the passenger front bumper. The Service Manager, John Sherman and Chase Johnson took care of my visit. The service department did not perform the state inspection and when I questioned it John Sherman recommended I make another appointment for an inspection. Nevermind that I had driven from Chester, VA to Newport News, VA for this service appointment. The drive takes 1 hr, 13 min and is 73 miles one way. The answers about the recall were sarcastically answered by the manager giving me the impression I did not matter because I am a senior citizen and a woman. The serviceman assumed it was my first service without asking me. The truth is it was my third service. The reason it was not in the computer is that Chevrolet service departments do not take the time to enter service visits. Entering information about the car in the computer makes overall service on a vehicle better. It would be better for Chevrolet, the customer, and future owners. I am dissatisfied by how I was dismissed. This organization is not customer friendly and possibly not customer friendly to women. Read that my woman friends.

I worked with Gil to buy my used Traverse. His customer service was phenomenal. Megan helped with my protection package. She was not pushy at all, but exceptionally informative. When I came to have my protective package completed through the service center, I worked with Jeanne. She was pleasant and kept me informed through the whole process. Everyone is so kind and welcoming at this business. I highly recommend checking them out!

We only have one car, a Chevy Equinox that we love, and it needed extensive service. The Priority team took wonderful care of us. They shuttled us home, then when it was obvious that the needed parts were going to be a long time coming, they loaned us an Equinox (nice, because we didn't have to learn a new vehicle). We had a trip planned right in the middle of all that and they had us return the loaner and shuttled us to the airport. A week later, parts still not in, they loaned us another Equinox. As soon as the parts arrived, they installed them and called us. We are very grateful. I'm 67, and I've had lots of experience with car dealerships. Never have I been treated so well, so courteously, and so kindly.

After requesting help on finding a Silverado, Abby called me with great and informative information on their inventory which prompted me to come in. I was surprised to find the exact model/color/package I was looking for. Josh was as outstanding salesman, who thoroughly went through all the options on the truck before, during and after my test drive. I had a lot of questions, and he really knew his vehicles. I had a great experience at the dealership and am very excited to get the exact truck I wanted. Great job by all the staff who assisted me.
