Victor and the rest of the sales crew have always been polite, friendly, and professional. Victor went over options and made sure we understood how to use the me technology before we left. We got there around 9 and left around 12:30. Not bad considering the test drive, negotiating, and actual purchase.

Something has changed, for the better. Dealerships are not usually "the best deal" for your time and money when it comes to regular service. However we prefer to have our vehicles serviced by the dealer. It's a toss up when you move and have to "try out" a new dealer service department. We are pleasantly surprised; friendly (number one to us and it doesn't cost the dealer a dime, just the right employees) and fast.
