I kept getting cards about buying an extended warranty that I thought I had bought at the time I purchased the car. So I went to Pugmire just to make sure. I had already left a voice mail the day before and no one returned the call. I go into the lobby and was ignored. I did not have on pricey clothing but I was decent and clean. Let me mention that I am 60 and have gray hair. The manager was speaking to a young lady and they were both playing with their cell phones. One employee was on his and looked straight at me but went out the exit (I guess he did not want anyone to listen in oh his phone call). Another employee was walking around with his clip board. A young couple told me there were some employees in the office. I walked over there and stood by the man with the clip board. They looked busy (on the computer anyway). I walked out and went around to the service area and a young lady graciously helped me with my question.I walked back to the lobby to say, "Thank you for no service" but changed my mind because I was upset. The manager was at his desk, the man with the clip board still walking around, and two other employees were outside smoking. I walked back to my car and called the dealership, got voicemail, and said "thank you for no service" and said why I was there and that I would be complaining about this. I guess they just aren't appreciative enough to have a job, was not taught about how to treat customers, and, by the way, age discrimination is against the law.

I purchased my 2014 ford fusion from Pugmire almost two years ago and I wont go anywhere else. They were very helpful from my sales person to the manager to the service department. Sammy was awesome he took his time with me and let me choose and didn't rush me, he also gave me a few days to think about it and make my decision without pressure. The finance manager got me a great deal with ford credit and great rate. Jeff the service manager is great they are always efficient and honest with the work that needs to be done and letting me know what I will need done in the near future. I usually do all my own car work but I really like these guys up here so I will continue to give them my business without a second thought. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle check them out its worth your time.

I found my first choice car here on cars.com, then called Pugmire Ford. They gave me a ballpark figure, I got in my car and drove almost 2 and a half hours to their dealership, and drove away in my brand new first choice car as a very happy customer!The whole team at this dealership worked very hard to make sure I ended up in a great car with a plan that worked for me. I brought them a very difficult situation, and they handled it extremely well and in a timely manner. They took some hits and made some sacrifices for me. Normally you would see opposite behavior at car dealerships. My salesman was Lamar Musick. I highly recommend him. Great, friendly guy who is there to serve and match a great vehicle to a happy customer. The sales managers also did everything they could for me. Lastly, the gentleman who dealt with my financing was the most helpful I've ever experienced. Very impressed. Thank you!

We are so very grateful to you all, I called the dealer on christmas eve and and got a young lady of whom I will say was very nice in the service dept, I told her our problem with a dead battery , our car only has 33000 miles on it and my wife was stranded at home trying to get to work. She sent out a man to jump off our ford fusion and helped my wife get it to the dealership, you all preceded to put a new battery in it and got her on her way. We stopped in one day to look at cars and were greeted warmly by everyone even though it was closing time. I test drove a Fiesta on the lot and really enjoyed how it drove. When we were leaving I fell in love with the green Fiesta in the showroom. We did not buy it that day and it was not a problem. A few days later my family went to finalize and I have loved my car since. It gets great gas mileage. I've only had to fill it up once in the last 18 days!!! I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends.

In June my husband and myself bought a Lincoln MKS from Pugmire in June ,there were somethings we were not satisfied with so we returned the car the next morning and gave our concerns,we left the car there and three days later we went back to the dealership to speak with the manager,the manager was very rude verbally abusive with his tone and told us we had to take the vehicle without our concerns being addressed because we brought the car and if we did not take the car it would stay on the compound untill the bank repose the car,we left the car on the car lot because we were not satisfied with what he told us and how he spoke to us,he was very condescending and had no care for the customer,the internet manager by the name of Victoria called us when we left the dealership and did her best to take care of this situation she sent us to the other dealership in Marietta to see if we saw another car that we was satisfied with she understood our concerns and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy,The persent manager is no kind of business man his concern is not for the company because he is not making sure the customers are happy,because of him I would not recommend any any body there,now if the internet manager was manager of that store I would surely be obliged to send people there she"s very professional and knows that the car business is a people business and not a car business because without the people to buy the cars there was not going to be any business.

My experience at Pugmire Ford was the best dealer experience I have had yet. All of the sales staff were welcoming and were able to meet all of my needs. A special shout out goes to the two staff who assisted : Victoria Lewis and Mark Taylor. I made sure to do my research so I initially worked with Victoria, their internet manager. She was great to work with. My visit to Pugmire was a spur-of-the-moment visit and she was with another customer at the time as they were very busy. I was able to therefore work with Mark Taylor. Mark was just as great a sales person as Victoria. I would definitely recommend this dealership to other and would send them to Victoria/Mark. Great people at Pugmire Ford!

We recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. It was very late on a Friday when we arrived, but they were very accommodating. We did not leave until after 10 p.m. that night but they never once tried to push us out the door. We dealt with a sales person by the name of Mark. Mark was very professional, and he knew exactly what he was talking about. I feel like we made more than just an acquaintance that night, I feel like we made a friend. The only issue that I have with this dealership is there internet pricing. They do not disclose that their internet pricing includes all rebates, including those that one may not qualify for. I felt like that that was a deceptive practice. I have spoken with the general manager about the issue and I am going to speak with one of their owners about the issue today. I'm hoping to get that resolved, so that we have a 100% satisfactory experience. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone, simply because Mark is the best.

The new Asst. Mngr of Service (at least to me), Jeff, was EXCELLENT, very understanding, and offered up great advice and showed general concern for my situation and my safety. I will certainly say that I did not like the Pugmire service before him, despite the fact I did often use the services for my car repairs - until NOW! and all because of Jeff. I can tell you that this if the first and the only repair trip my car has made there where I can actually feel a difference in its performance and the issue that I have been asking Pugmire for YEARS to fix (receipts to prove its been years might I add) has FINALLY been resolved. Jeff was excellent but sadly I don't know who did the work on my car but whichever mechanic it was deserves kudos as well. It has literally been years for this issue and Pugmire has previously failed to fix it until yesterday! Great job Jeff and to the outstanding mechanic who took care of me and my car.

I have given these ratings mainly because of our Sales Associate, Susan Tankersley. She was very good at what she does. Susan did not make us feel like we were pushed, and did not ask our name, rank, serial # just to look at a vehicle. Only after we were sure we wanted to buy, then I was more than happy to give all info needed for a sale. Every place we had been, we felt jumped on and asked for info that did not matter just to look. I would recommend Susan to anyone buying a vehicle.

The list is long so I will hit the highlights. Went to buy a car for my newly driving teen daughter. It was just the girls husband was at work and was involved via phone during process. The car that I had spoke to them that VERY morning about was told it was three but when I got there it was not and she said she tried to call me but she did not! I drove a hour to get there. That was the first thing. My salesman I was working with after we got to the dealer Anthony was very nice and polite and never had a problem. When I found a car I called my husband and sent pictures as well. When he could not get off in time the business manage (finance) said take papers home and bring back Monday after husband signs. He was very rude from almost the start with me. I think he was mad because he could not get there to sign them which was a blessing in the end. The lord was watching over my daughter. So I did just that. Once I did get a chance to sit down with my spouse to sign papers it was 9pm on a Sunday night. That is when we saw all the red flags. Double copies of title papers one blank and one filled in as well as the same with the power of attorney and another tag application. They all had a blank one as well as the one filled in by computer. I have NEVER done that at any other dealer EVER! Then I see the BUYER BEWARE form that states in a nutshell the car you are about to buy they( the dealer ) doesn't recommend you buy it because it was going to the auction to be sold and I should not drive it and that they had no intentions to sell it and don't wan to sell it to me at this time! WTH who would sign that especially if you are going to put your child in the car for them to drive? In addition to that I had asked to get a car fax 2 x on Saturday and they never gave me one. SO my husband refused to sign and said take the car back so I did Monday am. I was met by Anthony who was always nice and professional. I took a family member with me as a witness. We asked to speak to the general manger but we got the same rude business manager I dealt with on Saturday. He was rude and defensive from the start and had a very unprofessional attitude. We then asked to speak to a real manager and did see the General manager. He also had a attitude right off the start and told my family member you are not on the paperwork. and not buying the car so I don't have to talk to you. It was a very unprofessional. in the end the General manger did apologize ( a little to late ) and offer my money back I had given as a down payment. Even though my husband had refused to sign papers and there really was no deal on the table I was glad to get my money back and end my interaction with Pugmire Ford and it's Upper management team! I will not use Pugmire ever again and will tell anyone the same.

I was dreading the experience of shopping for two vehicles. Helen and Jacob were able to do two trade ins, find the cars I wanted to purchase and put the entire deal together based on my budget. I have never had that happen during any other vehicle purchases making this an unique experience for sure. #3 (Genuine) out of 8 cars I have purchased over the years, I have NEVER met a more genuine car dealership where all the employees care about their customers. #4 (Motivational) was the experience because they never pressured me, only coached and encouraged me to select the truck that was going to fit my personality, gotta love that! #5 (Immaculate) was the condition of the offices, show room, all vehicles and customer service from day one of my experience at Pugmire Ford. #6 (Respectful) was the attitude toward all my family from the first step in the door, as there was no pressure put on us to buy this or buy that. Austin and Helen worked with me to select the best vehicle for me, letting me be the one to make the final decision on the truck, not forcing a final decision for me. #7 (Excellent) is the rating I give Austin and Helen because that is what the Pugmire family represents and as listed above (Professional,Unique,Genuine,Motivational,Immaculate,Respectful,Excellent) first letters of each word spells PUGMIRE so what more proof does a buyer need!! Excellent in every way!!!

I purchased a blue F-250 from the Pugmire dealership. The process was quick and painless. My sales rep was courteous and straight forward, and I had requested that the paperwork be prepared before I arrived to finalize the sale. This was all done as promised and as a positive side note the truck has been great! They were able to get me the exact truck that I told them I wanted.

I was in the market for an F150 and since I had used the service dept before with good results plus the fact that I wanted to shop local I stopped by this dealer first. I had been told before that if they did not have the vehicle I wanted, they could get it from any other Ford dealer.I brought an internet ad from Courtesy Ford in Conyers for a new F150 STX to see if they could match the price or obtain the truck for me. I spent 2 hours trying to be convinced to buy an XL instead for $3,000 more. The salesman Sammy Davis was very nice and courteous but the truck I requested was never mentioned unless I brought it up. Finally the sales manager, whose name I cannot remember, came out and began telling me there was no way Courtesy Ford could sell that truck at that price. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. I'm 60 years old and have bought numerous new vehicles and have never been talked to this way. I left and went to Courtesy Ford the next day and bought the truck at the exact price advertised with no problems. I emailed the general manager who is the owner's son the next day and told him of my experience. It has been a week with no response so I decided to write this review. I am extremely disappointed in this dealership and would caution anyone considering purchasing there to beware.

I was strongly encouraged to visit this dealership by a friend who recently purchased a F-150. As a business guy, I usually dislike purchasing vehicles due to some of the dealers sales tactics. But not at Pugmire Ford. This was by far the best buying experience I have ever had. They were clear and articulate through all the pricing and financing negotiations. No funny business or backdoor add-ins. After we settled the business end, the sales people even sat in the vehicle with me and reviewed the key points of the owners manual and answered all of my questions. My friends recommendation certainly paid off.

bought the truck 2 months ago and haven't been able to get the thing started in a few days because something has going wrong with the Passive Anti Theft System (PATS). When I explained that to them, they wanted me to pay $55 for towing, then an additional $250 to hook it to their computers. After purchasing the truck, I had to go back and forth to the dealership about 3 or 4 times because paperwork was getting mixed up on their end. Sales manager at that time (Vernon) assured me that if I needed anything from him, he would take care of it. Now of course he is no longer there and the new Sales manager ( I think his name is Darrell) doesn't care about those loyalties. I truly hope people choose to go elsewhere to shop for their vehicles. Especially my fellow Southwire employees.

Definitely better places to go other than here. They offered 18k to begin with on my brothers truck to begin with and said they couldn't go any higher than 22k and he ended up getting 28k somewhere else. Ridiculous. They don't get many customers so they try to hit homeruns off of every single one. Stay away.

Bought a used Kia Amanti, low miles, was a trade-in. Found online & did the whole deal over the phone & online with Tim the sales manager. I didn't have the best credit, made sure I was honest about it & Tim spent several days finding the best deal for me! I had been to multiple dealerships throughout Atlanta & Tim was able to get the lowest amount down & pmt option. The Carrollton location was quite a drive from where I'm at & I wasn't able to test drive till the weekend. They held the car for me, pending my deal in place, & thankfully the car was just as described online. Test drove, signed all paperwork, & drove off the lot within 2 hours!!! No back & forth, games, etc that I had experienced at some other places. The battery didn't look so good, they tested it, & replaced it for me :) I had to get a temporary tag but Pugmire staff mailed not only my tag but a brand new license plate! I thought I was going to have to go to the DMV to purchase another plate since mine was damaged with my previous car. Not sure if this is normally how it works or if the dealer arranged it when I mentioned I didn't have a plate. :) Lamar was the sales rep & he was pleasant to work with. Bonus- received a coupon for my 1st oil change free & was able to use at a closer Pugmire location. Only bad thing- car was not that clean. I could tell it had not been detailed & when I asked if they would, was told they normally deal with new cars only & i guess don't detail. I was told they normally don't hold on to too many trades & car was being sold as is. I was okay with it at the time of purchase but when I went to clean the car it was pretty gross inside. Overall REALLY hapy with the experience.

My wife went there to test drive a car. I emailed Internet sales manager back and forth. Agreed on a price. Went there to sign the papers and the amount was $2000 higher. They said oops mistake. Had to rework deal. I still caved in for an extra 1000. Then I thought I was being held hostage until I agreed to take their gap insurance. Cancelled the next day as state farm bank has free gap insurance when financed with them. Two weeks later and gap cost still hasn't been taken off loan amount. Car was dirty too. Looks like they would of cleaned it up. Don't believe anything they say. I'm sure there are more honest dealers out there. I will reasearch the dealership as much as I do the auto next time.

we drove 168 miles to purchase a uased car from this dealer. the car was on the lot in a very dirty condition. we did know that the car had been at the dealer for at least a month before we saw it. the salesman was absolutely the most congenial&knowledgeable sales person we have had the experience to meet. However the management of the dealer was absolutely the worst I have ever encountered in my 65 years of life. whoever owns this dealer was obviously the only person allowed to negotiate prices & he was not on site. wWe therfore had to wait until the on site mgr. could text the owner then wait for a reply. We were there almost 3 hours & could never meet an agreement on a car that they have had for 30 days or more. We left & drove 168 miles home & will never return to this dealer & reccomend that noone else do so either.

I spoke to one of the salesman. I submitted my credit application online. I already told the salesperson what I was looking for and that I already had an auto loan. He told me that I was pre-approved. He also stated that it would not be a problem. I told him that I lived 50 miles away and I wanted to be sure of everything before driving the distance. I got there and the car was dirty and it did not start. Also, they told me that I had to trade in my car in order to get another car. I was very disappointed overall. I'm thankful that I was able to do business with another company, and now have an additional car.
