i came into queens auto mall not knowing what to expect from the moment you walked in everyone is professional i was greeted by Jonathan told him saw a car online to my surprise the car was as advertised online there was no hidden fees no trickery just as promised came in as a pedestrian left with a vehicle not to mention the finance guy who was excellent as well Mr Isaac and the guy who sticks with me throughout the whole processed George over all service was great and excellent sure will be back for any future car buying.

I've been wanting to find the best car for my daughter who's graduating in college this year. Contacted dealer to fix problem but was given the run around. Once they had my money the attentive service I was given disappeared.

My initial encounter was with salesman George M, and GM Louie, and Jonathan P. My decision had already been made before they even knew it; since there was never a feeling of pressure to purchase and a clear sense of honesty and knowledge projected from all of them. i overall had a great experience there. As a first time buyer they were really cooperative and has a huge collection of varieties to choose from. The person dealing with us was Marvin. Queens Auto Mall is easy to deal with. As we know buying a car is a long and strenuous process but not with QAM. They are willing to cooperate so that both the seller and the buyer get a mutual agreement. Salesmen are very kind and helpful also, so if you want to change a car go to QAM and for sure you will be fully satisfied.

We went there with my husband to see a car that was available ONLY because ,we were told it was available over the phone prior to drive there.The manager was attentive,he introduced himself. the sales person was ok. Surprisingly (not really) the car was sold already and the salesperson stared selling other cars which we were not interested in buying, we were not really harassed to buy anything because we got there close to closing time . Waste of time.

The Worst Place Ever! I Picked Out A 2011 550.. took it to get looked at.. engine problems the car sucked! Came back and let them know what's going on 2 days later .. then they don't want to fix the problem they want to put the car back on the market ! Then offer me another car .. but at a higher price because the car they gave me is TRASH! So now I get the 535xi 2012. Everything seems to be good . When I pull off the Tpm (tire pressure module)comes up instantly . So I'm asking what's that mean...about 3 ppl are saying oh it's nothing you just have to drive around and it will reset its been 3 months still there! Also just came from Bmw and there is a full list of items that's wrong leaks that were covered up .. just terrible. They sell me a warranty that doesn't cover anything a warranty that full of crap ! Now I'm stuck paying 5000 for a 30,000 car I'm paying for that they didn't do a tune up or anything on.. which they said oh we're going to service the car .. all lies these ppl suck! Managers and all.. Don't go Here! Crooks and liars! You can clearly see how these ppl operate they only comment to the happy ppl who had "great experiences" but never to anyone who had problems are hard times! just terrible ! BAD!! HORRIBLE!! -. Can't Even give them a 1 in rating .. it was terrible!

I came to Queens Auto Mall because I saw a BMW that I absolutely wanted. Thankfully, the car was available and George my sales rep was great. He pulled up a full carfax report and I felt a lot more confident buying the car afterwards. And before taking the car off the lot they obviously had my car inspected and up and running to code, but I also got my car fully serviced, washed, and detailed! Everyone is very friendly which is helpful with dealing with the delays in taking possession of our new car. We were told that we could drive off with it on Sunday (the day we came to look at and paid for it) but at the last step we were told it had to be inspected and we needed to come back the next day. We were told it would be looked at first thing (which was specified to be at 900) and it would be done around 1100. We arrived at 1130 to find out it was not done. At 1250 we were told that it was on the lift. We are happy to know that it is getting a good inspection ( Especially because the car we were interested in was parked inside the building and we did not get a chance to test drive it) but we our from out of state on vacation and are missing out on plans because of the delay. Overall a great experience just a little frustrating considering our location situation. If were were local we would recommend your dealership to friends. Thank You!

Hi, i came with my dad to help him finance a car, first time financing, he already new and saw what he wanted. My dad was involved in an auto accident thru no fault of his and his Jeep was totalled. but my father was not hurt and no one else were in their vehicle at that time, we went through the process of everything through his insurance company, and they were kind enough to give me a site to go to thru Allstate and that's when i saw the car my dad wanted, it was also close to home. I called to make an appointment of course i printed out the imformation and i went with my dad to see the car,. It needed a few things, that are being taken care of. It did take a few hours only because the bank was not sure that he was buying the car, especially when they saw his age, but everything went through and my dad drove off with his new used car which he loves and they even gave him a $25 voucher for gas. I called about a few things the next day about the front tires were a little bald, it was missing the manual( need it to see how to program everything) and the key he had was a copy, but everything went well, Marvan, Luis were very polite and of course Jonathan was the guy that got everything we need, he sent us to get the front tires replaced, he got the manual and he also recommended a locks smith to make a key for my dad. We called the guy he even came to the house and we got a discount on the key, he cut it and programmed the key. My dad is thrilled and happy and so am i

Came here from Virginia to look at a Mercedez Benz 2007 with my boyfriend and was helped by Salesperson - Cruz, real nice guy and very helpful. He took us out to view the car which was in very good condition, drove really well and smooth. Then we went in to sit down with Chickie the Sales Manager, he pretty much just gave us the run down (price, tags and taxes info). Then we met with Rudy the General manager he was real straight forward and just got straight to the point. Overall the experience was great. My husband and I went there to purchase a car, at first we were a bit turn off because of the previous review that we read,so we actually went there being in defense mode. The sale rep wasn't very patient with us when we explain we didn't want to exceed a certain amount of money. Anyways we continue to look, eventually found something we both like we were still in defense mode because of the long waiting. Our break through came when we meet Loius one of the sale Manager, he introduced himself call us in his office and said what's wrong you guys don't look happy. So my husband explained to him why!! He said look at me I promise I will do all that I can to change the way you think about our company, he stated he was there to take care of his customers and he did just that!!! Besides not getting two car keys and we weren't informed before purchasing we are very pleased with the service so far hopefully it remains on this path!!!!! My title says it all. (The biggest reason why I am writing this report is that I don't want anyone else to go through this. It shouldn't be legal. Honestly, Rudy, would you let your own son or daughter get lied and swindled like you do to many? I guess you don't believe in the golden rule. )I went to look at an X5 35d. Queens Auto NON auction house listed it for 22. It was an ok price.But the car had check engine lights for the key issue on the diesels. EMISSIONS! Some codes for EGR and the DPF.I asked the salesman to do a test drive to see whether the transmission was good and to consider whether the codes are terminal or not.He said he would have to check with the manager. Sheesh, really? I have my own insurance!Rudy turned out to be this manager. Before I could test drive he wanted to do the paperwork. I told him I'm unsure, but he laid it out, 25k. REALLY? I said, no way, I have my phone open from their post on craiglist for 22, which I feel isn't even correct, due to the check engine issues.I didn't even get to the point of finding out how much they would charge for bogus fees. Others have mentioned 2k+. No way. No way. Seriously, people, go elsewhere when they hike the price up 2k for 2 times!Rudy told me that I had to be patient that they would fix the issues. Really Rudy? Do you have half a clue on DPF or EGR issues? 90% of these issues are only fixed by a proper BMW DEALER, which you are not. You aren't even cognizant of what an EGR or DPF does, judging by how you ignored my concerns. So, I told him, NO, I refuse to pay a higher price than THEY advertised on craigslist, and it is not for me to have to wait for them to fix their check engine codes. In fact, they shouldn't advertise this lemon until it is repaired!Rudy, shame on you for trying to intimidate me. I may look small, but I sure as heck don't like BS or lies. I fight back, in fact, that is why I work in construction- because I stand up for what is the right thing and get the job done. You, sir, only care about money.

I came to this dealership because I wanted a infiniti fx35. I scheduled an appointment to come and get the car, car was sold, which was fine. I then saw a car I like which was an infiniti ex35 and purchased it. The buying process was OK, but when I left they never told me that the audio for the bluetooth,radio,navigation didn't work. And the rear left side door didn't open. I'm beyond upset and would not recommend anyone to buy from them unless you check every single thing that's on that car even the small things like audio.

When the vehicle was turned over to us the side panel of one of the second row seats, was in the jack well (which was extremely dirty) , and the drivers side seat panel was hanging off. The indicator light for low air was on. The center console well was still very wet. The adhesive was not removed from the middle windows. We were told that the vehicle had heated seats, since I am not a fan of leather seats that was the only reason for considering purchasing the vehicle. as it turned out there were no heated seats, but they did give a us a $200. check to compensate.The service manager made arrangements for us to take the van to a tire repair shop, where after 5 rejected tire, a suitable one was installed. They tried giving us a tires with cracks, leaks, wrong size, and with less tread than the one being replaced. Needless to say we spent almost 2 hours in the shop to get a tire which should have been done by the dealer's inspection.

A representative name Edwin Rodrigues told me that they had several cars in my price range but when i got there they had nothing at all then they tried to sell me a bmw on its last leg with the check engine light on. I came in for the second time knowing I was going to make a purchase. i originally wanted the bait nissan coupe for 8k. I dont usually like help looking so i searched what was available with my mom and pup. when i knee the cars i had in mind i was introduced to steve by the great john. steve was awesome. not telling me what i want to hear and letting us know everything straight up. loved that he kept it all in my hands for my decision and he was down to earth. while waiting for my credit decision john was so loving and entertaining. he adored my yorkie. when doing the financing and seeing the money with john it was intimidating and i felt they kept trying to swindle by adding additional fees and having one sale price yet putting another and some computer calculatioms was not right. Once we agreed/settled on a price and paid the down payment an extra charge popped up. thanks to my mom for being the analyst that she is for seeing the "mishap". When asking for copies of things they didnt want to give us copies of the items or blank forms signed. How ever I love the car do far.

I was in need of a new car , and I didn't have a lot of time to turn this around. I saw the vehicle on line and entered my info. A young lady Called with-in a few minutes, Mo'nique is her name. I explained my situation and she assured me that I would be driving that car home that evening, which is what I needed. Frankly I did not believe it happen so quickly. Was I ever wrong, Mo'nique was right. Once I arrived Mike K took the reigns and made IT HAPPEN!! GREAT team of people, friendly and down to business, the car is clean, runs like new , and they also gave me a great warranty. A great experience, i will recommend this place .

Ray was solid. All star Had a bit of trouble finding the car I came in for but found it but it wasn't able to be cleanly sold. Not sure why it was advertised. Instead found a newer more expensive option which I'm pumped about but they worked on price and gave additional value on trade in to offset cost. Overall happy, will see how car preforms. I think it will be good given the 2 year 25k tier 3 warranty they gave. Feel like I got a good deal

This was my daughters first car so I needed details ,safety reports, history, even recall info if it applies, Walking in we expected slick, fast talking make the deal no matter what . Instead I got all my questions answered, no rush and plenty of help, these guys took there time and understood my need to evaluate every step of a car purchase for my daughters well being, Even after the deal was done I was blown away with the car detailing , free gas voucher ,free wash voucher and the ordering of a molding they paid for to make her car perfect in every way. I would recommend this place to anyone. Took me three days to finally drive out with a vehicle, but the faults were mine. I did a trade in and they worked with me so I was able to drive out with a new vehicle. Mr Louis and Jonathan were wonderful, not to mention lily she was wonderful. Very helpful and patient. I was brought down for a vehicle that was non existent by Selena for 14,980 a 2008 ml550. I was greeted by my angel in disguise Ray. He was so nice and charming my husband and I knew we were gonna do business one way or another. We literally stumbled across this truck across the street with the assistance of Ray. It was doubled the price but Isaac and him made the pain feel so pleasurable we gave them our beloved Betsy and a real lump sum of cash down and took our baby home!!! Let's just say this establishment was great. My sales guy Ray showed me the utmost respect from the time he logged me in the book, showed me around and worked out the best cash price on my vehicle. The managers were rude after I took delivery of the car and it was still filthy. They gave me a voucher to get a normal car wash that did a half xxx job. Atleast after spending over 14 grand cash they could have provided a better detail. Again it wasn't my sales guy fault and for that I would recommend this place and please work with him as he is awesome!

This guy is really a special dude when it comes to patience and giving you advice on vehicles. I never felt pressured into making a deal and he earned my business because of this! I came to this dealership with a vehicle already in mind, having done my research. I believe George was the one who initially helped me. He answered my questions to the fullest extent and made me feel comfortable. Even after the purchase was finalized he gave me advice on things pertaining to the vehicle and finance. He deserves a raise and free breakfast for the year. Pavlo, the finance manager, did a phenomenal service. He actually listened and made sure I left satisfied with the price of vehicle and the monthly rate. He detailed all of my options and made sure I understood them before actually selecting my decision, which is much appreciated. Give him a raise and breakfast for the year too! Only complaint I have is that I was here for what felt like an especially long period of time and because we were bouncing from room to room and waiting and waiting and there were no refreshments or anything of the sort offered. Maybe hire more part timers for mid day. All in all good job.

Queens Auto Mall has all the ingredients for an amazing buying experience. We reached QAM after few phone conversation through the week with Monique. If QAM was to be compared with any other used car dealer, it would be the only one surviving in the area. Monique helped us to get there and as the first contact for QAM, she made us wanting to check QAM out. Francisco listened to us and brought us to what we wanted, he worked this link to nail the business and showed us that being a used car sales person one doesn't need to be a pusher. Luiz nail the deal as a skipper sails the boat smoothly. Jo-Ann made the pile of paper and information as easy t walk through, as a walk on a sand beach in the late afternoon. The title and licenses explained by Irina (?) Made as sense the uncorck of a celebration bottle of champagne. The good byes and the delivered of our vehicle made us wanting to a return for our next vehicle. It took a little longer to purchase the car than I anticipated, but the overall service was good. I just now have to drive my 2009 Honda Accord and see how it performs on the road. So far, it sounded good, it has a two year warranty so I should be covered just in case something happens.

After many disappointments with other dealerships, I decided to give Queens Auto Auction a try. I was very skeptical as I had a bad taste in my mouth from my prior experiences with other dealerships. I called Queens Auto Auction and spoke with Stephanie, an appointment was scheduled but I missed it and several others after, but Stephanie kept bugging me until I eventually gave in and kept my appointment. I am ecstatic that she was very persistent, I visited their website and found the car of my dreams, a 2010 BMW 550i M Sport Package with low miles and at a reasonable price. I went in, the approval was as easy as 1,2.3 (just like Stephanie promised). I picked up the car a few days later an even though it's been a few days, I'm enjoying it immensely. The salesperson was great, the entire finance team to the DMV people upstairs provided me with excellent and professional service.

I called to inquire about a car that I saw on cars.com. The sales person Paul(said he was manager) was rude and said that they will not sell a car over the internet unless I actually came to the dealership and sat int it. Thousands of cars are sold everyday online, so I though this was odd. He then said"What if you buy it and the engine falls out", you should sit in it first. This did not make me feel good. I called back 10 minutes later and he said the car was sold. Not trustworthy people.

I called regarding the availability and to confirm the advertised price before traveling to see an Infiniti pre-owned car . The person on the phone assured me that was the price and to come in for a test drive. When I arrived, the car fax report was problematic and car didn't start...but did after charging. When asking for some numbers for my trade and the car price I was told that on there website 'in small print' (he actually said that) EVERY CAR ON HIS LOT HAS AN ADDITIONAL $2,000 ADDED TO THE ADVERTISED PRICE!!!!....UNBELIEVABLE. I walked out but I can't understand how anyone buys from this dealership. The are very shady and dishonest. STAY AWAY>>>RUN, DON'T WALK---- AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!!

We bought a 2012 Honda on October 31st, 2015. We paid cash and it was said, that Queens Auto Mall will send us the title via FedEx within 2 days. Now, 18 days are over. We did not only NOT receive the title, but no one answers to our calls or Emails regarding this matter. Instead we get Emails from "Edwin", asking if we are satisfied with everything. But if we write back: "No, we still miss the title. What is the status". Again: No reaction, but another Email if we were satisfied. Would not recommend Queens Auto Mall, very poor Customer service. Next step is contacting the lawyer / police as this seems no a legal practice.

I went to the dealership because i saw a nissan that i wanted. The car was in good condition and the price was excellent. So i had them run my credit. My sales person tried to tell me the bank denied my loanlloan. He then tried to sell me another car, which was much more expensive, a Toyota Camry. He then told me the interest rate will be 24%. This place has nothing but theifs that work there.

the establishment is very professional, I was able to get approved via phone and expected everything to be ready. Unfortunately, my car was not ready, and there were a few things that needed to get repaired. The process took a little longer than what was expected but we are happy with the overall result. We will definitely work with this dealership in the future.

The process was quite lengthy to purchase a car. My salesman Red was great. Gus was also amazing with how helpful he was. But what they don't tell you is that all the cars need to be financed and there are no benefits to paying cash, that process was made quite confusing. But at the end of the day, I did buy a car from them and things were clarified to make the deal happen.

When I first arrived at Queens Auto mall I must admit i came in as a skeptic but left as a believer. An earlier encounter with a dealer left me skeptic of the car buying process. However, the staff of Queens Auto Mall showed exemplary customer service from the very start which was was well received. Overall, the entire staff of the facility were friendly and receptive to your concerns. A great thank you to Reden, Chicki and Mike for all of their help. Let's not forget the girls (female power) behind the scenes who take care of the load of paper work involved with this process!

Other than slight miscommunication regarding registration/plates, I am very pleased with the overall buying process. Marvin, Rudy, and Jo Ann were patient and understanding as this is my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership.
