I worked with Phil McCabe when I went to Quirk to look at the Mazda CX-5. My last car was a 2002 and much has changed since then (for a frame of reference, my car has a CD/tape player), so I was intimidated by all the technology. While I was still considering the car, and before I had decided to buy it, Phil spent a lot of time explaining how everything worked. He even synched my phone to the car before my test drive to show me how easy it was to do, and so I could actually test out the phone. When we went on the test drive, Phil explained all the safety features the car had. He took a lot of time with me, and answered all my questions. I also appreciated the fact that they gave me a good price on the car (less than other Mazda dealerships) so kudos to Phil's manager, Dennis Werkheiser! So, do yourself a favor, and work with Phil McCabe if you are looking to purchase a Mazda!

I HATE sales calls. I went to look at the new CX 5 and had to compare prices and look at other cars, I asked them not to call me....text and emails are fine but no calls please! I am happy to say they respected my wishes and kept in touch electronically. We worked with Phil McCabe and were very pleased with the service we received from him, his manager, Dennis and the finance guy Niman. This is the third new Mazda I have bought from this dealership...I guess that has to tell you what kind of people work there and what kind of cars they sell....I will buy from them again!

My lease was up on my car and I went car shopping to compare prices, features, etc. As a young women this experience can be overwhelming. However, Phil showed me everything I asked for, helped me compare the prices and features, and followed up with me when I left. He did not push anything on me, and I did not feel like I was being played. I was playing around with numbers a lot and he never once made me feel as if I was inconveniencing him. I love my new Mazda CX-5 and feel very safe.

I spent the better part of two days working with Tony in the Internet Sales Department setting up an appointment, discussing pricing and financing, and explaining our situation. This included being up front that our finances were already in order and arranged through USAA.I used Quirk's "Black Book" trade-in estimation tool to get a baseline for our current car. I also used USAA's access to True Car to get an idea of the price for the Mazda we were seeking. After sharing that data with Tony, I arranged to meet at Quirk this afternoon.My wife and I spent over an hour in traffic to get to the dealership. After explaining our unwillingness to go through the usual negotiation tactics and wish to get everything done "up front," Kevin gave us a reasonable amount for our trade-in and price for our new Mazda.We then explained that our financing would be through USAA and was complete. All we had to do was fill in the amount on the check and sign it over to Quirk. The check would be for the amount of the new Mazda and the negative equity on our trade-in. At this point, Rachel the Sales Manager came over and said they couldn't accept the check. Her reason was there was no way to reimburse them for the negative equity on our trade-in, and we would have to use Mazda's financing. No matter how I explained the process, and offered to have USAA explain it on the phone, she refused. The funny thing is, this is no different than their financing through Chase. The bank would cover the negative equity and write it into the new loan. However, we decided to walk out the door and Rachel "cratered" the sale with no remorse. I should also point out that we waived $500 of their own discount listed online to make the sale. Yes, we had agreed to a price higher than the one listed online to keep our own financing, and Rachel still refused to even consider it.Quick Mazda's refusal to us USAA financing to sell a car is a blow to the military community and I will not be recommending it to any of my fellow service members.

I just leased my 3rd car from Quirk Mazda and have been happy with the experience each time. For my last lease, I worked with Phil McCabe who was great, which is why I chose to work only with him for my 3rd & most recent lease. (I think most people enter a car dealership & anticipate the typical car salesman personality that immediately puts us at UNease ...) Dealing with Phil is not like that at all! He is very respectful of me, my time and what Im looking / my budget. We conversed prior to my coming in this time and he even had both cars ready & warmed up to test drive when I got there! I picked up the car a few days later (due to MY schedule issues, not theirs) and he took ample time to go through all of the new technology features my new CX-3 offers. Feeling valued as a customer is key! I live & work closer to 2 other Mazda dealerships but as long as Phil is there, I will drive to Quincy. (Of note, the staff in their service department are unbelievably pleasant to deal with as well.)

I went in to purchase a SUV, so I test drove the Mazda CX-3. Nice car, but then I to the CX-5 out for a spin and I was hooked. I don't know if I would describe this car a "fun" to drive, but it is a pleasure to drive. I am somewhat of an aggressive driver and I like the curves in a road. This vehicle does not disappoint. My salesman was Phil. I had just signed the paperwork when he suggested that I lease the car since the car I traded had less than 10,000 miles after two years. we discussed the terms and such and I decided to lease the car after all. I had been trading my cars in every other year so it made sense. I also deposited a fat check into my account as I had quite a bit of equity in my trade-in. So far, so good.

This dealership counts with one of the most dynamic, client-driven salesforces Ive ever encountered. Justine, our sales guy was incredibly easy to work with. He did a superb job at giving us the 101intro to the CX-5 overall car performances, functions, and all the details about the new 2016 models. At the end of the test drive, we felt very comfortable with our CX-5 choice. Then Rachel, one of the sales managers, worked us through every possible deal obstacle and made us feel valued. We got a tremendous trade-in value for our Jeep. It really didnt feel like she was trying to shove a deal down our throats, --the feeling you get at some of those for-profit-only dealerships. On the contrary, we felt she was on our side all the time. She helped us! Lastly, Kevin, the money guy, teamed up with Rachel to get us through a glitch with the financing. We leased 2 CX5s and will do it all over again at this dealership. Strongly recommended! A+++++

Had been shopping around for a Mazda CX5. After getting quotes from dealers near me and rejecting their overpriced offers, I sent a request into Quirk. Tony emailed me back pretty fast and we began the pricing process. I had a local dealer give me a really good price on the car but their dealer fees were WAY too high and they were undercutting me on the trade in value. Told Tony what was going on and he quoted me a better price. Took the drive down to see what my trade in would be worth and Tony introduced me to Phil McCabe. Phil picked up where Tony left off and in a rather short amount of time we struck our deal. So not only did I save on the car price, but the dealer fees were MUCH cheaper than the other dealer and I got MORE for my trade in.

For the past decade I have leased cars from Quirk Mazda, and from Phil McCabe specifically. Phil is a consummate professional, who can answer any question about the cars themselves, the lease policies, or the process itself. This is my 3rd Mazda and I have loved every one. On Saturday, I walked into Quirk, since my current lease on my Mazda 3 hatchback was coming to an end. Within 2 hours, I walked out with a brand new car. My wife and I were ready to turn in our old car. It had served us well, but it was time for a change. We had owned Mazda cars before and were interested in the Mazda CX-5. We entered Quirk Mazda dealership shortly after lunch and were lucky to have Phil McCabe ask if he could help us. Phil is a courteous, knowledgeable and friendly individual who quickly put us at ease. We discussed colors, trim levels, and options, then went on a test drive. The drive convinced us that we would enjoy the CX-5. After returning to the dealership, Phil went over other features of the car. He is informative without being pushy, patient, and most important, he listens to you. We ended up buying a car from Quirk, primarily because of Phil. If you are in the market for a car, you should check out Mazda. If you look at Mazda, definitely stop at Quirk Mazda. I can't say enough about this place. I was so impressed with the level of service I received from both Jeff and Cynthia in the service department. They explained everything clearly and checked with the mechanic (who was also super nice) about a couple questions/concerns I had. They even went out of their way to make sure my car was done by the time I needed to get back to work. And on top of it, their prices were more reasonable than the other places I'd called. I've visited many dealerships during my car search and must say that this place is one of the best! I inquired about the Mazda CX-5 through Quirk's website and got a quick response back by their internet sales manager (Tony Lambrou). After many pleasant emails back and forth, he offered me a price I couldn't refused so I came in that day to see the car. This is where I met Eddie who is incredibly nice and very helpful. As previous reviewers mentioned, Eddie knows pretty much everything about the car inside and out. During my test drive, he pointed all the features in the car and showed me how to use them afterwards. He is such a fun guy with many great stories. I didn't feel like I was talking to a salesman at all. I ended up purchasing the CX-5 the very same day. Eddie walked me through all the paperwork and told me what to expect during my meeting with the finance manager (Kevin Kwan). Since this was my first time buying a car, I was a bit nervous about the finance part after reading online stories. However, Kevin was very nice and fully explained the numbers to me. When I picked up my car the next day, Eddie was there to greet me and walked me through everything about the car again to make sure I know all features and options. He is very committed to his work. This place is great. Got in contact with an online sales representative who I scheduled an appointment with. I was planning on trading in a car (yr 2006 miles 114,000) and they were super helpful. I read their reviews online before going there and they were totally true. I met with a sales rep named Ed. He was really nice and had great product knowledge about the car I was looking to buy. He did not try to jump around any bushes or tell me what I wanted to hear. He was honest and smart. After looking at the car that I was hoping to lease, he sat me down and gave me the numbers. I was nervous at first but the deal they gave me was great! I did not even feel hesitation when I saw the numbers for my trade in and the monthly lease payment.After signing all the papers I waited a few days to get my car. Once I was ready to pick it up Ed showed me everything I needed to know about the car and more. I went here after doing my homework on the car I wanted (Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring) including features and pricing, and also after having test-driven the car at a different dealership that was closer to my home. I had heard good things about Quirk and also Eddie and particular, so I decided to head over there and see if they could beat the quote I received elsewhere. Eddie was there to greet me and ask what brought me in that day, and he took me on a test drive and pointed out several features of the car that were not discussed by the salesman at another Mazda dealership. Quirk was able to beat the quote I had, including a great financing option. Kevin (I think was his name?) was very polite and went over the financing and warranty information with me, and my car was ready the next day. I took the T to Quincy Center on the day I picked up my car, and Eddie met me at the T station in my new car. This is a nice benefit of Quirk over the other Mazda dealerships in MA--accessible by rapid transit and a short "shuttle ride" in your new car back to the dealership for a final run-through. Eddie gave me a good description of important details of the car's features and considerations for servicing, etc before I took off. In short, Quirk Mazda and the personnel there were very professional and thorough, and the process was made very easy for me. I would recommend checking out Quirk Mazda even if it's not the closest dealership to you.

I requested an internet quote for a Mazda 3 i Grand Touring. within hours, I was phoned 4 times and emailed twice regarding the quote. I am not a fan of such aggressive sales tactics, but in the long run it was more than worth putting up with. After trying to get the local dealer to match the Quirk quoted price (or at least come close) we made the hour long trip with 2 kids in tow to Quirk where we were greeted with smiles, kindness, and most importantly, the price we had been quoted!Justin vom Eigan was friendly and professional. He treated my kids with respect, too, which goes a long way with me. They worked quickly to get us the very best price (seriously WAY less than the local dealer's "rock bottom") without that sleazy car-buying feeling. Somehow, they managed to shave even a bit more money off the price we thought we'd be paying. We're still amazed, honestly.There are no frills at Quirk. No fancy chairs or treats in the waiting room like you might find at other dealerships, but you get the very best price and friendly, efficient service. I'll take that over bells and whistles any day!So if you can get over the initially aggressive sales tactics and don't need a fancy showroom, head to Quirk. It's really not too good to be true!

Very professional team; it wouldn't take you much to realize that this dealership is different from others. Before getting my CX-5, I test drove several other brands and was to many dealerships and can certainly say that Quirk Mazda is by far the best.A few months ago I finalized a deal with A Toyota dealer who claims to be the biggest dealership int he NE (not that hard to guess who I'm referring to!). Apart from how unprofessional I was treated, their lack of knowledge about the legal aspects of the deal literally wasted 4 weeks of my time before I canceled the contract with them. In a 100% different experience, I received a great personalized service at Quirk and it took me in total less than 2 hours to close the deal. We were treated with utmost professionalism. Rachel, the general manager greeted us in person and made sure that everything was being handled smoothly. It was not just her, her team was also great. Eddie, our sales consultant was one of the most professional and knowledgeable sales people I had ever met. You wouldn't at all feel that he's just trying to close the deal; he was really concerned about my satisfaction. After that awful experience with that Toyota dealer, I was so skeptic of the sales pitches I was given at dealerships but Eddie could easily gain my trust. A great consultant you could trust in and a great person to do business with. Kevin, the business manager, was well aware of the legal documents I had to provide. On the first day, he said that I didn't have a piece of document about my visa and they couldn't close the deal without it; he gave me a list of the documents he needed,which included some immigration documents that I wouldn't imagine that Kevin knew about. It was at first a bit disappointing not to close the deal on the first day but it was definitely much better than what that Toyota dealer did (it took them 4 weeks to know what documents they wanted from me, something like what Kevin gave me after 5 mins of conversation with me).Overall, a great experience with people who really knew their job. I certainly recommend this dealership to anyone.

The car was awesome! It was the right color and it had every option I wanted, plus a few extra.The great deal I got on the car more than made up for the "few extra" options that I purchased. Which is where I have to add special thanks for the assistance of Rachel, their Manager, who made financing arrangement for me. Had a very good experience purchasing a new car from this dealership on 4/22/15. The day before I had visited another dealership (not a Mazda dealer, but one that had another car I was maybe considering) and it was such a turn off the moment I walked in the door: a loud obnoxious aggressive sales guy in negotiations yelling at a customer "C'mon I'm Trying To Help You Here. Meet Me Half Way!!". And I was completely ignored in the showroom that was not busy, so after several minutes of eyeing a particular car and no one came to assist me I just thought "screw this" and left. That place had every cliche in the book about an old school sleazy car dealership and I did not want my car buying experience to be that. It should be something fun and exciting, not painful and degrading! Since I was leaning towards getting a Mazda anyways, I went home and did some net research on Mazda dealers in the Boston area and Quirk seemed to be getting the best reviews so I went there the next day. After arriving I was pleasantly greeted by Rob Daniel, and he was very patient with me as I ended up taking up pretty much the rest of his day test driving and re-test driving different cars and asking lots of questions. I never felt pressured or hurried at any time through the whole process and Rob was a great help and super cool guy who treats people with respect. Everyone else I dealt with there were great too, and at the end of the day I happily drove home in a brand new 2016 Mazda 6 for a price that checked out as very good on apps like Truecar and Edmonds, etc. So if you're in the market for a Mazda I'd highly recommend going to see Rob Daniel at Quirk Mazda in Quincy MA!Bill VintArlington, MA

There are only two options if you want to buy a Mazda and live in the Boston area: Liberty Mazda and Quirk Mazda. I went to both and can tell you by experience that even if you live next to Liberty Mazda...forget them...go to Quirk in Quincy. Spoke with Kevin Kwan on the phone and he told me he had a good deal on a CX 9 I was looking for. His price was way better than what I was getting here in Western MA and he was giving me great value on my trade in. I called a local dealer because I didn't want to drive the 2 hours to Quincy and they told me there was no way they were offering that price. I was totally skeptical and thought I was going to drive 2 hours down there only to be given a bait and switch, but the deal they were giving me was worth the chance. The whole thing could not have been easier! They gave me everything I promised! I was expecting $3000 for my trade in and hoping for $3700-$3900. They gave me $4500!!! This was from describing my car on the phone! I was convinced they were going to find 10 things wrong with it in order to give me less! But everything was great, they never pressured me into anything I didn't want. We told him we needed to do the paperwork quick because we had a long drive home and needed to get the kids to bed. He had all the paperwork ready, we signed and were on our way. No pressure! No haggling! Great price and service! Won't hesitate to call them the next time I'm in the market for a car and well worth the long trip!!!

This is my 3rd purchase at Quirk Mazda. My 1st and 2nd cars were Mazda 3's (2010 and 2012-that I purchased) and I LOVED them!! Then, my Mazda 3 took steroids and became a Mazda CX-5. Ha ha! I picked up my new 2016 CX-5 this past Monday. I don't feel like I've lost my Mazda 3 which I mentioned that I loved...I just feel now that I have my old car, higher up and it's AWD. After this winter, who wouldn't want an AWD vehicle? Since I don't keep my cars long enough, we determined that a lease would be the most cost effective option for me so I went for it! This car has everything and more and honestly, I'm surprised that it doesn't drive itself. There is so much to learn and they should probably have a Mazda University. I dealt with Eddie Lapanus in Sales. He was great. I think he was just as excited as I was. I didn't feel any pressure and he made sure that I was able to get everything that I wanted and I basically went from having my car on the showroom floor Sunday afternoon to picking up my car mid afternoon on Monday. Everything went as planned and as promised. Since there's so much to learn on this car, I'm probably going to have to go back and sit with Eddie which he's happy to do and just told me to give him a call. Very, very pleased with the dealership. The service department, which I've never needed for anything besides oil changes and regular maintenance, is fantastic. My car is always ready EARLIER than promised. This is a completely, professional dealership and that's why I returned a 3rd time, I highly recommend it. Ask for Eddie.

His demeanor went a long way in my decision to buy from Quirk. ... This is my second Mazda purchase and the experience was very enjoyable (who says that when buying a car?)! This is the third Mazda I've invested in, the last two with Quirk. Great experience with the Quirk Mazda team. My buddy had a 2010 Jetta that he was looking to trade in for a new 2015 Mazda 3i Grand Touring. Rob did a great getting us a very good price for the new Mazda. Kevin was exceptional with the financing. My buddy is an international student so he ran into a few issues with being able to get financing, even with the trade-in. But Kevin was able to find a bank to work with us at a great interest rate. Would definitely purchase again from Quirk and recommend to others.

Had a great first car buying experience at Quirk Mazda. Drove out of there in a 2015 Mazda3 SV. I knew I wanted a Mazda from test driving at another dealership and researching online. Eddie Lapanus, my sales rep, was very knowledgeable and walked me through this process that was new to me. And when I went to take delivery, Eddie was very informative without being too overwhelming by throwing tons and tons of information at me at once. I also got a very competitive cash price for the car - better than my other Mazda dealership could offer. One suggestion I would make (not only with Quirk, but with any dealership) would be to communicate as much as possible via email and check and double check and pricing offers, model numbers, etc. If communicating by phone - have them follow up with any offers, etc with an email after. -James

I recently bought three cars from three different dealers. ( all late model used cars ) Quirk Mazda without a doubt was the easiest and nicest experience I had. In shopping for that many used cars I have visited dozens of dealerships and looked at dozens of cars. The one dealership that stood out was Quirk Mazda.1) They looked and acted professionally2) They followed up and followed through on every detail ( after the deal was signed )3) They treated me with respect and Honesty.4) They gave me a great deal.You don't have to deal with sleazy dealers to get a great deal. Quirk Mazda is top shelf and respects your time and money. They don't play the waiting game during the negotiation and they tell you what they can and can't do for the deal. Never at anytime did I feel cheated or uncomfortable. (Let's face it a Mazda dealership really doesn't want an old Volkswagon Jetta anyway.) Next was the moment all car buyers dread..the finance manager. Then Greg Russell came over and was friendly and easy going! We were shocked that everyone was so great. The deal went smoothly and my fiance and I are really happy. While we were waiting for the CX-5 to get detailed, the General Manager came over and was just as nice! There was even a great tech guy who explained all of the functions of the SUV. Jimmy came outside to say "goodbye" and it was snowing! My fiance said that he was convinced that people would just buy cars online in the future, but Quirk Mazda really changed his mind. They entire team was great. This was my first car buying purchase and I worked on this for about a month. The whole procedure is so stressful that I swore to myself to never go through this again alone. However the people here in Quirk Mazda are not like other dealers, trying to make a quick buck by pressurizing you. Their prices are decent and their friendliness is very pleasing. I was assisted by Phil McCabe in the showroom who went over all the details of the car and was extremely gentle in dealing. We test drove several vehicles and were able to narrow down to the Mazda CX-5 as our top choice. We emailed several Mazda dealers to ask for their best price on the CX-5 we were interested in, and Quirk presented us with far and away the best price. (Several grand lower than TrueCar/KBB/Edmunds.) The sales process with Phil was great - super knowledgeable guy with a great attitude and a desire to help us get just the right car as quickly as possible. Everything about my experience with this dealership, from the friendly and professional atmosphere to the great deal, was very pleasant. They had a large selection and they had the exact car that I wanted on the lot (black Mazda6 Touring). I went for a test drive with Phil McCabe, and I loved the car. When coming to an agreement about the price, Phil was great. I made it known what my budget was, and he was able to get me that price. Throughout the whole process, I really felt like I was in the driver's seat (obligatory car pun, check); neither Phil nor anyone else pressured me, and my interaction with him was quite amicable. The day I went to pick up the car, Phil took the time to go over many of its features with me, including helping me sync my phone with the command console. I have had the car for a little over a month, and I am still excited to drive it every day. If you are looking for a friendly, laid-back atmosphere and a good deal, this is definitely the place to go!

My experience buying at Quirk Mazda in Quincy, MA was quite good, and I would recommend them. I did online research to determine what a reasonable price would be for the car I wanted (Edmunds.com, truecar.com, and reading the prices paid and buying experience threads on a few Mazda discussion forums helped a lot), then used Yelp, Google reviews, and Dealerrater.com and recommendations from friends to identify a few local dealers which seemed well-rated by consumers. I emailed six nearby dealers describing the car I wanted and requesting a quote, and three dealers who had the car or could get it responded. Quirks quote (from internet sales manager Mo Desai) was the lowest and was described as no haggle (i.e. not subject to further negotiation, fair enough). I emailed them and said I wanted to buy it and they agreed to hold the car for me for a half-day, and I went in and purchased. I got my trade-in appraised by Carmax and one other dealer first, so I knew that although NADA, KBB, and Autotrader said my trade-in should be worth somewhat more, the offer Quirk made for it after the on-site appraisal was not unreasonable and the convenience of trading it in for the new car and the sales tax break made it undesirable to spend a lot of time trying to get a few dollars more for the trade-in from another source. I might have left a few dollars on the table at some point in the whole buying process, but it would not have been worth the time and hassle and in the end I think I did OK (I got the car for what I think was about $600 under invoice). Everyone I met at Quirk was pleasant and professional. My sales consultant, Eddie Lapanus, was particularly knowledgable and friendly and gave me a lot of advice and answered all of my questions. The whole process was lengthy (I was at the dealership for about four hours), but was as straightforward as it could have been and Quirk did everything that I expected. Oh, and the car: I love my 2014 Mazda3 sGT hatchback. If you are thinking of buying, drive both the 2 and 2.5 liter engine models if you can. I found the larger engine made a big difference and is well-worth the added cost.

I have purchased TWO cars from Quirk, and have also dealt with the service department on several occasions. While I am not there all of the time, I have noticed that their service team has changed over at least 2 times ; and I have never been disappointed. They have a great service team manager who took the time to explain how my car works, and what was wrong with it (Maciej I believe his name is). Kaie also took care of me, and made sure my questions were answered. I really appreciated the time they took to listen to my concerns ; and they have never made me feel pressured during the purchase of my cars, as well as with service issues. I had been looking for awhile to find the "perfect" used vehicle for a family member, and found one on-line at Quirk Mazda in Quincy. I live in central MA, so I didn't want to make the trip if I didn't feel that a deal involving a trade could be worked out. I had a couple of discussions with Phil McCabe, who took the time to ask important questions, answer all of my questions, and lead me to believe he could be very helpful. As a result, I made the trip to Quirk Mazda in Quincy. Phil came out, warmly greeted me, and went above and beyond to put me in the vehicle I wanted. I will gladly drive the 80 plus miles, by-passing a couple of other Mazda dealers, to have Phil put me in a new Mazda CX-5 (black on black) when I am ready to upgrade my own ride! He's that good!

I've been an avid Subaru customer for close to 15 years. I was looking for a change in car when I walked into Quirk Mazda. I didn't expect to also get an upgrade in service and dealership. We worked with Phil McCabe and had a really great experience with him. Past experience has made me a little jaded and paranoid when it comes to car dealerships and car salesmen. Phil was straight-forward, patient, and extremely professional. He asked a lot of questions and listened to the answers. He was very fair and didn't play a lot of games with us on pricing. It was the first time I've left a car dealership happy, instead of annoyed or feeling like I'd been taken advantage of. Also, when we went to pick the car up he was very busy. That did not stop him from making sure we were happy and that we were well taken care of. He also is very good at following up and making himself available to answer any questions. Was contacted by Jimmy Nguyen a couple months before my lease was up on my 2013 Mazda CX5. Jimmy claimed he could put me in a brand new fully loaded 2015 CX5 for $50 less per month. I was a little hesitant at first as this sounded too good to be true but in the end Jimmy stuck to his word and followed through with his promise. Jimmy demonstrated Quirk Mazda's commitment to their long term customers. If you ever receive a call from Jimmy sounding too good to be true, I highly suggest you follow up with him. Doing so put me in a brand new car for no money down and will save me $600 a year.

We walked in knowing exactly what we wanted for a trade-in and which model we wanted to buy and made it clear that we weren't in a hurry to make a deal. I went to Quirk first and test drove a CX5. Knew I wasn't going to buy that day but they still gave me a price quote. I went to 3 other Mazda dealerships and it was a lot of run-around and trying to get me to add on things I didn't want, not give me a straight price. So in hopes of working with Quirk, I went back to them. They were straightforward and easy to deal with (both Nick and Dennis). They even beat a USAA guaranteed price.Finished the paperwork and financing and was out the door in about an hour (put a good faith deposit down while waiting on an insurance dispursement). When I went back to pick up the car, I gave them only about an hour notice and was still out the door with my car in less than an hour. They even arranged to have my rental picked up on site. Would definitely go back in the future.

Our SAAB Aero gave out on us with repairs too costly. We need 2 cars and had to move fast to investigating a replacement. He even went so far as to get me some touch up paint for the sure to come door dings and express way pebbles that will be sure to chip away at the vehicle. No hassle car buying experience. Got a price quote over the internet and went in. Salesman I dealt with, Rocky Wang was very helpful, confirmed my price and had my trade valued. They quoted me a price on my trade. I asked for a slightly higher value which they agreed to and we had a deal. However, the color we wanted was on a ship. Subsequently, we decided not to wait for the car to arrive and went in to see one on the lot with a different interior color but the same sticker price. Rocky was not there but Nick Rand showed the car to us and did all the paperwork for us and made the buying experience really easy. Greg was also helpful. They had a techie high school intern who went over all the the tech features with my wife such as the bluetooth hookup, navigation setup and radio setup. Couldn't have been a better experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I have been referring people to Quirk for years based on the experiences of friends who bought cars there. However, I had never bought a car from Quirk. I saw an online ad for a Mazda 3 that looked to good to be true. The ad said to call for the best price and I was very surprised to get an even better price when I did. There were none of the usual car dealer tactics once I got to the dealership; no high pressure, the manager wasn't called in to hammer me, my keys weren't confiscated so that I was a hostage or any of that stuff. Phil McCabe was very helpful and if he didn't know the answer to one of my questions then he promptly got it for me.My services have all been performed by Quirk and that is another area that they excel in. Plus, the service pricing is not anymore that I would spend at a local garage. I would definitly go right back to Quirk the next time.

If you do your research and trust your gut, you'll end up at Quirk. Being a woman AND not having been in the business for 23 years, I had to trust and rely on the expertise at Quirk and Greg Russell (Sales Manager) represented Quirk extremely well. They are pretty versatile within their organization and get the deal done reasonably and with integrity. I imagine Quirk runs the rest of their affiliates similarly so if you're not in the market for a new Mazda I'd recommend you check out their other dealerships. I leased the Mazda 6 after much research and am very happy with the deal.

While travelling from Montreal to Plymouth Ma, my wife and I experienced a serious metal on metal clanking from the left, rear area of the car. This problem occurred just before the 93 tunnel in Boston. Fortunately traffic was heavy and we were able to travel at slow speed, especially over bumps. Fortunately, we were utilizing a GPS, where we were able to dial in Mazda dealerships in the area and selected Quirck Mazda in Quincy which was at the same time close and on our way to our destination. Greatly concerned with the car and the time of day - mid-afternoon on the 23rd of December, we arrived at Quirck and met with Lin Yang (the service rep) an Jeff (the mechanic). I immediately felt relieved as they were both sympathetic and ready to accommodate us right away. Jeff put the car on the lift and immediately located a broken F strut in the left rear well. He recommended changing both as the right was beginning to show corrosion also. Both these folks were easy to talk to, as you might talk to a neighbor, and very competent. I felt as if we couldn't be in better hands. Long story short the car was ready in a little over an hour, and we were on our way - extremely happy campers. So to Quirck Mazda, and Lin Yang and Jeff, in particular - Bravo Zulu; we've never been better treated, Micheline & Tom.

I was getting my Mazda 6 serviced and walking around the lot looking at other models. I wasn't aware cx-5 came in a manual so I wanted to test drive it. The sales rep was very nice and said he wouldn't mind taking me at all but who he answers to in financing, was who replied, "well what's the point?" And told the sales rep that he just didn't want him to be wasting his time. I hope the decline of a test drive was worth one bad review and one lost customer. Just because I already have a newer Mazda, doesn't mean I wouldn't of been serious about trading.I am not sure of who the financing persons name was but my very polite, helpful, and nice sales rep was Patrick Brooks. After selling my car privately, I needed a new car fairly quickly. I had already decided I wanted to lease a Mazda 6. I had previously test driven the car at Quirk, and Jon Chesley was the salesman. Jon was friendly, knowledgable and used no high pressure tactics. When I contacted Jon a few weeks after the test drive to let him know I was ready to lease a 6, the pricing we had discussed during the test drive completely changed. This despite the fact that their advertised lease for a 2013 Mazda 6 hadn't changed since I met with Jon weeks earlier. Their pricing is all over the map, and seems to bear little connection to their advertised deals. That is the big take-away when dealing with Quirk: they always advertise the lowest prices, but even taking into account the "fine print", they won't honor their advertised deals when push comes to shove. Jon made a last ditch effort to work out a deal with me by e-mailing me two lease scenarios, and he characterized those as his best, lowest prices (again, higher than the advertised lease specials on their website) and assured me that no other dealer could beat them. Well, I was able to lease a 2013 Mazda 6 at Mazda Gallery in Norwood for terms far better than what was offered by Quirk, and without any deception or ridiculous sales tactics. Gallery simply honored their advertised lease deal - imagine that!UPDATE: I received a call from my salesman, Jon Chesley, in response to this review. Jon expressed his disappointment with my experience at Quirk, and apologized for the missteps that led to me buying a car elsewhere. I want to emphasize that Jon was great to deal with. During our interactions, he was courteous, respectful and easygoing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jon as a salesman. I think the issues that led to my unsatisfactory experience at Quirk have more to do with the managers above Jon who determine pricing, special offers, etc. I stand by my review, as it is an accurate portrayal of my experience. However, if you do go to Quirk Mazda, ask for Jon.

I can't rate anything other than customer service and friendliness becasue there wasn't a single person in the dealership that ever communicated with me! I was there on 2/14/13 for approximately 20 minutes. I was in the showroom looking at vehicles, out on the lot, back in the showroom. Three times! It wasn't that busy and there appeared to be sales staff avaialbe. I would have been OK if someone had just told me they would be with me as soon as they could. No one did. Too bad. I went to another Mazda dealer the next day and am already driving and loving my new car! Good for Mazda sales over all. Very poor for Quirk. I live in Quincy but will be driving to Norwood for service.

We were given an price quote over the internet, then when I called in they increased the price by $1000 and told me it was a misprint--and that they would not stand behind the price they had given me. Then 5 days later they sent a $500 bonus discount. We called the dealership to confirm the validity of the discount, and were told that it would be $500 off our quoted price. We then drove all the way to the dealership, and once there we were told that the price we were given 5 days prior to the coupon was including the $500 discount and that they would not stand behind the price they had given us over the phone 1 hour earlier. They were not honest with their pricing, and they wasted a lot of our time. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Immediately after submitting the online request for a quote I received a call from Kevin Kwan, who was very informative, and knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in. When I came in to see the cars I was greeted by a test drive. Ray Ng was very great at guiding me through the process of financing, and options for tire, and insurance, warranty packages. Both Kevin, and Ray were professional, welcoming, and great all throughout the process. They were never pressuring or in a rush. I think I was more in a rush to get it all over with and on the road. I had unfortunately moved out of their locality and started visiting another mazda dealer near my new location, who happened to be a big name, but unreliable(The most decent word I can use here) as well. I had to go back to Quirk and they fixed my problem with remote start within minutes without even charging me anything.. These guys want to help the customer.. Basically the attitude is awesome.. All of them in the service department are good... Even though I have moved little far away, I will now go back only to them for service..

I have 804 credit score. I liked CX5 and I made an offer, hoping to make negotiation. My trade-in was for $12,875, I needed $1,200 to pay-off the trade in.The CX5 I wanted to buy was with stiker price 25-26 grand. I said, that I do not want the expensive CX5, what I want was just automatic transmition, somewhere at $23,000.Mike was very rude. He said, that I have to pay $16,000 and to get the car after my trade in. That was first rediculous because of the high price, and after that it was redicilous because he got rid of a good customer, you do not have 804 credit score every day sitting in front of you and ready to buy.I went to Mazda Gallery in Norwood, bought a Mazda from there. They all laughed at Mike's offer.Mike, If you can read this, I will be very glad: you do not have 804 credit score every day sitting in front of you and ready to buy. You do not make judgement of what do you think about people from your first impresion. You have to look further. You are the worst sales person I have ever met so far.

I came to Quick Mazda a very frustrated and angry person due to the way another dealership had treated me. NiMan was great and kept me in constant communication about my new 2013 CX-5 I was waiting for. When I went down to sign paperwork for it, my experience was even better. Joe was fantastic, as was Mike who did some of my financing. The rest of the sales team was friendly and talkative, asking me what kind of car I was buying, and seeming interested in having a conversation with me. NiMan, Joe, and Mike we're all awesome, and none of them were the type of sale person who pressured you to buy. They were all very upfront with me about what they could and could not do for me. Joe even went as far as to meet me with my new car in Stoneham due to me having to drive my unregistered trade in down to pick the car up (I'm from New Hampshire and had to transfer the plates to the new car before being able to drive it home). Joe, NiMan and Mike went out of their way to make this a great experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a car. -Sarah

I went to the dealership last week for a new car- originally I was only looking to shop around, but with the help of my sales rep- Kevin, I walked away the owner of a new CX-5.He let me drive a few cars before settling into the CX-5, but he was extremely patient and informative about all the cars we took out.I would highly recommend the visit to Quirk Mazda- they're team is really nice and informative. I was lucky I didn't feel pressured, because if I did, I would have walked out of there a disgruntled carless person.

Visited this dealership while shopping around for a new car. I was treated very rudely, and made to feel that the staff were doing me huge favors by, for instance, letting me test drive the model of the car I was most interested in, receiving a price quote, and even having my questions answered. The attitudes of the staff ranged from indifference through to rudeness, and at times bordered on open agression. I've bought several cars in my life, and I've never received worse customer service.When I finally did get a price out of one of the sales staff, it took me only a single phone call to another dealer to have it beat by $500. So, future buyers should be warned -- expect high pressure sales from Quirk Works Mazda, and prices that really don't make the hassle of dealing with them worthwhile.It would also be good for potential buyers to check out this dealerships reviews on Yelp and within Google, inasmuch as their Dealer Rater rating seems rather too high given the experiences documented in these other venues.

As soon as you walk into a Quirk Mazda, if you wander around, youll be greeted by one of their sales representatives almost immediately. Joe was great, not forceful but he asked if we were being helped. Joe has been there for awhile and had a good understanding about the cars he was showing us. Its obvious when you talked to Joe that he isn't trying to sell you an expensive car, but tries to sell the car you want and need.Joe knew that we werent going to buy a car that day but he was very understanding, he helped us with all that we needed, and when we thanked him he was very polite. He never made us feel uncomfortable and I appreciated that. We asked for a business card in case we did decided Quirk Mazda was the best option and we were on our way. I Bought a certified used 2009 Mazda6 touring from these guys when i showed up for the test drive appointment they said the car was in the shop having the tires changed... The car had 17,000.00 miles on it ????? thanks for the heads up GUY'sThey tried alot of stunts to sell me an extended warranty and i of course declined... IT IS CERTIFIED USED GUY'S. any how i went to get it state inspected and the Mechanic said that it failed because the rear brake pads weren't touching the rotors correctly.i have a 90 day warranty with these people and when i called them about the issue they said basically they would not work with me because i had the work done outside of there dealership.will not shop there again and don't recommend it either. I just helped my daughter purchase a Mazda 3 at Quirk and I have to say it was a pleasant and smooth experience, 2 words I never thought I'd use to describe a dealership experience. Our salesperson (Niman) was very friendly and kowledgable about the car, and extremely patient. When my aughter was picking it up, he went over every aspect it, answered all her questions, and set up her phone with the bluetooth. There was a mixup in the beginning and the car my daughter was interested in got sold, and the general manager (Phil) made it right and replaced it with another (more expensive) vehicle for the same price. Now that's customer service! All in all it was a very positive experience. I would recommend Quirk Mazda to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

Went to this dealership to try to solidify a purchase on Mazda 5. Have been dealing with certain salesperson for 3 weeks now Go back in and he no longer works there fine work with someone new. Well after trying to ge a deal done my new salesperson goes into this melodrama as they let other salesman go because he constantly would not show up for your . This was fine and all but did I really need to hear all this internal stuff. Basically i got so frustrated with experience and price I decided to walk out.

This was my first time buying a car, Maulik had been very helpful via email and phone, and gave me a quote right away. However, I was still very nervous about going to the dealership. But my salesperson Phil was wonderful to work with. He was, honest, straightforward,listened to what I wanted, and didn't try to pressure me into buying something I didn't want or need. I had my father along too, who may have been being a tad protective over me, and Phil did a good job traversing that territory as well; ultimately we were both impressed with how easy and painless the whole process was. There is another Mazda dealership that is much closer to me, but I had a bad experience there. I did some research and chose Quirk Mazda because of all the positive reviews I read on Yelp. I've owned several cars, including some luxury models, and Quirk Mazda is by far the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. The sales process was quick and painless. I received a great quote online, took at test drive and within an hour, I bought the car. I've been back for routine service and the service department is excellent. I can call in the morning and usually have my car in and out the same day. The service manager, Jeff, is so nice and knowledgeable. He explains everything before any work is done and never tries to sell things you don't need. I love Quirk Mazda

The sales person was not pushy, he was extremely friendly and was able to choose the perfect car for me after just listening to my needs for a few minutes. He didn't try to rip me off with high prices and went above and beyond with getting me financed. Kurt stayed in close contact with me through the whole process and always took my call when I had questions or concerns. For as long as I live on the east coast, I will buy only from kurt. I was in the market for a few months looking for a new car to lease. Though I've like some of the cars I've driven, I always got problems when I'm not ready to buy yet. The problems would be the salesperson pressuring me to buy "today". When I arrived at Quirk Mazda to test drive a Mazda 3 S, I immediately fell in love with it. I told my salesperson Niman that I wasn't ready to buy that day, because I needed to find out what the insurance would be, he was totally fine with it and gave me all the information I needed before I left for the night. I got my insurance quote the next day and was please to find that it was very low and went in the next day to buy. To my surprise I was able to drive off in my brand new car the same day. The whole process took less than 1 hours and all the financing part was very well detailed and explained to me by the finance manager Mike. The car was beautifully detailed when everything was done and Niman took his time carefully explaining every feature in the car, including the bluetooth which I absolutely love. If anyone is looking for a new car, I definitely recommend looking for Niman and Mike. Thanks Quirk Mazda!

I came back home from Vegas to help my mom shop for a new car. We researched a few different cars and test drove them all. We decided on a Mazda 3 S Sport with the moonroof. The experience was great and NiMan was very knowledgable about the car and explained everything in detail. I love the bluetooth and how it connects to my mom's phone and music player on her iPhone. The financing part was great, nothing beats 0% financing and the manager Ray was very through and explained everything that went on with the bank. I would definitely recommend NiMan if you decide to purchase a car.

My salesman, Lou was very honest and made me feel less nervous about the whole process of buying a car. I ended up looking at a few cars that Lou was patient enough to show. After finding the one I wanted and agreeing on a great price, Mike Luu in Finance beat the rate of my local credit union! I couldn't be happier. I went to Quirk to see what kind of deals they had on used CX9's. I dont fancy shopping of any kind so I wasnt exactly thrilled to go car hunting, but to my surprise, I had a really good experience. I worked with a salesman named Kurt who very knowledgeable and professional. I am 67 years old and have bought a number of new cars over the years. This was my best experience. With limited time I emailed 5 Mazda dealers in Massachusetts asking for their best quotes on s specific car in their inventory. Each was the same C-X9 model. Only Quirk did what I saked. The other 3 that responeded gave me high ball quotes. They all wanted to lower their prices when I told them I was going with someone else. Dennis Werkheiser was prompt and very accomodating when I asked for additional data. I agreed to buy the car, subject to a test drive. Dennis was away the day I went to the showroom and he arranged for me to work with Lou Villirilli.He was terrific. He cemented the deal. He carefully took me through finance options, extended warrantees etc. He also carefully showed me all the features of my new CX-9. These 2 guys were terrific. I would recommend this dealeship and these two men to anyone.

As part of his graduation from the New England College of Optometry, I decided to offer my brother to pay for half of a new car. After deliberating between a Scion Tc, Mitsubishi Lancer, and the Mazda 3, we both decided that the 3 was the best choice for price, value, and quality. 4/18/2011 I signed to a new lease CX-9. I have been on the market to buy or lease for about six month now. I lived in Milton so I visisted the Norwood Mazda a few times. This showroom is always busy and just never had time to talk to us. I deceided to look for another dealer and Quincy was my choice. I do not know Quincy at all but when I called I was given good directions and when I arrived I was quickly approched by Lou Villirilli. He was very attentive and most of all very nice to my 3 kids. I test drove a Hyundai Elantra and the Mazda 3. The Mazda 3 met my driving needs better, so I negotiated a deal for a grand touring model with Sean Foley. My experience at Quirk was great...everyone in the dealership was friendly, and I didn't leave with that "I could have done better" feeling that so often is a part of the car buying experience. Ray in Finance couldn't have been nicer. They explained the optional add-ons that were available to me, but didn't push them. Oddly, one of the nicest parts of the experience was when I picked up the car...it came with a full tank of gas! I don't think that's ever happened before, and it was nice to have that level of thoughtfulness.Overall, I was very happy with my experience, and would happily recommend Quirk Mazda to friends and family.

I've been shopping around for about a month or so and I just wished I dealt with these guys earlier. Kevin whom was my Sales Guy was helpful and knowledgeable he's definitely not your typical sleazy sales guy but a personable one that instead of trying to sell me a car, he helped me buy a car. Ray my finance guy helped me get approved considering that I was couple points shy of getting a good decent loan. They really, really work for the customer. The time and effort they put in was exceptional. Now a days good customer service is so hard to come by and that is an understatement. I look forward to purchasing my next car in a couple of years. If you want to go somewhere where there is no hassling back and forth and just down right straight up honesty got Quirk Mazda if your looking for a new car. Our experience here since me and my wife arrive to this business was ok but, some people on this place saw us like they can't purchase a car with doubt enough. We felt confuse and not sure to buy a car. anyway, we did bring our car another Mazda cx-7 2007 to trade.everything was super good because at the end we got the car we wanted financed and a great price for our trade.At the beginning they bring a silver cx-7. Well, we requested them a 4WD Mazda cx-7 2011 blue mica color. but they gave us a 2WD SUV blue mica and the point where we didn't feel happy was that they not spoke with us telling us the characteristy of the car and not given us the windows sticker to now what type of car we purchased. Also, they maybe didn't tell us the exact price of the vehicle or the reason why they gave us this car so, what's wrong?Phil MCcabe was smooths explain us all questions which is good, very good but, he hide some very important information to us that were relevant for our safety and happiness like the windows sticker and car staff. The contract maybe gaps with the GAPI that is not clear in our contract. The happy purchased turn in a frustrating matter.Finally, they purchased a car they want not the car we were in needs with the features we were looking.

Since moving to Quincy in 2009, I've been taking my Mazda 3 Hatchback to Quirk for all my service needs. Most are nothing more than maintenance. This was my first new vehicle financed. The struggle to get me approved met plenty of resistance since my credit score was 649, let alone working for a temp agency. What helped was the fact that I'm in the service and staff really put their effort to help me get the vehicle which gives me a peace of "mind." It took about 5 days and plenty of run around for the dealership manager to convince the bank that I am fully capable of doing this. I have never had an easier more enjoyable experience buying anything as I did with this dealership. From the moment we walked in the door we were treated with the utmost respect and friendliness. We were greeted promptly by Kevin, one of the sales persons and he asked how he could assist us. Based on the requirements we gave him, Kevin was able to show us two vehicles in our year, mileage and price range. It also happened that one of the vehicles he showed us, happened to be one I saw on their web site. The vehicle was exactly as described on the site, Kevin was very knowledgeable about the key features of the Honda in general and the model we were looking at. Next, we wanted information about financing and this is where Michael the finance manager stepped in. In total from the time we walked in until we left 3 hours later, a decision was made, financing approved and a date (two days later) set to pick up our vehicle. To say that my niece and I were pleased with the friendly, efficient and knowledgeable personnel is an understatement. I expected that it would take us a couple of days and much running around to find the vehicle of our choice within our price range. I am happy to say that was not the case. While waiting to pick up our car, I was bemused, as another customer, who having completed their car sale, gave her salesman an exuberant bear hug. She could not seem to stop thanking him for his assistance. It was very nice to know that this was how they operated everyday and that I was not an exception on a good day.I sincerely thank Kevin and Michael for all their help, this was an extremely positive experience. All in all our experience was excellent and it was due to the personnel attention we received as well as the product purchased. I would recommend Quirk Imports to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Last Saturday (2/26) my wife and I saw Quirk's ad for leftover 2010 CX9's at a fantastic price. Being from NH we stopped the local dealer first who couldn't come close to Quirk's price. We then called and spoke to Dennis who told us they had 2 vehicles left. 1-1/2 hours later we arrvived, Kurt showed us the vehicle we wanted and we negotiated with Dennis over our trade in. We reached a deal and were on our way home in about an hour in our Grand Touring CX9! Kurt took the time to show us everything in the car including the blue tooth, clock, stereo etc. It was a very pleasant and painless experience. Everyone was truly professional.

Just bought a new CX-9 from Quirk Mazda and really the experience couldn't of been better. I had been looking for a mid/large size suv/crossover for several weeks going to many dealers and I really wished I had come here first!! I called up and spoke with Kevin chan in sales to get a price on the CX-9. The price was great which made me a little nervous. Are they just trying to get me in the door? When I arrived later that night, they had the car pulled up and ready for a test drive and they were very patient seeing as I had my three rather loud children with me. Kevin really is truly a very nice guy and him and Michael make a great team! Michael made everything very quick and painless. Best new car shopping experience we have ever had! They have a NO-PRESSURE, no nonsense approach to selling cars. Gone are the old school tatics and baloney that we consumers face at many other dealerships. Beyond expectations for courtesy and professionalism, they were more interested it making sure that we were comfortable with our choice of vehicle and the financial decision we all have to make when replacing an old car. Michael Luu sets the standard for the kind of person we all want to work with when buying a car. We bought a CX-7 CUV and it is the perfect vehicle for our lifestyle. The dealership is clean, modern and welcoming. The sales manager was smart and straightforward with none of the NONSENSE you see elsewhere where you talk to the salesman about price, ONLY to wait while he runs over to the sales manager for approval. For me it was a one time, no-nonsense conversation between him, the sales rep and I. We did not have to play the 25 minute negotiating game of back and forth on price that unfortunately is still all too common when car shopping. If you are considering a MAZDA, which by the way makes true drivers cars; not the boring utility boxes of their Asian competition, go to QUIRK. You will not be disappointed. Keep an eye out for a future review once I bring the CX7 in for my first or second scheduled service.

This is my 2nd Mazda but my first stop at Quirk Mazda and I have to say what a wonderful experience. My family have purchased two other vehicles from Quirk Ford and we have written of Quirk for a long time since the service both in sales and the auto shop was awful. But Niman and Dennis has made the sales experience wonderful, no pressure from either guy and both were laid back/fun.I wasn't too crazy about Ray (finance) because I felt like he rushed us to get all the paper work done. I'm not sure if it was him rushing us or if he just talked so fast it felt like we were being rushed. Even being rushed he did explain everything to us and he was more than happy to take our questions. But if he happens to read this maybe if he slows down a little bit people won't feel as rushed. Overall, the experience was great and I would definitely recommend ANYONE to purchase their next car at Quirk Mazda.

My husband was researching pricing on a CX-9 and noticed a good year end price for a 2010 at Quirk. The dealership is a bit out of our way, but we ended up calling and then visiting. Our experience dealing with Kurt (the salesman), Mike (Finance) and Phil (General Manager) was a very pleasant one. We have had difficult experiences at other dealerships in the past where the negotiations were confrontational and stressful and we felt like we always had to be on-guard with the dealership personnel. That was not at all the experience at Quirk. Kurt, who we spent most of our time with, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and candid. Mike and Phil were very professional and friendly as well. We arrived at a very good price (new car and trade in), never felt pressured, and there were no tricks or hidden agendas. The process was quick and pleasant like buying a new care should be. Thanks for that, Quirk, it was a pleasant surprise! We would certainly buy from Quirk Mazda again and would recommend a friend.

Definitely not your typical dealership...I recently purchased a mazda CX-9 which I never even considered until I read the great reviews online. I ended buying a Grand touring CX-9 and let me tell you the amount of options that come in that car is unbelievable. My sales rep Kevin knew everything inside and out on the CX-9. He answered all my questions thoroughly. I ended up getting quotes from several other dealers and Quirk beat the competition by far. Mike Luu walked me through all the financing and the papers were signed. When I went to pick up the car Kevin made sure that I knew all the controls before I too off with my new car. From beginning to end these guys were top notch. I found a used vehicle on Quirk's website and decided to check it out. I was coming from out of state and let them know this. I liked the car and wanted to discuss the price but they made it clear that they would not discuss the cost if I didn't intend to buy the vehicle that day. I informed them my car had recently been totaled and I wanted to pay cash for the car but needed to get my insurance check which I didn't have available on that day. I was willing to put a deposit down but they said unless I financed the vehicle they wouldn't talk final price with me. I ended up leaving. I waited a couple days and decided that I would just make an offer via email. I emailed them and never heard anything back...no phone call, no email response, nothing. So I continued to search the internet for a vehicle and checked back on their website and noticed the car was reduced to BELOW MY OFFER. I still am baffled why no one got back to me but I put my pride aside and told them I would buy the car and let them know I would be there the following Saturday. It's about a 2.5 hour drive so not the most convenient way to buy a car but it was a good price (I'll give them that). I called before we left to check in and to tell them I'm coming to pick up the car. The guy (Michael) says, "Okay, I'll get it all ready for you." So I drag my fiance with me and when we sit down to finalize paperwork, they say, "when do you want to pick up the vehicle?" Being that I'm from Maine, it is not common knowledge that Mass dealers don't do temporary plates. It would have been pretty respectful if they mentioned that I should get transit plates from my state, especially when I called to tell them I was coming to pick the car up that day and they said they would get it ready for me. Given that it is 2010 and internet sales to people out of state is fairly common, it would have been nice to know so I would have not wasted another day at this dealership. Although I can't fault Quirk for not having temporary plates, I can fault them for showing no respect, customer service, or just common human courtesy. From the second I walked into that place, it didn't seem like they wanted my business.Because of the summation of each dealings with Quirk, I walked away and decided I'd rather pay a little more to have respect and decent customer service than deal with this dealership. In the end, I got a nicer model, lower miles, and common respect and service from another dealership. (and they made sure I had everything I needed so I could drive off the lot the same day I bought the car.)

I shopped for a Mazda3 at every dealer in the area and Quirk delivered the best bottom-line price on the vehicle with my trade-in. I wound up purchasing a Mazda3 Grand Touring Hatchback at Quirk with many more options (NAV/Tech Package and Remote Starter to name a few) for the same money that I would have paid at other dealers for a lesser equipped vehicle. The salesperson I worked with, Ledion, was very helpful and knew the vehicle inside and out. I did a lot of homework before buying the Mazda3, and salesmen at some of the other dealerships I visited knew less about the vehicle than I did. After having a horrible experience at Ira Mazda of Danvers, I was just about to give up on dealing with salesman when I received a call from Quirk Mazda. Mo, who I received the call from, asked if I was still interested in a new 2010 CX7. I stated yes, gave him the price that Ira quoted me on (which I knew could come down more), as asked him if this was something that he could beat. He said yes, he could beat it by $200. I said if you can do it for $485, I'll come right down and sign papers. He said that he would call me back. Within 5 minutes, he called back and gave me what I wanted.From here, I went down about 1 1/2 hour later and was greeted at the door by a man who was very pleasant and smiling. He asked who I was looking for and I stated the persons name, which he then went to get. Mo came over, introduced himself to me and then told me that Kurt would take care of me from here. I was very happy because Kurt was the the gentleman with the nice smile who greeted me just a few minutes ago. He went over all paperwork and really explained details to me rather than just saying them. When all paper work was done, Kurt made it a point to go over all the little things in the car that I would need to know with any new car. Things like setting the clock, radio, lights, and so on. On a new car, you just don't know where there are or how they work until a week later. I thought it was great that Kurt took the time to show me this. Also cudo's to Sales Manager Dennis Werkheiser for explaining the financing. He was helpful in informing me of my choices.Anyway, all in all things went smoothly and I had a very pleasant experience. I was very happy driving my new car home that night.

My husband and I have purchased two new cars from this dealership 6 months apart. My husbands purchase came first. We had already visited several dealerships before visiting Quirk Mazda. The friendly and professional service we recieved at Quirk surpassed all we had come to before. We were greeted almost immediately upon entering the showroom. The salesperson was friendly and proffesional, answering all of our questions. We had an idea of what we were looking for and found the right car for my husband. While the finacial aspects of the deal were being worked through, Kevin went over all of the options available in the car and gave us all the need to know info about Mazda programs and specifics about our new purchase. We were pleased by the attention they pay, as a team, to each individual customer. It is obvious they genuinely want you to be pleased with your new vehicle.I should mention at this point that the finance process is taken care of very quickly at Quirk. They make it easy it purchase a new vehicle. With both purchases, my husband and I commented to each other that we can not believe how quickly the paperwork is taken care of once you have made a buying decision. Mike handled our financing on both occasions and he is very clear and makes sure you understand everything as you move through the financing procedures. There is no pressure put on you to purchase a vehicle there, just great service. Our second purchase was for my car. I had gone in with my husband to wait while he got a routine service performed on his vehicle. While waiting, we perused the lot. For some time I had been thinking about getting out of my old vehicle and while looking around we were approached by May, one of the newer sales associates.I explained to her that I was just really looking at this point but was curious to see what kind of financing I might be able to get on a car that peaked my interest. We took the car out for a spin around the block and I fell in love with it. When we got back I gave the team all the pertinent info about my potential trade-in, approximate payoff information on my current loan and my info. Within minutes we found out the car I fell in love with could be mine that day. The financing was arranged very easily. Mike weighed out my options and seemed almost as excited as I was that he could get me into a brand new vehicle and finance it so the payments were affordable for me.It's been almost a week in my brand new Mazda and I'm loving it! May helped me to set up the bluetooth in the car and is genuinely happy to see me happy with my purchase. She has gone out of her way to make sure she is the one to help me if I have any questions about my vehicle or need anything in relation to my new purchase. Though I can't remember the names, I can also tell you that my husband's experience with the service department so far, while limited, has also been pleasant. Work is done in a reasonable amount of time and for reasonable cost. That department no different than others at quirk Mazda, you are greeted with upbeat professional staff who want to help you as quickly and efficiently as possible. The friendly and professional service recieved by everyone I have come across at Quirk Mazda is commendable. I've never been to another dealership that makes you feel that they really do want to see you happy and work hard to make sure they take care of all of your needs.

I called last week to get a quote, I spoke with Phil and gave me a price and upon arriving to the dealership the car was outside waiting for me. My salesperson Kevin was very good and knowledgable, he knew that car inside and out. I made up my mind and wanted to buy the car. Ray went over all the options available and completed my paperwork. I had been researching and considering the purchase of a Mazda3 for over 6 months.Upon my recent move to the Quincy area, I thought Quirk would be the closest and most convenient for me. I requested an email quote on a Friday evening and Dennis responded first thing the next morning. The price was very reasonable, so I contacted him and made an appointment to drive the car.Upon my arrival I was met by Kurt, who retrieved the car and accompanied me for the test drive. Kurt was great; he knew a lot about the vehicle, but didn't try talk my ear off or bombard me with "qualifying" questions while I test drove the car. It was very important to me to concentrate on the car I was about to purchase, and he allowed me to drive the vehicle for as long as I needed and let me just think about the car itself.This is so important. No pressure or distractions. Just drive.I was unable to take the car home that day because I was giving my old car to a friend's son and my insurance agency was closed Saturday. So we did the paperwork, I was out of there within an hour, and Kurt delivered the car to my home the following Monday. Very cool.I never thought I would write a glowing review for a car dealership, but here it is.Kurt has offered to help with Bluetooth programming or anything else I might need in the future. Don't usually use dealerships for maintenance, but we'll see. If nothing else, these guys are off to a great start in my book.And I LOVE the car (Mazda3 5-Door Grand Touring).Thanks to the guys at Quirk and good luck to any potential customers with their vehicle purchase. I bought my first new car at this dealership - a Mazda3 Sport, and had a great experience in terms of price, options, and ease of purchase. Michael and Tim both offered me a very good deal on leasing for a 2 year period, and I am very happy with the package.I was in touch with Tim (the sales person) a few days before I visited the dealership. Tim was waiting at the entrance when I entered the dealership, and even had the car parked outside for my test drive. Based on our earlier phone conversations Tim was able to pick a car based on my preferences for a test drive! Tim patiently walked me through the features in the car. He was very friendly, honest, and his knowledge of Mazda's advanced tech features was great. He even helped me configure the bluetooth and the Satellite Radio! Michael walked me through a set of extended warranties for the car. He gave an honest opinion on why I should NOT pick a few of the packages and why it wouldnt work for me. He also pointed me to other warranty options, and I picked one of them, and declined a few others. He showed a lot of patience in revising and re-revising the final lease contract as I altered my configurations.Tim worked with me patiently around my schedules, and In the end, I wanted to expedite the process to close the deal, and both Tim and Michael were able to meet my deadlines. Tim even offered to pick me up from my home to the dealership - a 60 mile roundtrip!! I am very comfortable calling up Tim if I have questions about using the tech package after I drove home the Mazda3. It is always a good idea to get a car and service the car with a dealership who know their products very well. Overall great experience!

I drive to Quincy, MA from Medford, MA to have my car services anytime I need it because they just offer great customer service. I dropped my car in this past saturday for an oil change and they let me have one of their cars for a couple of hours so I could run some errands. They were even courteous enough to wash my car!!! Although it is quite far from my neighborhood I gladly make the effort to drive there for my services.I believe any business that can make a customer feel as valued and comfortable as they can, deserves the loyalty and gratitude of their customers.

I came here after trying out another mazda dealership that i was not happy with at all. I had a great experience at Quirk, working with my sales guy Ledion. Not only was he very knowledgable, he helped me figure out what type of car i really wanted, answered all my questions, and patiently waited without pressuring me before i chose which car to purchase. The "no pressure" was the key, as other places usually are super pushy. Ray was my "lets talk dollars" guy, and he worked his magic. I got a great deal that made both of us happy. A few days after I bought my car, I saw the new ads promoting no payments until November. I spoke to Ledion who passed the information to Ray, and yes, I was able to push my payments out. The overall experience was great; great price point and very professional service and atmosphere. Frank Richardson was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We had done our research previously and decided that we wanted the Mazda 5 GT with a very specific set of features. We went to the Mazda website and found the exact vehicle we were looking for and where in our our area it was located. I knew how much I wanted to spend and had researched all the incentives previously. I called Quirk and asked if they had the car in inventory. They said they had. When I arrived, the car was sitting out front, the sales manager refered me to Ledion the sales rep. He showed me the car. He was very knowledgeable and he asked me a number of simple questions about what I wanted. I handed him a printout of the car with a detailed list of the accessories I wanted and told him how much I wanted to spend and what I wanted for my trade-in of my Volvo V70. They made an offer and I countered. There was never any undue pressure and in the end I got the package price I was looking for. The manager Mike then went through some service and exgtended warranty options which I declined. He was very professional about it and never tried pressuring me into anything. They had to order a few accessories and get the car ready and a few days later I picked it up. Ledion went through the car with me and helped me setup the Bluetooth as well as going through all the features of the car. Since then I had a question or two and called Ledion. He has been more than helpful. I couldn't have asked for a nicer simplier experience. I would highly recommend Quirk and Ledion.

Great Service Dealership. I really felt like the service guy, Norman, really had my best interest in mind. He even made sure that I did not over pay. Unlike the other Mazda dealers, they actually diagnosed my problems. My warranty was up, so nothing was covered (power steering pump), but that did not stop him from minimizing the expenses. When i picked up the car, I actually paid less than quoted, which is surprising today. Kudos to this place.

I had a crap car that was dying on me, and I wasn't sure what to get. My roommate and friends had taken me to a bunch of different dealerships, but I didn't feel very comfortable working with any of the sales people until I came to Quirk Mazda. I didn't know much about Mazdas, but my rep, Kevin Chan, took the time to walk me through every car that caught my eye. He was very patient and he gave me the space to fiddle with the cars and all of their functions(unlike the other dealerships where the sales rep would hover over my shoulder). Kevin was a great sales person- he even called me after the car was delivered to me to make sure that I was still happy with the car. I would definitely recommend this dealership, all the of people there were wonderful and above all, I'd recommend Kevin- it's hard to find a sales rep that actually tries to be personable...

I was looking into buying a new Mazda 6. There seemed to be alot of hype about the car so I wanted to check it out for myself. The enviroment at Quirk was great. An associate named Mike helped me out with some information about the cars specs. He was extremely knowledgable and the fact that he owned one himself was good to know. After a test drive, Mike kind of understood I needed to get straight to the point around financing the car. Without getting into too much detail, he made the process seamless and my purchase of the Mazda feel to me like I got the best value on the market. GREAT Service ! Well It happened! I was away on bussiness and my wife finally got in a small accident with our Brand New 2010 Mazda3. What should I do I thought, I told her to call Quirk Mazda where we purchased it and speak with Phil Ternello our salesperson. He directed me to the Service Manager Mike Grisolia. Mike told my wife not to worry there were experts on insuance and to bring it right in and he would take care of all the necessary paperwork and get her into a rental right away.My wife arrived at the Dealership and spoke with Mike he then explained the damage was really mimimal and there was no need for a claim. She Agreed to the repairs and a 7000 mile Maintenance service & tire rotation. After 1 Day she received a phone call stating the car was ready. WOW. She got the car back in 1 day and upon arival Mike took the time to go over the repairs and Expalain a few options that we still did't know how to use since the car was still so new.Thanks to Quirk, and the Serivce and Bosyshop at Quirk. The main thing i can say after buying a 2010 Mazda 3 from Quirk is that they were no-nonsense and no pressure. A gripe i have about some of the other delaers i contacted was that they refused to negotiate, or even communicate for that matter, via email. its 2010 dammit! the days of expecting every person to come in are over! i didnt want to drive an hour to get a quote when i knew exactly what i wanted already! Dennis emailed back and forth with me for serveral weeks actaully, and had no problem doing that. The bottom line was the price, and his was the cheapest by far and had a few features that i didnt even want and werent included in other dealer quotes. When i finally went in after getting the lowest price, John b. sat down with me and did the deal and was very cool. when i came to get the car a few days later he even got an autograph for me from a famous friend of his that we had previously discussed when i first came in...overall it was a great experience

Dennis was great. i asked for a quote on a new Mazda 3 from a bunch of dealers and Dennis (and one other) was the only one to actually give me a price. t the rest just sent me emails asking me to come in. Dennis understood that I wanted to a quote before I went to a bunch of dealers. also the price he gave me was inclusive (n hidden destination charges or loyalty credits like the other place). I really apprecaited someone being clear and upfornt with me and not making me waste my time or feel like I have to0 haggle etc. dennis is a great guy.

Prior to this I had a cx-9, also bought from Quirk Mazda, and that experience was instrumental in my decision to return. When I got the cx-9 in 2008, I had emailed several dealerships in the Boston area for prices. Quirk was the only dealership that didn't try to make me come in first and were very open about the best prices they could give me. I came again this time because of that level of honesty and was not disappointed. Dennis was very open as I emailed about the cx-7 this time around, and when I came in Kevin could not have been any more helpful. I didn't feel any pressure to purchase a vehicle, and felt very comfortable with all Quirk's employees. They were knowledgeable, fair, forthcoming and made the decision for me a no-brainer.

The sales persons that I worked with were very helpful, were patient with me as they took me on test drives on three cars I was interested and did not make me feel rushed even though I made my decision to purchase my car after the dealership had officially closed for the day. He showed me a few options and let me choose from those without pressuring me. The next day I got stuck in traffic on my way to pick up the car. I've been to several dealerships and didn't get too much help without the salesperson being overly pushy to buy. I've been on the market for a little over 2 months looking for a Mazda 6 and was already committed to buy, but had to look to see who won't charge me too much over the sticker price. I finally found a dealership that is not only helpful with the sales but really helpful with the finance part. Ray Ng was the person who I dealt with when it came to choosing the right finance company and getting the best rates for me. With his help and patience in teaching me what I'm signing up for with my payments and such, I not only left with the car I wanted but a better understanding of what goes into my payments and the interest I would be paying. Along with Ray Ng, Michael Luu was also helpful with some of the things I needed to know about the finance company and Michael also gave me a quick tutorial on the Mazda 6 and showed me a few things that I couldn't find online about the car. My experience at Quirk Mazda was excellent and I would recommend everyone to go there because these people aren't there to fool you into buying a car, but will tell you everything you need to know about all aspects of your purchase.

I chose this dealer which is 75 miles north of my home even though I have a Mazda dealer with 5 miles of my location. I originally did this because of the large selection they had online to chose from but in the end it was the treatment from the staff that I enjoyed most. The salesman I dealt with , Frank Richardson, was a very polite and attentive gentleman. He answered all my questions and concerns. The purchase process was as painful as can be and also Ray was helpful in explaining all the finance and quaranty options to complete my purchase. I just had to make an appointment to come in and have a accessory installed. The service manager, Mike, was the person who answered my phone call and was super friendly and helpful, as was the gentleman in parts . It doesn't seem like such a chore to drive 150 miles round trip to have my car service when you are treated with such enthusiasm. Great job Quirk Mazda team....I look forward to buying my next car from you!

This was my first car-buying experience, and Quirk Mazda made it a terrific one. I requested a quote for a Mazda 3 Sport from the dealership's website. Dennis sent me back an e-mail with the specs on the vehicle and the price (a good one).I went in. They let me take it for a spin (by myself, which I liked. Less pressure, and it shows they trust their customers). Michael then took care of the financing aspects and went through additional buy-ons to the vehicle. Unlike some other dealer experiences of which I've heard, and (other businesses as well), there was very little pressure. He simply explained each of my options and why he would recommend them. Frank basically walked me through the rest of the purchase, paperwork, etc. He also had a casual conversation with me while we waited for some of the paperwork to go through. Very friendly. Was NOT your standard self-important salesman. I am still in shock over what an easy ordeal this was. Everything I've heard about buying a new car made it sound like a nightmare, and while I'm sure that's true in some other places, it wasn't at Quirk Mazda. I can not recommend them any more highly. *As an added bonus, I absolutely love my car.

I will recommend Quirk to everyone I know. Lou was fantastic. Down to earth, honest and knowledgeable. I went in there not sure what I was even looking for. Lou talked to me, found out what I liked and brought me to the perfect car. I went in expecting just to look around and left with a great deal on a brand new car that I am in love with. I am a girl and I went by myself which to most dealerships I've tried, means an easy target to take advantage of. Lou and his manager were very respectful, not condescending, and honest. They asked what I knew about cars and what I understood and explained the things I wasn't familiar with. They didn't automatically assume I knew nothing just because I am a girl as I have experienced elsewhere.They really made me feel like they were there to make sure I got what I wanted not just what they wanted to sell me. They didn't try to push any unnecessary extras on me or push me into buying anything I didn't need. Let me start by saying that I have read the negative reviews and I feel the people writing them should be as critical of themselves as they are of any dealership. The consumer has the power in the negotiation, so you shouldn't complain of the price you pay or the techniques which are used. Do your research and understand the process. That being said, I actually enjoyed buying a car this time around. I dealt with Kevin Chan for the most part. He could answer every question I had and was enthusiastic about doing so. He helped me buy a car instead of trying to "sell" me a car. I knew what price I would be happy paying for the Mazda3s GT I purchased and negotiated as such. The turn around time on the whole process was about 3.5 hours which I feel was super fast for buying a car. Dennis (Sales Manager), Ray (Finance Manager), and Kevin tried to expedite everything as much as they could. When I was waiting for my car to be tagged, Kevin even walked me down the road and bought me a coffee. It was a nice personal touch that was something that couldn't be faked (the papers were signed, he didn't need to do anything further). I will tell you that alot of the other sales reps looked intimidating and didn't look approachable. They looked like "car salesmen". That may not be fair to say, but its an observation. I will finish by saying, if you go here, ask for Kevin, Dennis and Ray and your experience will be just as good as mine - I'm sure of it. I just had my co-worker go and she would say the same thing.

From start to finish, these guys were top notch.First: I called them up while trying to price match the car I wanted (2010 Mazda 3 GT Hatchback) and they were the only ones to give me an out the door price with no hassle or hemming and hawing or trying to make me come in to talk.Second: They gave me the best price after I was able to get prices out of other dealers. Even after I gave the price I was given to other dealers, they turned away business rather than price match. (Quirk initially didn't have the color I wanted so I was looking elsewhere).Third: When they finally did get the car I wanted in, it was easy and painless to get the price negotiated and we got some really great incentives.One sticking point was my trade in. They offered me almost nothing. Granted, we couldn't keep it started when they came to look at it, but that was just the battery. I was able to talk them up a bit. In general, I'm really happy with my experience with Quirk and would recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I were looking for a 2010 cx-9 sport with heated pwr. seats, remote start, auto dimming rear view mirror, and a backup camera, black with black int. We looked at four different dealerships (Quirk, Metro, Wellesley, and Mazda Gallery). Metro and Gallery were ok to deal with but they couldn't get us the options we wanted for the price we wanted. Wellesley was the worst to deal with, there general manager kept calling me at work and telling me that there was no way that I could get the cx-9 with the options I wanted for the price I wanted, the manager there was very rude and accused me of lying about the price I told him Quirk could get us the car for. Dennis Werkheiser from Quirk Mazda on the other hand was great to work with, he found us the a cx-9 with the options we wanted for about $1500 less than the other dealerships. We were very pleased with everyone from Quirk Mazda and would recommend them to anyone.

I called them to see if they had my car in stock. they gave me a price and when i got there, the vehicle was ready for me to test drive. Frank was very informative, knowledgeable, and friendly. I bought the car on the spot and everything from there was a breeze from the finance office to picking up the car. Congrats on your wonderful, service I am going to reccomend Quirk mazda to all my friends and family!!

Wow - what a wate of time dealing with these guys. I took a day of work to buy a new car and went to Quirk Mazda. I test drove the Mazda6 sport, liked it and wanted to purchase it. We spent 20 minutes test driving the vehicle then 1.5 hours running some numbers that gave me $500 off MSRP. We left and went to an appointment in Boston and once that concluded I responded to a number of voicemails from the dealership - I told them I wanted to buy a car that day and that they needed to include the manufacturer rebates (at the time Mazda was offering $1500 rebate on 2009 model year as well as 0% financing for 36 months or 2.9% financing up to 60 months) Quirk offered me 4.9% and no rebate. In total I wasted 5 hours dealing with these guys - they just did not want to sell me a car!! I drove from Quincy to Danvers and purchased a Madza6 Touring from IRA. The experience at IRA was exceptional. I had test driven a car and agreed on a sale within one hour.If you want to buy a car don't go to Quirk because they do not want to sell them to you!!

went to this dealership and I met the General Manager Nader at the sales desk because all the salespeople ran the other way when they had seen a new customer on the lot like they were scared to sell a car to me. So I asked this guy nader to help me and to let me test drive a new mazda and he said hang on while he gets someone to assit me. Well he didn't really go anywhere to find someone, he had asked someone else to find someone for me. So I proceded to speak with him about the vehicle and let me start by saying he was rude, and he knew nothing about the product and he had the personalty of rock.. And that is being nice. Well after 15 mins of standing there talking to this idiot I got a saleswomen to let me drive the vehicle I was interested in. I knew the vehicle options and features so it really was no big deal that the sales person did'nt even show them to me. All she did was pull up the car put a plate on and said I will see you when you get back, and when I said I was not from around here she said just take 4 right hand turns and I would end up back here. So off I went be myself and when I returned the sales person was waiting with the bunch of sales people smoking butts. I got out of the vehicle and she asked the famous question so you ready to buy it, And I said no I wanted to look at other vehicles and she said thanks for nothing and for wasting here time. So I went into the dealership to tell her manager what she had said to me and said it s true you stroker and he then said get the f out of here. I can not believe this is how they treat people. Stay away from this place they do not care about people and they dont care if they sell vehicles to people they must be all rich inside the quirk dealerships. I'm going to email and post to every board that I can about this place and the two poeple I delt with, Nader, and Ana and how they mistreated me. The worst dealership in the whole world. STAY,STAY,STAY STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This dealership is deceptive at best; I would suggest that you stay away. They had a Mazda 3i Touring advertised for $13595. I called the dealer and spoke with a sales manager, I asked if the car was still available and he said yes it was, this was at 3PM on a Monday. I got all the details, engine size, interior / exterior color, all options this car had installed etc and wrote everything down. We also talked about financing and I asked if there were any hidden or additional charges. He said there was a $299 processing fee, $111 for plates / registration and $29 for inspection. I go down to the dealer the next morning at 10 Am and I meet the same guy, he hooks me up with a sales person and all the while I am saying that I am here to test drive the car in the ad for $13595. The sales guy grabs the keys and we go for a test drive. I say if the terms are still the same I want the car. He goes away and comes back 20 minutes later and writes down a number, $16200 + $780 destination charge so we are now talking $17000 for a car that was advertised at $13595. OK, now I know they are screwing with me, I ask what happened to the $13595 price and he tells me that car was sold yesterday. I ended up walking out, the car I test drove was the exact same year, model, color and had exactly all the same options as the one advertised and I am sure it was the same car, I had written everything down in detail before I went in Bottom line, the specials they have advertised they have no intention in selling theses cars at these prices and they will never tell you about the destination charge until you are in the door. Also, the same car is still listed on their site for the same price and I am sure if someone called today they would tell them it is still available. I ended up going to a dealer in Norwood and buying there.

My family bought total of 4 cars from this dealer. About month ago, I decided to go back there for another Mazda. When the salesman by the name of Frank find out that I am in the market for a CX7, he treated me a king. Somehow he talked me into buying a CX9 which I clearly told him I cant afford it. He than get the GM involved and keep playing with the numbers. So Frank and his GM had be signed all these paperwork and modified the contract which clearly stated the purchase is conditional and the final sale will be based on my final decision. I left the dealer with an unsigned check to secured the final price. Myself and the GM had verbal agreement and the modified contract which we both initial when we change the terms and condition of the contract. Anyway, when I told them there was no deal on the CX9 and I wanted my unsigned check back. I was told they already made a deposit with my check. The dealer knew they made a mistake on that and they immediately had the salesman Frank to take us to the Braintree Headquarter for reimbursement. Frank followed me to the bank and I made deposit with the dealer check.When I checked the balance on my account, I found out that they had canceled the check that they issued to me. I went back there few times trying to solve the problems and they treated me like dirt. I finally get myself an attorney and issued them with a demand letter. When I get the correspondent letter back from the attorney which represent Quirk Dealership. The denied making any mistake. They also lied about the verbal agreement and the modified contract. The dealership never submitted the modified contract to their attorney. The GM and Frank and advised their attorney about the verbal agreement. I talked to many of my friends and they also stated their experiences with Quirk were negative. Most of the reviews of this dealership posted by other people on the web are also negative. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the court against Quirk Mazda in Quincy. Mass. But since they already lied about the verbal agreement and they made the modified contract disappeared. I know my chances to win this case is almost zero.

to bad i did not see this website before. seriously think twice if you want to go. it was a waste of time. totally unprofessional. the sales guy had his cigarettes on the table, was moving like a snail and did not even look at me. he looked like he was punished to work there. i was offered 5000 usd more after my first visit and he came back smiling after his manager told him the new price. they did not even make a counter offer just told me they dont want my car. i doubt the service is better in sales. so think twice!

There should be a double 'no' for 'would you recommend this dealership'. We had just about the same experience as amcateer in the previous post. We were quoted one price via email and when we got there we were told by both the sales rep and then the manager that there was a 'miscommunication', they meant to quote us a price $995 more than they actually did. But since they were such 'honest' businessmen they would hold to the price if we bought that day. I told them we'd be back later that afternoon if we were interested and on the way out our sales rep ran after us and informed us that the manager said that the price was actually only good right then and if we left then the price would go up $500. You couldn't pay me to buy a car from these guys.

It seems as though I should have checked this site before engaging in a conversation via an "internet quote" with Brian H. It was a complete "unethical, deceptive" qoute....just to get you in the door! When I asked him to put it on a purchase and sale form, sign it, and fax it to me to save time and ensure it was a genuine offer I received 2 hours of hassles. After many calls, scribbles on a blank sheet of paper multiple times(without a description of what I would be buying,etc), and a ridiculous attempt to say "I don't understand what you want from me". I received a call saying that "we can't fax you a p&s because of company policy". COME ON????!!! How shallow can you be? Talk about a dealership that won't stand behind their "hot air"..... I did receive a faxed, signed p&s from 2 other dealerships...and would recommend you doing the same; save some gas and time!I WOULD NEVER WORK WITH QUIRK MAZDA!!!! I went into the Norwood Mazda I would HIGHLY recommend working with (so far)!

My wife and I stopped in here on a Sunday to take a look at the Mazda 6 hatchback. There were a couple of salesmen outside. I told him exactly what I was there to do: check out the mazda 6 and see if it's the car for us. He walked us around a couple of cars from the outside only (didn't invite us to look in one or sit in one), then he said we needed to go inside to fill out some paperwork. After I was honest with him and told him that we were not going to buy that day, but wanted to see if the Mazda 6 was the right car for us, he said, "ok, i'll go check on our inventory." A few minutes later he came back and said, "sorry, we can't let you do a test drive today because we're too short-handed". I was really surprised by this. He said, "that's our policy. We only do test drives if you have an appointment". I've never heard of a policy like this. Looking around the showroom, they certainly didn't look busy. There were a couple of salesmen waiting outside for the next customers to come in. So, I pressed back on it and told him that I thought I was getting "brushed off" and that I would like to talk to his manager. He walked me over there and the manager took one quirk look at me and said, "I'm busy, I'll talk to you in a minute" and then continued his conversation with another salesmen. Very rude.I was wearing a t-shirt and jeans while I was there. Maybe they didn't respect me because I wasn't wearing a suit and tie on a Sunday? Not sure. We stormed out of there and they didn't seem to care one bit. If you are not buying that day, they are too busy for you at Quirk. It's better to stand around outside waiting for a fancier customer, then try to get me interested in a Mazda.This dealer is not recommended! We went out of our way to drive over there and we will never go back.

I stopped going there when I was charged $56 for an oil change. It was plain motor oil and didn't include anything else. That's right. $56.Changing engine oil involves unscrewing a bolt to drain the oil, unscrewing the filter, putting on a new filter, and refilling the engine. There is also a small fee to dispose of the oil (assuming the dealership doesn't use the used oil to heat their dealership as most do).I called to complain and the service manager told me "I know I know, I told the owner not to raise the price, but all the area dealerships are doing it." Newsflash buddy, the average is between $15 and $20 in the area. I told him I wouldn't come back, and he said "surely [I] shouldn't make threats [I] don't mean".I never went back. In fact, I purposely excluded this dealership when I bought my last two Mazdas since then.Now I know why they call themselves Quirk.

What a horrible experience we had at Quirk Mazda in Quincy MA, I went with my girlfriend to help her buy a new Mazda. We were quoted a great price on the phone and we thought we were getting a great deal because it was the last day of the month. So we went in to buy the car spending two and a half hours test riding and filling out paper work. Everybody seemed polite and friendly as was the young salesman, except his personal story kept changing, about what he drove and where he came from. Everything was going smoothly up until the last moment, everything was done; credit check, throw in the floor mats shook hands with the sales manager etc. Starting to relax and convinced we were about to sign and buy the car we leaned back in our chairs. The sales manager came swaggering over saying "there's a problem". As my heart is sinking he tells us they can't sell us the car we drove and stood around for almost two hours at this price, he claimed the young salesman quoted us for the wrong car. I was in shock after spending all afternoon there. Bait and Switch I never thought they did that any more especially in a large dealership but here it was happening and my precious Saturday was wasted at Quirk Mazda, all we could do was walk away. After all that, shouldn't you, as a manager, just sell the car if you made the mistake?

Worst expereince I had at a Mazda dealership. I asked at the desk to speak with a salesperson. Half an hour before anyone came to speak to me. After repeatedly asking where my salesperson was, the person at the desk finally got up and left; coming back with someone. I told them I wanted to test drive the RX-8. I was told I couldn't before I sat down and discussed what options in which I was interested. I obliged and spent about ten minutes telling him that I did not really know what I wanted because i hadn't driven the car yet. All the while he was being very hostile and talking to me like I "just don't know how these things are done." When he finally said we could go for a drive, I was encouraged...until he asked me to see my license. He told me that because i am only twenty I can not test drive their cars. He then smirked and made a comment about my parents paying for such a nice car(pretty rude). I told him I was paying with my signing bonus and he shut up real fast. At that point I was just disgusted, and I had already wasted almost an hour at this place, plus the drive there. I just turned and walked out. The guy actually followed me out the door, telling me we could go for a drive; I just had to sit in the passenger seat. I went straight to route 1 and found the dealership there. Test drove an RX-8 within twenty minutes and bought my car a few weeks later.

My wife and I came in to view and possibly test drive the CX9 Limited. The sales guy who accosted us almost insisted that we sit down and answer myriad questions before we could look at the car in the showroom. Once we sat down, he insisted we answer all his questions, including trade in and what competitors we were looking at. He stated, "That's the way we do business here, before we spend our time with a customer." Note: this was a Thursday morning and no customers other than my wife and I were present. I should have walked then, but instead I relented and gave him the information. When I told him what other vehicle we were looking at, he scoffed, got up and went to the manager's desk and back, then insisted that we go to the other dealer before he spends any time with us, because "that's the way we do business here." Having come from the manager's desk, he was either told to do this or it simply was his gambit. We'll never know. We got up to leave, and I tossed the brochure on the conference table and it slid a little further than I intended, almost sliding off the table. He berated me for throwing the brochure at him. I asked him to stop being a jerk, and he said, "That's Mister Jerk to you." Indeed. Needless to say, we can not comment on the work or pricing.

They seemed nice in the beginning but they gave me a price for my trade in that was too low. I told them it was too low and I would think about it but they started using high pressure sales pitch. They told me that Mitsubishi was going out of buisness so I should trade my car to them for the price they wanted because the car would be worth nothing in a few months when mitsubishi is out of buisness (a lie). Then when we were going to leave they all of a sudden raised the trade in value +2000 dollars. We didn't want to deal with them so we left but as we were leaving they were saying things to my wife, she got so made that she ended up throwing a bottle at their building.
