I met Dominic Aquili at the Manchester, NH VW Quirk dealership. I explained my wants and needs and Dominic was on top of every little detail. Dom is very knowledgable and really knows his products.He is professional and friendly, which doesn't hurt at all. He made the time fly and made me totally comfortable that I was dealing with a pro at a dealer that has to be aware of what a talent they have in Dominic. My dealing were not at all simple, as it involve trading two cars. This a great experience. Thank Dominic and Quirk Volkswagen.

Do not go here! My mother leased an EOS at Quirk. I believe the guy's name was Craig that she leased from. Not 100% sure his name. About a month after leasing my mother got cancer. She did not drive the car for a year due to her illness. When she was told it was time for hospice we went to get out of the lease with about 50 miles on the car. The staff could not have been ruder or less caring and unsympathetic. In fact they wanted nothing to do with us. Craig (car salesman) who was so nice when we leased the car wouldn't even give my sick mom the time of day. He brushed her off and sent us over to some jerk who was telling us it would cost $20k to break the lease. No one apologized for what she was going through instead they just tried to wheel and deal with us and give us the run around. Long story short my mom passed away last year and my dad dropped the car off. Now they are after him for money for her lease. Heartless staff!! Were so rude after they made their sale!! I would never step foot there!

The best experience, by far, that I've ever had buying a car and I've bought and leased many. Dominic was professional and so friendly, he definitely made it a breeze from beginning to end. We were buying my daughter her first car (beetle convertible!) and wanted it to be a good experience. We couldn't have been happier. Everyone was wonderful, a young man named Andy showed my daughter the whole car and how to use all the instruments etc...this is how buying a car should be. I can honestly say that I will be a repeat customer based on my experience. I also want to add that finance was fantastic.

Not a huge fan of buying cars at delerships. Did some research ahead of time on a car I was interested in. Went into Quirk prepared to do the all too typical game of back and forth over price vs. amenities. The rep was great (knowledgeable, friendly). Never pushy. When it came time to talk money, the sales manager was helpful and very reasonable listening to my pricing limitations and working to a price that I could afford. Whole experience was very positve and would highly recommend stopping in if VW is your brand...or even if it isn't! Great people, great cars!

Went to Quirk Volkswagen after my girlfriend bought her VW there a few months ago, she highly recommended I go there. This was my first real car purchase and they made it very easy. I purchased a used GTI and I could not have been happier. I dealt with Paul Raymond who was a very knowledgeable and helpful during my purchase. Took only 3 hours to test drive, trade in my old car, and finance my new GTI before I was on my way. I recommend Quirk Volkswagen to anyone.

We showed up at Quirk Volkswagen on Sunday morning knowing exactly which car we wanted, and what a fair price was -- and drove off in our new GTI less than 36 hours later as completely satisfied customers. Quirk's initial offer both on the car we bought and on our trade-in were so competitive that I didn't feel any need to negotiate, or to contact other dealers. This was the seventh car I have bought from a dealer, and I have NEVER had such an easy and painless experience. I especially appreciated salesman Paul Raymond's patient, low-pressure approach.Quirk is not the closest VW dealer to us, but it will certainly be the first one we'll go to next time we're in the market for a Volkswagen.

Good experience buying a car there last month. I arrived knowing exactly what I wanted, and about what I should pay. (Truecar.com was useful in this regard.) Mary Stevens was the salesperson. She was knowledgeable, and when she wasn't sure of an answer, she said so-- and got an answer for me. They rightfully tried to nudge me towards cars they had in stock, but ceded when they understood I knew what I wanted. (In my case, a blue Golf TDI with a lighting package.)I'd recommend them, and Mary was easy to deal with. They didn't try to upsell me on options, and the transaction was as smooth and stress-free as I could have hoped. Thanks guys!

This past saturday I went car shopping with my mom and I wanted a new VW Passat or Jetta so i checked out the cars at Quirk VW in Manchester and I was greeted at the door by Mary Stevens! she helped me look at cars and narrow down what car would be the best fit for me. She didn't try to force things on me like most sales people would, she was very helpful and made my experience extremely enjoyable! Mary helped me find the car I wanted and then it came downs to the prices. John Morris then came in and helped me figure out what payment plan would work best for me and gave me a great deal! By the end of the day I was driving off the lot Leasing my new 2015 Jetta for 3 years with a great deal! Thanks for all of your help Mary and John!

I was greeted by Paula Grimard and introduced to folks on the sales floor. She explained the process and the timing. All went to plan. I expected to be up-sold, to be pushed. It never happened. They just worked hard to get me into my new car. I don't live in New Hampshire, so there was some extra paperwork, plus some taxes and fees related to my home state. The Quirk folks took care of that as well, leaving nothing untended.

I bought a Tiguan from Quirk VW on 1/20/15. The car I wanted to purchase was sold the day before but Scott and Frank helped to put me into another Tiguan. Although the model I ended up purchasing had more options than I had been looking for, I am truly glad that the Tiguan I had first looked at was bought by someone else! I am extremely happy with my new wheels....big snowstorm coming in two days!! Scott was great, very informative about the Tiguan and other models as well, Frank was easy to talk to and extremely patient with all of my questions about the price. No pressure at all. Well, Quirk volkswagen did it again! Dana Rowe, Keith Lefebvre, and Brian Silvia sold me car number 5 I think?? I am IN LOVE with my 2015 GTI. You guys are the absolute best in New England. You guys always seem to make it happen no matter what. I can honestly recommend anyone to Quirk. Even if you are new to Volkswagen, they will spend the time to make sure they find the perfect match for you. When they do find you your perfect vehicle, they will make sure you know the car inside and out. Anything from helping you set up your bluetooth, or showing you all the little hidden gems the car has. They really make car buying stress free and fun. The Service team, especially Russ, really went to bat for me with a warranty item. We had reported an oil leak, and they found that was covered under the extended warranty I had purchased with the car at Quirk. They also were able to reproduce a separate problem we reported, and really went to bat for me for this additional expensive warranty repair. While the warranty item was getting sorted out, they gave me a loaner car which was very much appreciated. Great service, , great price, great work, very happy!

My husband and I went to Quirk Volkswagen to look at a VW CC. We greeted by Paula Grimard who worked with us through the process. They had one CC available that met all of our requirements so we drove it and decided it was the car for us. With the car being a 2014 we were able to get a great deal. The financing process was painless and surprisingly quick. We had some accessories that needed to be installed and Service did a good job with that. I have been looking for awhile but not finding anything I wanted. He said I should at least take a look. I drove an hour and a half to test drive it with Scott Elliot. I was impressed with the car for the way it handled, the way it looked and the low miles it had on it. It was everything I wanted and the price was right. What started out as a trip to the sandwich shop turned into me driving home in a new car. In less than 2 hours, I was driving home in my new car. The dealership was immaculate and the entire ordeal started out on the right track with Paula Grimard welcoming me to the dealership. I was not pressured in any way and she answered any and all questions I had. She went out of the way to help me and I very quickly knew that this was going to be a good experience. I got what I wanted for my trade in and I didn't have to negotiate. I know a good deal when I see one. Cameron the sales manager was also top notch and he presented a great deal with options right up front. No pressure and I got exactly what I wanted. I drove my new car away in such a short time and I felt that nothing could have gone better! First, I purchased my car here about one year ago. The sale of the car wasn't a great experience, but it wasn't bad--so I never bothered to follow up on anything. But today when coming in for service, I was insulted and embarassed. I discovered a fuel leak, and brought my car in for service before 8am. Like a fool, I figured the fuel system would be covered under the power train warranty. When I inquired, the service advisor was beyond rude. Very tersely stating "of COURSE its not covered...36k is where it stops." It was rude, but fine. Then shoving paperwork at me saying "here sign this", without ANY explanation of the itemized estimate I was signing. I had to ask exactly what was what. All with the service advisor focused on his computer screen. But the tipping point was when I sat down to wait for my ride home, when a different service employee walks in, and starts making fun of a phone call he recieved that AM, calling the caller an idiot. Thanks guys, that phone call was me. It was me with a leaking fuel tank, on my way on icy and snowy roads, to come in and use your service department--just asking what time you open. Whatever the diagnosis is, I already do not trust the honesty of these people. I will take it elsewhere for service, and I will certainly take my business elsewhere.

I called twice. 1st time I spoke to Keith, asked him for leasing info, had to give him my phone number for him to call me back as he said they were very busy. After a few minutes, I called back, Troy answers the phone, I asked him if anyone from sales was not busy with a customer, and he stated he was in their finance dept and he could help me. After mulling over some figures with him, it turned out that they have NO cars with dual climate and lumbar support other than the CC. My wife and I recently purchased a new Jetta Sportswagen from Matt Bowlin at Quirk Volkswagen. We are not from the Manchester area and actually have a different Volkswagen dealer right around the corner from our house. We just happened to be in the Manchester area and decided to see what they had to offer. Before entering the dealership, we found the vehicle we were interested in on line. Matt knew the exact vehicle that we said we were interested in and quickly had it pulled up for us. Mat and Cameron (the sales manager) made the whole transaction quick and painless, by eliminating the "back and forth" games. We enjoyed the entire process from start to finish and were surprised that we were on the road with our new car in just about an hours time. We will be back to see Matt in January for a second vehicle and will send anyone we know looking for a vehicle in to see him at Quirk Volkswagen

My sales experience was great; minimal pressure, good selection, and a reasonable price. There was a minor blemish on my new car when I came to pick it up, the sales team and manager didn't hesitate to correct the issue rapidly. . . I have had three service appointments to date from purchasing my new ride one for a manufacturer suggested check up (cost: free), for an oil change (cost: free (included in service plan given with purchase of new car)), and the service to repair the minor blemish (cost: free, plus they gave me a loaner for the day) all times the service team was polite, knowledgeable, very low pressure, and speedy. The free wifi and coffee are a nice touch. My only complaint is they don't wash your car and/or vacuum your car with an oil change. Over all a great place to work with :-)

I had started to look for a new VW in th Spring, but the stars did not align, and my husband and I decided to wait a bit. At that time, I worked with Melissa Haberman at Quirk VW in Manchester, NH and she could not have been more helpful or accomodating. I felt bad that I could notpurchase at that time.SO, when my husband decided the time was right for a purchase, I told him I would like to work with Quirk, since I had had such a positve experience earlier. He did a lot of research online and did get a quote from Quirk, so my friend and I went to make the deal.When we arrived, I was welcomed and taken for a test drive by Matt Choquette. He was a wonderful, sweet young man who answered allof my questions and was very helpful. As we pulled back into the parkinglot, he sked why I had chosen Quirk, and I explained my past experience with Melissa. He said that she was oon the floor that day and would I like to continue the transaction with her. I said yes, and he very generously passed me off to Melissa who had remembered me and did a great job as well. Frank Carnucci, the manager, checked my car for trade-in value and the transaction continued very smoothly.I would not hesitate to recommend Quirk to a anyone looking for a new VW. The staff was knowledgeable, accomodating, cheerful and polite, and were flexible in reaching the price I was looking for. I plan on diving and enjoying my 2013 Jetta TDI wagon for quite awhile, but will return to them whenever I need a new vehicle. They were the BEST!

Dana was an extremely rude, arrogant, and untrustworthy salesperson. I went into this dealership with a friend to check out the lease deals/promotions for a new Jetta and was not told the down payment for the lease or the monthly payment estimate. Once Dana found out that the car would not be leased TODAY, she did everything she could to get us out the door and onto her more important customers. My friend and I felt judged because Dana's responses to our interest in a base model as opposed to an upgraded model demonstrated that she was only interested in making a bigger commission as opposed to finding the car that matched the budget that I had in mind. Yes, she showed us a car or two in the showroom--even getting her to do that was like pulling teeth--and she didn't even give us the time of day to bring us out to the look to check out the inventory or test drive. Not to mention, the entire time we were in the showroom, we felt as though we were being scammed because the dealer atmosphere was very pushy.

We traded in my wife's Jetta as she wanted to have a beetle again but did not like the new edition so she wanted one that was 2010 and back. We found a 2010 Final edition Beetle and called. cheryls knowledege of vw's was instumental in helping us make the right decission for our needs. we previously had a volkswagen and were very happy with that car as well so we decided to purchase another vw jetta. we first visited the dealership for service. we had originally purchased our car at tulley vw in nashua after and unhappy shopping experience at the old vw dealership in manchester. the service department ( bob ) was fantastic and took care of us as if we were a life long customer. after such a pleasant experience with service we decided to look at quirk for our new purchase. we also had known frank from a previous dealership and have always had a good relationship. he if great for giving straight answers to your questions and very helpfull in putting you into the right vehicle for your budget. he then put us in touch with cheryl. once we decided to make our purchase the financing was quick and easy. we had our answers within the hour. the paperwork was a little time consuming but still easy. we were able to switch car seats and get a full overall orientation of our new car from cheryl. the finance guy was great. i appologize for not remembering his name, keith i think. he was also very helpfull with our future needs for extented warranty and gap coverage.we really like the openess and access to all of the people envolved in the buying process. no one is hidden in a back room and your not shuffled into some tiny office to be grilled ! it a shame we dont need a new car every month so we could come into the dealership more often. good times !

I had a rather unpleasant experience at a competitor of Quirk, and had mediocre expectations as I pulled up to the Quirk dealership in Manchester. They completely won me over by treating me with respect, humor and patience. They listened to my needs, and steered me to a car I absolutely love. I was happy with the price I paid, but more importantly the service. I will be taking my car there going forward for any maintenence it may need, and I'll recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new or pre-owned car. Cameron took time after I'd taken delivery to show me all the bells and whistles in my new car & reinforced he'd be there going forward should I have questions or issues down the road.

Within a couple of hours he drove my new car to my office in Bedford, NH. I then had problems registering it as I live in MASS. and he went over and above came back picked me up brought me to my insurance company, bank and registry. Cameron greeted me as soon as I was out of my car with a smile and hand shake. I told him I was intrested in a Eos and he lead me to them. I saw the one I wanted and told him thats the one lets do the paper work. He said no that I really need to take it out, I was going to spend a lot of money and he wanted to be sure I would be happy with the car. As we drove Cameron explanied all the features of the Eos, the dealership and the benifits of owning a VW. After the dea was mae Cameron took the time to deliver the car to my home and do the final paper work. I recently purchased a 2011 Tiguan SE and had the pleasure of working with Matt Webb. He was very helpful and pleasant, and he made the shopping and purchasing experience quick and painless. My sale was completed toward the end of the evening. Rather than rush me through the process, Matt took his time, and made sure to thoroughly show and explain the features of the vehicle to me before I left. He called me a few days later to check in and make sure that all was going well with my new car, and left me his cell number in case I had any questions about the car at all. It's never surprising when a salesperson is accomodating during a purchase, but it's a breath of fresh air and reassuring when you have one that continues to be so AFTER the sale has been completed. Matt is a great person to deal with, and I recommend him highly.I also worked with Nick during the financing process, and Nick was very responsive, very helpful, great to deal wtih, and absolutely fantastic about calling when he said he would.My overall experience with Quirk was stellar - I highly recommend this dealership. I did a lot of shopping around prior to my purchase, and not only were the prices better at Quirk than anywhere else, the service was fantastic!

I would like to comment on the service that I received at Quirk Volkswagon. I had just graduated from college a couple of days before I decided that my old Toyota had just about had it. I went to Quirk very nervous because I had never made a big purchase like this before. I was looking at Jettas when I was greeted by Matt Choqette (hope I spelled that right!) He listened to what I was looking for and brought me right to the exact car that I wanted...a new Jetta with a sunroof and heated seats!! They even gave me more money than I expected for my trade! Pat was very knowledgable about the model of car we were looking at. He knew all of the bells and whistles, and even though it was 10 pm when we finished the deal, he walked us through how to set up the Bluetooth, SiriusXM, and all the other little details. I love that they take care of switching our insurance, registering the car and getting us the plates - an added bonus when both of us work and commute each day. Frank was great at helping us get to a price we felt comfortable with. Great experience, just wish the whole negotiating and financing part wasn't so long!

The financial staff worked hard to get me the best financing they could find. Stopped in to check this place out. They are fairly new. I used to go around the corner to the previous franchise for VW in manchester. But after they screwed a couple things up I stopped going. Figured I'd give this place a whirl not really expecting much more. I was actually quite surprised they seemed very very busy. But that however didn't stop one of the associates from almost immediatly saying hi to me once I entered the building. I wanted to check out this new CC thing. Russell helped me out and man did this guy know everything about my car. Laser seams, touch screen radio heated seats with back support. Can't really ask for much more and they gifts just keep on coming. Anytime I'm ever in the market for another car for anyone in my family im gonna be stopping in at Quirk to see if they have anything. Best experience I have ever had buying a car. Well to be honest it was the first experience I had buying a car and well it was great! I went to a few other dealerships and test drove some cars the speed 3 was great. But the sales people at mazda were not as accomodating. Also they made me feel as though they didn't believe me when I told them I would just be writing a check. Russell at Quirk made me feel like I was actually a person. He listened to my needs and guided me to the car I wanted. Well the car I really wanted was in the showroom but it was to much money and a manual transmission. I ended up with the automatic. Well its a DSG this thing is much more fun then any of the car I test drove. Agreeing on numbers was also very easy. I pretty much told him what I wanted to pay. He said that the one we were working from wouldnt work but the one I test drove would. Perfect! The sale when down the next day without incident. We visited the dealership because of an ad for the 2011 Jetta Sportswagen in the Sunday Union Leader, but after a test drive decided on the 2011 Jetta Sedan instead. I was worried about not having done my homework on the Jetta Sedan but our sales representative Cameron Lilley explained everything that was different and similar between the two vehicles as well as helping us find a model that we liked and could afford. Cameron is extremely well versed in car knowledge and has a very professional way of doing business. We were happy with the sales manager and finance people also, as they answered all of our questions without hesitation. Quirk VW is great and the people they have working there are the best. I highly recommend this dealership and the products and services they offer.

I researched the Kia Sorento extensively before deciding which one I would test drive first. There were several dealerships to choose from in my area who had Sorento's in stock. Nick Kisielewski seemed to be very upfront and honest with me regarding my inquiry to the 04' model that you had instock. He took the time to email me the Car Fax and other descriptive information pertinent to my impending purchase. I felt that due to this and the very positive comments I received from a co-worker, who purchased a used Hummer at Quirk last summer, that I would begin at Quirk.My son and I took the vehicle on the road with Cheryl Valle. Quirk VW was very professional to work with! I felt very comfortable, they were easy to talk to and I didn't feel pressured to buy...but we did and are very happy! Cameron Lilley took his time to walk us through the car and we felt that we got his undivided attention while we were there. Cheryl was great. I didn't feel any pressure to buy a car. I did feel very welcome there, and also felt she cared.My purchase went by with no incidents. We negotiated in a civil manner, and maybe for the first time I didn't feel the dealership was taking advantage of me.I went back a couple of days later to pick up my license plates and the radio code, and to participate in the drawing. I won a Bose cinemate equipment. What a way to end the month!I've been driving my car for a week now and I can say I'm very happy with it. I've driven it in the snow and it's an excellent ride. I love my new Jetta!

The experience with the dealership and the sales person Cameron Lilley was a great experience shopping for my 2011 Tiguan. He was very knowledgable and very helpful and answered all our questions. He walked us through the whole vehicle and gave us options and compared other models. After I test drove it he brought us over to do numbers and information on financing. At that point we went over all the information. We decided to continue our venture and compare other vehicles that we were looking at. At that point we met with a sales manager and he thanked us for our service and coming to visit there dealership. He asked us what other vehicles were were looking at and we shared them with him. He asked if we could give 2 more minutes and brought up the same vehicle we were comparing to. He went through the pro's and con's of both and had them side by side to do so. Then offered us a great rate and a great offer and we were sold at that point. He was really motivated to sell the car and did a great job. Great experience and would reccommend the dealership as well as the sales person and would go back.

The salesman (Alex Petrenko) was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.Service at Quirk, for another VW I own (a used 2007 Passat Wagon), has been very good. I expect the same for the GTI.My only possible complaint is that VW doesn't want to make deals on the GTI, which given marketing conditions, is understandable.Whatever, I'm quite happy with my new GTI and satisfied that Alex sold me a fine car.

Everything was exceptional, but I was very unhappy with the price of my car. Not even two weeks after I purchased it, another dealership was advertising the base model at less than half the price of what I paid for the step up. Paying $25,000 on a car being advertised at $10,000 a few towns over? I'm very irate, and I highly doubt I'll make another purchase without exhausting all channels I have. The manager on the floor made it expressly clear that "his hands were tied, and VW sets the prices." I felt lied to, and probably won't shop with Quirk again. I will recommend my friends, but personally I don't feel comfortable. Dana was amazing, but as soon as the manager stepped in, I felt like the whole thing went sleazy...

I thought this dealership was very friendly and a non pressured environment. I was disappointed in an ad, from this dealership, that was on the computer. It advertised a price for diesel and gas cars for a good price, and when I went in to the dealership I was told that price was only for the gas not diesel car. Good dealership with friendly staff and good selection. They also service my vehicle quickly and at no cost to me. They are getting a car wash which will be a complimentary service for all cars that come in to be worked on. In addition, they offer a shuttle so you can leave your car and not be stuck there waiting for the service to be complete. Good stuff all around.

I leased a 2010 Jetta in May of 2010. I had never been to Quirk in Manchester before and was quite impressed by such a large dealership. But mainly impressed by your staff of salesman. The salesman I worked with Russell Knee was so polite and such a good salesman I forgot that I was at a dealership. He made us feel right at home and answered any questions that we had. He also never ever put any pressure on us whatsoever and I thank him for that. Sometimes you enter a dealership and right away someone is breathing down your next pressuring you so much that you forget what you are evern there for and soon shut the guy down and leave. This never happened at Quirk with Mr. Knee. After leasing the car he delivered it right to my front door and we sat in the car and he explained all functions to me. I purchased a used 2007 VW GTI from Russell Knee in late September. Russell worked for over a week on this sale. He worked hard to get me the best deal that I could get, on a car that really fit me. He, or anyone else in the showroom didn't pressure into purchasing or even driving anything that didn't fit exactly what I wanted. In the end buying a car from Russell Knee, and from Quirk Volkswagen, was a very enjoyable experience and I'm glad that I made the move. When it comes time to buy another car (which will be quite some time!) I'll definitely make my first stop with Russell, and Quirk Volswagen.

This is my first lease and not haveing any service & warrantee issues for the duration is good - however, I have noted that there have been leases of the CC for a reduced monthly and down payment which would have been substantial. Yes, I made the decision but it remains an irritant.

Everybody at the dealership was very helpful and friendly. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and knew these cars. They also went out of their way to work with us on financing. We did not set out to buy two cars that day; only intended to buy one. Unfortunately, my husband has had a transmission problem that has required him to leave and pick up his car more than once as the mechanics/home office try to determine the best course of action. This is definitely not something you would expect to encounter with a brand new car. This does not reflect on the local dealership but it has made us a bit wary of the national company. I believe he is dropping off his car today(maybe tomorrow) and they are going to replace the transmission. We live in NH-he works in Massachusetts, so he puts a lot of miles on his cars. He was very excited about his new car until this happened. Again, the local dealership has been very helpful but there is no way they can lessen the hassle of driving north to drop the car off, picking the car up, etc. and waiting for a decision as to how they are going to address this as directed by your home office.

When i test drove the tundra,i picked out a few things that needed to be addressed before i purchased it.Blue smoke at start up,hesitation,higher end knocking noise in engine,pulsating brakes,and a noise that sounded like a wheel bearing,and Dana did not think it had been in an accident(looked in good shape),which i found out it was hit on right side.fender,wheel bumper,door,which looked ok, so i was not too concerned.But after one of the guys took it home and back,he said there was nothing wrong with it.I had to get the truck diagnosed myself and get the tsb from toyota.we made the app.and i dropped it off on monday telling Bob Wright i can only be without the truck for 2 days,its only a 6hr job (warranty)10hrs max.truck sat there for 2 days not touched,Bob said they needed more parts.Brought truck back second time they had it for 9 days,7 days more than i could afford.for a 10hr job.on top of that when i was signing all the papers the warranty on the window was changed from 60days-2,000 miles to 30days-1,000 miles and they had it for almost half of that.Now i am afraid to let them address the engine concern, for fear they will have my truck so long will lose my job.I regret buying this truck,it was not well taken care of drivetrain wise,i even asked for my money back,they said no.I only bought it in desperation of a truck for work(mine was totalled by a drunk driver)and toyota reputation,quirk reputation and 60 days 2000 miles to get the bugs out,which was changed last minute.but now i was into this truck for too much lost time of work.

I purchased a 1 year old (2009) Jetta on Labor Day, and was told that the pricing was based on a Labor Day weekend "sale". I liked the car, and wanted to purchase it. I paid $500 off the asking price, and it turned out I still paid full NADA retail price. Wow, what a sale! I didn't have price information and didn't do any research ahead of time, because I actually went to Quirk just to look at what was available, with nothing specific in mind. I should have left, done the research, and gone back. I would have been in a much better position to negotiate a better and fairer deal. My fault and my problem, but I feel that I was screwed on a too high asking price. But of course dealerships don't want customers to do any research ahead of time, just for this reason.

To understand the outstanding experience I had while working with Nick Kisielewskiat Quirk VW in Manchester, one needs to first realize how much I detest the auto shopping event. Second only to having teeth pulled with no anesthetic, I fight the urge to go car shopping. Yet, this past weekend I had the best new car buying experience ever. What was to be a casual drive by, to see what could tempt me, turned into "I have to have it" when working with Nick. The purchase we made was the Limited Edition Beetle so it was not a hard sell. The service was outstanding! From the time Frank Carnucci answered the telephone in New Hampshire, my husband was able to handle the entire transaction via telephone.Frank was an open communicator, showed excellent customer service skills and honest.His associate Troy was also of the same caliber; completely trustworthy from beginning till the end, when the car was delivered right to our driveway.We highly recommend these folks for car purchasing and transactions; the entire process was extremely easy and Frank and Troy were truly professional.

Went to Quirk VW in Manchester to kick tires. Was interested in the GTI while I browsed I was promptley greeted by a sales associate told him I was just killing time he showed me around the brand new dealership showed me the unbelievble indoor showroom. Noticed a buzz in the showroom asked what was going on. He told me they were having an end of year sale with "Thousands of dollars of savings on all models including special financing plans and free maintenence for three years" I became very interested in what he had to say so I took a 4 door 6 speed autobahn loaded GTI for a spin (my dream car) We worked out some numbers and to my astonishment I did not even have to negotiate. He was right Quirk saved me thousands gave me more than I wanted for my trade( apperentlly they run their own auction so they can pay thousands more for trades)he gave me the best finance rate I have ever recieved at a car dealership. They even told me I will not have a payment for 90 days. Thanks to the great Team at Quirk VW in NH Nick, Frank, Jake and John The Service Manager, im driving my dream car for a little more than my cable bill. Thanks Quirk see you at 10k miles for my first oil change (free) haha. SN

Entire sales experience was friendly, casual, very professional, and without pressure. The dealer's showroom was warm, clean, inviting, and well-lit. All associates were approachable and willing to offer assistance. There was much inventory to peruse.

Just the other day I went over to Quirk Volkswagen in Manchester. They are pretty big so I figured they'd have something I could buy. I had been to three other dealerships and between rude sales people and lack of selection I was almost ready to quit. It was pretty cold out the other day. But when I got to Quirk Russell,my sales guy, showed me a few cars and actually pulled them inside the building so I wasnt cold. I just thought that was awesome. They ended up having a real nice Passat with like 2,000 miles on it. Thing was like brand new. Once we agreed I was out of there in like 45 minutes tops. Last time I bought a car we were at the dealership for three hours and had to come back the next day to pick the car up. You have no idea how surprised I was to be finishing the paperwork and look up to see my new Passat being pulled inside. Good show guys. Anyone needing a car go down and talk to Russ.

After visiting several dealerships looking for a new car we decided to lease a 2011 VW Tiguan. David and Nick both went above and beyond to make our car buying experience exceptional. They were both very knowledgeable and professional. All of our questions were answered without hesitation. David went out of his way to make sure we knew how to use all the features of the Tiguan. This gave us great confidence in our decision to lease the 2011 Tiquan. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new car to visit Quirk before going anywhere else.

We walked into the dealer lot and was met by Georgina. Her greeting was very friendly, not pushy and she asked how she could help. We told her we were looking for a replacement vehicle for my wife and was considering a new Jetta, white, automatic with a moon roof. While we were standing in the lot looking at a used white Passat she advised that we should also consider a cerfified Used Passat. We test drove both Passat and the new Jetta. We spend at least one and one half hours (or more) and then left the dealership to consider our options. During our visit to Quirk VW, Georgina was extreamly helpful, low key and low pressure. She informed us on both the Jetta and Passat standard equipment and options. We returned the next day and purchased the used Passat. Our experience with Geogina and Kirt the Sale Manager was very helpful and professional. We were extreamly pleased with the treatment we recieved and would recommend Georgina and Quirk to our friends and family.

This was our first new car purchase and we were slightly nervous about dealing with (read: getting eaten alive by) car salespeople. Our experience with Quirk and our salesperson Mr. Russell Knee was very positive. No pressure, very helpful, no baloney. We love our car and we got it at the price we wanted (actually a bit better). If I had a friend looking for VW I would definitely suggest they try Quirk. It genuinely seems important to them that you have a good experience.

I hadn't planned on purchasing a car that day. Just looking. But the attention, service and offer was too good to pass up. Think I could have gotten a little more for my used car as a trade-in, though. But, I hadn't done my homework. Otherwise, I was very happy with my purchase.

Pretty good experience. Troy was extremely helpful in ensuring that all questions were answered throughout the process! He focused on what I was looking for and did not try to pursuade me in anyway to look at other models that I was not interested in. Would have no problems working with Troy on future purchases. He kept the experience comfortable and pressure free. I felt like a customer and not a number which unfortunatley does not happen alot with many other dealerships that I have visited.

On the way to my Bachelor Party my VW Golf TDI completely broke down. Quirk just happened to be the closest place the AAA guy could tow me to, and boy did I luck out. Jed and his techs not only diagnosed the problem, but worked with me and my insurance and another vendor to figure out the way it all could cost me the least amount possible. This process took quite a while, but through it all the guys at Quirk were very helpful. In the end we got my troubles all solved before the Wedding day, which made me very happy since that was one less thing to have to think about.

Awesome price and beautiful dealership. Would recommend to a friend. Drove all the way from CT (2 1/2 hrs) because deal was so much better than what was available locally. Did all negotiating and financing via email and basically signed the papers and drove off when I showed up.

He was friendly, easy going, and very helpful. Nick was outgoing, fun to work with, and accommodating to what we wanted. We drove away that day with a new car. He treated us fairly and with respect, I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new car. When we left with our new car we were very comfortable with how everything operated. I have to say proffessionalism is taken to a new level at Quirk VW in Manchester. The other day I went in to get some routine service down on my VW. While waiting in the showroom I was parusing through the new car inventory. i did this only for a few minutes until one of the sales people greeted me. We just began talking for a few minutes and I decided since I had some time to kill I would try out the New Jetta TDi. At the time I was driving a 2005 so I wanted to see what enchancemants the new one had. The sales person was extrmemly knowledgeable not only about what the new one had but what my current TDi was lacking. Needless to say I was amazed with the new car. I just had to have it. The best part was when I decided I wanted to buy the car the sales staff didn't begin by playing games with me. They came out of the get with an excellent price for both my car and theirs. I highly reccomend this dealership to anyone in America planning on buying a VW. Thank YOU Quirk VW in Manchester NH!!!

I must say that I've been pressured at so many dealers in the past that my first response to seeing a salesperson is a tinge of fear. However, from the first moment that I got out of my vehicle, my salesperson made me feel comfortable and that the choices that were being made were indeed my own. The whole process was painless and, although I wasn't exactly expecting to purchase a car that day, the guys at Quirk had me out of there with my brand new CC in no-time. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who's thinking about purchasing a new (or even pre-owned) car.

The people at Quirk Volkswagon and Quirk Chevrolet are top notch. The service and level of professionalism is incredible. They take the time to talk with their customer's and truly take their level of service to the next step. I would highly recommend these dealership's to anyone. From the minute I arrived at the dealership until I left it was a great experience. I was met out on the parking lot by a nice young man name Troy Demers. He was very knowledable about the product. He was able to answer all my questions about the 2010 CC. The CC is the car I ended up purchasing for quirk vw in NH. I felt comfortable because it was like we were building the car just the way I wanted Troy was not just trying to put me in any old car. The managers and the gentle man who did all the paper work were very nice and seemed to be concerned about my time which was a first for me in a dealership. When I left quirk vw it felt like I got the best deal possible. I would recommend this dealership to any friends or Family.

We decided to see if the New NH Quirk VW location was better than our experience of Manchester VW!!!!!!!!Our Summary and Findings = No - it isn't any better - possibly worse!I admit I get defensive when taking to service personnel - unfortunately I have some idea as to want I'm talking about (having been born with a spanner in my hand) and resent being talked to like an idiot (I feel sorry for those that don't know what they are being recommended to have done to the vehicle and are at the mercy of the person recommending.Staff - Rude condescending Predatory Up sellers of Service workNo clear responses/explanation given of recommended workWe will be returning to the Import specialists that we use for our many other vehicles

I LOVE the people at this dealership. I've known some of the techs and service writers for years. John in service is one of the most helpful individuals I've encountered at a dealership. He's a main reason I stay with Quirk for service. Bring your car here first for service, they have some of the most experienced VW techs in the state.

This dealership really understands customer service. The new showroom is extremely comfortable. The service was prompt and my appointment time convenient for my schedule. My car was returned to me clean with mechanics hand prints as with another dealership. I'm sure once they get settled into the new showroom even refreshment will be available.

I recently just purchased my brand new Jetta from Quirk VW and my overall experience was great! I must admit I had be shopping for awhile try to price out other dealers so by the time I had gotten to Quirk I didn't want to deal with any of the sales staff I just wanted numbers, but when talking with the manager they had me sit down with a sales rep. And told me there would be no back and forth with the hole game. I ended up sitting down with chris who was very polite. I told him exactly what I was looking for and chris explained to me that he didn't have that paticular vehicle (figures) but had one very close to it for around the same price. All in all I walked out with a great deal $15 more per month than I expected but that included leather, alloys, hands free Bluetooth and an iPod adapter so as you can imagine I was all for the deal. I definatly would recommend this dealership they have a very professional staff and will gladly do business with them in the future.
