I came here years ago when I was going through a very rough time financially, Michael worked with me and my situation to make a car with a cheaper payment happen. It meant a lot and helped me get through the last few years. Now, several years later, they do it again. This time thankfully in a little bit of a better situation. I came by with my Nissan looking for something bigger like my old suv. I don't have great credit (it's been getting better),and didn't have a lot to put down. I found a car I really liked but really didn't think I'd be able to get it. Stephanie was so great going over everything and being super sweet and accommodating. But I was convinced and even knew that I wasn't going to get it. There was just no way. But Michael made it happen. I don't know how, but I really do honestly appreciate it so much. It really means a lot. Thank you guys for always being so great and working with me with everything that's been going on. Keep up the great work, I wish you all the best! Please take care!

I had a lot of expectations and high hopes going to find a car. I bought my car today and I love it. I had spoken to the sales person multiple times before I came in. Many dealerships are pushy and I hadn’t always felt comfortable especially being so young. I had the pleasure of working with Stefanie today and she was amazing! She was so friendly and sweet. She showed me card I was interested in and other cars that were on my price range. I’m so glad I chose to buy from here. Everyone is extremely welcoming, and friendly. Definitely a great environment, I loved this place and I definitely recommend this place for anyone choosing their first car or shopping for new or used cars. They have a lot of great options. Ask for Stephanie she was a joy to work with. I love my new car!

Stephanie is the best. She is very friendly, kind, and helpful. She gave me the best deal on my brand new 2021 Nissan Sentra. She took very good care of me. I am shy, but she made me feel comfortable throughout the whole transaction. I had the best experience ever purchasing my first brand new vehicle. I never had a brand new vehicle before. I was greeted by Aaron , service advisor in the Auburn location and was very helpful . He checked me in right away. As i was checking in , i asked if they have a loaner car i can take for the day but unfortunately they do not have loaners anymore but then this young lady (jasmine) overheard our conversation as she was coming to start her shift and volunteered to drive me back home while I wait. I was told my car was gonna be done around 5 pm but then i got a call 2 hours earlier. I was explained what was done to my car and what else is needed . I just appreciate the customer service of both employees especially Jasmine who went above and beyond her work duties by volunteering to drive me home. thank you for your help!

If I could rate more then 5 stars, I would! This place is phenomenal... Earlier today I was driving when a car in front of me had hit a kitten about 6 months old. I ended up stopping to put this cat who just got hit in my car. Unfortunately the cat ended up climbing inside the dash of my Nissan Sentra. Not an easy dash to take apart. I called Kelly's Automotives and they informed me that it would take all day and all of their workers were already on jobs. However I had a live injured cat stuck inside my car! I didn't know what to do. I called animal control to make sure the cat wasn't near my engine so I could drive my car without causing any more injuries towards this 5-7 month old cat. Once everything was okay, and I was able to drive I took my car to this Nissan location. I was greeted by a salesman who I told the story to. Shortly after, he got his manager George who came out and talked to me. There was no other option but to take my whole dash apart which he informed me would be about 400 dollars. I didn't have the money. I didn't plan on a cat getting stuck in my car. However what was I supposed to do? I can't just have a live cat in my car. I was panicking obviously! He then told me to pull inside their garage where they were working on cars. Arin Gardner was the one who was working courageously to get the cat out. We didn't know if the cat was alive or dead, but he didn't give up. While he was working I was talking with George about possible monthly payments. He told me that I wouldn't have to pay for it! I wouldn't have to pay for someone working on my car for a couple hours taking apart my dash, and then putting it back together..... I was in shock. Didn't believe it. Still shocked with how kind and generous everyone was! Asking if I wanted coffee or water, just helping to calm me down. After a while Arin rescued this couple month old kitten that was stuck behind my radio inside my dash! The cat is now at a vet in Sumner and is still alive! The cat will be sent over to auburn humane society tomorrow and I plan on going to see him! I just want to thank and salute all of you for your hard hard work in rescuing a cat and not charging me to do so. Everyone there has a HUGE heart and should be praised for that. Anyone who wants quality service and for it to feel like home when you walk in, this is the place to be. Once again, thank you VERY much.Aliah

They made, from what I would consider, to be the best deal of nearly my lifetime for a vehicle I absolutely love. They totally bent over backwards to help me out. However, at this moment, I couldn't pull the trigger on the purchase because the wife has several personal issues she needs to contemplate. Even though there was some pressure to sign that day (ALL dealerships are pretty much like that), they agreed to wait at least one more day for us to think it over. If it were up to only me, I would be in that vehicle today. But alas, I am married and must consult with the other half (who was there during the process), even though it was my significant other that wanted the vehicle more than I did, and she's the one who would be driving it 90% of the time. I can't say enough good things about their sales (and customer) service. Perhaps I'll be in a new vehicle soon, or maybe it'll have to wait a few months. Either way, these people have earned my complete respect, and at a dealership, that's an amazing feat to accomplish. I highly recommend them.

I have also dealt with the service department, which I have always received excellent service. I am satisfied with my service. I think the only thing that could enhance it would be to offer the opportunity to purchase food.

Just purchased a 2013 Nissan Xterra from Rairdon's Nissan of Auburn. my experience far exceeded my expectations. My sales professional Jamie was so honest and sincere throughout the entire process. She did exactly as she said she would in negotiations on price, equipment included and delivery. We relied on the obvious experience and knowledge of the dealerships general manager Jay to put together a technical out of state shipping and delivery of the vehicle that went off with out any problems what so ever. Nancy in the finance department was so helpful in preparing all of the documentation quickly and smoothly. I was so fortunate to come across this truly professional crew to make this purchase one of the best I have ever been involved in. Rairdon's Nissan of Auburn will always be a dealer I will recommend. I was quite excited about the price offer that was given to me via online sales so I went there today and met with a sales associate named Harvey. He was friendly in the beginning but when I wasn't satisfied with the offered interest rate, I told him that it was too much for me. His response was, "You're wasting my time" and he even waved hand gestures to shoo me out the door. Who wants to buy something they're unsatisfied with-- especially a car. The way I was treated was like a second class citizen and the funny thing was, I was planning to go back to get the car through my own finance option. That's obviously not happening because I will never set foot in my door. Be warned-- Rairdon does not care about their customers and do not treat customers with the respect they should be given.

I am giving this negative rating because I invested a lot of time, effort and good faith towards the purchase of a new vehicle and had a very bad experience. The General Sales Manager, Jack Miller is, frustrating, condescending, and rude. He had no intention of honoring the price that the Sales Associate offered me via email. The "Internet" price that was quoted to me in an email was not honored. The sales persons (2) that I worked with knew that I would be paying cash. Apparently, I need to "finance" the purchase to get an additional $500 rebate. I waited for a month and a half for my Xterra to arrive from the factory. I was going to get it just the way I wanted. I was very happy and excited to pick it up. I transferred the funds to my checking as was ready to make the purchase. But it now appears that I had too good of a deal. It was obvious that they did not want to sell me the vehicle. Must be that they can sell it for more money to someone else. When I arrived the vehicle as not waiting out front, detailed and ready for delivery. We had to walk around to the back (dirt) lot to view the vehicle. The Sales Associates and Internet Staff were very friendly. However, when I wanted to discussed (negotiate) the $500 discrepancy there was no consideration. Just a brief apology. I was treated as though I did not matter. I was treated with complete indifference. Wow, this was a shock for me. I have purchased seven brand new vehicles in my life, and this was by far the worst experience, and I did not even get to make the purchase. Really ???, over $500 ??? I was willing to spend more money, but work with me here... Our original Sales Associate is no longer working there (I wonder why?). I feel sorry for the nice folks that have to work for this arrogant General Sales Manager (Jack Miller). Please make your purchase of a vehicle somewhere else. I recommend buying a Toyota across the street. A month previous, I bought a brand new Toyota, across the street. It was a perfect experience. The vehicle was waiting and detailed for me when I arrived. All staff were professional, and it was a pleasant and smooth transaction. There are many dealerships where you can spend your hard earned dollars. I recommend going somewhere else. Sincerely, One Unhappy "Almost" Customer

If you're looking for a new car....go get a Costco membership and use their buying process....then get in touch with Teresa at Rairdon's Although we couldn't get the numbers to a place I felt comfortable with they went out of their way to try and make things happen...Teresa and Samantha in the internet department were fantastic and when I can get numbers I like I will certainly be back.
